Oyo rooms are not providing me the gst tax invoice for the following booking from in the name of my employer larsen and toubro having gstin :37aaacl0140p2zh

-hotel details :
Oyo 3762 swamini niwas,
Swamini building, valentine apartment, opptarment compound, pimpri
Pada, water tankrd malad east, mumbai
-amount: 9467
-bill dated: 30th november 2018

As per gst act and rules, no gst registered entity can deny for providing gstin tax invoice specifying customer gstin no and gst amount deducted. Oyo is only providing me the payment receipt, which is of no use to me, and firm where i am working is not accepting my claim since the same cannot be used for taking gst credit.

I have called them for many times but in vain, they are again sending the invoice in which only amount is mentioned.

Oyo rooms promised me the issue would be resolved in 24 hours, but still I haven't received my invoice copy. No prompt action is being taken from Oyo Rooms.

I have booked room with Oyo on two different days, Amount got deducted twice from my account on both day and still didn't got the refund for both dates.

Refund should come automatically but didn't got that.

Booking Date : 3 sept 18 and 24 sept 2018.

    I had made a booking from oyo total holiday with booking id pkg-ozaf3297.
    I was shown two hotels in the proposed itinerary. I asked mr. Danish (From oyo) that i wanted to exactly the same hotels and he told me that if i make the payment on the very same day, the two hotels would be confirmed. I paid the entire booking amount of rs. 32000 out of good faith. One of the hotels was le grand udaipur. After a month of booking, mr. Danish called me up and told me that he has not been able to get us a room at le grand. When i told him that you had given me a written confirmation that if i make the payment the same day, the hotels i requested a booking on would be provided. He said he cannot do anything about it. I told him that it was a clear breach of trust. He then booked another hotel in udaipur named devansh. Based on the initial reviews provided on oyo about this hotel, he made a booking in devansh. Later when we read about the hotel on other review sites like tripadvisor, the hotel turned out be of a much lower quality than le grand (The one we had initially requested for). When i requested him another hotel, he could not do that for us satisfactorily. As per oyo policy provided to us on email, in case a trip is cancelled more than 15 days before the date of travel, the customer is entitled for a 75 % refund. Even though oyo rooms went back on their commitment and it was not at all our fault to trust them with the hotel bookings and we should have recieved a 100 % refund, we still thought of not getting into arguments with oyo and sent an email for cancellation of trip on sun, 21 oct 2018 and our date of travel was mon nov 12. The date difference is of about 20 days. We have sent multiple reminder emails to them and have not recieved a response to the email and nor have recieved the refund of 75% which equals to rs. 24000. Ideally we should have been provided a full refund of rs. 32000 since oyo representative mr. Danish went back on his own words. The amount of rs.24000 still lies pending with oyo and has not been refund back to us. The oyo representative has stopped responding to our email and there is no update on the refund.

      My booking in hotel r inn allahabad from 14 december 2018 to 16 december 2018 was cancelled, even after i called customer care 3 times for notifying that i'll be reaching hotel, so don't cancel the booking. I had to stay on bus stop for one night and had to take a hotel at 3 times the charge due to tariff because oyo cancelled my booking even after being assured by the customer care executives that my booking will not be cancelled. After cancelling the booking when i asked to give me another room they didn't.

        I booked a hotel through oyo for 16/12/18 in kolkata. My booking was confirmed by oyo. But when i reached the hotel, they said that they don't have tie up with oyo anymore and refused to provide me a room. I contacted oyo for assistance and the non-sense creature there, tells me that he will provide me a room in another hotel which is 10kms far away. All this happens at midnight! Is this the way you behave with your customers at the point of time when almost every place is closed???
        It cost me more than rs.700/- to reach the hotel from the airport and at the end i don't get a room!! No valuable support... At the end, i had to manage to find another place on my own. Learn to behave with your customers, oyo!!
        And you should provide me my money back which i wasted on reaching the hotel!! Take the necessary action as soon as possible.

            I booked a room in hotel gemini inn id: vwka6495 this morning, initially my booking was confirmed and then as the hotel have no rooms (The customer service gave me the wrong information that ' the hotel is under construction'. But i enquired the hotel about occupancy and have seen people waiting for rooms who booked from oyo) they shifted my property to another hotel named the royal regency.
            Then i moved to the shifted hotel the royal regency, when i enquired in reception they told me 'the hotel didn't get any confirmation from oyo'.
            I called once again the customer service and enquired about the issue, they are giving me some information like' they have got some issues with hotel and not alloting rooms and i should be waiting'.

