Above is detail of the ticket which i took from Indian railway. and ticket was in waiting list and i canceled before train schedule at the boarding station. I tried to contact customer care but thay told me file TDR, I did that i filed TDR and got folowing response from customer care:Dear Customer,

Please note that we have received your mail and your refund will be processed through TDR (Ticket Deposit Receipt). Refund under this category is processed by the railways under the present commercial rules and this process takes minimum 90 days or more. Once the refund is received from the railways the balance will be credited to your account

    Sub: Lodging of complaint against theft of my suitcase.

    I was traveling in train No. 2621/CHENNAI CENTRAL from Nagpur to Delhi boarded the train on 7th December 2009 under PNR No. [protected] in coach No. S-7 Seat No.50 (middle berth). The ticket was booked through regular railway counters at Nagpur.

    I lost my strolley, branded CARILITE with grey color, and it contained the following main and important items/articles apart from other things kept in it as per my remembrance is concerned:

    1. Five pants and about eight shirts, night pants, T-shirts.
    2. My HP pavilion laptop in laptop bag, also containing 2-3 office files
    3. Sony Cybershot camera
    4. Small books and papers, files etc.

    The above are the main articles among other things which were kept in my suitcase. I presume and after considering the views of my co-passengers in the compartment that my suitcase was stolen during midnight sleeping time between Nagpur and Agra stations. I was advised by the concerned TTE to lodge a complaint at Agra railway station addressing to Delhi Railway Police Authorities.

    I hereby request to take suitable steps to recover my stolen suit case and kindly intimate to my above address and to my mobile No. [protected] immediately for which act of kindness I will be ever grateful to you and your department.

      My daughter Ms. Niti Arora, was travelling in Train No. 8508 (Hirakund Express) From Amritsar to New Delhi along with her 4 friends, on 5.12.2009 which reached in New Delhi on 6.12. 2009 morning. In the Train her handbag was stolen which contains Mobile Phone, Digital Camera of Sony, Approx. 2500 in cash and several other things which is the job of an insider who sells Tea, Coffee etc. in reserved Trains. It is a matter of regret that such things happened during journey. She reported the matter at New Delhi Railway Station Police Station.

      This is for information and necessary action. Please take the matter up with Railway Ministry, how this has had happened in Reserved Compartment and who is responsible for it ?

      Please find the enclosed attachment of my journey ticket PNR No.[protected]
      Took journey from Chennai to mysore on 24.07.2009 by cauvery Express Coach no S-4 Seat No.54.During the journey at 04.30Am on 25.07.2009 at Bangalore. A thief(Suit case lifter) was lifted a suit case belongs to co-passenger, Which was noticed by me and immediatly acted to catch hold the thief, the material recovered. But the thief escaped by attacking me by pushing me in to the 4 feet drainage. The police of three (one in uniform & other 2 in civil dress) was after me shouting. The escaped the thief by not paying attention.
      It seems to be that police also associated with the thief to loot the passenger's belonging.The behaviour of police & their body language was supported the thief. The police is not taken any FIR. Instead they took bribe from the passenger.
      Hence, i request your good office to work honestly for the public by deputing and keeping 'Vigilance squad for Bangalore Railway station Police force.

      Indian Rail — about station announcement

      it is matter of sad that there is no provision of announcement of forcomming station for passanger treveling on indian trains except rajdhani and shatabdi trains and feew locals (in mumbai) and usally neither on station(announcement) that this is such station or station x welcomes u in its area and thats why passenger getting lots of problem , they use to awake for several hours during night journy for not missing there distination (station),and if not doing so missing there station(distination),
      its matter of great sarrow that compartment tte / next station ticket examiner is penalising the same traveller for not having proper ticket after missing the station
      therefore announcement facility in train should be compulsary
      i got same problem in train no 2225 ,at 5 am it reached aligarh , i was sleeping , tte of coach sleeper -7 , not informed me about , i woke up in gaziabad , i reached delhi sation ,and there i got delhi kanpur emu and return aligarh at 11.58 am , i missed my duty on 23rd
      succh type of problemgetting lots of train passanger though reporting and complaint may be less
      requesting for needfull action

