My name is Vivek and here i would like to complaint about Kotak Mahindra Car Finance. I was financed my car from Kotak Mahindra, Dehradun where case was dealt by one of the Kotak's Relationship manager. He was committed me ROI for 5 years 12% if I submit the request within offered time period. I did the same with all documentations. Dear Kotak Credit Card,
On 5th of June my card has been swiped for amount 32,000.00 INR by Great Eastern, Sinthi More branch. The transaction got declined! Cashier thought might be some issue and asked if they will try with lesser amount. Again my card was swiped for amount 20,000.00 INR. Transaction got declined again. Then I booked my purchase with some token money and left the shop. Next day I called Kotak credit card toll free no. and came to know that my card has been blocked for 7 days due to this TWO declines!!

FIRST thing is my credit limit is 35,000 INR and limit has not been touched. I have NO communication to me that what is the upper limit of a single transaction! I strongly believe that customer should know before hand what amount of transaction he/she should be able to make. I know this is a safe guard, but why there is NO communication. This is right to know before hand! Again, if I am card owner I might need a higher transaction. Why not there should be an option to call customer care and withhold this limitation for a single transaction and actual allow the owner to do purchase. If this option is not there then I have no use of my card.

SECOND thing is WHY this deactivate is for 7 long days. It make sense to deactivate the card, but when card owner calling and giving all identity and explaining the situation, WHY there should not be an option to unblock on request. Just think if one person traveling and get into similar situation, he might not be able to use his card for any amount within his travel period (within that 7 days)!!

THIRDLY, the bigger amount will only appears for electronics and gold purchase and bank has restriction on these two types of purchase only! Thus the card is absolutely NO USE then! I booked a goods at GE because I got an excellent deal. Now due to this 7 days deactivation, I have to give up the opportunity of getting one good thing in lesser price.

FOURTHLY, when I called the customer service (at least 4 to 5 times) requesting to solve my issue so that I can further do transaction and let me know the higher limit of transaction. Every time they just sounds like a broken record. NO ONE agrees to help me out. Wanted to talk with concerned department or manager, they are simply not opening that option at all.

FIFTHLY, while in call with customer service, I wanted to know the higher amount limit for my transaction. They simply could not tell that too and asking me to call again once card is in active condition. Neither me nor they know the reason of this.

If anyone from Kotak card (if they at all care), they can call me and find out the fact in details and help me to resolve the issue.

My name is sreevani, i transferred fund from credit card to my savings account, in portal there is an information like, amount will be credited in next working day. I did transfer on 23rd oct'13 at 6.30 AM, i called customer care people and i asked when can i expect money in my account, that girl said like check it out at 1PM again i called to customer care and i spoke with some manager he said like 24th oct'13 9AM. Again i called on 24th oct'13 they said like it will take 3 working days. I dont know one thing Y u guys will play with customers and their needs. Y will u transfer fund from credit card, if we have very urgency to have some money then only we will choose the last option like getting cash from credit card. Today's date is 27th oct'13 still my account was not yet credited, now i dont want that money and there is no option like cancel my request. what can i do after taking that money without using, then also i need to pay by interest+300 minimum amount. Is this the way how u are helping the customers?

    I have submitted my PF withdrawal forms to my previous company kotak mahindra bank ltd. and they have sent it to the EPF, Bandra office. Those documents are received by the office on Jan.11.

    It is almost five and half months over, but still the amount is not deposited into my account.

    Please process my withdrawal application as soon as possible.

      Hi,

      I had been met into snatching of my bag and in that I lost my ATM card of "Kotak Mahindra Bank" and I took an action to blocked that card then and there however after giving me assurance to blocked my ATM debit card an Unauthorized transaction had been done from my A/C of 18000/- Rs when I called to customer care and also contacted at nearest branch for the same issue then they did not provide me a satisfactory support. They said to me that I should wait for their follow up call for the same issue. I believe it has been a month still there is no such response I have been recieved through any of the concern person from the Bank.
      I would like to request to take this issue again into your consideration and please provide me a proper resolution for such incident which has happened into consideration of "Kotak Mahindra Bank" ATM machine at Mayur Vihay pahse -1.

