I have taken max bupa health insurance policy in feb 2016. My customer id is [protected].in the first year, my total premium for familyfirst gold (1 lac + 5 lac) in which my wife and myself were covered was rs. 15, 518.in the second year i made a premium payment of rs. 15, 657 for the same cover. Last year i took maxbupa policy for my parents with approx 35k of premium.

My son was hospitilised at kpc medical college and hospital and on the first day we produced mediclaim policy no. 4331083 and yesterday doctor advised for relieving and immediately the same was brought to the notice of all concerned.
