This is to keep you informed that we were about to take two insurance policies in max life bangalore. It was taken in the year 2014. We were unable to make the renewal payment further to the polices neither continue the same due to our financial crises. We called and visited the branche to close the policy in bangalore when my insurance was active stage. But the person did not accept in front office you can't be cancelled at least you should pay minimum 3years. But we were totally unhappy with the service. We are orphanage just a middle class family we paid for our safety for future purposes. At this time my sister shoba got married. At the time of marriage we faced a lot and critical financial issues. At the same after few months my premium was due but we are already in critical condition went on high risk my sister was got delivered and given birth to girl baby. No body took care she went on depression due to this my sister husband left her. But now iam taking care of my sister. As my self working as a maiden is unable to take care of her and my sister daughter due to financial issues. Iam really working hard to take care for her for hospitalization iam really request you we both or orphanage as humanity from your side please release mine and my sister what we paid premium it will be helpful for her hospilization and her baby too. It will help for her since its a huge amt of first premium altogether once again request to cancel our policy and refund my and my sister money at the earliest. It's our hard earned money which i kept for my marriage (Varalakshmi) still iam not married due to my sister health. I gave up off my life to look my sister for future. Kindly look into our issues and release orphanage premium amount and revert back at the earliest.
My policy i'd //[protected] varalakshmi premium paid 44, 999/rs. And my sister shobha i'd //[protected] premium amount 51, 327/ in the year april 2017... Do needful for orphanage we will be waiting for our premium paid amount.

No body called pls resolve my issues and clear my insurance Amt and my sister insurance Amt as we said u clearly that we have facing Lot critical condition she went on depression when our insurance Amt premium was due she in critical condition pls we are not able to pay due to her health problems pls understand our condition and release the Amt my sister account no [protected] ifscvijb0001253 gejjalagere mandya I received mail that u r not willing to pay the amount. Kindly tell me one if the person health is not in a good condition and went on depression mns how we can pay pls reply to this as I said u clearly that myself varalakshmi also not married due my sister health problem now pls tell if we are under critical condition how we can pay u can come and check Wat is the status o[censored]s

Sir' I got a insurance policy in 2010 with agent Axis bank, chandrapur.maharastra.
Due to without truely information policy is sold to me, and cheated me.
Therefore kindly help to refund my amount.as soon as possible.

    On 21st june 2018 - yesterday i received the call - ph no.[protected] saying she is calling from maxlife insurance & she is verifying the services received from the company/ agent. She told me the bonus & commission amounts & told me that on behalf of me agent is claiming the bonus amounts. So if i claim for this bonus amount, i need to remove the agent code from my policy.
    I wanted to ask, is there really a bonus payable to the customer? Because, here i am not able to understand, who is cheating, my agent or this girl who is calling with the name - nandita sharma.

      Date of incident: 13.06.2018 and on 14.06.2018 (Recording of phone call of 14.06.2018 is available)
      Incident description: i got mobile call saying that (The lady officer) is calling from max life insurance company's delhi head office. She told me very correct details of my policy. She wanted to know whether i had purchased the policy through agents. She also asked me whether agent is guiding me properly. I purposefully told her that he is not guiding me. Then she said me -"because i have timely paid all the premiums, i am entitled for bonus of ~inr 91000 in which ~inr 29000 is going to agent. Since agent is not guiding me properly, i should give her complaint for removing agent from the policy and accordingly she (Max life) will generate code for my policy through"jivan vima lokpal kendra sarkari vibhag"in which agent will be removed and all ~inr 91000 i will be able to claim. During phone call i come to know that this might be a fraud call, as no company wants to remove their agents because agents gave many earnings to the company. I have full recording of above fraud call.
      Desirable resolution: in root, max life insurance company's data privacy is at question; so company should be sentenced for it's data leak. Such companies should also trace their ex-employees and should check whether they are not liable for such fraud? Such fraud should be advertised in tv, media, local news papers etc. Head office should instruct their branch offices to immediately circulate the"beware of fraud" kind of information to their existing clients and it should reach to existing clients as soon as possible, so other client's can be saved.

