    I have sent the following email on 28.01.2017, till now the problem is not resolved / there was no positive reply from icici lombard and gem motors, hyderabad - service provider. I have very bad experience with your service, on 19.01.2017, I have raised a claim and it was registered on 20.01.2017, no. is MOT06280482. There were several damages to vehicle during single incident on 16.01.2017. However could not do proper survey, hence could not justify my issue. Mr. Uddin had informed me that only mirror can be covered and other damages are old, I did not agree, he said he will provide old photographs, I have shared my email id to Mr. Uddin, Several times I have called him, he is not responding properly. He did not send me old photographs,

    Request you to cover all my damages as it is happened during single incident.

      Sir by mistake i accepet there policy only on call. and they deduct money from my icici credit card. after cancellation of my policy they just give back only 45 % cash back.. who will pay of reaming balance of credit card?
      only by call i accept this policy without any signature on it..
      icici credit card alredy gives 16000 to icici lombart via credit card.. after cancellation they just refund 8000. now i have to pay remaining feess..plz solve this problem..

        I am Amir Azam and having a swift car. I am regular customer of ICICI Lombard having policy for many years for all 2-wheelers and 4-wheelers in my family without any laps. This time I am in trouble due to ICICI Lombard. My car got accident and I gave it to Radha Govind Automobiles (muzaffarnagar). Front Bumper, back bumper and left hand side mirror damaged in this accident but surveyor is not approving the back bumper and side mirror. He is only approving front bumper and tail light.
        I am not sure of the reason why he is not approving the other things. Now my car is pending with showroom for the past 10 days and i am facing a lot of issues because of this.
        If this sort of service you provide, i really have to look for other options while buying insurance.Please look into this higher priority.

          It seems its a common practice in ICICI Lombard to issue policy with wrong details and then give endorsements correcting the policy and that too if customer requests. I don't know what they gain by doing this but it seems they can reject claims on this basis.

          Its simple common sense that Shraddha is a female name and Jagdish a male name. Still, they reversed the genders on the policy. When asked to correct, they issue an endorsement as if it's we who are making the correction.

          They are not even ready to acknowledgement that this correction is because of the mistake of their issuing team who purposely does this. How else can anyone make such a mistake? I say its common practice because even my husband had to make endorsements on his car insurance with ICICI Lombard when they mentioned address completely different than what was specified. And then they give endorsements when we point out the mistake.

          Why should a mistake that was made by insurer in first place have an endorsement? An endorsement is for something that needs to be corrected, modified in the policy from customer's side. When we specified everything correctly, the policy should be issued with the exact same details, and not an endorsement.

          This is a fraud because they don't even acknowledge that this endorsement is because of their mistake. If they're so genuine and honest, why not give a written acknowledgement?

          Oh, and they don't provide audio recordings. They say only in case of claim they will be provided. (I think even that will not happen looking at the cheating that this company does)

            I am Sharad Kumar Sharma and having a swift VXI car DL 8C AJ 2124. I am regular customer of ICICI Lombard having policy since December 2014 without any laps. This time I am in trouble due to ICICI Lombard. My car got accident in Ahmedabad on 22-Jan-2017 late evening and I gave it to Kiran Motors (Ahmedabad). Front Bumper and left hand side mirror damaged in this accident but surveyor is pproving only bumper. He is not approving left hand side mirror and said it is not matching with accident cause. I don’t know how the person can decide who was not on the spot, even I explained him the case. From 23 January 2017 I am suffering a lot just because of ICICI Lombard’s behavior. Initially surveyor was not tacking my call, finally he met me today (06-Feb-2017), and I got disapproval after 15 days long wait. I have registered also a complained in customer care on 29 Jan 2017. On my first call they updated me that you will get solution with in three days but I didn’t receive any response than I made a call again after 2 days and after that day they are continually increasing resolution time. “Request no.is [protected]”. Please look into this higher priority. If this time I do not receive any positive response then I have the only option to go in Consumer Court and also make sure to surrender all the 17 ICICI Lombard polices and will make sure no business to ICICI Lombard from my near and dears.
            The overall experience is quite dissatisfied/pathetic.

              Had taken a accidental policy in mid 2016, today they called me stating some additions on the same plan. I was not interested in plan and communicated same to the caller. Even after clearly explaining that i am not interested they kept on trying persistently. I received a total 20 - 30 calls back to back.

              Calls seemed to never end even if i rejected or answered the call and thereafter saying not interested.

              Had a terrible experience, had to accept some policy only to remain in peace ( free from calls ) and focus on my work.

                My wife has Missed abortion in April 2016 after that she was suffering from missed periods for which She was under medication for 3 monthS. Then doctor suggested Hystroscopy for further treatment in October /November. She got her periods after this treatment but the claim of 27000 was rejected by ICICI saying that this is under infertility treatment And we don't cover that. But she was pregnant In April and how they are saying this is infertility.