I opened my account with KOTAK MAHINDRA BANK, GURGAON BRANCH on 2nd of may 2011.but till now, they did not send me gold debit card. when i call at the gurgaon branch office for assistance, kotak branch members dont respond me properly.Mr Sachin Arora (Asst manager corporate sales). when i called to him he told me i am not able to send debit card. they commited me to send the gold debit card.Please take a strict action against kotak mahindra bank,

          Today and earllier also i have received the sms very late. by the time your sms is reached the KOTAT BANK was crossed the limit of 432 today.

          Buying target was 426 when i received the sms at that time it was 432. and target was 836, what is the use of such information.

          I paid my month cotribution on 7th of 10th May, but only twice i could make some profit.

          Please give the sms at around 9 to 9.30 at least.

            I am Ganesh Pagar, residing at Bhayandar, Dist Thane, Maharashtra . I have availed a car loan from Kotak Mahindra Prime Ltd. Santacruz , Mumbai Branch. My car loan account is CF 4903090 (Oct. 2008) and also have a personal loan, account is CF 5540488 (Dec 2009). I am a small entreprenuer, having a small unil of sewing thread which is fall in Small Scale Industries. In the month of October 2009, I took some wrong financial decision regarding the expansion for the business but because of that I got huge loss in my business, for which I found in financial critism.
            But in fact of that I was paying my dues of both the loan regularly. Due to financially loss in business, my sales and income have reduced. I could not pay the monthly installment for three month from Sept. 2010. In this period I applied in the bank for the merger of the both the loan and increament of tenure which was become easy for me to repaying both the loan regularly, but they refused to do the same. Finally in the third month November 12, 2010 they called me to visit in the Santacruz office for consulting about the loan with the officer.They said to bring the car for checking purpose. On November 14, 2010 I visited to Santacruz Office,that time they took vehicle's key from me and after that refused to return it back. After 45 days on 28th December, 2010 I had paid all pending dues Rs. 90 thousand (ecs amt., parking charges, late fees, interest and other charges) and I got my vehicle back.
            Between that period in my business there are not any significant changes, that was going as on. For paying ECS regularly , I joined my car to a private travell company on 13 Jan 11. I thought I will got some income from the car and I will pay the ECS regularly. That travell company issues there cheques after three month from joining. In that period I faced extra burden of expences of LPG gas, driver salary etc. and also paying ecs regularly till March 2011. In April I could not able to pay that month ecs on time. I got first cheque of that travell co. on 22nd April, 2011 (for the first month) On 27th April, I send both the cheque by professional courier to Santacruz office. About all the above matter I talked with Mr. Nadim, one of the KMPL Officer.
            on 28th, just next day in the afternoon, when my driver was returning from shirdi trip, the people (not people they are goondas) who was waiting in the building compound just took the key and car from him by giving dhamkis. Just before one day I talked to Mr. Nadim that now I sening April ecs and I will send upcoming month ecs in next 2-3 days. He also not infomed me about there fielding and planning.
            The other KMPL's recovery man came in my house and told me that go to the Bank's office and pay your one month installment , they will release your vehicle on the spot. On same day, I personally visited and talked with senior officer Mr. Santosh Shetty that I am ready to pay the pending dues and promised to pay the ecs in first week of every month , also offered the PDC cheques, But they refused my request and asked for the fore closer of both the loan otherwise vehicle will be sold and returned the cheques which I send it by courier. The forecloser amout is more than 3.80 lac which I could not able to pay any how.
            I have lot of tension in my personal life and business also. Now these people are harrassing me for forecloser in such a bad way. If any person wish to make regular repayment then why these people are harrasing him and try to make him a defaulter in CIBIL record . WHY? I had made a big mistake that I took the car loan from KOTAK MAHINDRA PRIME LTD. I think the bank is recruited the uneducated people who does not have any sense and manner.
            Sir, please guide me what should I have to do?