            1) i am new to chennai, came here an important interview.
            2) i have to travel twice to hotel location, and spent nearly rs 300 on cabs.
            3) made a request to customer service.
            4) even then i have to wait to confirm my booking after wandering for nearly 2 hours in the name of oyo.
            5) so i have cancelled my booking, fedup with them.
            6) got information like no refund of money.

            Making a customer suffer in unknown place, how could you put the blame on my end, don't refund my money.
            Please look through the issue.

              Dear sir/madam

              My complaint is against "oyo rooms", on 6th october 2018 i was booking the hotel from oyo app and paying the money through "google pay" app, when i paid rupees 776.00 for my booking, but unfortunately i didn't get any confirmation for my booking and money got deducted for an unprocessed booking.

              On the same day, i sent an email to oyo rooms and explained them that i had been charged for an unprocessed booking and attached them a screenshot of successful transaction of 776.00, but in response i got to know that they haven't received the money and ask me to wait for 24-48 hours that the amount will get refunded by default in same source.

              After 2 or 3 days when i didn't get the refund, i sent an another email stating that money has not been refunded yet and i got a response from them that they are investigating in this matter and will reach back to me soon.

              But i didn't get any response from oyo rooms till today nor by call or email, so i contacted "google pay" app to confirm me whether the money has been received by oyo rooms or not, it was my bad even they also didn't replied to me.

              After all that i contacted my bank "icici" to confirm me whether the money is with oyo rooms or google pay, so they have confirmed me the that 776.00 has been credited to oyo rooms.

              The same email i had sent to oyo rooms that money has been credited to your bank, i have given them all proofs but they are least bothered to reply me

              I would request you to accept my complaint against oyo rooms that they had charged me for unprocessed booking and denying me to refund the money.

                  I am using kyo mobile app and i am not able to delete my registered account. Neither i am able to delete history.
                  There is no option howsoever provided in the app.
                  From the website also i found no option to do the exact thing.
                  This is not acceptable as a person should have the right to delete account if he has created it.
                  Either i want my account disbanded or deleted at the earliest.

                    We stayed in oyo 5545 in guwahati, at the night before check out, the hotel staff in the reception was not at all helpful he even do not understand simple things. I already briefed him about our requirement of stay certificate (As per central gov rule for us), and told him earlier about keeping name of the both guests in the room bill receipt staying in one room (As they have to claim the lodging charges). But just before checkout he harrased us too much about the bill format as well as stay certificate. The restaurant staff in this oyo hotel also did not provide any bill for mineral water purchased on the last day. Overall i would say, oyo should keep more trained and professional staff in their hotels, because when it comes to my comfort during stay i would say the last night before checkout was a nightmare.

                      The service by customer care is pathetic. They don't message you the details on your contact number, just keep on lingering around by saying details have been sent.
                      Ratings of the rooms are completely wrong. A 4.5 star hotel room looks and feels like a public hotel (Pukes on the walls, walls distorted, water leaking).
                      I am highly disappointed. I would never opt for oyo room again in my life.

                          I had booked an oyo room thorugh trivago namely conought mews from 12-15 december 2018. Since the day of booking they would send me all sorts of welcome messages and loking forward to hosting me. Then on the day of arrival i also called up oyo rooms to giude me to the location any they did it. To my shock the guy at this hotel refused to give me a room since he told that oyo rooms did not inform him to keep the room booked at 1am night. Also on calling their call centre none of the attending persons had any idea of helping me but rather just hang up my call telling me that they would forward my call to some senior who did not pick my call around 3 times consecutively. Later at 3 am iget a call telling they had a room at someother place which was far from the place i booked and on reviewing online it was a third class hotel. Also rooms shown here online are not even near close to reality this is actually the biggest fraud. Beware people. Dont waste your time and money behind this horrendous service

                            Hi Team,

                            This was a very bad experience with OYO. Yesyerday 12 Dec 2018, when I reached at OYO 18851 Smart Signature where I had confirmed booking they said that no room is available as my booking is extra booking then the total capacity of the property. Then I called OYO helpline number, the representative there said that he can't do anything for this issue and offered nearby lower rating properties at higher tariff rates. At last after 1 hr of struggle we decided on a property OYO 1125 Hotel City Point and he gave me the hotel number to confirm the room availability before I go there to avoid the above described situation. On calling the given number they said that they are not associated with OYO Rooms, this was most unexpected answer. So the situation continued for 1 more hour, I was disconnected multiple times from OYO customer care with the excuse that I am not audible and I was able to hear them perfectly, seriously your customer care executives are real players. In between I was offered one more property OYO 16450 Jass Hospitality, and they gave the same excuse that rooms are not available and OYO app was showing rooms are available there.

