My son abhishek singh is an mba from ibs hyderabad and taken an education loan from icici bank which he has to re-pay in time. He was deprived of his right to be interviewed...

I also received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1399/- from my credit card. Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap

invalid credit card payment

I have made a payment for my credit card number through upi from my icici salaried account, but the credit card number was typed wrongly and it has been confirmed by icici that the credit card typed by me isn't a valid credit card, so the amount must be refunded automatically. But it has been 10 days, i haven't got the money back and every time i get in touch with customer care, they raise a new request and promise the same to be resolved...

transaction successful but amount not receive to my account

This is lakshmana Rao thiruveedula, I had an issue with icici bank online transfer. in April 2nd one of the my friend transfer 300 rs amount from hdfc to my icici bank account[protected] but I am not receive that amount in to my account, I wrote so many emails to this bank but they not give proper response.....

I do not have to be calling the customer care every time i need to convert a transaction to emi. This is poor service at your end. I made the payment of rupees 200 vide eazypay payment gateway for this application, the refrence id of payment is [protected].
But on the brlps portal for my profile it is showing your payment is unsuccessful, reason e006.

Am an icici bank customer. Today 16-04-19 ecsrtnchg charged 413 rupees. I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is. imps transaction timed out at beneficiary bank

I transferred rs 3000 through imps on 17th April 2019 from icici a/c to the Punjab national bank a/c.

Transaction ref xxx.

The amount did not get credited to the beneficiary account.

But i got a message that said

"dear customer, imps txn ref xxx for rs.3000 is timed out at beneficiary bank on 17-apr-2019 11:49:58. Txn status will be updated by bene bank in 3 working days."...

nps kyc verification rejected unnecessarily

My kyc has been rejected by icici on the basis that photo mismatch.
I am a customer in icici bank for the past 16 years. I am holding many credit-cards from icici bank, and four loans running on it. Wondering why is it rejected if i am a customer for so long years, with such a history.

Due to this, my employer cannot contribute part of my salary to my nps account which was frozen due to this....

I was holding icici mmb 0799, folio no. 6115307 certificate no. 761-762. The certificate was submitted to m/s 3i infotech ltd., international infotech park, vashi, mumbai. I have received the redemption value on 25/07/2018 after deduction of income tax. But the form 16 regarding income tax deduction has not been received. tried to book irctc ticket but failed. waiting for refund since 10 days.

I tried to book 3 irctc tickets from bangalore to hyderabad (Sbc to kcg) on 4th april 2019, but the transcations failed. I tried two times once in premium tatkal (Amount 2910 rs/-) and the other in tatkal (Amount 1410 rs/-) but both transactions got failed. Irctc refunded on 5th april itself. But i still i didnt receive anything in my account. I have contacted the irctc people and they said they already refunded, its pending from bank end....