      Suj: Theft of Jewelry and cash in Boggy AB-1 of Panjab Mail Tr No 2138 on 7th Dec, 2009


      Dear Mamta ji,
      I booked my confirmed railway ticket on 5th Dec, 2009 through tatkal quanta for 7th Dec, 2009 by Panjab Mail, Train No 2138, having PNR No [protected] for self and my Mrs ( Manju Khanduri) from Delhi to Mumbai in 2nd AC. We boarded in the allotted compartment AB-1 at alloted berth 18 and other berth was allotted in other compartment HA-1 berth no 1. With the consent of TT and Mr Vijay who was allotted berth No 17 of compartment AB-1, we mutually exchanged the berth. Attendant Mr Kunj Lal Gupta were present in the compartment. We asked for bed sheet, blanket and pello from house keeper Mr Gupta and accordingly spread your bed in respected berths The train departed from station at at about 0550 AM Till Faridabad we were seeing all the moment of the passengers and the Hackers in the compartment, after that we had sleep, I was laying on upper berth No 18 and my Mrs was sleeping in lower berth No17. My Mrs got up at Agra Cantt station found that her purse is taken away from her bearth, which was cover by cloths and blanket by side of her .I asked the attendant Mr Kunj Lal Gupta about the purse .He told that one purse is laying and hanged in the toilet, is it your I told YES .
      My Mrs show the purse, nothing was there. She had her jewelry ( One gold chain of 25grm, two ear rings and three hand rings) and cash of about one lack, leaving behind Mobile and two rest watches (mine and of herself). In the purse.
      I approached T.T of the compartment Mr Raj Pap Singh Dy C.T. I AGC, he asked the attendant Mr Gupta How he came to know that purse is laying in the Toilet of the compartment? .He told that sweeper has told him. I am having all the dough and suspect goes to him only. As her is knowing how is coming and going from the compartment
      Mr Raj Pal Singh asked Mr Gupta to call GRPF person from back compartment. He inquired and told that non of GRPF person is on duty in the complete train. I was all shocking that I have not found a single GRPF person has come to see the compartment in my compete journey from Delhi to Mumbai.
      Then I asked Mr Singh to give me some form, so that I can lodge my complaint to you, which he can submit to GRPF authorities for obtaining the F.I.R for further investigation He gave me the form, that I have dully filled and hand over to Mr Singh in return gave me acknowledgment of the complaint
      It is requested that through investigation may kindly be done and Mr Kunj Lal Gupta may be taken to custody to home I suspect of the theft, so that all my lost items may be recovered. Mr Singh may be asked to send me the F.R.I copy at my addres given at complete form.

      India Railways — Theft in reservation compartment

      sir,
      somebody snatched my purse at Alighar station from the compartment itself.Guards are not ready to lodge the repord nether the RPF at Gaziabad station(Destination).Even we went to new delhi station but there also nobody was ready to lodge the complaint.The guards are saying to lodge the complain as if we left the purse in the compartment..please kindly suggest what to do??

      SUB: Complaint for lost of my luggage during traveling in the train LAL Quila Express from Kanpur to Kolkata .

      Respected Sir,

      I myself Mr. Shadab Akhter traveling with my colleagues in train no. 13112 (LAL Quila Express) from Kanpur Jn. to Kolkata, on Thursday feb 2nd 2012, my PNR no [protected]. was, 43, 46, 48, 45 in coach S2. I was coming from IIT Kanpur to IIM Calcutta after attending the college Management cum cultural fest.
      I did see the luggage till mid night, It was a Plastic ball, and was kept near the Toilet as it was bit bulky the doors were closed. It was heavy around 80 kgs and we have the tickets for the luggage separately. 4:00am I was awaken, and, suddenly I found out that the Luggage is not there.

      For that I had complained to TTE in coach, but he could not help he had no idea what to do . I am still in the train.
      I have Lost my valuable Rs 50, 000 equipment and I have a fest to attend at IIM Calcutta, please help me out .

      I am working in a Adventure Tourism Company " Odyssey Wonders tourism and Solution Pvt Ltd.office in Jamshedpur, I have lost my asset which I had made with great difficulty during my yrs. hard work, hope you will understand my problem and do the needful.

