I have a minimum balance due on my credit card for 4800 and icici bank has already deducted more than 10, 000 from my account and asking for remaining balance of 20, 000. The payment is kept on hold as they consumer care did not respond to complaint of wrong linking of my account to another credit card and they kept charging all these ridiculous charges.

I am tried of dealing with icici bank as they do not respond or treat customers with respect. It is high time courts take some action on the leeches and give more power to the customer.

    I had ordered manhattan prep gre set on july 17, 2018, from the amazon in emi - 12 month using my icici credit card amounting to rs. 5579 only. The order was returned by the amazon due to non-delivery and refund was initiated by them (Amazon) on july 26, 2018, that is amounting to rs 5579 only.

    Icici bank has also acknowledged the same by sending the recipient of the payment on july 29, 2018.

    However, i was still being charged the monthly emi charges every month. After my 7 months later, i realized the deduction of the same and i asked the customer executive to cancel the deduction where already 500*7= 3500
    Rs was charged by then which should not have been.

    Later in the last month, also they charged me rs 3272.91 on april 2019 for the remaining part of the sum.

    My concern: is that although amazon has returned the amount to the bank, they kept on charging me and they got my money twice once by amazon and by monthly emi from my card.

    Please help with this case. Attaching the screenshot of the proofs herein (Go in seq).

      Am an icici bank customer. Today 22/05/2019 ecsrtnchg charged 287.88 rupees. I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is.         I was commited that no annual charges would be charged but they billed me 500 rupees and further interest was levied.

        My card was misplaced at home just after receiving it in nov 2018, so i could not complain. Now i got my card and now i followed up at customer care but to no help. Charges now commute to rs 2500/-. Without using it.

        This is fraud with customers. Please reverse my charges and cancel my card.

          I am shocked today (16.05.2019) that i received the settlement letter from the icici bank against the credit card no.:[protected] with ref. No.: s[protected] in the name of sonu singh gurung, dob:[protected], mother name: beena singh gurung and pan card no.: ahopg9589p through recovery agency “money multiplier wealth solutions pvt. Ltd.” behalf of icici bank.

          This credit card never used by me even i have not paid any single money to the bank or documents against the c. Card then how can be card issued in my name with the outstanding of rs.1, 32, 872.50. After several calls for payments from the recover agency then i requested for the settlement letter, so that i can check the authentication and proof against the c. Card, i thought that agency have wrong information but i shocked when received the settlement letter from the icici bank of rs.50, 795.00.

          Requesting you, accept my complaint against the icici bank & their culprits which are continue harassing and giving the mentality harassment and threating calls and remove my name/data from the mentioned credit card.

          The names are mentioned in icici bank settlement letter;

            Mr v sudhakar employee of icici credit card collections chennai with phone number +[protected] has been giving continuous calls to me to my personal number and my office from different numbers to find out the number of the defaulter of icici bank credit bank, which i am not concerned about. And he is using my name in different accepts to the relatives of the defaulters. As a women i am not comfortable with this as i getting calls form them regarding this and i wanted to take up this issue with higher authorities!! To be fair i am not a customer of icici.

                I have applied for personal loan two week's back. i have given all the documents and all the proof's. Icici Guys called and told me sir your loan has been sanctioned and amount will be credited in 24 hours. After that i didn't got any information this.. I have been calling to icici helpline since 3 days.. They where saying sir your details not present in our system. I have raised a request number with your mobile number. Some icici Manager will call you like that.. But still not happened.

                I am not knowing what icici people is doing.. Please let me know weather my loan is cancelled or what.. weather any other person's took disbrusment in their account..

                Not knowing .. Atleast please cancel my loan .

                      Since last year ICICI bank is debiting Rs. 1899 for some random policy call WPP Renewal. I never enrolled in it and I just check my account and they have charged again. How can a bank enroll us into some random policies without our approval. I need to know how you got this approval. This is totally a big scam and i need all my money back.

                        Hi,
                        I had a personal loan in axis bank for which emi was deducting from icici bank account in june2017 to dec2017 there was around 10-12 thousand amount has been deducted from my icici bank account in name of the ecs charges.
                        Which i also deposited into axis bank also when i closed the loan.
                        But when i talked to icici bank executive they told sir it can be deducted any number of times, but as per rbi rules they cannot cut any charges even single time. The end customer has to deposit that amount to the bank where the loan is running as before june 2017 also one time emi was bounce in that case icici never cut the money only axis people called and told me to deposit the delay charges by neft which i has been done through neft.

                        For this i compliant to icici bank but each time they tell and forget that sir we looking into your issue and its been now more than 1.5 years but still my issue not resolved.

                        Is in india private bank can cut any amount from a customer account and don't even repay him back means our account even not secure in the private bank?
                        If i didn't replace my salary account from that bank account then they could cut 1lkah or more

                        I'm looking for filing a PIL against them if consumer court also not able to help here, as I raised complaint multiple times in ICICI bank but no reply and even cut my calls also. and I raised a complaint in banking ombudsmen from their also no reply.

                        I did email around 20 times but no resolution in the last 1.5 years, I'm waiting max 31st may if the issue will not be resolved in June I'm going to file a court case and PIL too.
                        Is this online forum is not useful?
                        why there is no consumer case against ICICI bank. do I need to go offline and have to file consumer case against ICICI bank?

                            I am having my salary accout in ICICI bank . But few days back 52 Rs/ were deducted from my salary account and when i looked into my mini statement it was described under "ATM DEC CHG". And when I tried to explore it over Internet, I found these charges are applied for when ATM of other bank declined to withdraw the money, if it doesn't have enough. So is it ethical to charge customer for this reason.Although i was having enough balance at that time.
                            Moreever, it is also legal as per RBI rule.

                              I am an Account holder in ICICI bank. Yesterday my bank has charged me more than 500 rupees stating it as POS DEC CHG. Upon calling the bank they said that my card has declined in the past. Really! I think it's a scam. I haven't used my card anywhere for the past 6 months. If they want I can show the bank statement. It's more like a robbery & upon complaining, the bank doesn't even seem to care about it. Hope they will look into this and give an explanation of why are they taking our hard earned money from our pocket without our consent.

                                Dear Sir/Madam ..i hve recently done my fixed deposit, have account[protected] in your bank ..and i read on icici site that tds free income from fixed deposit is only 10000 but as per RBI new rules..40000 is free ..is it true ..kindly provide the information..and kindly update the same on on your site so that people can get right information ...please provide the right information

                                  Sir, i have recieved my credit card with wrong name.. I tried contacting your customer care.. They say u can use it like that only... No problem... But i want to change it.. Pls help

                                  Let me know what steps should i follow.. As i dont want to get into chaeting case.. Despite of submitting all the required documents with the correct information.. The name is typed wrong..

                                    I applied for credit card, provided all the require documents to the bank executive and received the credit card but with all wrong written name, icici bank employees will call only for collection or only for new services? And the employees are so busy in work that they are not matching (Name) or not cross checking with original document. If same mistake happen from customers to update the details you guys will say "fraud' so for this mistake what customers should say and when i call to customer care, the executive is saying no problem sir you can use the card means if some one checks my card in any outlets they will say i'm cheating. So pls provide me the new card with my proper name. Thanks. Sulaksha vernekar

                                      I received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and i get this mail today.
                                      "your (New policy) new policy of cpp/oneassist for (Privilege single-rs.2799) wa privilege single rs. 1899 has been regd vide sr[protected] on 29-jun-18. It will be completed within 1 working days".
                                      I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money as soon as possible.
