Dear Sir/Madam,
I Have Submitted My Sony PSP For Repair/Replacement (to be decided by service centre) at Raja Electronics And Services Pvt Ltd, Shop No 3 & 4, Girls School Extn Building,2390 B, New Modikhana, Off M.G.Road, Pune:-411001 On 20th-Jan-2012 at the time i submitted the instrument they told me that you will get a discount of 50% and you have to pay 50% amt i.e. Rs 4,000/- and you will get a new PSP, i agreed the same and paid rs 4,000/- to them but now they are asking me to pay Rs 6,392/- for replacement Of PSP which is very much higher as new PSP is available for Rs 7,990/- that means they are offering me just 20% discount, which i think is very much higher amount, b coz in my PSP the mechanism has broken and memory card cover is broken but the mechanism is in working condition the instrument is not dead. I brought the same thing to notice to Sony call Centre On 6th Feb-2012 they told me to send the Scan Copy Of Service Job Sheet and my complain through E-Mail regarding Service centre issue and they also told me that after receiving Mail within 24 To 48 hours your complain will be resolve but till today my complain is not resolve every time i call up Sony Call Centre they give assurance that within 24 hrs your complain will be resolve and you will receive a call regarding the same but i receive call from their every time they ask about my Grieviance and assure me that they will get back to me soon after looking into the matter, but no progress has been made By Sony for resolving my complain my instrument submission date is 20-Jan-2012 and today is 14-Feb-2012, but still i m getting only assurance that within 24 hrs your complain would be resolve.

I'm looking towards your medium for getting my complain to be resolve with greats hope

    Bought Sony DSC-W520 on Dec-4,2011
    Problems faced:
    1. Photos not clear
    2. some sound from camera

    Lodged complained to sony customer support and given to following service centers:
    1. Club electronics(sony authorised service center), south extension-2, delhi
    2. Hi end solutions, shastri nagar, delhi

    but the problem issues remains same and engineers are not able to resolve the issues.
    and now again they asking to submit somewhere else in some other service center.

    plz help!

    Sony/Digital Camera — Adapter Problem

    I have registered a complaint on dated 12/06/2009 about Non functioning of charger of my digital camera DSC - S980 in Prompt Service 10, Shanti Niketan, Sector 2, near Chetak Bridge, Govindpura Bhopal 462023. I have purchased this camera on dated 31/05/2009 From Pankaj Refrigeration, A - Block, Shilpi Plaza REWA. The complaint Job No. "BP26377".
    When we use First time of Camera Charger, that time no power on on the Adapter. The Digital Camera on purchasing time not seal packed. Dealer on purchasing time checked the Camera but not checked the Adapter. On dated[protected] I Contact to Pankaj Refrigeration and told the problem of Adapter, He suggests me to go service center and I contact to Prompt Service Center Bhopal but there is no reply from Prompt Service Center till date. He only reply me when I received any Information regarding your Adapter, I will informed you.
    Please reply me the status of Adapter as soon as possible and give me the proper suggestion, what should I do in this condition.

    Sir, i bought Sony home theater system from Kangra Himachal Pradseh. around Six Months Back. As I having LG LCD Earlier and i requested, the dealer at kangra to pair my LCD with Home Theater System but despite repeated requests no body turned up till now and I am post to watch each of them separately . Hence You are requested to Kindly direct them to couple the system with intimidate otherwise I will be forced to explore the other options.

      This is with reference to a Sony Vaio laptop (Model E Series VPCEG 15EN; S/N[protected] which I bought on August 25th 2011, at e-Future New Delhi. I have been facing continuous issues with the laptop since the day I bought it. The laptop isn’t operating properly. It is very slow and many a times when I try to log in it takes me to a totally different (a weird looking) desktop. Sometimes I wasn’t even able to log in. I don’t use this laptop very regularly, and whenever I try to use it the problem persists. The system can be checked by a computer forensic expert and you would know that the laptop isn’t used for more than 5 hours in total.

