    sir, my cell ni [protected].my name is shrikrishna shankar gadekar,add;house no 9/f,kolivery village kalina.mumbai400 098.i have lodged a complaint to stop sending me job alert,at your kalina office,janata cooomunication ,20 days back,he gave me the com no,and told me it will stop,he talked in front of me,to costomer care excutive,so far it has not stoped and every time i charge even for ten,rupees,the suddenly deduct from that.even rs5/-for 2days.this is rediculous,because first of all i dont want job alert,as i am retired person of 63age,so please at least now immediately,as soon as u receive this my complaint,pl stop sendi gme job alert,and stop deducting for the same,otherwise cancell this my number with regards from s s gadekar

    sir that was old complaint, u have charged me again rs30/- for the same thing from your no580101 on the same day, when i recharged for rs111/- on 19th august[friday], as u say in your message dated 25 july, that u have deactivated the service, then why u deactivated it, andwhen i complained to your cost.care execu, he refused to take my complainta d straightaway disconnected the call without hearing me, so u please inform youe department to deactivate the same for all the time andorder them to not to repeat the same mistake again particularly to 580101 people, and alsoto refund rs5/-u have deducted ten earliar to this date, so totaly u have to refund me rs35/- please

      Pune for my daughter. I provided a self-attested copy of my driving
      license and also a copy of my friend's driving license at Pune as

      on the mobile that the services to the Sim will be discontinued due to
      incomplete papers and now the services to the SIM have been discontinued. When I have submitted the necessary paper, then why the services have been discontinued. I request you to kindly look into the matter and oblige.

        Dear Sir,

        My name is Abinash Pradhan and my number is [protected], I called the customer service on 9th October and the representative told me that there is a special offer for your number and he told that “If I recharge with Rs.50/- then I will get a talk time of Rs.60/-.” So, I asked him that can I recharge two times. He said yes you can and then I got an sms from Idea stating that “Abhinandan! Aap idea na LUCKY customer cho. Medvo Rs.50 ma Rs. 50 no full talktime. Aajej recharge karavo aa offer 10th Dec matej che.

        So I recharged on the very same date. Now it’s more than 24hours and I haven’t received the full balance into my account. So I called customer service again to know what exactly the problem is. I was assisted by Ms. Nisha Varia and when I asked her “Why I haven’t got the full balance at that she told that You will not get the full balance because offer has been closed. When I told that transfer to your Manager at that time she told I cannot transfer it.

        After I had a word with Nisha, I got a balance of 1 recharge only and that too after 3-4 hours. Why I haven’t received full talktime for the second recharge?

        Your service is really a big rip-off. You people are big frauds and that is why you don’t get business as compared to other good service providers.

        I had made Instant recharge yesterday on the Idea Website..But each time I got the message that "we had not received confirmation and once we receive the same, balance will be updated into your account."

        To make the matter worse, I'm in roaming so can not receive any calls or make calls...

        Now after 24 hours the balance is still not updated into my account. I tried calling the customer care numbers, and each time they say it will take 4 hrs, then 8 hrs, and then 24 to 48 hrs depending upon the time of call.....Is this the definition of instant recharge of IDEA......Is not not very good idea SIRJEE....it is very BAD IDEA to have IDEA.....

        Idea is providing very bad service and they really sucks...

          The standard gprs plan for 99 rps is for 200 mb whereas a other companies provide [protected]@ 99 and idea then charges 2 p/kb which is absolute highway robbery.... The customer care department is one of the worst ....i went to the FC road center and was literally heckled and abused.....planning to switch service provider .........Idea is definetly not a good idea.....the customer care sucks ..... They take advantage of the customers .... Do not respond to customer queries and mislead the customers......once again the service executives have literally no respect....forget respect they do not even have the basic courtesy and manners......i have an email where they say that the charge is 0.02 p/kb and they have actually charged 100 times that amount ridiculous and extremely pathetic. Respect of the birla group .......naah no more , to opt for idea in my case a very very very BAD And Nightmarish idea...........worst plan ever
          At what email id ~ already visited FC road customer service center and was treated disrespectfully by Miss Shradha and Mr Sandesh.

