I have max life insurance policy #[protected] in the name of mr. Mohit,, of which i have submitted two yearly premium but failed to submit 3rd year premium due to my serious car accident in july 2014 after which i remained in coma for 4 months n after that my financial condition is not as good that i can submit my premium of 3rd year. Now i want the refund as am not able to continue this policy due to my tight financial condition after the accident. Now plsss refund my amount otherwise i have to go to consumer court for this.

Sorry i have filled only 1 yearly premium on 29 july 2013, , and before the next year due date i.e on 29 july 2014, , i had my car accident on 14 july 2014, , which i can prove by my medical of govt hospital and police f.i.r just after the accident

Now plss give a reply to this within 48 hours, , otherwise i will lodge a legal case against max life insurance in consumer court as i have no fault if i had accident before the next due date and cant pay due to my inferior financial condition after the accident, , as i can show u the extent of injury i had suffered from.

Are u going to contact my dad at [protected] or mail at [protected]@gmail.com or Should i take strict action against u. Why are u behaving like a cheap, small company . Am in need of money right now . Why are u not refunding the amount paid to you . If i go in consumer court then u have to pay also for the disability caused to me due to the accident.

Am going to file case against Max in consumer court, , as i have geniune financial problem after my accident . A person will give premium or should he spend money on his treatment . My financial condition is worse since i am not working since after my accident . Will u plss explain to me that how can i give u premium as my accident happened on 14 July 2014 before the next due date i.e 29 July 2014 and i was in coma 3-4 months and after that half of my body got parallysed and am no more earning since then, , so how can i give u premium.
Looking forward for a quick response from ur side otherwise in the end, , i have to go to the consumer court for justice.

The problem is not resolved yet as the refund being made to wrong account despite of providing New account number.

Kind request to senior authorities to look into this matter otherwise no option is left with me rather than filing case against MAX n Madhup Bajapai in consumer court for troubling me so much .
Will u pls update the status for my complaint.

only think work for Max is file a court case. This company is a biggest fraud and cheated so many people.

The problem is not resolved yet as they have transferred the amount to wrong account which i have no longer access despite of providing them the new account number .

    Hello

    I had Agency in Max Life under code of 417698. I had resigned from Agency from Max Life Insurance in January, 2018. I hand over all necessary documents say, Resignation letter, Photocopy of ID Cards, and License Copy, to Surat-2 Branch office.

    However, It is still active in IRDA Portal. And Branch officials were asking for original Appointment Letter and ID Cards. I had lost it in when moving home.

    I am not having it original. I have only Photocopy of it.

    Kindly terminate my code in IRDA Portal with immediate basis or else I will make complaint of the same in IRDA Grievances.

      Myself Vivek chanekar my policy no. is[protected] I have taken maxlife monthly advantage plan on 21 March 2018 and I received policy pack on 26 March 2018. According to this my free look period is upto 10 April . My problem is I want to cancel my policy and for cancellations I reach nearest maxlife branch Sadar, Nagpur and they are not initiating the cancellation process of my policy. At first they said they will definitely surrender my policy and later in the evening they called me to inform me that they cannot surrender it and that it's not in thier hand . . Its been 5 day I am daily going to Sadar branch nagpur and people in the branch they are not cooperating with me . Sir please help me out to cancel my policy within 10th of April 2018.
      Also I have not used this policy to claim any rebate in my income tax. I have submitted all the required documents namely handwritten application, cancelled cheque, self attested adhaar card Xerox and policy pack. I request you to look into this matter as soon as possible.

        My policy premium amount was auto debited from my credit card without my authorization. When i called customer care, they told me that i opted that option during my last payment. But i am 100% sure that i didn't select that option during my last payment. This is unprofessional and cheating the customers. I am planning to go to consumer court....

          Sir, my policy got terminated with max life insurance on 31 march 2017. But some claiming themselves to be representatives from max head office, gurgaon called me up. Their names are rameswar tyagi-[protected]
          Suchitra nair -[protected]
          Ankita pandey-[protected] etc. They said that i can settle my amount if i get a client id with any other insurer. I believed them and opened a policy in hdfc life by paying ₹20000. Although my money is safe within the policy. But how can fraudsters like them avail the confidential information of customers like their mobile number, name, date of birth etc. What is the organisation up to. Please take immediate action on those #. I will not want others too be trapped by them. Thank you.