          I was given the wrong plan details and was assured by the person named rajesh over a telephonic conversation that a loan of 10 lakhs would be assured by taking up this scheme. Only after i received the policy papers i had understood that there has been a fraudulent incident happened and i had immediately lodged a complaint to the max life service helpdesk within the free lookup period only. However i haven't received any kind of response and am totally dissatisfied with the policy plan and the customer service.

          Now the max life team is saying that the policy premium amount cannot be refunded as the free look period is over which in my case is totally invalid as the free lookup period was until may 31st and i had lodged the refund premium complaint by may 24th.

          Despite multiple attempts made to call the service desk i was just told that it will take 15 day time to take action on the tick

            My name is neeraj chauhan and i'm from unnao, u. P. I had a policy with max life insurance which was taken in nov 2012 and the policy number is[protected] which is now closed by imposing a huge loss of approx rs. 41, 000/- on me. A complaint in this regard was earlied lodged by me during december'17 but same has been marked as resolved without attending it properly. The complaint on them is that i had continuously payed premium of 72000 i. E 2, 000 per month for 3 years. When i got to know that the lock in period is 3 years i telephonically contacted to max life office at hazratganj, lucknow and made query about surrender value, in reply their representative told me that at this stage i would receive a very less value i. E. About 23, 000 approx. Moreover, if i manage to pay for 5 years then i would receive atleast that amount which i have deposited against policy. Further on her advice i manage to continue the policy and after completion of 5 years, i visited to same max office on 27th of nov'17 in connection to surrender the policy and asked about surrender value, in reply the officials told me that i would receive only rs 77, 000 approx. I was shocked to hear that after contributing of rs. 1, 20, 000 for 5 years i'm going to receive the value with loss of 43, 000. For this i seriously share the previous conversations which were made between us to which they denied straightway. Further i telephonically contacted to max customer care no. And disscussed about surrender value of policy with all previous happenings to me. Their customer care representative told me that on surrendering of policy on completion of 5 years i should receive the value equal to 4 year deposits beside this that lady representative advised me to visit their office for more details. Again on dated 28 nov'17 i went to same office and discussed the matter but it was all waste as they don't want to cooperate anyway. This proves the uncertainty/fraudulent in payment policy of max life insurance. Further in tensed mental condition i submit the formalities in connection with surrender of policy, consequently i have received the value of rs. 76, 975/- & 2, 000/- in two lots in my bank account with huge loss of rs. 41, 025/-. This was the worst experience of my life. I hope upon this complaint my case will be attended to properly and adviced to all the consumers not to befool by investing in such companies as they are untrustworthy.

                  Max life agents are not telling complete truth while selling policies to the customers. I want issue some bonds from axis bank but they told me you purchase this scheme under this scheme you get 60 year life insurance policy free of cost & you have to pay only 5 premium and after 10 years yo will get 3 lac plus bonus. When i get the policy (No.[protected], cancellation period also over. Maturity date in policy is 15th jan 2083 this period is very high. I am not satisfied with this period and i want my money back.
                  For that i called max life to surrender in and they are saying they will pay only 30% what i have paid sofar which is amounting to 75000 which means my 75k and interest accumulated sofar is taken by max life. Agents will not disclose this fact while explaining about policy during initial discussion. But after paying amount we will get bond with all the terms & conditions. This is utter cheating of customers...

                    I have a policy with max life insurance (Policy no.[protected] and was called upon by mr. Praveen kumar (Mobile no. - [protected]) on 8th may 2018 as max life insurance advisor and he was having each & every details related to my policy (Like policy no., policy holder no., nominee name, premium due date, premium amount & register contact no. Etc.) which are actually supposed to be confidential. He told me that there was a 10% discount which was applied on my premium and can be given as discount if i pay my premium directly to max life. I became sure about her identity as that person has every details regarding my policy which was supposed to be with max life only.

