I am Mahavir Chordiya. I have ICICI LOmbard Health Insurance. I submitted clai recently. My claim number is[protected]. I have submitted all the bill still they have deducted Rs 5400/- with reason that IV detail bill is not their. But in final bill the IV Of 36X150 already stated. Even in discharge summary all the iv details has stated. I tried to explain them all the situation but they are not understanding. It's pathetic. the customer care guys have no sence. it has really bad experiance with me. they just want to deduct the money with no reason. If some higher person in ICICI i really want to discuss with them. if they want to call they can call me on [protected].

    insurance, or take it from another insurance company because
    When you claim insurance, these people will do dramas around
    the world and you will not get the money, These people also do
    whatever they want to do, you will not get money or get Less
    money and will find such excuses, and they ( ICICI LOMBARD )
    gives more commissions to their agents and car dealers
    that’s why their agents and car dealers will make large and
    false commitment for you and don’t get trapped in their false
    promises because when you get a claim these people raise
    their hands and finally you should not take money, or file a
    consumer case otherwise spend your money yourself, these are
    the three ways you have Once again I request you all that
    don’t take Car insurance from ICICI LOMBARD. Let me know
    if this happened to you from ICICI LOMBARD and you can
    not get any support from ICICI LOMBARD, you can mail me

      I have claimed a tyre damage but it was not approved.

While buying an Insurance, customer care told me that we can claim for tyre as well. I have interacted many times with customer care, escalated to all 3 levels and none of them are reacted to my complaint and none of them are contacted me. I have requested them to share my call recordings and they are not ready to share...

      I lost my 2 wheeler insurance policy. What is the procedure to get the duplicate policy on mail. I only know the bike detaila i.e. Vehical no. MH-49 X 4507, activa white. Icici insurance has been sent on my mail id - [protected]@yahoo.co.in but due to some technical problem i lost frm my mail also. No any hard copy i received that time. Pls send me the duplicate copy on my mail.

        With Reference to my Car Insurance Renewal (3001/[protected]/01/000), my Car No HR51AV4612...when I asked for Policy kit I was informed that the kit was dispatched on 31 Mar 2017 through FIRST FLIGHT courier, AWB No.B903Q2471586 and stated to be returned due to Refused to Accept.

        It is totally untrue that any such courier was presented to our address as I alongwith my retired husband are always at home and there is no question to refuse to accept. Appears it was presented to some other similar address...

        When customersupport of ICICI Lombard was informed about the above position online, they just repeated their stand that courier was sent and not accepted.

        It is strange to note that how insensitive to customer concern ICICI Lombard is.

        Instead to taking remedial action by inquiring about what exactly happened to the kit courier, they are repeatedly replying with the same lame excuse.

        ICICI Lombard is short in providing service to me the customer, hence a report in public complaint forum.

        Company appears to be very irresponsible in handling genuine requests as such so I am going to discontinue my all Vehicle insurances as also of my relatives and friends.

          Somebody stolen my Honda Activa on 14/01/17, on the very same day i have register the FIR & ICICI Claim. Investigation team "Jain & Associates" will collect all the necessary documents from me. After 2 months when i have not received any response from the Claim department then i chased them. They told me that your Claim has been rejected due to Negligence.

          I have not received any confirmation from ICICI Lombard via email, phone, sms or any letter, is this type of service you people are giving the customer, when i called Claim the Claim manager they don't even pick the call. The worst insurance company i have ever seen, never suggest any of my family or friend to take policy from ICICI Lombard.

            Due to an accident on 6 april 2017, my car maruti estilo no. Dl2c ap 8231, bumper headlight, including steering parts have damaged. I have taken the car to m/s prem motors, mahipalpur, new delhi (Auth. Maruti service centre), on 7 april. Now the car is under repair in body shop. My car is under icici lombard car insurance. On claim of my above car your department officer mr. Bharat kumar and mr. Vivek have refused to allow me for the insurance coverage of the steering part damage. Kindly see the matter at earliest and justify so that i can receive my car back from the service station after getting repaired.

              I have taken home loan of Rs 26 lakhs in feb'2016 and closed the same in 4 months before. once my loan got closed i requested to ICICI lombard to please cancel all insurance policy towards this home loan account and i got a mail confirmation from lombard Customer Relationship Manager that we will close all related insurance policy please provide NOC from bank and cancelled cheque. after providing relevant documents i have been refunded only for one policy instead of three. the insurance premium was 108000 and i have been refunded just 45000 for a single year. i asked for huge deduction and their representative replied that is only for once policy you got 45000. i asked to please close all three but they stopped to responding me over emails. i tried to reach out several times but same no response and no reply. below is the confirmation mail what i got from lombard manager.

                I purchased a credit card from Barclay bank and they made it mandatory for me to purchase a health insurance policy of icici lombard, and 26000 Rs was deducted from my credit card balance.I dont want to avail this policy .
                And this is a cheating, how can they force people and make it mandatory.Please help me in cancelling this policy
                So now i want to cancel the health insurance. I made call to helpline several times but i didn't get proper information from them.So kindly accept my request and cancel my Health scheme.

                  Along with my four wheeler loan from ICICI Bank, they have sold "Secure Mind" insurance policy of of their sister concern - ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company (Duration of insurance policy - 27/10/2014 to 26/10/2019

                  As mentioned in the policy wording if the insured lost the job, three EMIs will be waived off.

                  I lost my job in the month of March 2017 and submitted my intimation through telephonic conversation with their customer care executive.

