I have sent the following email on 28.01.2017, till now the problem is not resolved / there was no positive reply from icici lombard and gem motors, hyderabad - service provider. I have very bad experience with your service, on 19.01.2017, I have raised a claim and it was registered on 20.01.2017, no. is MOT06280482. There were several damages to vehicle during single incident on 16.01.2017. However could not do proper survey, hence could not justify my issue. Mr. Uddin had informed me that only mirror can be covered and other damages are old, I did not agree, he said he will provide old photographs, I have shared my email id to Mr. Uddin, Several times I have called him, he is not responding properly. He did not send me old photographs,
Request you to cover all my damages as it is happened during single incident.