I have intimated max life insurance that i do not want to continue with the policy as i have personal problems. But still they have debited my account.                   Dear sir,

                  I here by mr. Terence vincent gonsalves policy no[protected] is forwarding complain on my agent mrs sarita surendra yadav for no service received at all from by the above agent. I would only like to say to deprive such agent's from the commission they get from my policy. As i was not well my wife asked them to do favour on us by collecting the premium check from us, but still their was act of sympathy on their behalf i have to come and pay my premium. Its really shameful for such agent wbo are least bothered what service they are bound to give, but only has hunger for customers commission even the company is to least bothered about their client, how will such company survive without the satisfaction of the client.
                  I will really appreciate if you please look on this matter and take action on such agent and improve the service for the client.

                    Wanted to post it out there to seek some advice/answers and alert other people. On 24 Mar 2018 i got call from a "Garima Gupta" (phone # - [protected]) saying that she is from MaxLife Operations branch delhi and telling me that they have received a request from my policy agent (Axis bank) for transferring the agent commission and policy bonus accrued till date to them. She mentioned that they are getting lot of customer complaints re: the agent services and that if i am not satisfied with the services i can ask for withholding the amount and instead get that amount transferred to myself. Since i never got any service calls, i said i don't want to transfer any amount to the agent, after which she gave me a complaint number (CN07060/MAX294) and asked me to urgently call one "Rashmi Tyagi" (phone # - [protected]) specifying that she is from the head branch and confirm her back so she can send the file immediately to Rashmi. I did the same and post that Rashmi called me up explaining the whole thing again. 2 days of back and forth on calls, she mentioned that in order to transfer this amount they need to generate a self serve code for my policy and then link to it. She specified 2 options to get the code (#1 go through a training from IRDA which involves spending 6 hours every day for 60 days post which i can get that code from IRDA .. :D and #2 i can create a dumb policy with one of the 4 agencies they have for Rs 70, 000 and that it will be a temp policy which will be terminated after 60 days and a fee of 180/- will be deducted and rest will be returned etc..) ...During the course of the talk i realized this could be a fraud and i started cross questioning her re: why new policy, why a different rate on dumb policy etc. etc.. to which she clearly failed to answer properly. by the end i also mentioned that this seems to be a fraud to which immediately dropped the call.

                    Issue - they had my policy number, the premium paid till date in the policy...these 2 things are supposed to be protected by MaxLife company as part of the privacy clauses. Breach of this data is what makes me question MaxLife's processes and safety measures. MaxLife - WHATEVER PROCESSES/ FEEDBACK AND REVIEW SYSTEMS YOU HAVE IN PLACE IS NOT WORKING OR IS NOT ENOUGH...GET OUT OF YOUR SLEEP!!! How can i trust your systems further re: privacy of my other data points.

                    Question - Should i take the above information to police and lodge a formal FIR?

                      fake calls from hacker who knows all my details

                      She told me that Max Life Insurance will provide me Rs. 55000 for that i will have to deactivate my agent name with my policy and share pan card details with them

                      I had and bad feeling that they are fake and that's the reason i said i will confirm the details tomorrow but she tried forcing me to...

                      मेरा नाम दीपक शर्मा है मेरी पालिसी का नंबर[protected] है | मैंने यह पालिसी लगभग 3 साल पहले ली थी | जिस एजेंट ने ये पालिसी की थी उसने मुझे ये बताया था कि पालिसी को आप तीन साल तक छेड़ नहीं सकते है और अगर तीन साल पैसे जमा करवाने के बाद अगर आप पालिसी को तोडना चाहते है तो कंपनी आप का ब्याज का कोई पैसा नहीं देगी लेकिन आप को 3 साल का पूरा पैसा मिल जाइएगा | इसके अलावा उस एजेंट ने मुझे बताया था कि आप 8 साल तक क़िस्त जमा करवाएंगे तो 15 साल के बाद आपको लगभग 3 लाख 50 हज़ार रुपया मिलेगा |
                      मैं इस पालिसी को पुरे 15 साल तक चलाने के इरादे में था, और टाइम पर अपनी क़िस्त जमा करवा रहा था लेकिन अब जब मैं पता बदलवाने के लिए मैक्स कि ब्राँच मैं गया तब मुझे पता लगा कि मेरे साथ पूरा धोखा हुआ है | मुझे पता लगा कि अब अगर मैं तीन साल की क़िस्त जमा करवाने के बाद पालिसी को बंद करने की सोचता भी हु तो मुझे लगभग 33 हज़ार मिलेगा (यानी मेरी मेहनत की कमाई में से लगभग 27 हज़ार रुपया बिना किसी बात के कम हो जायेगा) और इससे भी ज्यादा जिस बात ने मुझे दुखी कर दिया वह ये कि 1, 60000 रुपया जमा करके 8 साल और इंतज़ार करने के बाद यानी पूरा 15 साल का इंतज़ार करने के बाद मैक्स (अब तो इस शब्द को सुनकर दुःख और सिर्फ गुस्सा आता है) मुझे लगभग 2 लाख रुपया ही देगा |
                      मैंने मैक्स कि रेपोटेशन देख कर ये पालिसी ली थी पर इतना बड़ा dhoka होने के बाद समझ भी नहीं आता कि क्या बोलू |
                      सर आप लोगो कि कम्पनी बहुत अच्छी होगी पर मेरी लिए इससे बड़ी फ्रॉड कंपनी पुरे दुनिया में कही भी नहीं है |
                      एजेंट को क्या बोलूगा क्यूंकि मैंने पालिसी तो मैक्स से ली है, मेरे साथ हुए इस धोखे के पुरे जिम्मेदार तो आप लोग है ना, आखिर वह आपकी कंपनी से ही तो फ्रॉड करने कि सैलरी पाता है ना
                      पर एक इतनी रेप्युटेटिएड कंपनी को ऐसे काम नहीं करने चाहिए वार्ना लोगो को विस्वास टूटता है तो फिर कंपनी तो रहती है पर लोगो का विस्वास नहीं रहता है, और आज के टाइम में जिस कंपनी कि गुडविल नहीं तो कुछ भी नहीं |