                  This is in regarding my motor claim no- MOT05851135 for my vehicle . I want to make to your notice my case so that you can give me positive response.
                  I have purchased a second hand car from Mr. Khushwant Singh on 24/04/2016. I gave my car papers to the RTO agent for Transfer on the next day. The agent said me as my car was mh04 THANE passing it will take time for transfer to Mumbai. He meant that he will have to get the NOC from thane RTO and then pay the OCTRIA on the car and then will be give to the Mumbai RTO. I felt the reason was very genuine so I gave him the job for the transfer as i was not able to do this whole process on my own, as everyone dose. but I requested him to do it as soon as possible. I was in touch all the time for the papers . On 1 st of July my car was given NOC from the THANE RTO for Mumbai RTO . Now the other process of OCTORIA was to be done . In that time I was out of station. I came to Mumbai on 20/08/16. I was about to go to him for the octoria but my car was robbed on 23/08/16 in early morning.I immediately got the FIR done and informed to icici Lombard co. for this.I asked them that if i have to transfer my car by paying the octoria . the concerned person said that it is not required. He assured me that it will not make any obstruction on claim disbursement, I will get my claim after the final report within 15 days if i not got my car back. I submitted my all the papers with the final report after 4 months of stolen car date. After this i got a call with the mail on 27/01/2017 that my claim is been canceled due to non insurable interest. Please help me as I had purchased my car with hard earned money . I said him that to give the claim money in the first party's name ( Mr. Khuswant Singh) . I also mailed the icici Lombard co whose reference no is[protected].

                  Dear sir, Transfer of vehicle - Insurance claim settled but not paid due to transfer of vehicle - Claim cannot be denied on this
                  ground - 1997(2) CPC 713 U.P.
                  --Transfer of policy automatically is transferred to the transferee after sale of vehicle – Complainant held entitled to benefit
                  under the policy – 2009(1) CPC 482 N.C.
                  —Vehicle belonging to original owner is insured under the policy - Transferee of vehicle is entitled to claim benefit under
                  the policy obtained by original owner - 2008(1) CPC 257 N.C.
                  Hence forth my motor claim should be given from your side . this is written in Consumer Protection Act
                  on Insurance Claim.
                  I hope you will reply to this mail at the earliest

                    For policy 3001/[protected]/00/000 - payment has been deducted twice. See attached photo. It was told to me that I will get money back in 4-5 working days but its been a more than a 2 months, I have not got my money back. I am following up with person who processed policy, I have raised ticket #[protected] and [protected], American Express is following with ICICI lambord but issue has not resolved yet. Its a shame that they are sitting on my money and could not return in 2 months.

When i received the policy kit i was surprised there is few diseases including in this policy.I want my total amount refund back without any delayed & without deduction.

                        Dear Team,

                        I got policies initiated for health and group cover with loan coverage for which I have registered myself and wife for 4.5Lakhs insurance in total associated with my home loan account

                        Since i had to relocate to Germany i cancelled all the policies with immediate effect from 16th of December(date of receipt of policies - 7th and 10th Dec) .I requested to cancel all the Policies associated with this loan account and mobile number of me and my wife ([protected] and [protected]) however the policy associated with my wife's name listed below wasn't cancelled when i checked today which was due for cancellation on the 16th of december when i requested the customer support team told the effective date has to be 16th and only the grievance team can help and cancel all the policies effective 16th December

                        Home insurance policy

                        and for the second policy though cancellation was initiated within 8 days of me receiving the policy i had been processed a partial refund for which i had requested to reopen this ticket the below policy has to be correctly refunded ([protected])

                        Group Securement policy
                        4080/ibhspll/[protected]/00/000

                        As per the cancellation policy we need to cancel the policy within 15 days of receipt of the same. I had received the policy on Dec 7th and had done the cancellation on 16th December and i still checked from the customer service that the refund has been only partially given, as per cancellation clause i got the policy in hand only on 7th and within 8 days had initiated cancellation and Since this involves huge sum of money early response is appreciated. Also i am not sure the 3 policies sum upto 3, 50, 000 however i was charged 450000 towards insurance as a part of home loan, I am not sure where the other 1 lakh is invested

                        I had copied the bankers from whom the loan was processed and i am really not sure what is the break up of 4.50 laks as the customer service team said they can process this only 3 policies resulting in 3.5 Lakhs

                        I will appreciate any early response in this regard and since i am in Germany kindly respond with email so that i can follow up and my wife can go to the branch to close this out

                            According to the Telephonic Conversation i was informed that "within 15 days of receiving the documents the claim shall be processed and cleared" by the employee of ICICI Lombard

                            I have also requested claim status on Phone Line No[protected] but there was to no positive responses.
                            In all 4 calls made to ICICI Lombard the only replied i got is till
                            16th January 2017 "Sir your Claim is Under Process"

                            This is very discouraging behavior expected from such a renounced HEALTH INSURANCE COMPANY.