        I had booked 2 tickets on jammu bound train pooja express train number 2413 on three. Tire AC. After boardibg the train from jammu I was suprised that the compartment inside was very dirty and unclean! There were cockroaches and rats and lizards roaming on the compartment floor!
        When contacted the attendent he without any concern relied that we need to adjust with what we have been given!
        If we have to put up with cockroaches and rats and lizards in a AC compartment why are we being charged huge amounts to travel?
        The regular cleaning does not take place and we have to put up with unhygenic conditions! Why? This matter needs to be looked in immediately to ensure that passengers are not put up with this kind of horrible conditions!
        This needs immediate attention by the concerned authorities!
        We are not cattle with this kind of treatment!!!

        Recently I had to travel by 6613 Rajkot-Coimabatore express from Ahemedabad to Salem.The AC 2 Tier bogie was infested with cock roaches which were crawling all around.The curtains were so dirty that they were smelling.The bed linen and blanket supplied by the attendent were so dirty and torn that one could risk infection by using them.No hand towels were supplied.For the price of an AC ticket one could travel by air these days.Why should any body travel by IR if this is their attitude to customers.It is high time that private trains are run on IR tracks and Railways be responsible only for the maintainance of infrastructure and not passenger service.

        3-No person for housekeeping.
        4-Hand towel Is not avilable.

SHE WAS GOING FROM KURSELA TO SILIGURI JN.SO I CONTACT FROM T.T.E.IN KATIHAR STATION FOR EXTANSION OF MY TICKET FROM NEW JALPAIGURI TO SILIGURI JN. T.T.E.SAID THAT GIVE ME RS.100 AND GO TO YOUR BIRTH AND I AM COMMING BEFORE NEW JALPAIGURI AND WILL GIVE YOU YOUR JOURNEY EXTANSION TICKET . BUT THE T.T.E.HAS NOT COMES TO ME . I AM REACH TO SILIGURI JN. THAN AFTER TICKET COLLECTOR HAS DEMAN FOR TICKET AND I HAVE TOLD TO TICKET COLLECTOR THAT I HAVE GIVE RS.100 TO T.T.E. IN KATIHAR FOR EXTENSION OF MY TICKET BUT TICKET COLLECTOR IS NOT FAITH ON MY . HE WILL TOLD TO MY FOR PANALTY RS .870 DIFFERENCE FOR 2 TICKET @ 185/- + 250 FINE . I HAVE REQUEST TO T.C.THAT I HAVE NO MONEY . SO T.C.HAS ENGAGED ME FOR 1 HOUR THAN AFTER HE WILL REALEASE ME. THIS IS A BIG FROAD WITH ME . I AM VERY UPSET WITH THIS INSIDENT .           We were travelled in Brindavan Express (Train number: 2640) on 5th of December 2010 in D4 Coach. The train TTE is fully dunked and spoken with abusing words with the passengers. He stated to bribe money from some of the people who got in to the reservation compartment with the general ticket. I tried to note down his name but he did wearing his badge too. Please stop this kind of nonsense.

            Sub: Loss of Baggage in Running Train (2948, Azimabad Express) on 19 th November 2009 at Mugalsarai
            Dear Sir,
            Please refer the FIR (Copy Enclosed) & Train Ticket copy enclosed on above subject dated 19th November 09.
            I was travelling from Patna toVadodra on 18th Nov 09 with my Mother,Sister and Brother In law and was in coach S-9 Seat No- 9, 10, 12 & 13.
            The Luggage VIP Suitcase Color Sky Blue (Light))was under the seat and same was lock with steel chain. My Self and Mother,Sister and Brother In law has last seen the same when we crossed ARA Rly. Station. The same was Lost (Theft) when the Azimabad Express Halted at Mugalsarai Rly. Station (U.P).On 19/11/09 At Morning I Found At Mugalsrai Rly Station that Damage Parts Of Steel Chain was laying under the seat No-12 & My VIP Suitcase Color Sky Blue (Light)) was not available under the seat No-12.
            I Tried to Lodge a complaint With TTE in Azimabad Express in Running Train at Kanpur, Kota & Ratlam But TTE Refused to Lodge complaint & TTE Ratlam advice me to FIR Lodge at GRP ,Vadodra.
            Finally FIR was lodged with GRP VADODRA ON 23/11/09 & SAME REFFER TO GRP MUGALSARAI FOR INVESTIGATION .
            The baggage was containing my PAN Card,SBI ATM CARD , ORIGIONAL ENGINEERING CERTIFICATE, ENGINEERING MARK SHEET-FOUR NOS ,HIGHER SECONDARY CERTIFICATE,ISO CERTIFICATE, YELLOW FEVER VACINATION CERTIFICATE,PHOGRAPH OF SLAG LADLE CAR with Jewelry Rs 85000/-, Cloths Rs 20000/-, Cash Rs. 45000/- & Miscellaneous Goods Rs.5000/-
            TOTAL LOSS RUPEES ONE LAC AND FIFTY FIVE THOUSAND (RS.155000/-)