                        I the undersigned, Jaikrishna Satyavrat Khedkar, policy holder of max New York life insurance, would like to complain about the company. As per records, I invested 60, 000 INR for six years and am having the receipt of the same, policy got suspended and closed. When I surrendered my policy, the concern employee of the company told me that I will receive a refund of 48, 000, in return, and it was system generated amount as they told me, they refunded my only 23000.
                        When I complained to there customer service, they are not giving me the reason and sending me the same mail again and again. I complained to their head, manager level persons on there official company Id, but no one cares nor there manager or head replying to my questions, only that customer service executive sending me same reply again and again.
                        I need my remaining amount of 25000, but still they are not ready to reply.
                        I would like you to take a closer look on mail where in one mail they said they send me amount on 19th March, in second mail, the same mail, they stated that they send me the amount on 20th March. Here’s they’re not conformed when they send me the amount of 23000.
                        Purely a hopeless and worst company ever saw in my life.

                        They are still sending me the same mail that you have been refunded the amount and they are not trying to help me in refunding my remaining amount of 25000 INR. Further, I asked the customer service executive to keep CC and BCC in mail but still she failed to do this and when I replied them today, I keep their manager and head in CC and BCC in mail. They are trying to neglect me or not giving my remaining amount, can’t understand.please find the screenshot attached. Please interfere and do the needful.

                        As per my conversation with your employee, I requested him to help me in getting my refund.
                        Further, it’s been over a week now and still your officials are investigating the matter.
                        I thought your company will refund my amount ASAP but your employee is trying to tell me the points and clauses of the policy.
                        When your agent / employee comes to the customer, then why he /she, don’t read out all the points in front of customer and tell them. They just tell the positive points to gain the customers interest, but never tells about refundable amount that customer gonna received after surrendering the policy.

                          मुझे पालिसी बेचते वक़्त एजेंट ने बड़े बड़े वादे किये थे कि आप 3 साल के लॉकिंग पीरियड के बाद अपनी पालिसी सेन्डर कर सकते है जिसका आप के लगभग 2000 के करीब काटकर बाकी पैसा आपको कंपनी वापस कर देगी पर अब असलियत कुछ और ही सामने आ रही है, 3 क़िस्त का 60 हजार से ज्यादा जमा करवाने के बाद कंपनी बोलती है कि अगर आप पॉलिसी सरेंडर करोगे तो आपको 33000 के करीब ही वापस करेंगे यानी मुझे लगभग 27000 तो मूल जमा में से नुक्सान हो रहा है, और 3 साल रकम का जो ब्याज हुआ उसका तो कोई जिक्र ही नहीं करना चाहता, इसके अलावा एजेंट ने बताया था कि आप इस प्लान में 8 साल में लगभग 1 लाख 60 हज़ार (20 हज़ार लगभग हर साल ) जमा करवाएंगे और इसके 7 साल के बाद मलतब 15 साल पुरे होने पर कंपनी आपको 4 लाख 50 हज़ार लगभग वापस करेगी पर अब मैक्स लाइफ इंस्युरेन्स वाले बोलते है के एजेंट ने आपको गलत बताया था आप सब मिलकर 2 लाख 25 हज़ार के आस पास ही मिलेगा, कंपनी अपने एजेंट के फ्रॉड को मानती है पर फिर भी कुछ करने को तैयार नहीं है कंपनी वाले बार बार फ़ोन करके मेरा जीना हराम किये हुए है