          Also emailed [protected]@idea.adityabirla.com. just received 1 reply from Ms Sneha, have dropped a couple of follow up.mails but no reaponse.

          If you think you can help me let me know where 2 email u.

            my no is [protected]- using http://www.ideacellular.com i recharged 200rs. but i got internet service.

            In their website they did not provide valuable mandatory vochure and offer information they did not provided .

            My intention is recharge 200 rs top up. But In their website they did not provided information, just they given online recharge button, so clicked the button it asked for the amount for recharge, so i entered 200 rs and entered my bank details. but i received the offer3G internet service , which is i do not need. and mobile also does not having 3G facility. i expected a top up recharge. finally i did not get single paise recharge.

            i immediately called to the customer executive and asked for convert to top up. they told it is not possible.


            They want to confuse consumers intentionally... so they did not provided their offers in their website. with out adding single paise and with un used internet service attached to me.

            please take some necessary action. regarding my complaint.. and i am very highly thankful to you.. take any action... at least any another consumer will not face this problem.

            please take action :-1.to mention all their offers and vochure inforamtion in their website 2. if possible provide my amount 200rs convert to top up recharge.

            they are not changing the website means ... they intentionally mis guiding the consumers.

                In my IDEA cellphone number [protected] , I get a message everyday, stating that " Your Fashion MMS has been auto renewed and you have been charged Rs 2" .
                I never subscribed to this value added service in the first place.
                This has become a harassment.
                I had projected the problem to the Idea outlet from at Shivam Road beside the State Bank Of India Amberpet but they were unable to resolve the same. It is bought to your notice herein that so far a sum of Rs 100 has already been deducted from my prepaid account balance . I would like to be apprised as to how you will refund me the same.
                I would like to believe that subscribing for IDEA was a good idea and not a bad one.
                It is therefore requested that

                a) the a/m pack - Fashion MMS be deactivated forthwith and a confirmation intimated. to me.
                b) the amount unfairly deducted be refunded in my prepaid account with immediate effect.
                I am inclined to presume that you would be prompt in your response towards resolution of the issues failing which I would be left with no alternative but to address the issue legally in the appropriate forums

                  I have changed BSNL mobile connection to Idea on 30 May. Till know it got disconnected and asking for reactivation by submitting the documents. It is not understood why this problem is coming. Last week I have spoken with your call centre executive and got confirmed that required documents have been submitted. The services provided by Idea are too poor in this case. Being a senior citizen I am facing problems because of disconnection of mobile.

                  Request confirm the present position.