                    I paid total premium of rs. 90, 400 on 09 may 2018, to

                    After doing the imps transfer on the name of - max life[protected], i called max life insurance customer services to confirm them and they said it will take 48hrs. To update the details into system and they raised a service request with ticket no.- 1468196 and provide me the switchboard no. Of max life insurance ([protected]). Few days later, i started getting mails, calls and message from max life regarding non-payment of my premium.

                    This seems to be a planned fraud as some of the internal max life employees provide all details to such fake people, so that they know our premium due date and contact us and ensure us that they are actual max life insurance advisors.

                    I request max life insurance fraud team to track this team and take strict action against them as they have full authority as compare to a normal civilian. They can track there physical address with the help of above a/c no. And mobile no. And also track such employees who provide details to them.

                    It's been two days I haven't received any update on my service request. On the very first-time one of your executives ensure me that I will get a call from fraud dept.within 48 hrs.  but I didn't get any positive response. Infact, I already mentioned my availability on call as requested but...

                    If you don't want to support your customers then please let me know straightforward so that I stop sending you mails and stop begging for help in front of you. 

                    I already logged an FIR against that team and you company as well.

                    You all employees are fraud/cheaters and involve in this fraud team. I asked your team to cancel this policy for which I have paid around 1 lakh yearly for 4 years so the total premium paid around 4 lakh and proposed surrender value is half of the this amount.
                    This Means a customer who is already suffered from a loss will face the loss while cancelling this policy.
                    I mean you are there to cheat and earn money anyhow.
                    Buying a life insurance policy from your company is my biggest mistake.

                      I have surrender my policy number is[protected] on 26-April-2018. But I will not get back my refund. They said me fill surrender for and give us a cancel check after that you will get your refund in 10 or 15 days but I didn't not get any refund.

                        I would like to cancel the policy, could anyone assists me what is the procedure and from where do i get the "surrender form". Also let me know, how long that this process takes if i personally visit the branch nearby.

                        Ones i initiate the cancellation will the amount be deducted from my account, if the due date falls on the before the cancellation process could complete.

                          Subject : Complain against Max Policy No.[protected] .With reference to my above Policy regarding the payment of third annual Premium ofRs.1, 23, 316.25 within 28th March 2014, but I did not deposit third Premium within focusedtime against my above policy .

                          I am a businessman, huge money was blocked at thattime, we didn’t received any amount from our client at about six months, I had in mymind that I had to pay the payment 3rd premium within March’14, but I was in hugefinancial crises at that time due to not release the outstanding payments against my billsfrom our clients . I already informed to MAX LIFE INSURANCE CO. LTD, OperationCentre, 90 A, Udyog Bihar, Sector - 18, Gurgaon through mail to service.helpdesk @maxlifeinsurance.com on 26. 09. 2014 ( Copy of Mail attached ), even then one of ourcasual worker met with an accident and had died on 13th September 2014 within workingperiod at our working period at our working site, we had to pay a large amount ascompensation ground to his parents, even then, we promise to pay the premium amountalong with interest and also penalty, if you arrange to give us at least two months time .But sorry to inform that we got a mail on 30th September 2014 from Customer Service -Max Life Insurance that the above mentioned policy number is terminated by Max LifeInsurance as the revival period got over on 28th September 2014, After that we requestedand wrote several mail and letter to Max Life to accept my payment along with interestand penalty as per your interest table, but they rejected my proposal and disagreed toaccept to run my policy in future .We would like to inform you that after some days I used to get huge telephone calls fromMax Life and different organisation and different individual from other cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Gurgaon etc. regarding my above policy . I got the offer from someone that “ I have to open a new policy of their company first, after that the money willbe deposited which I have paid two nos. annual premium plus interest” . Some oneoffered me that I shall get more against my policy but I have to open a New Policy withthem, but all the communication were made over Telephone . Whenever I requested togive the mail address and advised your suggestion through mail, none have given me their mail address for the negotiation of the above matter . It is also inform to you that are presentative of a organisation Future Generaly came to my house and told me that “kindly open a new policy with our company, I promised to recover all your deposited amount along with interest against your Max Life policy” . I told him that I am sixty oneyears old right now, so I shall not take any Insurance Policy for me, then he forced meto take a policy for my son and promised to get back my total amount will be releasedvery shortly,