            I think that if you dont get the No. soon then you must plead to the court against railways and I am sure that not only the lost amount but you will also get a huge compensation(as i think).

              Hi,
              Train No 7651-Kacheguda Exp from Chennai Egmore to Kacheguda(hyderabad).
              Request to extend the train starting point from Tambaram (chennai) instead of Egmore.
              Lot of IT and other people are staying around Sipcot/Medavakkam areas and we need to travel all the way almost 35 Kms to take the train from Egmore or Chennai Central.

              Request to extend the train starting point at the earliest.

                I have purchased a Ticket for my father whose age is 76 from Yeshwanthpur Station to Mangalore Stations [YPR to MAQ] for journey on 07.12.2009. Though in the ticket it is published as Senior Citzen and concession charge of Rs 75.00, Railway has collected full amount of Charge of Rs 116.00. When asked about this with the accountant, he just rounded off on the Train Ticket and has not returned the concession amouunt.

                  My parents Mrs. Premlata and Dr. Gulabchand are senior citizens, who had been alloted reservations (Coach S8, No. 17, 20) in Sahyadri Express on Dec. 5, 2009 @ 7 AM leaving from Pune to Neral.

                  The so-called reserved compartment was carrying a morcha of "Jai Bheem" slogan shouting group of thugs. I requested them to allow my parents to at least sit down in our reserved seats, but to no avail. The thugs also misbehaved with a lady travelling with us, who also had reservation. They told us that we need to go to some other compartment instead of our alloted seats, and despite the coach reservation charts bearing my parents names.

                  We informed the guard of the train who requested TT and GRP to attend the coach. Only the TT of the AC coach attended. On arrival, the TT expressed his helplessness before such a large group of slogan shouting people and was shooed away. The lady who was with my parents started crying and was forced to vacate the train! She had to cancel her reserved tickets!

                  1) Why was the GRP security force absent? Why did they not attend despite the guard calling security forces for help?

                  2) If this is the situation on Pune station (supposedly a model station of our nation), what will happen in the scene of a terrorist attack? Who will protect innocent citizens?

                  3) What should an Indian citizen carrying valid train reservation do? What should a foreigner (who will not understand what is going on) do?

