I was tried too many days about my claim. My claim updated in 10th nov'16, i was provided all details to one assist. Now Feb 2nd. Still the problem is not solved. i was waiting too many days about this issue. But they simply telling just wait for two working days, three working. How many working days am waiting. i really frustrated by the team. i worried about my mobile claim .

    I send my mobile for repair to xiomi india under mi protect . but till now i do not receive my mobile . they mail me that my mobile has repaire on 30 december but they do not deliver my mobile . when i call them again and again they say that they not received my mobile from mi service centre but when i called the mi consumer form then they told me that my mobile have repaired in december and have send to one assist in december but according to one assist they have not receive my mobile . when i ask them why you mailed me at 30 december then they do not not replied me and say me to mail on their email . i send many mail on their email [protected]@mail.oneassist.in but till now they not replied me i send mail at 3 jan, 5 jan 23 jan 24 jan but they not replied any time . when i ask their customer support then they say that they did not about it . i have lost my most money and time on computer cafe due to lake of my mobile and i do not pay to any one online.

      One assist is one of the worst insurance company..I submitted my claim on Nov 8 and it is still waiting for insurance approval. Whenever I call their customer care they said they will escalate and give a ticket number and will tell that it will be solved within 3 working days nothing happens .
      They will not answer your queries
      They will not reply to your emails
      Only answer you will get is that it is escalated .

      I even once spoke to a Escalation Manager Sohela. she promised issue will be resolved within 3 working days nothing happened.

      They are yet to provide a compensatory handset as well. They closed my compensatory handset case as unresolved.

      Dont buy their insurance.. Instead you can opt for some other insurance company

        Hi Team,

        My iphon6 is insured with one assist they replaced my handset and after 6nmonth they provide me my replacement letter which is not having my signature in customer signature panel

        another thing when they sold me the insurance they said its having mutiple claim facility now they are saying they have changed the policy my policy is lapsed since i claimed once were as in my one assist login I see my insurance is valid till June 2017.

        Please help and kindly take some hard step against this company they made me struggle for my replacement letter .. I have mails and followups as a proof if you want kindly help me on this

          I have given my mobile for physical damage in Jan 2016

          One assist charged me extra 300 rs in some days but never returned my mobile back.Their customer service agents dont have any clue about the phone, all they say is to
          call after 24 hour to keep you on hold.Worst insurance provider and biggest cheaters.They are running fraud company in broad daylight.I have not received my mobile phone in last one year.

            My phone had got stolen in Sep for which i had insurance with one assist. i logded claim in Oct and claim was finalised in oct end. same was confirmed by the call centre executives. but i am yet to receive the amount due to me from insurance company and the company has been using this money illegally and not giving me my money despite several reminders. I am forced to use this medium despite several calls, emails and reminders. I urged them to also provide interest on the same and urged them to release my money but no avail.

                My number is [protected] I had given my mobile for claim After 2 months I got my mobile back and the day I received my mobile it was not in working condition.i was unable to charge.i contacted same day to customer care they told me that they will send some one for pick up of mobile .I waited for four days nobody came and again called and asked for it they told wait for three more day's waited but no one came.Now it's more than a month I am calling and asking for pick up of mobile but every time they say sorry and will send some one but no one came .Really a torture and pathetic experience.

                  My registered mobile number is [protected].My device model is samsung galxy onnext .I have a worst experience with one assist and i will never suggest anyone to do insurance with oneassist. I had claimed my insurance almost two weeks ago . Then my claimed was automatically cancelled and i agained requested to reopen it on 20 th Jan .i have called customer care minimum 8-10 times but no response is coming . In future i will never recommend oneassist anyone .But now Take my smartphone and repair it as soon as possible otherwise i will file a legal case against oneassist.

                    My mobile is given for screen change on 8th of December, while given the phone oneassist team replied it will take minimum 15 to 20 days for repair. on 13th January i received mail and message stating that mobile has been delivered, immediately on 14th Jan i informed in the call center that i had not received any mobile, oneassist team replied that by mistake they had sent the mail and your mobile will be delivered on 20th jan. I also sent mail on 16th Jan but there is no reply for the above mail, again on 21st Jan i called the call center they replied mobile has been delivered on 13th Jan, after long discussion with call center person they told there system is not updated and he forwarded the complaint to higher level team and with in 2 to 3 days the complaint will be resolved, but as of know today 27th jan the call center has unable to locate the mobile and not in position to reply when the mobile will deliver.

                      I have purchased a Redmi note 3 mobile with MI protect (provided by One assist) As my mobile is having issues, I have raised a claim by calling One assist and submitted all the documents required. I have raised the claim on ~10 Jan 2016. I was told that my mobile would be picked up and an alternate courtesy mobile would also be provided within the next 7-10 working days but I have never received any communication from them. I have made multiple calls to their customer support and was told that the complain was escalated but I did not get any response from them. I have been waiting for a call from them and have been using my damaged mobile for the last 15 days. Would like my issue to be resolved ASAP.