THEY INFORMED ME THAT THE PLAN WHICH I HAVE TAKEN WILL NOT WORK FOR BLACKBERRY HANDSET THEREAFTER I FILED A COMPLIANT WITH YOUR CUSTOMER FOR WHICH I DIDNT GOT ANY RESPONSE LATTER I HAVE NO OTHER ALTERNATIVE TO CHANGE THE PLAN TO BLACKBERRY LATTER I CHANGED THE PLAN TO 149 RENTAL PLAN AFTER 2 MONTH I LOST MY MOBILE I ASKED TO BLOCK THE SIM CARDS ALSO FOR THIS REQUEST DIDNT GOT ANY REPLY HOWEVER I WAS GETTING MY MONTHLY BILL, LATTER I GOT MY MOBILE FROM MY OFFICE BOY WHO HAVE THEFT THE MOBILE BY THE TIME I HAVE ALREADY TAKEN NEW VODAFONE CONNECTION SO I WANT TO CANCEL THE IDEA NO I CALL UP YOUR CUSTOMER CARE TO CHANGE TO PREPAID THEY REQUESTED ME TO VISIT THE IDEA GALLERY AND THEY GAVE ME THE ONE ADDRESS OF MULUND PACH RASTA, THEY INFORMED ME THEY DONT TAKE CANCELATION REQUEST YOU NEED TO VISIT OTHER GALLERY WHICH WAS NEAR BY TO MULUND STATION. WHICH I VISITED ON 30/04/2011 NONE OF THE STAFF AT THE GALLERY WERE ATTENTIVE THEY BUSY WITH THEIR PERSONAL GOSSIP AND CALL LATTER ONE OF THEM ATTENDEND ME THEN I REQUESTED HIM TO CHANGE THE PLAN TO POSTPAID HE INFORMED ME THAT THE PLAN CANNOT BE CHANGED TILL 6TH MONTH (WHICH WAS NEVER INFORMED ME EARLIER WHILE TAKING THE PLAN) HE REQUESTED HIM TO CANCEL THE CARDS ...NOW THIS CAME WITH A SUPRISE TO ME IN TODAY BUSINESS COMPETION EVERY BODY IS GIVING THE BEST EFFORT TO RETAIN THE CUSTOMER AND THE PEOPLE AT THE BRANCH WERE LIST BOTHER OF THE CUSTOMER.GOT THE IDEA...THIS MIGHT BE BECAUSE IT IS MANAGED BY THE OUTSOURCE CO WHICH MIGHT BE PAYING ENOUGH THEIR STAFF HAPPY SO THE UNHAPPINESS IS SHARED WITH CUSTOMER SERVICES. HOWEVER ON 30/04/2011 I SURRENDERED MY SIM CARDS AND PAID ALL THE OUTSTANDING BILL FOR WHICH HE ISSUED ME A RECEIPT OF KUSH TELECOM STAMP ON IT AND NO WHERE IN THE BILL THE IDEA CELLULAR NAME WAS MENTIONED, AFTER 2 MONTH I GOT A BILL THEN I WROTE TO MAIL TO 'care.[protected]@idea.adityabirla.com' grievance.[protected]@idea.adityabirla.com, collection.[protected]@idea.adityabirla.com BUT NONE OF THEM HAS REVERTED TO MY EMAIL AND THE RECOVERY DEPARTMENT IS GIVEN A CALL TO PAY THE BILL WHICH I AM NOT GOING TO PAY.

                      I am receiving sms service called Astro cancer even though I had not activated it. In fact I have tried to deactivate the service through sms receipt of which is confirmed by idea. But still I am receiving the sms for astro cancer service and they are deducting charges from my balance for the service

                      This happens with all service providers.
                      The best way is to register your mobile in DO NOT DISTURB Directory...

                        My 3G services activated on 15 Apr 2011 but i was charged in the bill from 7 Apr 2011, even after sending so many mail and calls Idea people not ready to accept their mistake.
                        Now they cut my net connection and sending people at my home for unpaid bill.

                        I have the mails from Idea people in which they are accepting that till 13 Apr 3G service is not activated then how can they charge me from 7 Apr.

                        I brought their 3G data card and now money is struck.
                        Can anybody suggest me what should i do ?

                        i am dr ankit. my mob no is [protected]. idea data card no is [protected]. idea sold me before 10 months that this is 3 g enable and we are going to launch 3 g very soon. for 10 months there was no 3 g. bogus speed. finally at last on 8 th april i shifted to idea 3 g. i selected plan of 2 gb free for 700 rs. my bill has credit limit of 3200 rs. now you see how they cheat us. my usage from 8 th to 24 th april is 2.7 gb.
                        they give me bill of 6700 rs. what 6700 rs. on asking they say you wont get full 2 gb. because of bill duration is 20 days. and for additional 1 gb they are charging me 6000 rs. friends do not buy idea net setter. i am doc. daily i meet 100 people. main din main 10 customer todunga idea ke.
                        6000 rs for additional 1 gb. buy tata photon plus. in 700 they give unlimited usage. if you go beyond 5 gb they reduce ur speed . nothing else. here bill of 6700 rs for 20 days using idea net setter. are yaron nayi company to initially thoda free bhi deti hai. yeh to chor company hi. bach ke rehnna.
                        6700 for 2.7 gb use. do not get urself cheted by idea 3 g net setter. storngly recommand not to buy. you start campaining against idea net setter. 6700 is not a big amount for us but feeling of cheating is here. halla bol.

                        Even i have been victim of the same,
                        I havent used any extra MB...total use i have done is 1.5 GB for the month while 2 GB is free.
                        and i hav got a bill of 6000 +, when it should be just 750+ taxes
                        i had complaint about the same but no takes this thing seriously,
                        Finally i will be dumping my netsetter in Garbage despite of making several attempts via calls and mails no one is interested.
                        Only thing they have targeted is to yield the money they have invested to buy 3g spectrum.
                        The services are already pathetic and so is there billing cheating customers
                        I will suggest to everyone that never go for idea...unless you want to pay a heavy bill which u havent used at all
                        Its a BAD IDEA doing fraud with customers.

