I Mrs.Ruby Kaur, would like to inform you that, I am holding a Sony Ericsson Mobile (Model Number- W100i). It was purchased on 09th February,2011 from NU-YORK TELE WORLD, 1, R.N. MUKHERJEE ROAD, MARTIN BURN BUILDING, OPP TO LALBAZAR H.Q, KOLKATA-700001 For Rs.4800. IMEI/SERIAL NO-[protected].
This is to inform you that, I have been watching a lot of problem for approx last 6 months in this particular set. Problems are as follows :-
1. Battery Problem
2. Mobile Hanging
3. Display Problem
4. Outgoing Audio Problem
5. Atometically Switch Off During Talking to Someone etc.
On the last November,2011, one day I find that, my mobile set is completely blank and no display and hence i went to the shop for after sales service. They had given me the address of a Sony Ericsson Service Centre (Aryans IT Service, 18, Rabindra sarani, Poddar Court, Gate No-3, Central Kolkata, Phone No- [protected]). I went there on 15th November,2011 and tried to tell the problem that I am facing on my mobile but before listening to the problem they had taken my mobile and gave me a receipt copy of this where I find the Wrokorder Number - SE[protected] and the Faults are detected like - Hw Part Defective (Function), SW and Other Error, Part Replaced, Part Description - A/[protected]Hinge FPC). I have got the delivery of the mobile set after replacement on 24th November,2011 at 4;06PM.
But at the time of taking delivery I asked the engineer that what was the problem? He told me that the Mobile Set is one of the Defective Sets of Sony Ericsson. Because of that I have been facing continuously the above problems. He added that, we replaced the one defective part but if the same type of problems are happened in future then NO WAYS LEFT OTHER THAN REPLACEMENT OF THE MOBILE SET. It is so rediculous that, after just 2-3 days the same types of problems appart from display problem I am facing.
It is to be noted that I paid the entire Value of the mobile and I bougth it and the company would be replacing the parts of the same mobile upto the Warranty Period and not after that, If I paid the entire money and bought the mobile then why should I use a DEFECTIVE MOBILE SET and It creates a problem for me.
Requesting you to laudge a Complaint against faults in mobile set (Spiro-W100i) and asking for compensation + swapping with new mobile set.

Sony Ericsson — No proper response from the authorised service center
I had give two mobile phones for service with the authorised service center ( Niranjan elcctronic ) in Chennai W800i ( recipt no.. 226, manual bill) and other model W350i ( recipt number SES08NJE11978 ) . I gave this mobile for service on 28th of August . I was infomred that the new phone that i bought W350i cannot be repaired under warrenty schem, for reason, that i was not responsible. I was informed that i will be called when the mobile is ready after service . I requested to give one of the mobile ( w350i) with in two days and the person who was in charge said he will try. I was informed that i will be called once the mobile is ready. After 20 days i called the service center today and to my shocking i heared that still my W350i was not serviced. Doest it take more than 20 days to serive a small phone, in the presetn world of technology. When enquired i was informed that its a new model hence the service spares are not in the market and they need to go fo the ordering the same. Why is that with out the spare parts one should have a serive center or on should launch a product and advertise it. I was asked to wait for another two weeks with out gaurantee of my phone getting serived or i was asked to take back my phone, after 20 long days of waiting. Is this the way you treate a customer, that too after waiting for 20days. The phone w350i is a new phone and it was denied company warrenty on vaious ground for which i was not responsible. You have denied your warrenty on top of it illterating a customer, who had waited for 20 days to get a mobile phone serived. Kindly look in to the issue before other customer get affected and