      I have contacted the customer care many times and I didn’t get any satisfactory responses. As per the instructions from the customer care once I had recovered my system which I had done as per the instructions given by your experts. I was told that by the customer care that it was a software issue and recovery would solve all the issues. I was on the phone for about 30-35 minutes and they provided support which proved to be of no use in solving my issue. The laptop was working fine for the next 2 days, and then it continued to have the same kind of problems.

      They every time Formatted My Laptop but not solve my problem
      They already changed my Hard Drive and DVD Writer

      It is a matter of disgrace for a company like sony who claims all goodies. But to my surprise they are unable to provided the service to the coustomers. i had bought vaio TZ series for Rs. 1,25,000.00 even after so many complaints no boby bothers to attend to it, now i am forced to file complaint to consumer fourm for the damages & replacement.

      I would like to draw your kind attention towards my problem.
      I have a feedback job order no.[protected] dt. 09th March2010 from Al-Khobar Saudi Arabia. I have a Sony Vaio VGN-SR55MF, S.N. 7001350.
      I had made a complain that there is a gap between bezel & LCD Screen and I am very much unsatisfied from this.
      As per Al-Khobar Service Centre it is not a defect and it’s normal. They informed me that they have ordered the part for replacement but gap could be same even after replacement. They have ordered the part just testing & my satisfaction. But I am looking your support.

      I would like to inform you that I had a dream to purchase a Laptop and that’s of Sony Vaio Brand. But after this problem I faced in my Laptop, I am feeling myself guilty for choosing Sony Vaio.

      I would like to request you humbly that please help me. I am fed-up with my laptop now. I am requesting you to please help me to upgrade my laptop. Please allow me to choose higher model and I will pay the difference for the same.

      As Per the instructions from the above mentioned employee of yours, I took it to the same Sony Center outlet where I bought the laptop where a satisfactory answer was not given to me. The Sony Center people also said that this would be a software issue. When I told them that I talked to the customer care, they asked me to not to talk to the customer care but to take the laptop directly to the service center in the case of any problems. If it is a software issue, why are you giving faulty software with a laptop? It is very clear that no computer will work without software. So software being an integral part of the laptop, what happened to Sony quality check? Why don’t you do a quality check for the software you use in your notebooks? Do you really want the customers to buy Vaio hardware and software separately?

      I think at some extent you are right.
      I am also a big fan of "SONY" brand. Many of the items you may find with me of SONY brand.

      After buying my laptop, Vaio VGNCS36GJ. I am fed-up with it. It has a got problem of becoming the screen blurr and blinking screen.

      I am going to rectify this problem anyway with them a the product is under warranty. This is going to be my last item of SONY.

      After repair I will present this laptop to somebody and gonna by some other laptop. Probably hp.

      Vaio is spoiling the name of SONY which they earned is long time.

      i had purchased this sony vaio laptop from infinity (vijay sales) andheri west on 16th june in 52,000.
      on 18th june the webcam got dead. i tried calling sony technical team on 19th, they guided me to solve this issue through softwares but it did not work out. this procedure took another two days. then on 20th i went to vijay sales and told them my problem, they told me that the concerned person who could help me that Mr Bhandari was on leave for a week and i should come after that, as only he can help me out.
      this wasted my another 6 days then finally i visited them again on 25th june and then they directed me to go to andheri service station and meet Mr Satpal and meet mr javed also since then all these issues are going on you can see in the emails below .

      Dear Sony

      I had purchased sony vaio laptop model no.VPCEB26FG, serial number 7000381 from Andheri, Vijay sales, infinity Mall, Mumbai, maharashtra, India on 16th June 2010. I was given the laptop that day itself as the Vijay sales said they have it in stock,

      * it had a 3cms stain on the keyboard panel, which they told me is just a small thumb stain due to handling it, and will go with the cleaner provided by them, i got convinced and took the laptop. from that day itself i tried to remove the stain, but it does not goes off.
      * the very next day the web cam got dead!!
      * the laptop bag provided by sony had all rusted zips and the bag was looking two three years old.
      * the laptop functions too slow!!