                        Respected Sir,

                        I am using idea net setter from last 1.3+ yrs. I have taken Rs. 399 plan and the bill amount came is near about Rs. 440 including all taxes.

                        But in last month, they sent me bill Rs. 9500. I was shocked. This net setter USB is used at Village area. The speed of net setter is around 8-10kbps max. They told me that extra usage is 1.5 GB.

                        I didn't paid bill yet. Please give me suggestion about next step?

                          My name is Shailesh Damle residing Karjat Dist.Raigad i was an postpaid customer of idea of Maharashtra cell.no.[protected] when i purchased the post paid plan from M/s.Mayur communications authorized idea gallery at Karjat i was deposited Rs.1000/- as a ISD deposit ( refundable )
                          in month of May.2011 i converted my postpaid connection to prepaid with same no.& as per idea's rule i suppose to get my refund of ISD deposit in 45 working days. but till the date i have not received any refund of the said amount.in this connection i communicate many times to customer care & only one time i received massage through mail that your request has been proceed & you will get the cheque of refund on your postal address in 48 working hrs.but after that after several communication with customer care i did not received proper or firm answer this is the foolishness of idea service to the customer ( what an idea sirji ) i am believe that the prestigious name Aditya Birla & theirs team doing such bad service

                          here i suggest those are wish to choose idea service Pl.dont[protected]------ do

                            I recharged my prepaid mobile by internate on 8 July 2011 with Rs 450/- for talk time.At the time of recharging I didn`t get any message/information regarding GPRS plan activation.But after some time i got a message that GPRS plan is activated in my number, without any information and without my consultation.and i got zero rupees balace in talk time. kindly deactivate "GPRS and 3G plan" and deposit this amount as talk time in my mobile.
                            I complaint in customer care and request him to convert this amount as talk time but they were not responding well.I tried several times but they simply disconnect the call.
                            Sir I have no requirement of "GPRS and 3G plan" so kindly deactivate GPRS and 3G plan and deposit amount as "talk time" in my mobile.

                              Hi,
                              I am being disturbed by the service replies which i receives once after any free sms sent from my mobile.
                              That flash message shows me the last call cost,available balance and validity for every time i sent a message even it was a free message.
                              I dont want this service reply and i contacted the CC too but i cant get my solution still.
                              I have changed all my phone settings as advised by CC reps.
                              Please understand my trouble that i am pressing a key to come out of that service message and it arrives with a new message tone also.

                              Hope i may get my solution here.

                                As i sivanandham had purchased idea sim card and using now .when life tool sms coming if i open three rupees will be charged .i has been complained to the customer relation officer they ar not responding.kindly help me to stop the such a sms as soon as possible mob no:[protected].

                                  he sir i am living at vasai & work at mumbai & i have mobile card from mumbai last 10 years on vodafone network.
                                  i received call form Idea Cellular executive (salesman) he offer me Rs. 175 plan monthly in this plan he give me 400 local calls, 200 STD, 200 SMS per month after free mini. calls 40 paisa & SMS 50paisa. plan is good but i am that time vodafone customer form last 10 years and i am using that plan Rs.399 in this plan he give me 800 local calls & out going sms 50 paisa every month & this 800 min. i can use in outgoing calls & 50Paisa SMS in Maharashtra & Goa on vodafone network.
                                  vodafone active me plan 399 + Rom like home plan that i am using last 10 years all out going calls & SMS after 800 min. 50 paisa that use in Maharashtra & Goa.

                                  that thing i cleared to idea cellular person i want to use that free thing 400 local calls, 200 STD, 200 SMS use in Maharashtra & Goa after 400 mini. he charge 40 paisa for calls & SMS 50 paisa.

                                  he said ok u can use that free thing on idea Network & after we charge 50 paisa for SMS & calls 40 paisa.