                    I was returning from a Marraige party of my friend from Lucknow to Patna from SHRAMJEEVI Exp.Train no.2392 on 02/12/2009. We had booked two sets of the ticket through internet. One set contained my name alongwith other co-passengers and another set my wife along with two other co-passengers. The mistake we committed was that in the ticket of my wife one other passenger didnt board the train and other two passengers didnt have valid I Card. Sensing the need of I-Card we asked ppl at home to atleast send scanned copy of voter Id card on my email address. We took print out of id card and boarded the train. When the TTE, Mr.A.M.Ansari came for checking in the boggy after one hour. we politely approached him and said about the problem. After reading our face he realised that they is scope of some bribe because non of the passengers (already one didnt boarded) mentioned in the ticket is having any valid identity.
                    I requested him that see in the zerox copy in Husband's name my name is mentioned and I am having driving license,PAN Card and other Identity proof to show that I am her husband and she also doesnt refuse the same!! He said I dont know anything---- I want ID Proof of any of these three ppl mentioned in ticket i[censored] dont have you will be treated as without ticket and total fine is Rs.3411/-.
                    So i[censored] want me to help you I will take just Rs.2000/- and save your Rs.1411/-. We refused his offer since we knew that we are not committing any offence and we are right. There was also not any third party claim that these birth belonged to some one else. He said either you pay Rs.3411/- or Rs.2000/-. We said we will pay neigher of them. He simply pressed our ticket in hands and said you have not given us any such ticket even and now you are without ticket. I became furious after seeing his mischief. I somehow managed to snatch ticket from his hands. He threatened me of facing the consequenses in next station Sultanpur. When the train reached Sultanpur we saw some 4-5 constables alongwith head TTE and Station Master rushed at my place in the boggy and started quarelling with me and threatening me. They threatened me to pull down from train alongwith my wife and 4yr old child at 1am night in bone chilling cold.I asked them that I am ready to give penalty of two ppl travelling on the ticket and not having valid I Card. Since my ticket was already in my friend ticket which he himself had checked and validated earlier.
                    My all plea was wasted and finally they forced me to pay Rs.3411/- as fine for travelling without ticket. He even fined me whereas I was having ticket with ID card. Jai Ho Mera Bharat Mahan Ka!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Jai Ho, Jai Ho!!!!!!!!!

                      I faced a problem while booking a ticket now on irctc.co.in TRANSACTION ID's stated above from ERNAKULAM JN to TRIVANDRUM(CTL)IN 2075 JAN SHATABTI Express. After entering the details of the one passengers, I made the payment using Federal Bank online. After making the payment I got the message that the session is expired.

                      I checked my Federal bank transactions and I can see three payments of 102/- is made. However when I see the list under "Booked Tickets" on the website, I dont see any reservation made on the above transaction ID's.

                      Please advise what to be done since I have made a payment and there is no booking done by the website.

                        Indian Railway — Poor response to ticket cancellation process

                        I had booked two etickets at www.irctc.co.in, which were eventually canceled due to unavoidable circumstances but however it has already been more than a week since 13.08.2008 when I canceled the tickets and the amount is not yet refunded to my account. I contacted their help desk[protected] and 139 repeatedly and sent repeated mail to [protected]@irctc.co.in and [protected]@irctc.co.in but till today no confirmation neither any action has been taken in this regard. At the end I didn't had any other option than lodge this protest.

                        Sir,

                        Please refer to the subject above and the details provided below. I booked two e-tickets on 8-8-2008 with PNR no.s 1. [protected] and 2. [protected]. Due to some unavoidable circumstances I got to cancel both the tickets with respective transaction ids: [protected] and[protected]. But the amount is not yet refunded to SBI bank account.                           Indian Railways — No refund of ticket recieved

                          I had booked a ticket from chennai central to howrah on 16/06/2008 for train no 2840 using VISA Debit card. The ticket was worth 1857/-. the ticket no was 84054303 booked for three adults. The train was cancelled due to heavy rain as a result of which i had to cancell the ticket on 19/06/2008 vid. rn invoice no. 011362 bn 002395.Cancellation amount was 1857. But till date i have not recieved the refund amount. It was supposed to be credited on my VISA card but it has not been credited till date. I had given a reminder on sep 08 but to no avail. Therefore i request you to look into the matter and take necessary action.

                            I booked a train ticket thru internet reservation for train nos.2203 for dt: 5.12.09, PNR- [protected] . Train was late for more than 10hrs. I had some urgent work so i didnot traveled on the train. I filed TDR for Rs593 on 8.12.08 (Ref No: ekt[protected]). I was refunded Rs284 on 30.3.09 i.e. less than 50% (refund file No: 2003/IRCTC/ERTD/Refunds). It was clearly mentioned in refund rules that 100% refund will be done "if train is late more than 3hrs". I have been calling & sending mails to railway's refund dept. at [protected]@irctc.co.in repeatedly from last 8monts. On 25.11.09 i was told that only 50% refund will be made because it has been very old matter. Is it consumers/customers fault that GOVT. DEPTT. are not working and i have to bear a loss of Rs309 for their mistake. I have been give nos. of Mr AK Jain- [protected] by TDR deptt. as he is the head to settle this issue. I have been calling thsi nos. since 20.11.09 and no body picked up the phone. Can somebody pls help me to get my refund back from railways or this is a practice of Govt. to crush the public with their non working deptts.