      I adressed all these issues the very next day to Vijay Sales for which they told me that the executive from whom i had purchased the laptop is on leave and so i should come a week later. listening to this i was very restless, as i had just purchased the laptop and from the very next day i was moving with it.

      i called the customer care on [protected], on 19th june 2010, who on phone patiently assisted me with all my queries, i was told by them to visit the sony repair centre and put forward all my issues and it will be really helpful.

      i visited vijay sales again on 20th june 2010, to see what they could do for me as a dealer, but their behaviour was very unexpected and rude. they gave me a number of some Mr Satpal and told me he is the BOSS of sony and i can meet him in andheri east sakinaka branch.

      the very next day i.e on 21st June i visited this branch where i came to know that there is no Mr satpal working there and he sits in some FACTORY!!. the whole day i was moving from andheri east to west with my laptop but the day ended.

      As told my customer care then i went to santacruz repair centre, where i was told that the repairs are not done in this branch and any request of repair and replacement should be done at andheri centre, as the santacruz centre is just a take and give away centre. a representative also told me that i must claim for a replacement after seeing the set. this conversation had been recorded in the CCTV of their branch as told to me by Mr Javed the Head of that branch.

      again on 28th June, i went to andheri branch with the laptop query where the executive was forcing me to fill the Repair request form and then only he could process my request. after telling him several times I DID NOT WANTED A REPAIR he insisted me on signing the repair form, i told him to let me speak to one of his seniors and then i will take any decesion. On my stern behavior, they called MR SATPAL who according them was the BOSS OF SONY whom i expalined all the details, after which he connected a confrerence all to santacruz sony repair centre , where i spoke to Mr Javed, who then told me that HE IS THE BOSS OF SONY AND HE AHS ALL RIGHTS TO TAKE DECESION ON WHAT EVER ISSUE. listening to this at one go, i went to the santacruz repair centre, with a hope. Mr javed met me he took all the pics of my laptop and assured me to revert back to me within 5 working days. Even he tried removing the stain from the panel, but it was of no use. i was asked to give a written application for replacement request, whch i immidialtely gave and it was countersigned by Mr javed as a proof of acceptance.

      now it is 9 days and i have no one who knows the status, whenever i am calling the santacruz repair centre on 61535353, i am getting a constant reply from Miss LAKSHMI that Mr Javed is not coming to the centre due to some PERSONAL REASONS and she is not sure when will he come. under these circumstances what does sony expect their coustomers to do?? sit at home and wait till you have patience, or even after that, because there is no one who can help you, as there are so many BOSSES of Sony but none are authorised to take decesions.

      i would kindly request sony, to look into this matter and give me a qiuck response, as my sleeps are shattered and Sony Vaio has become a night mare to me. please either do something or let me know what to do.

      i cant imagine people in mumbai are so irresponsible they have such a wasted attitude towards customer care. i have all products of sony at my house, never thought of any other brand while buying anything due to the stirdy name and system, but this time i really regret to buy sony. Olease spare me this time and help me the way you can. i cant digest to have a laptop of 52,000Rs which has stains on it as a gift to me, web cam goes dead in two days, the bag in which i carry the laptop has rusted zips and its a completely used product i guess!!!

      till now there is no reply and now the ODD drive is also dead, its not working!!!!!!
      This is with regards to the poor laptop which i have bought on 1st Nov 2010. In July 2011, HDD was replaced by the Service Centre. Now just within 6months from the last service problem has been noticed in the LCD and due to which the resolution given by the Sony service centre is LCD replacement. If after every 6 months such problem comes relating to the most critical parts of the Laptop I doubt whether the Laptop which i have bought has passed all the quality check. Vaio is purchased because its one of the most trusted brand but after my experience i can hardly trust it. The replacement always takes away some 1-2 weeks. This hampers my work. I do not expect it to be facing problem every 6 months. Once warranty is over the cost which i have to bear would be very unreasonable.

