I have activated rs 5 mein 1 din ke liye 50 mb free surfing payien service (ONLY FOR ONE DAY).that time my balance was rs 465.445.after surfing ABOUT 30 MINUTES it is showing BALANCE rs 284.445 how it is possible.you have DEDUCTED about rs 181.pl return my all money and deactivate this service.

Today morning I inserted the SIM into my new iPhone 4. I started noticing that every 40 mins or so, Rs.5 is getting deducted automatically. I called the complaint number 198 and explained my problem to these uneducated customer care choots.

1st call:

I was very polite, explained to him my problem, he told me to call 198 after 2 hours as the info is not updated on their computers.

2nd call:

After 3 hours: Now, I was quite frustrated as in these 3 hours, there were 3 more deductions of Rs.5 and when I was trying to tell this my problem, he just cuts me in the middle and says.. "OK OK.. I understood..please visit your nearest IDEA outlet"? And when I said I need a solution right now, she just puts me on hold for 2 mins.. and later the line gets disconnected!!

3rd call:

Now Iam fully frustrated and going to fire at the person who is going to answer my call. I called the 198 number again. This time there was this guy called "Santosh". Told him the problem all over again and he said, "sorry, i dont have the info right now, pls call back in the night". I just fired at him.."what the [censored] are you guys playing with me? Just tell me why was my balance got deducted else I am coming to your call center...".. and BANG!! he hangs up on my face!!!!!!

This is one mother [censored]ing company!!!! NEVER EVER BUY IDEA CONNECTIONS!!!!

So, finally I called the customer care and asked for the procedure for number portability details.. that didnt even bother to ask me what was the problem I faced and why am I planning to switch over to other service provider? She just gave me the details and asked if I have any questions.. I was Laughing at myself for choosing IDEA!!

Bottom line??

If you are planning to buy services from IDEA.. then dude.. thats a bad IDEA!!

Screw you.. blood suckers!!!!!

I am using Idea Number [protected] (Gurgaon)
I registered my number under DND services in year 2007 but unfortunately I am getting so many messages from property or some other unknown numbers

I lodged a complaint on 27.05.2011 that my number is registerd under DND than why I am getting so many messages they assured me that my problem will be solved by 21.06.2011. Complaint Reference Number:[protected]

and as of now on 27.06.2011, still I am receiving so many messages from property.

Idea has taken no step to solve my problem and has closed my complaint that it has been solved.

I had taken a Idea prepaid connection from Singh Communication (Balbir Singh - [protected]) situated at Pinjore (near Bus Stand & opposite of Civil Hospital), Haryana on 19/06/2011. The same got deactivated on 22/06/2011 and we had complained the same with Shop Keeper. But till date there action has been taken on the same & the shop keeper is giving a false comitment every point of time. Today (i.e. 26/06/2011) at the evening when I taken up the matter with the Shop keep very seriously, then he straight away refued to do give any kind of solution and argued a lot with us.

Kindly look into the matter ASAP.

hi,
i have taken [protected] number connection march 19.already 90 (92 days)days are completed for port out .but porting out request was rejected with the following reason as
"hello!your porting request IA 659111 dated 20 jun 11 has been rejected by your currentoperator due to the number have been connected for less than 90 days ". but according to trai gudliness minimum lock in period is 90 days

i need clarification for the above blind reason posted by idea

My pre-paid Sim card was lost. Then I informed to customer care for requesting to block my sim. Thereafter I found my lost sim. Again I want to use that sim. While I requesting to customer care for reactivation, they told that the option was not possible. But I need the same number & same Idea mobile service.

I had taken a prepaid idea sim and I have been using this for 10 years. I had also inserted a lifetime validity service within this network. I recharged with rs 1000 and did not use it for 60 days. Idea has discontinued my sim and given it to someone else. They also didnot bother to inform me or refund back the money.

The customer care is not professional and this is a hopeless network.

On 04-May-2011, I changed my 650-unlimited plan to 399-5GB plan as the former is now discontinued by Idea. As my monthly billing cycle is 20th of every month, from 04-May to 20-May I'm entitled for 2.8GB of free usage on pro-rata basis. However, I've been charged beyond 450MB o[censored]sage which is not correct. All charges levied on me for net usage are false since I never crossed 2.8GB limit (Which clearly reflects in bill provided by the company itself).

