I received sms from axis bank that
Rs-1899/- deducted from my account to one assist plan. Without my permission... I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging to my account and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

deactivate one assist plan,. refund my money

Cancellation of one assist membership and refund deducted amount rs.1899.

I am a axis bank holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my card number ending with xxxxx7889 without my concern on date 6/11/2017 this is totally unfair and how can you debit from my account without my knowledge and when i contacted your customer care i didn't get any proper response from your team. This is not fair please refund my money....

I received sms from icici bank that rs-1399/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission... I already request them to deactivate one assist but this is the second time, i dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

insurance claim denied twice for handset

I raised a complain for damaged screen after few days of purchase of insurance. They firstly denied it saying that you have to claim it post 15 days of purchasing the insurance. When i spoke to their customer care, they said you can reclaim it after 1 week, it will be taken care.
When i claimed again, they rejected saying its the same claim & you can't put it twice!
This is insane. As a customer i will follow the instructions...

Why hdfc customer care team not answering any fraud related mail of one assist plan? I received call from hdfc bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted amount from my hdfc credit card without my permission. I also informed to one assist team and hdfc credit card team for stopping of auto recover from my credit card but they not taking any action regarding this....

oneassist.in changed invoice value and made frauds internally

Don't buy any insurance from oneassist.in website. It's a fraud company.
While purchasing they will give plenty of promises but later they will just close case as market value is less so it's beyond economic range. There main thing is, they will change the invoice value itself and send that data to all calculation or third party insurance company.
If we ask they will tell as will let you know shortly... If we call and ask then...

they cannot find my number when i want to claim.

I wanted to claim my insurance for my mobile through one assist. After calling their customer care for multiple days and filling their online forms for help. I reached them today to file my claim. They said they were not able to find my number registered.
I gave them exact dates of the day i ordered it from amazon and willing to send the screenshot. But i was forwarded from one department to another which was in itself irritating....

Why one assist customer care team not answering any fraud related mail?
I also received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1799/- from my saving a/c. Without my permission. I don't need this plan.
I asked them to deactivate this and they said it will be deactivated. But again it was not deactivated. And rs 1399 was deducted...

regarding rejection of claim for invalid reasons.

no solution from last 20 days

Dear myself jyoti jindal having hdfc credit card ending no 6726 requet near about 1 times to not activate one assist services on my card. Few days back i recieved a call from ome assist to offer me discount on there service charges, but i refused for that also. Now still the service is activated on y card and whenever i call at toll free number they assure for emergency assitance but keep me hold for 20-20 minutes and there is no response....