      I bought sony vaio laptop two years back.The problem started the day i bought it the processor was very slow .it took lot of time to get started, thinking that it might be a temporary thing,i ignored it but later i realised that something is seriously wrong with it.I called the service center and they assured my husband that they will take care of it.We also wrote some mails to the company . Later they took the laptop to there service center and said they have fixed the problem.
      ,but their was no change in the performance of my laptop,again my laptop was been sent to the service center and was returned saying we have done what we can this time the condition of my laptop was much more worse than what it was earlier.I was completely disappointed by sony vaio company.Till today i am dealing with the same kind of problem ,it seems there only motto of the company is to sell there product.After sales services of sony vaio is totally unacceptable.       Dear SIR,

      I HAVE PURCHASED SONY VAIO SVE15115ENB ON 01/08/2012 AND AFTER FEW DAYS THE LAPTOP STARTED GIVING PROBLEM. ITS TOUCH PAD STOPPED WORKING AND LAPTOP WAS TURNING ON BUT WITH NO DISPLAY.I HAVE VISITED SONY SERVICE CENTER LUDHIANA ON 29/11/2012 AND THEY HAVE RETAINED MY LAPTOP FOR ONE DAY AND RETURNED THE SAME ON 30/11/2012 WITH REMARKS ON THE JOB SHEET " RAM AND TOUCH PAD RE FIXED. RECOVERY DONE. SET OK".

      IT WORKED PERFECTLY OK TILL 06/12/2012 BUT TODAY SUDDENLY ITS DISPLAY WENT OFF TOUCH PAD AND KEYBOARD STOPPED WORKING. AFTER AFTER SOME TIME KEYBOARD STARTED WORKING AND TOUCH PAD IS STILL NOT WORKING.

      EITHER SONY SERVICE LUDHIANA DID NOT FIXED THE ISSUE PROPERLY OR THERE IS SOME MANUFACTURING DEFECT IN THE LAPTOP.

      IT IS NOT EASY FOR ME TO TAKE MY LAPTOP TO SERVICE CENTER EVERY WEEK.

      Dear Sir, I bought a laptop of Sony Vaio (Model- E series VPCEG35EN; S/N[protected] on 4th August, 2012 from Supreme Technologies Pvt. Ltd, 35 Chittaranjan Avenue, Kolkata 700012 I have been facing some problems with this model lately. Initially the touchpad stopped working in the last week of June, 2013. I went to a sony service center( Kalpataru It Retails Pvt. Ltd, Shop No. 105, 1st floor, E Mall, Chittaranjan Avenue, Princep Street, Kolkata-700072) for assistance. They asked me to submit the laptop, which I did. After 2days they returned it to me saying that they have reinstalled the touchpad related software, which got corrupted before. Again after 20-25 days another major problem occured. Whenever I tried to shut my laptop down, it automatically restarted. I had to rush again to the same service center. I had to submit it there again and after few days I was told that there was a glitch in the Mother Board. When I asked them to replace the model since my laptop's warranty period hadn't expired, they blatantly denied saying that they can replace the Mother Board but replacing the the laptop was not possible. I had no other option but to agree to what they were saying. Then after 14days they returned my laptop assuring that there wont be any problem in the future. Recently the problems started yet again. Whenever I switch on my laptop, Windows Boot Manager appears asking me to select the OS.There are some other advanced options also which includes Start normally, Last known good configuration etc. Apart from that the Bluetooth is not working and my laptop's touchpad gets activated after 5-10 min from the appearance of the desktop. Please help me in this. It would be great if the laptop could be replaced as i am fed up with the regular problems occurring in the laptop.         Lens got jammed

        I have purchased a camera on 29.10.2011. The model Number is DSC-WX7/B E32. Warranty period is 3 years.From 07.02.2012, the lens movement in the camera has stopped completely and I am not able to shoot any photographs.