                              i ankur reach Sangli on[protected] at 5.25 am by train no. 1011 and by pnr no.[protected].i want to get tatkal resevation for[protected] therefore i went to reservation counter.There were 3 pereson standing in line .when the window open the reservation encharge take 15 form from 3 person and extra money.when my number came the tatkal reservation was reseved.i oppose the move but i was thread and sent back.I complain to DY.Station Superintendent and complain no.007467.The reservation counter incharge alone with commission agent force me to take complain back and threat me for my life .I rush out of the satation.i want stick action to be taken.

                                  Hi I am Paras Jatkar.I have a complaint against the person(Mr. Meena) sitting at the Railway reservation counter in Buldana.The behaviour of the person against the customers is not proper.
                                  He is rude.I had been their to reserve my ticket from Malkapur to kalyan ticket dated: 21/11/2009,
                                  The way this person interacted was shameful.He asked me for 7 Rs change as he was sitting in the glass cabin and there was some noise outside,I was not able to hear the amount.So I asked him again how much change was required.He shouted at me and said "Are kitni bar bolenge , Sunai nahi deta kya?".I said him that I couldnt hear you so i asked again and paid 310 Rs.He stared at me,took 300 Rs and said rudly that go and get the change,otherwise u wont get the ticket.
                                  I just want to say that because of such behaviour people dont want to go to the reservation counter in buldana.And buldana has single reservation center.
                                  I dint expect this behaviour from Indian railways.
                                  I hope some action is taken in this regard and people feel free to book tickets in my small town Buldana.

                                  Hi, today (June 2, 2011), I had to receive my brother and bhabi from the Mysore railway station, they arrived via the Cauvery Express from Katpadi. The train came to the station at 8 a.m. When I reached the railway station, the counter which usually gives the platform tickets was closed, and the other counters, I have no idea if they give platform ticket there, had long que. Since the train had already arrived and my brother and bhabhi were new to Mysore, I had to enter the station without the platform ticket, but for sure I could not find any railway personnel to inform them about nonavailability of platform ticket. As I entered the platform, I saw my brother and bhabhi right at the entrance, wherein I went and collected the luggage from them and as I was leaving, the ticket checking squad, he wore nothing on him to identify himself to be a railway person, asked for the tickets. Since I did not have the platform tickets, I was booked for Rs. 292. He said I should have informed him. There was no ID card, badge, or dress code to identify himself as a railway employee to approach him and say my query.

                                  My argument is, first the counter which issues platform ticket was closed. Secondly, the automatic machine is out of order. Thirdly, there was no railway employee at the entrance to be informed of nonavailability of the platform ticket. Fourthly, I believe this is a way to swindle money from the innocent persons like me, which needs investigation at a higher level. My question is when the trains do come and go at all odd hours, why is the platform ticket issuing counter closed? When asked the person said the counter will open only at 10 a.m. If that is the case, then what is the other alternatives?? The automatic vending machine is also out of order. So, the Mysore Railway Station having all their mistakes on their part and fining innocent people who hurry to receive their loved ones is a way of making illegal money. I want to know how can I get back my money and teach these irresponsible railway employees to accept their mistakes and understand our needs. I always buy the Rs. 3 platform ticket before I enter into the station, but when one is not able to rightly procure it as it happened today, then why fine? Kindly the concerned help me on how to file a case against these railway employees, as I may not be the only person and there might be many such incidents and these greedy squad officers will be waiting to make money this way.

                                  The way this person interacted was shameful.He asked me for 2 Rs change as exact fair was 22 Rs he was rudly that go and get the change, otherwise you wont get the ticket.Then I asked to back my money but he told you will get only 2 Rs back!!! or you have to provide 2 Rs change. thats way i missed my train and failed to attend important schedule
                                  I just want to say that because of such behaviour people don't want to go to the counter at PADUA.
                                  I dint expect this behaviour from Indian railways.
                                  I hope some action is taken in this regard and people feel free to the tickets counter in my small town PADUA.