                            I believe within 48 Hours there will some clarity toward this endless delay to clearing the claim.

                              I Have credit card of ICICI Bank Coral Credit Card, fraudently they charged Rs. 11880/- in respect of health insuance and started EMI of 519.43 (incl. Sevice Tax charged against this card, POLICY NO. 4065/SM/[protected]/00/000 dated 28.11.2016 . i have submitted a lot of time to request for cancellation of my policy but no response, till after 45 days they reverse a small amount of Rs. 4650/-.

                              This is fraud, the employees of the ICICI lomabard are totally fraud. from starting i.e. 30.11.2016 to 09.01.2017 i.e. 45 days they replied again and again we are trying but no one respond. i am very frustrated to these types of insurance policies. fraudently they are selling their policies and charge unnecessary charges from customers.

                                My car is with Hyundai service centre for accidental claim with claim no - mot06213901.
                                At the time of inspection for zero depreciation insurance no one informed me that you will not get approval or no inspection report was given, they told me your inspection is clear no problem in it. . They made wrong inspection report. My left side tail light was without any damage or scar clearly visible in preinspection photo they marked it broken. My back bumper was slightly loose only they adjust bumper like tat marked broken, my front bumper is ok they marked it scratched, tottaly fraud . I will never suggest ICICI Lombard to any one . They even did not told us their inspection report, they did it smartly and fraud by giving wrong inspection report.

                                If it is moisture in picture, then why you marked it as broken. This is brand new tail light it's clearly visible in preinspection photo. Now you are saying it's moisture, tottaly fraud, in picture it is clearly mentioned.

                                  When i am claiming the insurence the officer is refusing to give the claim because by mistake i gave the wrong surname of the driver(my cousine ) as he generally use 'Kumar' as the second name but in the driving license his second name was Pegwal, due to this reason your area service manager Mr.Aashish shrivastava refused to give the claim and also was misbehaving with me and said do whatever you can do I am not giving the claim.

                                      Transaction ID's[protected],[protected], Complaint no-[protected], Called customer care to know the status of the email sent on corporate email id but there is no information available on these interaction ID’s and the matter of addition & deletion of employees name in the policy is pending from long time. Agent does not have information available with him and he asked to call the RM but he did not have number available with him and he asked us to search it on Google. Please check the call recording as while keeping the call on hold agent used unethical language which is not professional and we do not pay huge amount to get such kind of service wherein we need to wait for more than 4 months to make the addition or deletion in the policy. Hope this time the issue will be resolved soon.

                                        My name is Surya Singh S/O Late Mr. Sumitranandan Singh my father has taken a car insurance from ICICI Lombard bearing policy no: 3001/99743963/00/000 he met with an unfortunate accident on 1/6/2015 in Shahbad, hardoi (U.P) in which we lost him. The incident was updated to ICICI and claim was registered as the vehicle was in police custody it took me 6 months to get it released from the court after which i towed the car to nearby workshop which ICICI has tie - up.Then the surveyor Mr. Rajeev Singh came on the workshop to do the survey he told us that we cannot do cashless repair and the workshop manager said the same but according to the website of ICICI the workshop named Concept cars is in list of cashless workshop. I Handed all the documents asked by him in the month of December 2015 including copy my of ID and address proof in which the mentioned address is of pune were me and my family stays and the communication address will be of pune i told him.Some days past with no update so i followed them up their legal team call me up and told that they have not received the documents and i was surprised so i have to scan and send the document to Mr. Mathur from ICICI i dont know Mr.Rajeev Singh has done with documents i have given him. I got frustrated which such response from Mr. Rajeev Singh so i approached Mr.Ashok Kumar his manager i was communicating with him but after sometime there was no response and he called me and told me that he has send letters to us to submit the car repair bills but we have not responded i asked where have you send those letters he said at the address that the insurer Late. Mr. Sumitranandan Singh has given to ICICI which was the company address were he was working but after his death there is no point sending letters at that address and i told him to send it pune address which he didnt. After sending three letters thats what he told me he had closed the claim mentioning documents not submitted i was in shock how can he do that i asked him what should i do know he told me to pay amount of 50-60 thousand rupees to the workshop and drop him a mail mentioning the amount so he could talk to his seniors and tell them that we have started the repair work so they could consider and i did what he said i transferred the funds to the workshop and dropped him a mail as asked but he didnt replied and when i called him he told me he cant do anything in that i called up the customer service they told me they cant help me i have to get the claim opened legally Ms.Sunita from PD desk told me i asked them to reply the same on the mail that i have sent to Mr.Ashok saying they cant reopen the claim they said yes they will but its more than 15 days there is no response. Kindly help me with this i am going through this harassment from past 1 year. below are the details of claim no and request no. for re-opening.