        Dear Sir/Madam,

        I Mrs.Ruby Kaur, would like to inform you that, I am holding a Sony Ericsson Mobile (Model Number- W100i). It was purchased on 09th February,2011 from NU-YORK TELE WORLD, 1, R.N. MUKHERJEE ROAD, MARTIN BURN BUILDING, OPP TO LALBAZAR H.Q, KOLKATA-700001 For Rs.4800. IMEI/SERIAL NO-[protected].

        This is to inform you that, I have been watching a lot of problem for approx last 6 months in this particular set. Problems are as follows :-

        1. Battery Problem

        2. Mobile Hanging

        3. Display Problem

        4. Outgoing Audio Problem

        5. Atometically Switch Off During Talking to Someone etc.

        On the last November,2011, one day I find that, my mobile set is completely blank and no display and hence i went to the shop for after sales service. They had given me the address of a Sony Ericsson Service Centre (Aryans IT Service, 18, Rabindra sarani, Poddar Court, Gate No-3, Central Kolkata, Phone No- [protected]). I went there on 15th November,2011 and tried to tell the problem that I am facing on my mobile but before listening to the problem they had taken my mobile and gave me a receipt copy of this where I find the Wrokorder Number - SE[protected] and the Faults are detected like - Hw Part Defective (Function), SW and Other Error, Part Replaced, Part Description - A/[protected]Hinge FPC). I have got the delivery of the mobile set after replacement on 24th November,2011 at 4;06PM.

        But at the time of taking delivery I asked the engineer that what was the problem? He told me that the Mobile Set is one of the Defective Sets of Sony Ericsson. Because of that I have been facing continuously the above problems. He added that, we replaced the one defective part but if the same type of problems are happened in future then NO WAYS LEFT OTHER THAN REPLACEMENT OF THE MOBILE SET. It is so rediculous that, after just 2-3 days the same types of problems appart from display problem I am facing.

        It is to be noted that I paid the entire Value of the mobile and I bougth it and the company would be replacing the parts of the same mobile upto the Warranty Period and not after that, If I paid the entire money and bought the mobile then why should I use a DEFECTIVE MOBILE SET and It creates a problem for me.

        Sony Ericsson/W100i — Defective phone set

        I have made purchase of the Sony Erricson Phobne Set - W100i, just a month back. I made the purchase from Sony Erricson dealer located in Sri Ranga Towers, Opposite Lumbini Jewel Park, R.No. 2, Banjara Hills.
        Just after few days of the purchase the model is showing immense software defects.Performance of the model is extremely slow and may of the opeartions are not working.
        On contacting the dealer just after 15 days of purchase, they asked to go for a software update and said the model lot had some issues beacuse of which new set for the same model has come. But the piece cannot be replaced since it can be done only within 24 hrs of purchase.Everytime , the phone shows software issue , it would need an update which they will do for 1 year.They not even bothered to raise a formal compalint.
        In case there is so much defect with the model, company should initiate a replacement for the customers who are facing issues , and dealers should support in this drive.
        It was real dismay to learn that a reputed company like Sony Erricson is providing such pathetic service to its customers.

        any thing is not view on screen wht 2 do how to make it proper
        how to repair it and it also hangs some time how to repair it

        Sony Ericsson/ W100i — Defective Phone

        I have Purchased Sony Ericsson W100i model in Feb 2011,
        Since then i am facing constant problem regarding Software.
        I have placed the phone with authorised service centre 4 times in last 6 months but they are not able to solve the issue.
        I have filed complant with sony but all they say is to place the phone with service centre & all that service centre do is update the software & assure the problem will not last any longer.
        but as soon as i start using the phone, same problem starts appearing.
        I have to restart my phone a dozen times in a day in order to use it.
        Its king of mental harassment for me.

          I purchased colour television 22" sony LCD Model No.KLV -22 T550AIN5 SL.No: 6166281 on date 05.02.2010.R.No.3388. from sony dealer M/s V.A.KALBURGI SQUARE Deshpandenagar Hubli -580029
          The amount paid is Rs.15700/-(incl of VAT 12.5%).

