I do not want this one assist wallet service.
They did not tell me how to cancel after calling sooo many times as well.
First i have called to their customer support then they said it will get cancel & after two days i have got a msg from oneassist stating that it is renewed.
Such a game they are playing with me.
Already they did it one year before and now doing the same.
Please help me out.
I want to cancel this service and want my money back.

I just filed a complaint from this forum along with screenshot describing my money has been debited. One Point reply me within a next day that they will cancel the policy and refund the money back. And within 7 to 10 days my money has been refunded and policy is cancelled. Thank you to this forum. It really helps. :-)

      I received sms from axis bank rs-1899/- deducted from my deit card to one assist plan. Without my permission. As last year also i requested you to cancel but you have said that the plan will be cancelled in one year but now it was again repeated and saying that auto-renewed without my approval or even not intimated. This kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my debit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co. I want my money back.

            I registered a claim for my macbook air liquid damage on 2nd september 2017 and today its 7th nov, still it's not cleared.

            When i purchased the policy, they said claim will be approved within 5-7 days and now its more than 2 months and still, it's not approved. I am running a business which completely dependent on that, due to this i am facing heavy loss also mental pressure.

            After claim registration, they asked me for the document, which i submitted and they arranged the pickup. Device was picked up on 6-7 sept and after that it went to service centre and then insurance company. They are tied up with some third party insurance company : the new india assurance co. Ltd.
            After that there is no update, its pending for approval from the insurance company.

            On 22nd sept on my request they escalated my claim request, the process which take 5-7 days after escalation its 2 month and still pending. I don't understand what they mean by escalation.

            On 18th oct 2017, i got the call from oneassist and they said your claim is approved and its pending for calculation and will be cleared by next tuesday. I waited and then tried to contact, but the same reply from customer care team that its pending for approval.

            Then next week again got the call from their representative that it will be cleared within 48 hours but no response from their end. And when i called customer care they said they don't get any information on that.

            I don't know how much time will they take to approve my claim, i lost all my hopes of getting my claim.

            You took more than 2 months for just approval, and also your team told me earlier that its beyond economic repair, so It will not repair and you will get the insured amount. Even I have a recording of this.

            The process of approval as stated by your executive is 5-7 days and you took more than 2 months. It affected my 2 months work and due to this, I was in full stress and mental pressure. I need compensation for that.

            You sent me a damaged laptop, when I submitted there was no scratch, now its damaged from all corner. Why would I accept that.

            There was only liquid damage, now you are giving me full body damage laptop.

            First you took so much time, now you are giving me a damaged piece.

            We no need to one assist . Because we are all know how to protect oru card details and personal information... and also how to make a transaction to other and purchase thinks ...and transfer money to others ... We now the health details we don't have a money to have a account on one assist... So kindly cancel my account and refund my money back...

                        I wasn't called to ask for permission for renewal of my one assist plan and amount was deducted from my account. I do not wish to renew my plan as i do not use it and do not wish to do so in future. Kindly please replace my money and deactivate my account. I do not remember my oneassist membership.

                            I had received a call from one assist services, asking me to apply for their services. I was in a meeting, and hence i was unable to follow the instructions clearly. Also, the signal was not proper so there were some inconveniences. I had not confirmed my application, but the amount has been debited from my account, as they might have mistaken me to have confirmed my application. I do not wish to access the services, and i want the amount of 1899/- to be refunded to my account. Please take care of this issue and resolve it immediately, as it is extremely urgent.

                                Cancellation of one assist membership and refund deducted amount rs.1899.

                                I am a axis bank holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my card number ending with xxxxx7889 without my concern on date 6/11/2017 this is totally unfair and how can you debit from my account without my knowledge and when i contacted your customer care i didn't get any proper response from your team. This is not fair please refund my money. I am not interested in this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/-

                                    I raised a complain for damaged screen after few days of purchase of insurance. They firstly denied it saying that you have to claim it post 15 days of purchasing the insurance. When i spoke to their customer care, they said you can reclaim it after 1 week, it will be taken care.
                                    When i claimed again, they rejected saying its the same claim & you can't put it twice!
                                    This is insane. As a customer i will follow the instructions conveyed.
                                    I am still struggling but no one is taking it forward.

                                    Really disappointed with one assist. This is nothing but cheating your customers.

                                        Why hdfc customer care team not answering any fraud related mail of one assist plan? I received call from hdfc bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted amount from my hdfc credit card without my permission. I also informed to one assist team and hdfc credit card team for stopping of auto recover from my credit card but they not taking any action regarding this. Actually i don't need this plan actually and it is not suitable for my activities. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap
