After a very few time the phone was not working, i informed to Sony Ericsson serice center on November 3 , 2011 at 1:09 pm, they told me that it was a software problem and try to shortout, but they could not solved it, Than they promised me to change the mobile phone. near about in every two month l take it to the service centre .recently it had get reciever problem and slide problem. service centre repaired reciver prblem bt for sliding he said to left handset for 1 month. after feb the warranty will expire and if it again get problem then what i will do.

We have a extended warranty for a Sony Vaio laptop purchased from Croma, Malad, Mumbai. The extended warranty was to be supported from Croma across India. But as the Laptop is been used at Orissa and they do not have branch over their, so they arranged some other local persons to take care of the same. Dear Sir,
Today (09/12/2011), I was travelling from Dadar to Kalyan Railway station. I got into Titwala train at 16:39. As soon as entered my mobile was snatched from my pocket. SUddenly train started so that i could not get at Dadar station.
Please help me out in tracing my mobile....

It is regarding replacing mother board of the 46 INCH LCD T.V., SONY
The product was purchased on 5.6.2011 and within six months the screen has gone blank. The problem identified faulty mother board.
The original complaint was filed on Sunday 4.12.2011.
On 9.12.2011 the company executive comes to replace the part .The part is being carried by him in an open condition in a polythene....

We purchased a laptop(VPCEH25N/B Serial no. 7007110) on 9/11/2011 from Sony centre ; M/S Dayal Infotainment, Shipra Mall, Indirapuram. Invoice no. 903235, On 23rd November, It stopped working all of a sudden and the very next day (24th November), We registered a complaint with the dealer and deposited the laptop with its battery at his shop. After two days, to our surprise, we got a phone call from some service centre telling us the laptop...

I have purchased sony ericsson txt-pro ck-15i after going through specifications available on various websites. There it was mentioned that it is android phone, but it is not. Also, on the handset box it was mentioned that box will contain pc suit CD, but it was also not there in the box.
This clearly shows the intention of sony ericsson to mislead consumers.
Request some action against them.

have been sold a faulty handycam HDR CX 110E. In past 1 month it has been serviced 3 times for same problem - intermittent blurred image in steady shot video recording. My Job Nos. are -

1. WS[protected] dtd. 12/11/2011 - twice repaired under this job no and returned on 7/12/11

I had bought 10 Sony DL DVDs - model number - DPR85R2 from a local shop. The product sticker said - 2 yrs limited warranty by Sony and had provided an email address - Sonyindia.[protected]@ap.sony.com for complains and feedback.