          The above Sony TV was given for repairs on 22.11.2011 for the reason "power not getting on" to the authorised sony service centre at Hubli M/s Sai service sony authorised service centre 214/215 IT PARK P.B.ROAD opp.glass house City HUBLI -580029.

          The authorised service centre told on 25.11.2011 that the screen is faulty.When met him the service centre told me to take a replacement paying Rs.8300/-.and Rs.1000/- for 2 year extended waranty.

          The "ASC" has given me a manual bill for Rs.8300/- and denied for original bill and say that for replacement of the product no bill is given.
          The replacement of TV is done on date 3.2.2012.
          The replaced model is KLV-22BX320IN5 SL.No.7120764.

          The model is different from the one which is purchased on date 5.2.2010.

          The Invoice No.46194921 in the extended waranty card is not given to me.

          The service centre has collected extra money from me and also denied me the proper bill.


          I want the Television of the one which I had owned earlier,and also the bill for Rs.8300/- for replacement.

          In total I have spent Rs.15700 + 8300 for the TV.


          Please solve my grievances clarify the doubts.

            I had submitted a mobile(sony xperia neo V) for repair on 17/01/12 at care zone Jodhpur but there was no response from them till many days. When I used to contact, phone was no reply. Incidentally today, they received my phone call and when I enquired about my phone, they asked to collect it in the evening. Since it was a long time ago when I had submitted the phone for repair I was not carrying the job card with me.
            Instead to helping me after such a long time, they behaved rudely and refused to deliver the phone at any cost.

            It is shameless act of such a reputed company. Customer has to move here and there for such a long time.

                      This is a complaint regarding a yendo model that i had bought in november 2011. The IMEI is[protected]. I had bought it from MNM Trading Solution Private Limited(Pataudi district, Gurgaon) on 20th November 2011. The invoice no. is[protected].
                      The phone keeps getting hang, it vibrates even when there is no message/call, it switches off on its own. Sometimes when the phone vibrates, it continues to vibrate for 5 minutes! I had given the phone for servicing but the same night, it again got switched off on its own. I am fed up of this phone. I am fed of changing my handset again and again. It's very irritating.
                      I have taken this phone to the service centre twice but the problem still persists. The second time, they had not even recorded my visit. I had even asked to give me a letter(jobsheet or whatever) with the details of what they had done. But they refused to give me saying that they do not give it in case of just software updates. It is not possible for me to go again and again to the centre as it is not even close to my place.
                      I had asked the service centre people if this problem can be fixed permanently and if the handset can be replaced as the problem is inbuilt but they had refused.
                      Also, i have heard that there is a problem with the entire handset lot. I have showed this model to many shopkeepers(Sony ericsson dealers) and they all said that the entire yendo lot is faulty. All the handsets have some problem. I know another person who has this model and she also faces the same problem. You can cross-check this information. There is problem with all the yendo handsets.

                      So I do not want a new handset. I want another phone. I am fine if it will be of a lesser price than this one(I had bought this for Rs.5,000) but kindly do something. Please find a proper solution. I have wasted my 5,000 rupees but i cannot afford to do so.

                        I was the loyal customer of Sony Ericsson, purchased a mobile set (Sony Ericsson Spiro W100i) from Ashoka Mobile G-28-29, Raisar Plaza, IndraBazar, Jaipur Ph:[protected], invoice number 7830 dated[protected].

                        After 10-15 days the mobile set started giving the trouble in messaging that show each and every time message Out Of Memory And Processing Also Same in Low Condition & getting switch off in every 2-3 hours , and then I submitted my mobile set to your customer care centre named as Mansi Mobiles and floor mohnot mansion, suraj poll Pali Rajasthan[protected] on 30-Dec-2012, the complaint id was SE[protected]. They took Three weeks & Two Days time to repair my phone but the problem was same and hence I had the submitted the phone again then and there.