              Hi Sir,

              My Saving account has been blocked due to non transaction of account for one year.
              i have given request for activation of my account on 13th May 2011 and submitted all required hardcopy of documents (PAN CARD /DL/Application) for activation of account.the bank executive communicated that account get activated in max 3 working days, but it has been more then 10 days my account is still not activated and request is under process.

              Whenever i call customer care they ask to wait for 3 more working days and when i call to branch they do not pick call. the bank service is frustating and also no one treating the request seriously.i am not able to withdraw the balance amount from my a/c.

              i am in helpless state and also its frusttating situation.

              Could you please help me out and take required action, my a/c details are as below

                Sir, I Updesh Kumar Shekhawat have invested in Kotak Smart Advantage (UIN - 1074L043V01, Policy No[protected] with a annual premium of Rs 15,000/-
                Sir first of all, i am cheated by broker of Regligar that you have to invest for only 03 years. But when i got the booklet i came to notice that it is of 20 years of long invstment. Thats OK i have mangage it,

                But I have grately hit by the fact that i haven't get advance information of paying premium unlike others companies offering such policies. I have to approach the people of my need for it to pay the preimium in time.

All the dues regarding the loan has been cleared and we have been contacting their Laxmi Nagar, Delhi, office and customer service over phone and email since long but these Kotak people are not issuing us the NOC, which is required to clear hypothication status from the registration of the vehicle.

                  My Husband L/sh Balak Ram took a policy on the name of my Daughter Neha on19.01.2009 Policy no.1460258, we were supposed to pay the premium for 3 years but due to sudden death of my husband on 09.02.2010 are unable to pay the same as he was the only earning member of our family, now we want the amount back, In this regard a letter alongwith Death Certificate of my husband was submitted at the company panchkula office on 08.03.2011, but till date we have not received the money and they have not replied.

                  I once again hereby request them to pls return our amount at the earliest as we are in need of money.

                  Almost more than one month passed and still i am waiting of your reply in the above regard, could you please let me know how long it takes to settle such problems.

                  In my opinion kotak is having very good repo in the market but these delays will definately spoil the same.

                    - loan acct No[protected]car loan). paid entire loan amt through ECS. last six EMIs ie wef july2010 to dec 2010 were paid by cheques.. company says as the request for stopping of ECS was not sent by me hence they continued to requisition EMI through ECS alongwith cheque. as the payment through ECS was not recieved, non clearing charges for ECS are still outstanding.hence NO DUE certificate cannot be given and outstanding amt to be cleared by me.

                    ` during june 2010 i was informed by rep of the co. that there is some technical problem in their system due which ECS is not always functioning efficiently. in my case this had happened three times and i had to deposit the amt due, in saving acct of one of the co. employee given by the rep of the co.All the times the amt was credited into my loan acct.then i was requested by the rep of the co.(mob No-[protected]) to send 06xcheques for the remaining EMIs.i despatched these cheques vide letter No 58163/fin/hdfc-k dt 20 jul2010 clearing requesting the co. to stop payment through ECS .All the cheques were honoured by the bank on due date ie on 20th of each month, the last was cleared on 20 dec 2010.