I've already given a written complaint in this regard to nearby Idea outlet on 24-May, but there is absolutely no response from the company. The complaint was registered on 26-May. I've been following up with them everyday since then, but all i'm getting is false commitments. I registered the complaints 5 times since then, but there is no response. People at Idea outlet & telephonic customer care centre accepted the faults but there is no solution.

This month i.e. June'11, again I've received faulty bill. Same problem again.

Also due to this system fault, my net access is barred 5 times in past one month on account of high 'unbilled amount', which is not acceptable since it's purely a system fault which is also accepted by Idea outlet people. Despite highlighting above matters personally to Idea representatives, there is no response & they are barring internet access. Instead they are telling me to pay bill, surprisingly.

Apart from many complaints to customer care centre, I've also sent mails in this regard to idea on [protected]@idea.adityabirla.com but nobody in Idea seems to have any intention of replying or addressing the issue.

I've also been charged Rs. 114 for GPRS CORE SERVICES which is not applicable to me since I'm using net setter monthly plan.

We would like to inform you that we have taken a post paid connection from idea cellular rewari,at present i am working in TNT India Pvt.Ltd,a sales person was came in my office and given 4 connection in my office is cug plan,we have already submitted to all doc to sales guy's which has required by him,my mobile one bill already generated inr 106/-,the same amt we have already paid to idea, but suddenly yesterday on 17th jun 2011 my mobile have deactivated by idea without any prior intemation/information,i am a responsible seat in my company, due to this happen i am facing a lot of problem in Financially/mantely.

so need to your kind intervene on this subjected matter.

Hello,
For last 4/5 months, I've been charged MMS/Content Download charges on my postpaid idea card. I've been fighting for last 3+ months, still there is no resolution. My outgoing and incoming was stopped for non-payment of bills because I declined to pay these charges and pressed for its removal. I was promised to remove the charges and paid.
This month I found out that these charges appear again. As per Idea, destination number appears as ph1019fullsongpk5. I really don't understand what is it? I've been said to use this service at wee hours of the night (anywhere between 11-12 to 4-5) and during the day as well. Can someone help me with this issue.

i purchased an idea net setter on 11 june 2011.i couldn't use the product the product as of till now.i contacted customer care rep. and asked to replace the product.the sent a technician on 15th june and found the product non-useble(frequent heating of modem).as i contacted them again they said that the product is defective and suitable action will be taken against it(will get the product completely replaced WITHIN A DAY and the extension of validity of the offers in it ).i got the product on 20 june.the had given me the same defective one with the same complaint persisting(cant access even GOOGLE).the said that they had it repaired and this is a new one,the reps. lied as it was having the same IMEI NO.when i contacted them again, they said as it is out of their hands and can't do anything about it.
PLESE CONSIDER IT A REQUEST AND TAKE SUITABLE ACTION
ps;either i want the product completely replaced or a refund.

I am Amanpreet Singh living in west patel nagar , new delhi 110008. I was using idea number [protected]. I went to hyderabaad for 3 months. But when i get back and start my number again. It wasnt working. When I went to idea outlet they told me that number has been sold to other guy. I was shocked and they told me your phone were switch off so they were not able to get back to me. But I have provided them my regular Email which was singh.[protected]@gmail.com. But I didnt get any email from idea regarding closing my number. That number is so important to me. Lots of contacts are gone which I cannot find till I get my number back. I can wait till the time number close again and when I asked for again purchase of that my same number they replied back with negative answer.


Main issue: According to idea they provide facility to claim the number, There were 2 officers who can check the depth of details and then you can claim your number.
But they didnt picked up any phone call. Even I didnt get any reply from them. Everytime when I call them only I heard is ring ring. I am not able to claim on my number [protected]. Details are:

My mobile phone no [protected], Around 6 days back I have taken a connection of Idea Cell Prepaid connection, I have submitted complete papers to the dealer "Aman Telecom" Zirak Pur. I got 3 SMS for submitting papers instead of that and my number was barred. I have submitted again all the papers eg. PAN Card Bank account statement of SBI and ICICI Bank both on 18/06/2011 to Aman Telecom Zirak Pur and he told me that your number will be restart today (18th) But till now 20/06/2011 at 11 AM there is no response from Idea cell and number is also barred. Incorrect Billing

I have been Idea customer since last 5 hrs ,It's been really pain to see that I got billed for the number for which i was not connected .
The number is [protected],it was a BSNL number and I was not even able to make a call due to some problem with BSNL servers as i came to know and I was repeatedly
charged of calling.
