I registered a claim for my macbook air liquid damage on 2nd september 2017 and today its 7th nov, still it's not cleared.
When i purchased the policy, they said claim will be approved within 5-7 days and now its more than 2 months and still, it's not approved. I am running a business which completely dependent on that, due to this i am facing heavy loss also mental pressure.
After claim registration, they asked me for the document, which i submitted and they arranged the pickup. Device was picked up on 6-7 sept and after that it went to service centre and then insurance company. They are tied up with some third party insurance company : the new india assurance co. Ltd.
After that there is no update, its pending for approval from the insurance company.
On 22nd sept on my request they escalated my claim request, the process which take 5-7 days after escalation its 2 month and still pending. I don't understand what they mean by escalation.
On 18th oct 2017, i got the call from oneassist and they said your claim is approved and its pending for calculation and will be cleared by next tuesday. I waited and then tried to contact, but the same reply from customer care team that its pending for approval.
Then next week again got the call from their representative that it will be cleared within 48 hours but no response from their end. And when i called customer care they said they don't get any information on that.
I don't know how much time will they take to approve my claim, i lost all my hopes of getting my claim.

Updated by dharmeshgoyal You took more than 2 months for just approval, and also your team told me earlier that its beyond economic repair, so It will not repair and you will get the insured amount. Even I have a recording of this.
The process of approval as stated by your executive is 5-7 days and you took more than 2 months. It affected my 2 months work and due to this, I was in full stress and mental pressure. I need compensation for that.

You sent me a damaged laptop, when I submitted there was no scratch, now its damaged from all corner. Why would I accept that.
There was only liquid damage, now you are giving me full body damage laptop.
First you took so much time, now you are giving me a damaged piece.