                        कोटक महिन्द्रा बैंक जोधपुर शाखा के प्रबधंक उपेन्द्र वशिष्ठ एव सहयोगियो यथा अनुपम सिंघवी,,संदीप शोरानी, चिरंतन कोठारी,एवम अन्यो द्वारा मुझे माह मार्च २००९ मे कोटक स्मार्ट एडवान्टेज नाम से योजना मे निवेश करने हेतु प्रस्ताव किया तथा निवेश किये जाने से पुर्व मुझे पुर्ण विश्वास एवं भरोसा कोटक महिन्द्रअ की ओर से कोटक बैंक तथा कोटक लाईफ़ इश्योंरेन्स कम्पनी के विभिन्न अधिकारियो के द्वारा मुझे पुर्ण विश्वास एवं भरोसा दिलाया कि इस योजना मे मेरे द्वारा निवेशित की जाने वाला धन प्रिमियम सुरक्षित है तथा कोटक महिन्द्रा बैन्क अपनी सहभागी कम्पनी कोटक लाईफ़ इंस्योरेंश के द्वारा इस योजना कॊ संचालित एव निवेशित किये जाने वाले धन को व्यवस्थित करेगी कोटक महिन्द्रा बैंक तथा कोटक लाइफ़ इन्श्योरेंस कंपनी के विभिन्न पदाधिकारीयो के द्वारा यथा उपेन्द्र वशिष्ठ, अनुपम सिंघवी ,संदीप शोरानी, चिरंतन कोठारी,एवम अन्यो द्वारा मुझे पुर्ण विश्वास एवम भरोसा दिलाये जाने एवं तथा निवेशित किये जाने वाले किश्तो यथा प्रथम प्रिमियम दो लाख एवम आगामी दो वार्षिक किश्तॊ मे पचास हजार से कम निवेशित किये जाने की योजना बताई तथा कथन किया कि उक्त आगामी दोनो प्रिमियम आपके खाते से इ सी एस द्वारा निवेशित किये जायेगे बैंक अधिकारी प्रतिनिधियो तथा सहायक बीमा कंपनी के कर्मचारीयो ,अधिकारीयो द्वारा पुर्ण विश्वास एवं भरोसा दिलाये जाने पर मेरे द्वारा कोटक महिन्द्रा बैंक जोधपुर कंपनी की उपरोक्त योजना मे धन निवेशित किया गया तथा प्रथम प्रिमियम की राशि रुपये दो लाख अदा किये गये तत्पश्चात मुझे आप द्वारा भेजी बीमा पोलिसी प्राप्त हुई बीमा पालिसि प्राप्त होने पर उस मे दर्ज विरोधाभासी तथ्यो तथा प्रिमियम के भुगतान की किश्तॊ मे गलत तथा मुझे प्रस्तावित तथ्यो से विपरित शर्तो के लिखे होने की सुचना एव प्रतिकारकोटक महिन्द्रा बैंक जोधपुर अधिकारियो तथा योजना प्रस्ताव करने वाले बैंक अधिकारियो यथा उप्रेन्द्र वशिष्ठ, अनुपम सिघंवी, संदीप शोरानी, चिरन्तन कोठारी को किये जाने पर उक्त सभी ने यही आश्वासन एव विश्वास दिलाया तथा बताया कि उक्त प्रस्ताव योजना वेसी ही है जैसी उनके द्वारा मुझे निवेशित किये जाने से पुर्व बताई तथा प्रस्तावित की थी पालिसी दस्तावेज मे सशोधन शीघ्र ही करवाने का मुझे भरोसा विश्वास दिलाया मगर अफ़सोस अभी तक मुझे सशॊधित यथा मुझे प्रस्तावित किये अनुसार दस्तावेज प्राप्त नही हुआ है कोटक महिन्द्रा बैंक जोधपुर सभी को तहरीरी प्रस्ताव अनुसार दस्तावेज शीघ्रताशीघ्र उपलब्ध कराने का कई बार निवेदन किया गया एवं जाता रहा है मगर कोटक महिन्द्रा बैंक जोधपुर द्वारा अभी तक मुझे जो विश्वास एव भरोसा दिलाते हुए मुझसे जो धन राशि नियोजित करवाई उस संबध मे कोई कार्यवाही अमलदरामद नही की गई
                        ऎसा जाहिर हो रहा है कि कोटक महिन्द्रा बैंक जोधपुर एव सहयोगी कंपनी के अधिकारीयो, प्रतिनिधीयो द्वारा अपना लक्ष्य पुरा करने के लिये ऒर स्वंय को तथा अपनी नियोजक कंपनी लाभ पहुचाने तथा मुझे नुक्सान कारित करने के दुरुस्थ उदेश्य की पुर्ति हेतु मेरे साथ धोखा करने की शुरु से ही नियत रही है तथामेरे साथ मिथ्याचरण कर मेरे साथ धोखा किया गया है ओर अब कोटक महिन्द्रा बैंक जोधपुर द्वारा दिनांक २५ मार्च २०११ को एक नया प्रस्ताव मुझे दिया कि मेरे द्वारा पाँलिसी बांड स्थानिय बैंक मे वापिस जमा करवाने ओर एक लिखित पत्र बैंक को इस आशय का देने का कहा गया है जबकी मेरे द्वारा कभी भी पाँलिसी निवेश योजना कॊ रद्द करवाने का प्रस्ताव नही किया गया है. कोटक महिन्द्रा बैंक जोधपुर द्वारा एसा नया प्रस्ताव दिया जाकर अपनी सेवाऒ मे त्रुटि कारित की जा रही है मेरे द्वारा बारम्बार कोटक महिन्द्रा बैंक द्वारा लिखित स्विकृत प्रस्ताव अनुसार आगामी न्युनतम प्रिमियम जमा करने हेतु निवेदन किया जाता रहा है
                        मेरे द्वारा कोटक महिन्द्रा बैंक जोधपुर का संशोधित प्रस्ताव न मानने की सुरत मे कोटक महिन्द्रा बैंक जोधपुर द्वारा मेरी जमासुदा धन राशि का उपभोग, उपयोग तथा विनियोजन कर बहुत बडा लाभ अर्जित किया जाता रहा है ,ऒर कर रहे है
                        कोटक महिन्द्रा बैंक जोधपुर मेरे को छलपुर्वक ओर अधिक धन राशि जमा कराने को बाध्यकर छल पुर्वक कोटक महिन्द्रा बैंक जोधपुर की नियत मेरी गैरमनकुला संपति को मेरे से गैरकानूनी रुप से डरा धमका कर हडप करने की मंसुबा साफ़ रोशन है तथा मेरी जमा गैरमनकुला संपति को हडप करने व खुर्द-बुर्द करने का स्पष्ठ प्रमाणित हो रहा है