                        when they was repaired my mobile then I call on customer care number then I told to customer care number sony spiro have many more problem and i also tell about each and evry blog-spot and every website o[censored]ser review that shows sony spiro have many problems then customer care give me a suggestion that you change your mother board then I call on sony support office for changing my mother for removing fault in sony spiro w-100i they take 25 days for changing my mother board My current mother board IMEI No. is [protected] & last mother board IMEI No. is [protected] But my current mother board work only two days and Now when i typing in messaging that shows message out of memory and going four time switch off in a day.

                        Every one knows motherboard is heart of mobile then i replace it but still get the same error message.
                        After two days i call on customer care No. then they make my complain and give me ticket id number and complain no these are:- T-id No.92066259 & Complain No. SES[protected] they also told me that our higher authority call you after 2-3 days.


                        These status's are the result of my daily feedbacks and then too doesn't seems to be working fine with Sony Ericsson.


                        Now I request you to swap my mobile set with new mobile along with extended warranty as well as compensation of Rs. 5,000.00(Rupees Five thousand). As the loss which I incurred in business and mental torment due to these above problems.

                        If you do not fulfill my above requirements then I will suit the case against you in consumer court.

                          I have purchased a Sony Ericsson mobile phone, model W8 (E16i, IMEI No:[protected] from an authorized retail dealer M/s Mobily, TC 26/95, Statue, Trivandrum, Kerala) on 8th September, 2011 (Bill/Invoice No:- 006743 dated 08/09/2011). The mobile phone was fixed with screen guard protector by the retailer at the time of purchase and it was used with utmost care.

                          Within a couple of months itself it began to perform abnormally in many ways. First of all the menu icons began to shift its position by its own. Then the phone unlock had to be tried several times to get it unlocked. After that the incoming call, answering and cancel began to function improperly.

                          At last the total functioning of the mobile went out of control by getting stuck and working only very occasionally. This made me mentally harassed by not able to attend or make calls in time, even in emergencies too. Thus carrying this phone along with me does not serve the purpose for which it was purchased, with great expectations. I do suspect its genuineness or a defect from the stage of manufacturing with poor quality components as it became out of order within a short period of four (4) months and a few days o[censored]sage.

                          It was taken to the services on 21st January, 2012 and the Sony Ericsson authorized service center, Prompt Services, TC 2/2410(2), Pattom, Trivandrum, Kerala admitted that the Touch Panel is out of order and it have to be replaced for making it normal which will take two (2) weeks to get it rectified (Work order No. SE312PS110386 dated 21/01/2012). Servicing a phone within such a short period and to replace the most sensitive part of it makes me to suspect, how long can it be used again, after the service.

                          The difficulties and inconvenience caused so far and the long wait of two weeks without a phone was uncontrollable, which was intimated to the company Sony Ericsson – India, through their on line complaint logging forums (Reference No.s 92216571/ 92218193 / RMS Ticket Number : SES[protected] dated 22/01/2012) and asked for their authorized representative to contact me in person to make arrangements to refund the amount of Rupees Nine Thousand Nine Hundred and Ninety Five only (Rs. 9995/00) at the earliest.

                          The company never responded directly, instead they instructed the service centre to intimate me, that it shall be repaired and returned back with immediate steps. As I lost belief on Sony Ericsson and their consumer products, I request the Indian Consumer Complaints Forum to intervene and settle my dispute at the earliest.

                            malfunction it would hang.Then the wireless would get disconnected while surfing the net, even the logo at the bottom would disappear.Now if I shut down the system and restart it it would all work normally like nothing ever happened but again after a little while it would happen again.This is very annoying.So I took it down to the service station and and gave them my complaint. They kept if for the day and told me its fine now you won't have a problem.Well then I took it home and the after a while it would start its old tricks once again.So again I took it back to the service and repeated my problem, they said ok you leave it here we will call you when its ready.They call me and I check the set out its working fine again.Anyways I brought it back home and it worked fine the whole day but the next day I started it up and within half an hour the same problem occurred.Now I am tired of this nonsense so I've packed the LAPTOP in its bag and put it away, Since then its been more that a week I have not used it and may be I will never use it again. I have a old desk top which works well and is now helping me out. *** Note during purchase time one would get all the assurance from the Sony store. Once sold Forget it no replacement. Its your headache now use it or throw it away its not my concern !!!