                            This was a horrible experience at OYO and I wasted more then 2 hrs and pain to take cabs and go to different OYO properties. I need you to look into this matter and take action ASAP.

                              Hi Oyo team,
                              I had already requested to delete my Oyo account..on December 5 in this consumer complain..then ..Oyo team replied, we will done to the priority..but nothing had done still..
                              I also call on Oyo customer care number for this problem.To solve ..but there also not help coming from us .
                              So I request to Oyo team ..plzz help in deleting my Oyo account..also no option available in Mobile application..to delete
                              Plzz take this as severity..I hope Oyo team will help me in deleting my account..

                              We want you to reminiscence all the stays and hence you won’t be able to delete your account or the booking history as it is also required for the booking record. But we can block your account for further booking if you wish to do so.

                                Hi,
                                I had booked a hotel with oyo rooms in sept under booking id: yarh5640 however, on 19th nov'18 i had cancelled my hotel booking.
                                Its been almost 25 days but i haven't refunded my money of rs 4291/-.

                                I have received a reference number for this refund payment (Case id[protected] but it is not helpful..

                                I have been following-up with their customer service team @ [protected], however they have been very unprofessional

                                  I have booked oyo 22681 and my booking id is DKSZ7016.they have sent me a message"we need to change bookingfrom this to that".I complained to the authority and they put my call on hold for 10mins two times. They aren't calling me back.We have important works and they dont value it .if its to be done then you should inform me before some days.my booking is tomorrow and you are sending me this now. i didn't expect this from oyo. Help me quickly.

                                    Booking cipm7501! As ii have complained on dec 1st! According to their rule i should get my money back between 7 to 14 days! Now they are telling they haven’t initiated only! From today i have to wait for 7 to 14 days! Im emotionally and financially hurt! No proper way to treat a costumer! Im really hurt! Im calling daily for my money! Everyperson is telling they have intitated! But today they are telling till now we had some problem so i’ll do it today! It is my hard earned money sir/ma’am! I need justice! Everytime i call them they are just wasting my time

                                      After conform my booking frm oyo. When we reached hotel they denied my booking. When i call fr help oyo customer care didn't help me they put my call on hold every time i call.. After travel whole day again i reached for new hotel.. Pathetic frm oyo ppl. They didn't help me otherwise they didn't pick my call. Trouble me so much. I huv to travel 7 km to fine out new hotel n pay more.. If they can't resolve my problem my they create a helpline no with no use.

                                        This mail is dated 12th december 2018.

                                        I refer to the following bookings:

                                        Pjbx 5670 dated 28th july 2018-rs.33455 from 14th december

                                        Mrse4157 dated 28th july 2018-rs.22639 from 14th december

                                        Rcnv7860 dated 28th july 2018 rs.11069 from 14th december

                                        Dbvo6583 dated 29th july 2018 rs.5994 from 13th december

                                        Ckyz0479 dated 7th december 2018 rs.1693 from 13th december

                                        Above bookings were done to enable elders and disabled family members to attend the marriage function within walking distance from your property sln homes. The bookings were done almost 5 months in advance due to the above mentioned reason so that they are not put to hardship to any distant place.

                                        The bookings start tomorrow morning. The owners of the property sln homes called up to say today 12th dec, around 2 pm that they will not be in a position to honour the booking confirmed by oyo since their agreement has expired. Oyo did not inform me this until the owner of the property informed me. When i escalated the matter on the helpline [protected], i was asked to wait for a while and subsequently accepted that the agreement has indeed terminated due to oyo's non payment of dues to the owners of the property.

                                        Since the rooms were required for quite elderly people and some disabled elders, i sought a full refund and said that i will make alternate arrangements. The customer care executive consulted her senior officials and confirmed that a full refund (100% refund) will be issued by oyo without any deduction due to the problem from their end. She also confirmed that a mail will be sent in the next 5 minutes confirming the same and also a feedback call will come from ho. This is a recorded conversation. The bookings have not yet commenced, hence there is no question of any check-in.

                                        However, to my shock some body called after a while saying that we will not be able to issue the refund. This amounts to cheating and unethical practice and not-acceptable.

                                        I request you to process the cancellations without any deductions to me, as no fault lies with me.

                                        Kindly confirm the same and issue the 100% refund expeditiously.
