money deducted but order not placed from kfc

On july 25th i tried to place an order of rs. 705 and i made the payment through paytm. Money is deducted from my account but no update regarding order. Please shut down your money looting online order app as i came across so many complaints in the same manner here....

regarding not refunding the amount of double payment since one month

I visited the kfc crown interiorz on 17 june 2020. I ordered a rs 599 bucket for takeaway. I made a payment using upi id paytm[protected]@paytm and the transaction id was[protected] at 8:15 pm in the name of deyvani with remarks as oid[protected]@kfc india. The payment was completed but my order wasn't placed on kfc. I made another payment using the same upi id and the transaction id was[protected] at 8:43 pm. This time my order was placed....

no delivery despite of online payment

I had placed my kfc order online and paid the amount on 15-july-2020 (Order no. 19595709; kfc, saharaganj mall, lucknow).
The order never got delivered and the worst part is that they are literally unreachable. This is the 3rd time that such a thing has happened. If these people cannot provide the service, let this not be advertised; zomato & swiggy appears to be far better off than these people.
It is not always about refund;...

I am rakshath from mysuru, india. During online order today i, e 8/07/2020 at 12.24 pm from kfc store at mall of mysore i paid through my debit card ending with 2118. The money of Rs. 303 was deducted but the order confirmation was failed. I want the refund of the deducted amount. I have attached the deduction details please find it....

Refund of my order

I have orderd an item worth rs. 634.99 from my credit card. But the delivery is not yet done.. Order has been made at 4 pm.. As the ordered item is not delivered i need refund of that item. No details are shown in the app....

I ordered fron kfc's mobile app using net banking at 5:08 pm on 15th june 2019. The amount was deducted from my account but the order was never recieved. I tried reaching out to them using the feedback page but it was no use. I have attached the screenshot of the amount being deducted....

online delivery order - order not delivered after successful online payment

I placed an online order through the kfc website and payed successfully via paytm (Order id:[protected]. However, i have not received my order. All the numbers listed for delivery are not reachable or unanswered (I called[protected] and[protected].

My location is gurgaon/gurugram.

It's absurd that such a large company is providing such a bad service. At least answer the phone.br...