                              Recently I purchased Sony ericsson make mobile phone yendo W150i. but after using it for few month I found that phone is getting hang frequently and also I am unable to play music files and whenever I try to open any music file mobile gets restarted. This is very annoying and the memory card card in the phone is not showing any data which is there in memory card, neither it is showing free memory available in that memory card, but when that same phone is connected to the laptop or any other device that it is showing the data of memory card. I tried calling helpline number of Sony but they said helpline number change and they gave me new helpline number, when I tried calling in new helpline number than auto voice again say the same thing that helpline number has change and this is the new helpline number. I am tired of calling then and even locating the service centre of Sony but I am not able to trace anything
                              Please replace the phone with any other model in its range or please refund the money...

                                Sony Fails to solve my Home Theater HDMI Cable Problem.
                                I purchased a Sony Home Theater from Sony Center Road No.12, MLA Colony, Banjara Hills-34. On dated[protected].
                                Defect in HDMI Cable, I un plug the HDMI Cable from the Home Theater system to shift it. To my surprise the HDMI Cable came of HDMI Port the port was struck in the Home Theater System. I complaint to the Sony dealer , they asked me to contact Sony Service Center. The technician visited on dated[protected]. I noticed that the cable is a local one. I spoke to the service center manager he asked the technician to bring the wire along with the port to the service center.
                                In spit of making umpteen calls the manager did not response since two months I brought the notice and the service center manager remains incommunicado. No way to check genuineness of parts, no warranty on parts.
                                I request Sony Company to look into the redressel of costumer grievances. An early replacement of cable is appreciated.

                                  Sony, people are so proud of owning product of SONY. But I am not! Ask me why? Bravia LCD TV, the purchase of which has caused agony and harassment to my family members for last 13 days. Barely 3 months have passed, I had purchased Sony Bravia Model Name: KLV-32CX32D on 18 Oct 11 from Anant Electronics, Itarsi. While in use it went off at 1500h on 11 Jan 12. Till date neither TV has been replaced by so called SONY nor part replaced. You can imagine the capability of this Co. Why should one go for this Brand if it cannot provide after sale services.
                                  E-mail was sent at sonyindia.[protected]@ap.sony.com on 12 Jan and dealer was informed on 11 Jan. Mr Datta, Senior most service provider person was contacted at Indore. He apprised that part is not available in India. It will have to be brought from Singapore. He was politely requested to replace but he didn't agree.He has not picked up my call for last 3 days.
                                  TV is basic necessity of life and SONY INDIA has debarred us from source of entertainment to self & family members for last 13 days and some more days to come. This is just a mental harassment & agony caused by after sales service within warranty period of the so called Sony India.
                                  Therefore, I am approaching you to please help this serving solider and compel the company to pay the compensation for mental harassment and agony and replace the TV at the earliest possible.

                                      Sir,

                                      I have purchase SONY LCD TV from Sri Thilack Furniture, last year 13 Jan 2011,
                                      from 15 DEC 2011, we are facing the display problem, we registered complaint through customer care, Sony people came and told, this display problem will not cover under warranty, so you may service the TV against chargeable base, i debated the TV is under warranty period, why should i pay for this problem, then they are telling that this problem due to damage on the panel, so this service against chargeable only, then i asked that then please show me the external physical damage, then they replayed that. the outer panel is not damaged, but the inside LCD panel damage, so you need to do this against chargeable bases only,

                                      And they are are telling the we are offering only One warranty, if you want more life for your TV, you please don't go for LCD TV buy picture tube TV, if it is the case they should tel before buying the TV??

                                      Here with i am enclosing the photo and email received from the customer care department people,

                                      and also this display problem is not on day, is keeps on developing, starts with line mark, this photo is taken by the Sony people,
                                      past two weeks there is no power, coming Wednesday i can paste the latest photo for your reference.