                  Its more than 10 days now after the claim intimation, have not got any confirmation from ICICI Lombard General Insurance about claim intimation and list of documents to be submitted with their claim form which they have promised to send in a week's time.

                  I have not received any mail or confirmatory call from their side inspite of providing all the detailed information to them at the time of claim intimation.

                  Surprisingly, they have no online facility where I can download claim form or get any guideline about claim procedure.

                  ICICI Bank didn't find any linked of such policy with my Auto loan account but in the original copy of insurance policy it is clearly mentioned. Simply they are cheating and harassing.

                  Requesting to please help in the matter.

                    I opened credit card account with icici. Subsequently i got a call from icici lombard and stated that it is compulsory to open the health policy of icici lombard other wise 50% money deducted from your credit card. That time i was agreed to opened policy. In this connection executive stated that after three months u can close that account. I closed my account after three months ur coy deduct 30 % money from my credit card. As per your executive at the time of opening of health insurance they told to me after thre months you can close your account and all the money refund to your account. But when i gave a request to closed the existing policy exe told to me there is no provision to refund the money as well as 30 % will also deduct money from your account. Now i want my money because i not avail any type of medical facility which comes under policy. And your coy scaring to people and telling lie to people for opening and completing the target.

                    it is my personal request to refunded my 30 % money to my account. I am giving detail about the policy no 4128i/hp/[protected]/00/000 opened on 05 nov 2016.

I am complaining to company for claim and i dont know his name i say his pet name nikku to company and when i submitted all documents i saw his name is not nikku his name is Abhilash and company not passed my claim he says to me that i submitt the nikku's licence then he passed my claim actually nikku is not his real name only pet name. Company is not help to solve this problem he only wants nikku's licence

                            Hi, I am ICICI Lombard Motor insurance zero depreciation policy holder for my four vehicle. On 24 March, 2017 my car met with an accident and I have register the claim for the same and the claim No. MOT06464048.
                            I told that my car is majorly hit from the front and somehow touched from back also. The inspection has done by Mr. Rahul Jadon and he has approved only half of my damage. He said he will not approve the back bumper damage. The reason he gave is that the force in from front to back. As mentioned earlier the car hit from front is much higher as my bonnet and front bumper is damaged.
                            Rear bumper is broken around 4-5 inched from left side and there is major scratch on the headlight of front left side.
                            I do not understand why you people are not considering customers problem at the time of giving claim. If my car is not repaired fully then what is benefit of taking the claim.
                            I am very very disappointing from the service provided by ICICI Lombard. What is benefit of taking zero depreciation policy for my car if you are considering half damage. Why false promises are made during the time of buying the Motor policy and insisting to buy the zero depreciation policy. Is this kind of service is provided by ICICI Lombard ? Do customer require to call every time to surveyor ? Inspite of calling Mr. Rahul many times, he is not picking up my call. I have been customer of Tata AIG and HDFC earlier and didn't saw this kind o[censored]nprofessional and pathetic service. I am escalating this mail to the highest level and am expecting your answer very promptly.

                              I am Rajni Patel, [protected] m I had purchase Swift Car and purchase Insurance policy 100% cover all things and understand all detail. It mention that your car can claim 100% if any damage. But showroom is not passing our claim and not giving support after we purchase.

                              Where should we complaint ? How can we get our money back from Lombard or get service from them ?

                              Also they force to renew form the auto dealer from where we purchase the car. Dealer "Kiran motor - surat" is not providing proper service as well answer correctly or provide full information about the policy. Every customer is not educated or have English knowledge that they can read * information.

                              Is there any way that we get justice?
                              Also Government Consumer court Customer Service number not pickup phone.

                                I bought a secondhand motorcycle (UP-14-AS-4558), from Mr. Amit Kumar dtd 22/10/2016.
                                And the same was stolen from the parking of my office (copy of police complaint encl. for ref) then after I contacted your office for insurance claim an executive (Mr. Nitin Saxena) I then fulfill all the documents required by him for claim. I even sent the docs. By Indian speed post (EU[protected]IN).
                                I am to say that, I have been paying to your insurance company (ICICI Lombard GIC Pvt.Ltd) since last for the security of my vehicle (I WILL GET HELP FROM YOUR SIDE AT THE TIME OF ANY UNHAPPENING). But very sorry to say that I am really very disappointed by your this kind of behavior (NONE OF YOUR EMPLOYEE/STAFF MEMBER DIDN’T EVEN THINK OF APPRISING ME /OR NEITHER CALLING ME ONCE.
                                Now when I called customer care to know the status of my claim I was shocked to listen that, my file has been rejected (REASON BEST KNOWN TO YOUR OFFICIALS) and Mr. Imran, who received the call, told me to go to court, if I really want to get the claim
                                KINDLY ATLEAST ADVICE ME WHAT I HAVE TO DO FOR GETTING MY CLAIM AMOUNT, WHICH IS MY RIGHT TO TAKE AND I HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR THE SAME.

                                      We had a pre approved cashless approval for my father's angioplasty at Criticare Hospital Andheri West. On the day of discharge when final bill was submitted icici lombard took 3 hrs to respond and they responded with a query. To this query the hospital responded and they too another 3 hrs to respond. Wen the patient was due for discharge why do they take 3 hrs??? They had another query to the response from hospital and again the insurance company is taking 3 hrs to respond. Isn't it just pathetic that a patient who is due for discharge is being subject to the 3 hrs tat that they have. I think this is the worst thing an I surface company can do to its cashless claims.