                            My dad has a policy from max life insurance, whose premium was due in march 2018, and in the last week of feb 2018, my dad received a call from a person imposing that he was calling from max life insurance as their insurance agent representative and told that as the policy premium was due in march if we make a payment from any other bank account other than hdfc then we will be eligible for 10 % discount on premium which would be inr 5000 (My dad’s policy premium is inr 50, 000).
                            The max agent name is vijay and mobile number is [protected], he has details of everything with him regarding policy of my dad. So we believed him as he told the policy number, due date etc. Therefore we did not doubt his intension.
                            And on 3rd march we did imps of inr 45, 000 from my icici account to sbi account whose details were sent by that agent. The beneficiary account details are mentioned below:
                            Sbi new delhi
                            Beneficiary name max life[protected]
                            A/c no [protected],
                            Ifsc code – sbin0002084
                            We received confirmation via sms that our premium is paid for inr 50, 000 on 5th march 2018. However, as my dad’s hdfc account is also linked for auto ecs deduction for max policy premium. So on 20th march inr 50, 000 also deducted from my dad accounts for the premium.
                            We informed max life about this incident on 21st march, and they revert with mail confirming that there is fraud and we have done the payment to third party for inr 45, 000. We are really shocked that how max life is sharing all details of policy owner with fraud people.
                            I want full refund of inr 45, 000 from max life, as they are only responsible for this fraud.

                              I got a call from anjali sharma ([protected]). She is saying that she is from max lyfe insurance company and calling from head office. She was having my policy details. She called me regarding agent commission and amount accrued. She said you will be eligible to receive your agent commission which is of rs 51000/-. I don't see mobile no from max lyf insurance company, so thought to post once after seeing similar post. She has file an complaint and send to jeevan bima lokapal kendra office (Fake it is from gbic not jblk... Lol :d) in order to register customer code. Please find below information she gave me,

                                  This is to bring to your urgent attention that some fraudster posed as Max Life Insurance executive has duped me of total INR 201374 on 12th and 13th of this month for two policies with max life.

                                  Last week, I received a call from some Riya Malhotra from phone no. [protected] introducing herself as Max Life executive. She gave me copious details of the policies that I have taken from Max Life including the details of premium paid, bank account from where the ECS is debited as well as my registered address and policy nominee. These are all very private and confidential information that nobody outside the Max Life organisation should be aware of. She offered me a direct debit of 10% on these policies that was otherwise claimed by the agent. After being convinced of her authenticity, I agreed to transfer the money through NEFT to the following beneficiary as follows on 12th March:
                                  1) Beneficiary Name: Max Life Policy no[protected].
                                  2) Bank account: [protected] (Federal Bank, New Delhi)
                                  3) IFSC code: FDRL0001680.
                                  4) Premium Amount INR 108000 (2 Cheques of 54000 each)

                                  Again on the same day she offered me the similar offer on my other policy, whose details were also with her. So I transferred an amount of 93374 to the following beneficiary details on 13/3/2018:
                                  1) Beneficiary Name: Max Life Policy no[protected]
                                  2) Bank account: [protected] (Karnataka Bank UP)
                                  3) IFSC code:KARB0000594
                                  4) Premium Amount INR 93374 (1 Cheque of 93374)

                                  The NEFT statement is attcahed for reference.

                                  As per her commitment, I would have soon received an confirmatory sms and payment acknowledgement receipt of my payment that should also reflect on my customer details page on Max Life portal. However, that didn't happen. On further inquiry, i found that no employee named Riya Malhotra works for Max Life and I have been duped of all the money that I have paid towards the premium. Immediately I have filed an FIR with cybercell of Pune's crime branch regarding this fraud.

                                  All of this incident proves that an unscruplous organisation is in cahoots with Max Life employees (present or ex) are involved in this incident. On filing a formal compliant to Max life, their response have been pretty lukewarm and they are shedding off any responsibility from their side stating it to be totally my fault. But the real problem is how could a third part could come to know of such details which only the customer and the insurance company are privy to. This is a direct breach of confidentiality and the company should take responsibility for it, becuase if customer's information is not safe how can he/she trust his hard earned money with the comany. Hence, I urge you to please look into this matter and expedite it on an urgent basis so that I can get my money back as soon as possible.

                                  I have also been cheated in the year 2017 with same name Riya Malhotra, Filed complaint against this matter. But all in Vain.
                                  Its better not to get any Max life Insurance policies in future and not to recommend this insurance company to anyone.