                                    against your following waiting e ticket, due to bad server none ticket of tatkal reservation is to be sold at that day due to bad server (it is also flashed in the news paper,so the chart was not prepared at that time.). from 15.00 ocolck to 18.00 o"clock.mr. smit and mr. nitin bhavsar was there at the sattion.

                                    the railway representative mr. sinh on the window of tatkal reservation told us that your ticket is been cancelled at that time.and we have urged to get the seat on the basis of your eticket ,the t.t named mr. rao(train 8402) okhapuri express. told us that e tiucket is not accepted with waiting list. you should purchased the e-ticket when it is fully confirmed.otherwise it is not helpful to you.

                                    so mr. smit bhavsar has not done journey from e ticket he is here in ahmedabad,we could not go to our destination visakhapatanam due to your icrtc and railway's bad server.


                                    so we required our money back.

                                      I am a daily commuter in western Railway in first class coach. It is seen that Railway employees in all category including class IV also travelling in First Class coaches of all trains without proper Travelling authority. Rail employees cannot leave the Head quarter without Permission of Head of Department. They are paid HRA,CCA and Transportation Allowances along with their Salary every month hence they should stay at HQ only. These Railway employees are getting double benefit for their job. 1) they are getting the HRA, CCA and Transport allowance as per the class of city and they are travelling in the train without ticket. I know many of the Railway employees they are accompanied with their lovers, neighbours and other friends simply telling "STAFF" . The Train Ticket Examinar never see their Identity or the purpose of Journey. Some times Police constables are occuping the seats and geninue passanger who are paid for first class are standing in the coach wihout seat. I know some ladies travelling daily 100 KM in First Class and doing Government Job at Baroda and Ahmedabad without ticket and occupying the seats of GENUINE PASSENGERS. SOME RETIRED EMPLOYEES OF RAILWAY ARE DAILY TRAVELLING IN FIRST CLASS COACHES WITHOUT TICKET IS IT PERMITTED BY RAILWAY?.

                                      THIS KIND OF MISUSE OF PASSES AND MISUSE OF POSITION BY RAILWAY EMPLOYEES SHOULD BE STOPPED IMMEDIATELY BY CHECKING FROM SQUAD FROM OTHER RAILWAYS AND THESE KIND OF COMMUTTERS SHOULD BE PUNISHED BY BARRING PREVILAGE PASSES AND RECOVERY OF HRA, CCA AND TA. THE RAILWAY AUTHORITIES SHOULD IMPOSE COMPULSORY CHECKING IN TRAINS. PEOPLE ARE STAYING AT NADIAD AND GOING TO BARODA FOR DAILY JOB IN RAILWAY AND LEAVING OFFICE EARLY TO CACH TRAINS. IF NO RESULT FOUND ON THIS COMPLAINT I SHALL APPROACH YOU WITH RTI NOTICE WHICH MAY PLEASE BE NOTED

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        I travel every month thousands of kms by your trains. I know the rules very well as I follow them being guided by Trains at a glance.
                                        This morning at about 10.15am I went to the reservation counter at Fatehpur (FTP) and asked to book a ticket from Chennai to Fatehpur with break of journey's first at Nagpur and then at Bhopal (I am permitted to take two break of journey's if I hold above 1000 kms ticket) as I was requesting for a ticket for 2072 kms between Chennai and Fatehpur.
                                        Mr Burma who is the incharge there refused to make the ticket saying the computer does not permit two break of journeys and also there is no facility available in the system. Inspite of he being told by the Allahabad office still he refused to make the ticket and asked me to lodge a complaint. I lodged a complaint with the railway station master as well.
                                        I am shocked to see the way the clerks or your staff HARASS the customers. I am not sure whether they are nor aware of the rules or being LAZY to make such tickets. If they HARASS an educated man can you imagine how they must be fooling the innocent ones.

                                        I WANT YOU TO LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND TAKE A STERN ACTION SO THAT THE STAFF WILL KNOW THAT THEY CANT GET AWAY WITH THINGS AND KEEP TROUBLING PASSENGERS. THEY MUST KNOW THE RULES AND MUST LEARN TO HELP THE CUSTOMERS.
