how to reduce losses while withdrawing the policy

I have taken this useless policy from max newyork. Max life partner plus endowment to age 75 plan. I have already made 9 instalments of 10k each.
After i complete the payments, i have to wait another 20 yrs and it will give me only 11k per year!!! Now i realize how cheat was that agent who gave me this stupid policy and how big cheat is this company.
If i withdraw i will get only max 50 % of the amount invested. From 9 yrs interest...

I had Agency in Max Life under code of 417698. I had resigned from Agency from Max Life Insurance in January, 2018. I hand over all necessary documents say, Resignation letter, Photocopy of ID Cards, and License Copy, to Surat-2 Branch office.

However, It is still active in IRDA Portal. And Branch officials were asking for original Appointment Letter and ID Cards. I had lost it in when moving home....