                          sir I am dr amarsinh shivajirao shende M.S ,i am surgeon practicing since last twenty years in sangola .I have taken loan for ambulance three years back almost all installments are cleared only last three installments are irregular because of bank problem (solapur nagari bank merging in rajasthan bank so they have stopped transiction).Even though there is sufficient amount in account they are not clearing PDC due to technical problem.All these things are explained to recovery person mr lokhande (cell no [protected]) & mr nemase( [protected]).But they threatening me on phone using wrong dirty abusing langwage 'continiousely harassing me.Being asurgeon I have to deal with serious patients this also i have explained them but intentionly .I am going to lodge criminal complaints againest them but being sincere customer of kotak mahindra this is my duty to inform such mannerless criminal minded persons who are responsible for defamations of kotak mahindra my cell no [protected]

                            Kotak Mahindra has been sending sms to me to pay the dues against credit card a/c no. xxxx9189. But I have not received the said card from the bank. I am in possession of Trumpth card of the same bank bearing no.[protected]. Recently I found that the card seems to be inactivated. On 8th april 2011 I have issued a cheque for Rs,655(approximately). But as per the bank (KMBL) the cheque is returned unpaid to them. But my banker i.e.Andhra Bank informed me that the said cheque is not presented to them for encashment.
                            Some time back the officials of KMBL sought my permission ovwer phone to upgrade the credit card to next level and asked me to pay some amoun towards fees and the same was paid by cheque refering my exisiting card number.
                            My point is that why I should pay dues against the card which I am not possessing. If the KMBL is not interested they are at liberty to close my account and settle the dues if any.