                      The issue is not yet resolved.. my mobile was picked up 2 months after the claim has been raised and now your team came back to me saying the claim was not approved as I have submitted the claim after 2 days after the incident took place. I replied to your happytoassist mail ID multiple times but I never got a reply from your team. Further, if that is the reason for the claim to be rejected, why did you take 2 months to realize that and why was I not informed that I was late in raising the claim? Your customer care executive have no idea about the policies and insurance terms. I called the customer care multiple times and I receive different answers each time. Also,
                      I was told that my mobile would be delivered to me as the claim got rejected but I did not hear anything from your team after that. Will my mobile be repaired? Will I get back my mobile? If yes, when will I get it? I am not getting any email responses from your team.. so I chose to post everything in a public forum like this. I hope you understand the frustration of your customers and resolve the case ASAP.

                          BIGGEST FRAUDS! HORRIBLE SERVICE! I had given my handset for screen repair on the 5th of decemeber and was intimated by one assist that I will receive it back in 15 days! however, the due date given to me was 6th jan! its 23rd today and I still havnt got my handset back!! the Mi service center has already msged me on the 6th that the handset is ready for dispatch but oneasist(no assistance at all!) has still not bothered to pick it up and the call center representatives are only beating about the bush!! I have already called u a dozen times and the due date has so conveniently shifted from the 6th to 14th to 20th to 23rd and now 28th! why don't u just keep that phone as a new years gift! pathetic service!

                            I have submitted my MI Mobile for an repair since i have taken insurance with Oneassist and My Claim ID: 1582324 in Oct first but till the date so many stories and no one confirmed about my mobile return date.
                            every time postponement if we wanted to escalate no one is availabel to speak which is very bad.
                            I am thinking it is Government Forum to control this kind of bogus companies i have submited my previous complaint previously but there is no response again i am submitting with hope of concerned department act on this bogus Company.
                            Consumer is god in the books but in practical life Consumer is one who is slave for these un ethical and un standard companies.
                            My request is atleast handover my handset or provide resolution immediatly.

                                Service Request # 1666924.
                                First they delivered the phone without proper testing. It was delivered on 20th December and it was not in working condition.

                                I requested for my phone re-pickup on 22December. Its more than one month and I have not got a single update from OneAssist team. I have dropped 21 mails, more than 20 calls and even spoke to their 3 escalation managers, Dilshad, Vinod and Avinash. Their executive and managers all have single answer that 'your case is being escalated and you have to wait for 3-4 working days'. I asked them the reason for this much delay in pickup and they don't have any reason.

                                You guys are providing #### services and even a road side vendor is more responsible than your English speaking bunch of fools.

                                If you have any sense of responsibility, then don't provide the excuses and do your work responsibly.

                                Is there a single person in OneAssist who can work on this issue and try not to fool the customer?

                                  Instead of apple warranty i have taken insurance from ONEASSIST for my iPhone. Unfortunately my device was broken and i was claiming for same. Now they said it was denied by insurance so please take the device back. Now my phone was useless and i already paid for insurance but its not helpful for me.

                                      First of all, you need to change the name of the company, as per the name you guys do not follow work ethics, there is no assistance from you guys(oneAssist).

                                      I'm submitting this with great disappointment and dissatisfaction from the services extended by you all. I am sorry to say but the system and services are in total mess as no update is available.

                                      Every time I call the call centre the call is taken by Ms Lucy, Ms Prachi, Mr. Ganesh And Ms. Dilshad from the escalation desk, but they were all ready with the standard reply - kindly wait for next 3 working days. This 3 days period has been compounded to nearly 75 days, still there is no proper response from you guys.

                                      My handset was collected by your team on 24th of Nov 2016 and since then I have been following up with your team but have assured to receive a response within 48 hrs or 72 hrs from the day the call had been made.

                                      Initially nobody could figure out the claim status of my complain and then on 15th of Dec we came to know that the claim has been rejected in spite o[censored]s submitted all the possible details. Further, the explanation provided below for rejecting my claim is non-comprehensible to me as it has been vaguely worded to ensure Claim rejection.

                                      As per the company policy we were not issued a Courtesy Mobile Phone, which on speaking to Ms. Savita 15th December, 2016 we were asked to collect the same from your office, where we were informed by an official that the company cannot issue the courtesy handset at that instant as the claim had been rejected.

                                      Since then we are again following up with One Assist to get back our unrepaired handset but in vain till date.It's past a month!

                                      I further request to share the contact details of Service Head or the CEO for me to do the needful, But, there was no response regarding the details!

                                        My registered mobile no. is [protected], I ahve submitted my claim on 27th Dec 2016 to Oneassist, I received an update on 2nd Jan 2017 that my phone has been submitted to insurance company for approval. After which I haven't received any update I am frustrated with the response they provide, they say it is insurance companies fault but my point here is that the tie up is between you and insurance company if you cannot communicate effectively with them why are making the customer fall prey. This is total nuisance and fed up with the services, I even asked to return my device without repair but they say that too will take time. Phone is mine the subscription money paid is mine still they are making the situation very stressful for me.
                                        If I donot get a solid update with a timeline as to when I will receive my phone I will sue this company to hell as I have faced a huge loss due to communication disruption.
                                        I need my phone back ASAP.