                                  but first month call form idea cellular & i ask my plan that time he said all give plan is ok but u cannot use that free things to Maharashtra & Goa.....
                                  i given complaint to that sales person...after 20 days call form idea person he told me u can use free 400 mini. & 200 STD use Maharashtra only not SMS. SMS charge in Maharashtra Rs.3.50 paisa for outgoing SMS.
                                  i told that person your person promise me this thing & in vodafone in am using that ting i told but he say we cannot do anything.
                                  then i port my mobile idea to vodafone but i cannot do any ting MNP police is that u can port only after 3 month of completing.

                                  after 3 month i try to port idea to vodafone but that time of Rs. 175 plan was closed to all mobile company.....???????

                                  what to do me help me free sms that can i use in roming
                                  if vodafone is providing last 10 years then way not idea cellular providing.

                                  roming range is after bhayander & i am staying one station form bhayander....

                                  one of my office friend he is stying at vasai & same plan Rs.175, 400 local calls, 200 STD, 200 SMS per month on vodafone network using & he can use free sms in Maharashtra & Goa after free SMS he will charged 50 paisa only....

                                  help to to transfer to same rs.175 plan to vodafone network.

                                  Vodafone — Balance Transfer not fulfilled

                                  I used vodafone card for tranferring balance to my home mobile number : [protected](vodafone) of Rs 25. I got status as your request has been received for Balanace transfer to [protected]. but it is not transfer to My home number. I need to finish it otherwise my balance should be returned to me.

                                  Thank you for reply but already i complaint to idea to when i got my first post paid bill received that time also he told after investigation we will reply you & investigation will be take 1 month time.
                                  after 1 month call from idea & he say we conn, t do any thing for that you got wrong information provided sorry for that...
                                  i say what sorry other mobile company (vodafone) providing same plan why u not... & i am using last 10 years that services why u not providing...

                                  reply proper way & give solution not to say sorry...

                                  Idea — Offers not fulfilled

                                  There is no reply for any e-mails sent for the offers they promised to honor by calling 51515. Neither the customer care nor the Nodal officer or the appellate is answering the e-mails.Its been from 19th of September. Is there any resolution??
                                  I have taken Idea Plan on 12/12/2012 of Rs. 149 and on 27/06/2014 I have received a SMS in which I have been informed that my plan is going to be changed to Rs. 175/- w.e.f 01/07/2014 whereas I have not requested for the same. I have called to customer care and also make a e-mail to their seniors but they have not reply to my mail and customer care said to me that your plan of Rs. 149/- cost has been increased and it is not possible to continue the same plan that is why your plan has been changed in this regard I am saying that Idea company is misguide their customer as they yet selling this plan and my one friend has recently take this plan after my recommendation.


                                  Please give me solution of this misguide of idea company.

                                    I am from Kothrud, PUNE. I have applied for MNP to IDEA prepaid of my
                                    Reliance CDMA No [protected]. I have submitted the forms with photo,
                                    ID proof etc at your Store 'Capital Services' on Karve Road, near Maruti
                                    Mandir, KOTHRUD, PUNE.
                                    I have also paid Rs19/- and got a MNP kit from the store. All
                                    this was done on[protected], that is ~22 days back. The MNP
                                    time is 7 days and the UNP validity is 15 days.
                                    I have not yet got the conversion of my no.

                                    I have visited the store three/four times asking for progress, all I am
                                    getting is vague answers. Yesterday I found that my forms are still
                                    lying in the store.

                                    Are you not interested in transferring in my cellphone to Idea?
                                    What should i do with the MNP kit sold to me?
                                    Will you take it back and refund my money?

                                    I am your customer since last many years for my other phone.
                                    Do you think I should swith over to may be VODAFONE or
                                    BSNL or some other provider?

                                    Please do the needful. If necessary pull-up the concerned Idea Store for poor service.

                                        Idea is deducting money every day from my recharge talk time value. I neither requested nor downloaded anything. When I talk to customer care they politely say they will refund by 4th July. But they kept on deducting everyday and my full balance is gone. In the end they send SMS your request for refund of balanced could not be refunded.

                                        I called again to customer care -- they cannot respond. I feel like shoooooooooing !!!!

                                        A company that loots every moment !!!