                            I had applied for Kotak mahindra Credit card. The bank had promptly processed all the formalilites and after repeated check up of address proof i was given a message on my mobile on 13th Jun'09 at 18:23 hrs that my card has been despatched by Express I.T. Courier vide document number AWB [protected] ON 12th Jun'09.

                            The Courier called me on 23th Jun'09 that they had missed me and if they can deliver it again.
                            I told them my convinient time but surprisingly they did not turn up again.

                            I got a message again in my cell phone on 27th Jun'09 with a phone number [protected] and [protected] for calling that numb er for resending the card, .

                            The telephone number provided was showing error when called.

                            Its quiet obvious now that this company is prompt in issuing card but very careless in sending it to the respective consumer.
                            Or else it would have despatched it through a responsible and renouned courier atleast


                            Please take take care in future or else people will talk ill about your credit card...

                            I am Mahendra P singh. my credit card no is [protected].I am attacing statement of my credit card dues here.My credit card due was 663 on 22/12/08 as per statement and it is 2730 on 2/4/09 though i have made payments from my HDFC atm card no [protected](hdfc ac no[protected]) but it is showing AUTO PAY RETURNED meaning of which i couldnt understood.From this onward it i have made no purchase except one policy of rs 663 per month.on 2.6.09 it si showing loan prcl of Rs. 3316 meaning of which I dont know if it is related with any loan then it is false because i have not taken such loan or any sceam .today I have paid a due of Rs11080 . This is too confusing pls refer to it or I will drag the issue for legal action. Pls see the dues and take necessary action. hoping for favourable reply
                            You need to verify with bank staff and kotak people regarding the same. As most of the times it may haapen due to mis transcation.. Please confirm with both so that you can fix the problem.

                            When I got my icon g8 I was very afraid to see my wireless fm and tv not working. But when I contacted the customer care they help me set wireless fm frequency as well as the t.v cannels set out. So you can also try the same.

                            Amount deducted from my account even after paying making payment of credit card within the time line .

                            Amount of Rs 812 deducted from my account even after I made the payment for my credit card within the time line .

                              I opened a current account with Kotak in january 2011, so far I have not recd the net banking password or the atm pin. I called them several times by now. When i called them first time they said my mobile number and mail id are not updated, so i updated them. Can i get my password now?, they said they cannot issue the password till next 30 days because the mobile number has been recently updated. What a joke.!!...Wait for 30 days to get the password and that too today where every other bank is doing it in click of a second...and on top of that mine is a current account of professionals ...I asked do i have any other option..Yes sir, u can submit a request for password to be sent by courier...I placed a request for that..I got a message saying ur password has been posted the next day..It has been 1 month since..I have not received anything...I called up again...this time they told me some other story...sir u can generate the password online...I am doing the same since last 3 days but to no avail...its been almost 3 months now that i opened my account and i do not have my atm password or the net banking pin...This banks policies are very very wierd and difficult to understand...I hope i had never opened kotak bank account....

                                This is to inform you that I hold a Savings Account with Kotak Bank, account number: [protected].
                                I see that an amount of Rs. 827.25 has been debited from my account, with the narration 'Non-Maintenance charges' on 01/04/2010.
                                Now I have a Linked Deposit account [protected] for Rs.13000 and hence my Combined Total Balance had always been above Rs.10000 which is the minimum balance for the maintenance of an account. At the time when the Deposit account was being opened, the customer care executive had informed me that since I have a linked Deposit account, the Combined Total Balance is taken into account for minimum balance calculation. As I had a total of Rs.13000 above as my Combined Total Balance, I never maintained an additional balance of Rs. 10000 in my Savings Account. I was surprised to see this morning that I have been charged for non-maintenance of account balance.
                                This is complete Customer harassment. I fail to understand why Kotak sells such incorrect information to the customers and later charge them this way. This is not the only time I am having an issue with Kotak for such misguidance. I want this amount to be reversed to my account ASAP.. They cannot take their customers for granted and charge them unnecessarily this way. This is Fraud and they should not get away with this easily.
                                Also I have not been receiving any physical statement for my account and even after repeated complaints, nothing has been done. I had already communicated to the customer care that I have limited access to Internet. And see what the outcome is. I get to know that such charges are levied to my account without my knowledge.

