The standard gprs plan for 99 rps is for 200 mb whereas a other companies provide [protected]@ 99 and idea then charges 2 p/kb which is absolute highway robbery.... The customer care department is one of the worst ....i went to the FC road center and was literally heckled and abused.....planning to switch service provider .........Idea is definetly not a good idea.....the customer care sucks ..... They take advantage of the customers...

I am receiving sms service called Astro cancer even though I had not activated it. In fact I have tried to deactivate the service through sms receipt of which is confirmed by idea. But still I am receiving the sms for astro cancer service and they are deducting charges from my balance for the service...

I am being disturbed by the service replies which i receives once after any free sms sent from my mobile.

Idea is deducting money every day from my recharge talk time value. I neither requested nor downloaded anything. When I talk to customer care they politely say they will refund by 4th July. But they kept on deducting everyday and my full balance is gone. In the end they send SMS your request for refund of balanced could not be refunded.

I called again to customer care -- they cannot respond. I feel like shoooooooooing !!!!...