                              I have purchase online term plan in january end month and i have received policy on 9th feb 2018 but due to some reason my policy no.[protected] hae cancel on 6th march in free lookup period for that i have send all required document through mail to max service email id but i haven't got any response from ur side therefore i have call customer service they told that they haven't receive any document therefore resend the document so i have resend again then then also they haven't receive my document i have send 6-7 time document and even customer care also not given proper reply whenever i ask they tell me to wait some already 2 month pass my query haven't solved yet pls solve my query or i have to raise a complaint in irda.

                                Please note, my father is having insurance policies with max life, out of which one of the policy premium was due on 27th april. This policy number[protected] was called upon by max (Mobile # [protected]) max life insurance advisor and he was having each & every detail related to my policy, which is actually supposed to be supreme confidential. He told him your policy is due for dates 27th april to which my father said he will be submitting later on during the grace period. Mr. Rahul called up again one day saying that there was a 10% discount which which will be availed as a cash back when paid and can be given as discount if paid directly to max life. I became sure about his identity because all of the details shared by him around my policy were absolutely correct, which was supposed to be with max life only. He even called the branch sector-16, faridabad and asked if he to talk to rahul even they handed over the phone to himmy dad paid total premium of rs 50, 004 through neft at the same time by 24th april '18

                                My father then inquired today in the bank branch to check if the payment has been made to which the branch employee said its been done and when asked for the receipt they said they will check and return back. When called back they said its been rejected as there no payment done tabout the discount from max life customer support but they declined any such offer, which added on to our suspicion. Max life executive validated that the fraud has happened but they can't do anything, which is completely unacceptable. However i suspect the fraud is done within the company as my dad was already in contact with max regarding his policy due dates to which all of a sudden this man contacted and said to deposit the money and avail 10%discount

                                It seems to be a big scam all together.

                                Hence, i would like to request your good self in helping me out to get my refund back and taking strict action against max life employee who liaised with the culprits as this entire fiasco would not have had occurred if due diligence with regards to my policy was carried out from their end in keeping the information confidential.

                                  fraud insurance calls due to customer data leakage

                                  I want to register a complaint against max life insurance for leaking customer data (Mainly policy number and bank account no attached to it). I have a policy and that was surrendered due to some financial reasons in 2014. Then in 2017 i have received a call from unknown person who has saying himself as a insurance agent of the concern company. At the same time, i have received a message saying that some amount is deposited into your bank...

And, premium method update change was pending. But on premium due date premium amount has been deducted from my old bank account on dated 27.04.2018.                                     I have taken this useless policy from max newyork. Max life partner plus endowment to age 75 plan. I have already made 9 instalments of 10k each.
                                    After i complete the payments, i have to wait another 20 yrs and it will give me only 11k per year!!! Now i realize how cheat was that agent who gave me this stupid policy and how big cheat is this company.
                                    If i withdraw i will get only max 50 % of the amount invested. From 9 yrs interest of 10k each year would have been so much.
                                    Sum insured is only 1.5 lacs whereas i will be paying 2lacs in 20 years.
                                    Whenever i call them up they don't arrange for executive to talk on this.

                                      I had two policies with max life and i had cancelled both the policies in month of january. Intially the monthly premium used to go through ecs from my salary account. Suddenly today the whole amount to renew policy i. E 52000/- has been debited without my knowledge from my account. I would like to bring to your notice this is by far very negligent service that i have received from your end. When policy had already lapsed and i do not wish to renew how can the amount be deducted. Look into this matter at priority basis and revert