                                  I have a complaint against Kotak Life Insurance Company Ludhiana Branch Some months back i took two policies one Single Investment for Rs.1, 50,000/- and another against Money Back policy for Rs.50,000/-After some time I received policies but to my astonishment the policies were issued but were totally wrong, the policy Rs.50,000/-was in single investment and Rs.1,50,000/-in Money Back, immediately I informed the company regarding their error and requested them to cancel the policies and refund me an amount of Rs.200,000/- They agreed in principle and requested me to wait for a fortnight. In the mean time I had to go abroad and after ten days my family informed me that two policies have come from Kotak Life Insurance co. i was shocked to know this and immediately I contacted the company and gave good thrashing to them they became very humble and promised me to wait for another fortnight for cancellation of the policy and refund of amount and also told me to return the policy bonds through their Srinagar counter I asked my family to deposit the said policies in the company. When I came back from my tour after twenty days I immediately contacted Ludhiana and enquired about the refund money of my two cases and they informed me that policies have not come back from Srinagar I rebuked them and after that I straightly went to their Srinagar post who informed me that policies have not been sent without me any way they dispatched the policies not through their agency office but from me and not to the address of the company but to some officers residential address, I asked them why you are doing so and avoided me and asked me to pay the courier charges, then after four or five days I contacted Ludhiana office who categorically refused that no policy has been received by them, I readily contacted Blue Dart office and after seeing their records they gave me the full details of the consignment that had been dispatched from Srinagar on 06th of April and delivered at Ludhiana on 08th of April and received by a lady not working in the office, I got irritated by their irresponsible attitude and and also there was no fun to follow them as that would be a futile effort .so I request your good offices to take the matter to its logical verdict.

                                  kindly let me know the fate of my complaint regarding cancellation of polices wrongly issued and the refund of premium of Rs.two lacs.It seems that you have not taken up my complaint for processessing therefore causing monitory loss to me.As per your letter Dt.March 25 2011 in which you had informed me to have patience till April 8, 2011, since now it is more than ten days of lapsed period and i have not received any communication from your side regarding the complaint.you had also send me interaction Id no 2296637 which gave me information-NO DATA found and the case does not exists, kindly tell me which type of message I will take as authentic, moreover it is more than three months now your office is playing tricks with me, may it be your branch office or Head Office except for Ms.Shailaja who in real sense of the word discussed my case thoroughly and I was a bit satisfied, in your opinion how much time it will take you to settle my case so that i may not suffer more monitory loss.I will feel highly obliged if the complaint is met with rapidly and i hope fore the same, kindly also be informed that this is not the one case but two cases

                                    had applied for a Kotak Credit card after a lot of bugging from the customer care of the bank. I submitted my Pan card xerox along with with a passport photo to the bank executive.

                                    From the date of submission of documents I started checking the status online and it always showed "Being Processed". After two weeks I called up the bank's customer care onyl to know that my application has been rejected.

                                    I demanded a reason for the rejection but the bank's executive said that the verification process failed whereas I didnot get any verification calls or anyone in person to verify my details. He politely said that I receive an apology letter from the bank's side.

                                    The private banks are doing their whims and noone takes any steps for the same. I request someone with authority to curb these menaces from these banks so that common man like me doesnot get harrassed.
