Hi I have referred Tata Sky Connection to Two Persons . I have received cashback for only one connection. I have raised complaint with Tata sky customer care on 5th June. But still they are unable to resolved my issue.

    Address: L1405, SNN Raj Lakeview Apartments, 29th Main, Bilekahalli, BTM 2 Stage

    Some channels are not working properly - signal keeps getting disturbed several times in a minute with audio disappearing and video also stuttering. Many channels work fine though.

    When we call customer care, they suggested several fixes but none of them worked. We asked for a techncian to visit but the person never turned up. When we called again, the next person said that there was no complaint registered. Customer care executives are rude and make all sorts of excuses not to send a technician.

    The issue resolved by itself and I'm not sure how that happened. However, this issue just proves how bad the customer service is. What is the point of running a large, successful company and outsourcing your customer service to, some cheap, untrustworthy partner. I'm shifting out of this service as soon as I find someone more reliable

My recharge amount is ₹ 342.91 and upi transaction id[protected] and google transaction id CICAgOCk6vv9Pg. The recharge is successful but in my dth account is not credited. So please refund my recharge amount to my account.

          I recharge two transaction at Tata Sky on 16th and 19th May respectively of Rs. 395/- each. As per Tata Sky customer care Google pay return it and as per Google pay Tata Sky return it.

                Yesterday that is 14/06/2021 I have recharged my tata sky set top box with subscriber ID [protected] a sum of Rs. 335. But afterwards I received a text message from tata sky transaction failed but from bank account a sum of Rs. 335 was debited (deducted). I cannot make further payment if I get that Rs. 335 reimbursed then only I can make the repeat payment.

                  i want to report a financial fraud done by Tata sky in my tata sky account id [protected]
                  This was a revengeful act by Tata Sky Dealer, and till date full resolution has not been given, i have not even got a convincing revert. partial amount has been credited but for the rest of amount i have been asked to go and recover from Dealer.
                  Despite writing multiple times to nodal officer, no communication/calls have been received from nodal officer.
                  Why should a customer contact dealer and recover amount? when we make the payment to Tata sky, and its Tata sky who have given authority to dealers to change packs etc. If dealer misuses it then its Tata Sky who needs to take responsibility of taking action and refunding the entire amount.

                  The pack i was on till Jan'21 was of INR 668 per month.
                  Suddenly i got an SMS that the monthly rental of INR 1767/- which i never did this
                  As per customer care following channels were added on 3rd june (same date when there was a dispute regarding feedback ratings)
                  - Bengali Hindi premium sport english (HD) - 3rd June ( i didnot add this)
                  - Bengali hindi premium sport english (normal) - 3rd June ( i didnot add this)
                  - Bengali hindi family Kids ( i didn't add this )

                  This is criminal and fraudulent action leading to financial impact and i feel this is related to my earlier complaint which also took place on 3rd June'21

                  My asks
                  1. Credit the full amount that was used from 3rd June to 9th June. as it was due to addition of packs by dealer without my consent.(till now only partial amount of INR 117 has been credited)
                  2. Please arrange a call with nodal officer Mr. garg
                  3. COmmunicate what action has been taken against the dealer
                  4. How will TATA sky ensure that such instances are not repeated in future.
                  5. Send the details of the dealer who did this.

                  Context
                  I had reached out to customer care today with a complaint to repair/replace remote control as some of the keys were not working. customer care lady told me that she is raising the request and confirmed the complete address.
                  Technician called me from mobile num - [protected] and asked me what is the complaint, i was surprised that he is not even aware of the complaint so i asked whether he has not got the update from TataSky, to which he replied "No", then he also asked me my address, so apparently he was not provided with my details at all.
                  Post technician visit
                  I filled up the technician feedback as 2 star and mentioned in the comments that Tatasky should provide all the details to the technician at the time of passing the complaint so that he doesn't bother customers multiple times, as tata sky has all the details already.
                  Post feedback I got 4 calls from different numbers asking for the reason,
                  1.[protected] 5:22pm
                  2. [protected] 5.45pm
                  3. [protected] 5:49pm
                  4. [protected] 5:56pm (technician)

                  Complaint
                  1. Technician called me from number [protected] at 5:56pm and started arguing why did i give a bad feedback, and also saying with raised voice "address to theek se dena chahiye na"
                  How can technician call me back on feedback and raise his voice? is this not insulting customers?
                  2. Service center calls me from number [protected] at 5:49pm telling me that he gave the details to technician and saying that my address was incomplete
                  How can he call me and ask for justification when i have already given feedback and people from Tatasky have spoken to me? its like questioning me again?
                  i think this is very impolite and insulting from Tatasky staff.
                  - calling multiple times by multiple people
                  - technician and service center calling and questioning the reason, technician raising his voice
                  - Is this the reason you take feedback? have i committed a crime by rating giving a low feedback?

                  i have all these calls recorded.

                      I had paid the bill for both my primary and secondary tatasky setup boxes before due date. The status for the secondary connection in the tatasky app is shown as ACTIVE, whereas on switching the TV on, it's alerting me that the connection is deactivated and hence, I cannot view any channel that I've subscribed to.

                              My subscriber id is not showing on tset up box ask when i click it say click on yellow button but when i click option is press home or call from registered rmn imy old sim was lost so i am not able to call from rmn signal problem in tatasky and even my subscriber id is not showing. I hd reset my tatasky so that signal will be good. But after somedays same problem occur no signal. And the big problem is that in little rain tatasky signal is lost. Due to this i get frustrated.

                                  I was trying to place an order for tata sky hd box and amount rs. 1852 has been debited from my account towards billdeskpg.[protected]@icici but i didn't get any subscriber id or any notification from tata sky. when i called customer care representative he asked me to wait but didn't provide any satisfied answer. I have sent an email but still no satisfied reply also they mentioned that you didn't mention subscriber id so we cannot process this request.
                                  Seriously i didn't get this

                                  Don't know will i get my money back or not.

Then I compiled that operated. That person reply to this massage

                                      I have checked our records and it looks like the transaction was successfully processed to the operator and hence we will not be able to cancel it. Very sorry about that.

                                        Dear Sir,
                                        I am Biman Malakar ( Id [protected] ) having a Tatasky with recording facility( PVR), would like to inform you that since 18th of May 2021, I was unable to watch TV programs transmitted by Tatasky . On 18th morning I realized that the remote is not working and the red light is not glowing steadily and instead continuously blinking.
                                        I immediately made a complaint to the local service provider and he suggested that I should contact Tatasky helpline. I immediately called the helpline and they promptly told me that the local service provider is being instructed to contact you immediately. Thankfully the local service provider from Barrackpore ( Near Kolkata) contacted us and expressed their inability to provide spare remote as they do not have any.

                                        I fail to understand that how a spare remote is not available with service provider who are a big established service provider covering a huge area, causing difficulties to the customers.

                                        However I continued to contact Tata sky helpline almost daily for any update but failed to have any. Instead I continuously received false assurances from Helpline as well as from Barrackpore service provider.

                                        Ultimately, on 2nd June, on a desperate attempt, I managed to purchase one genuine tatasky remote paying a premium price so that my family could enjoy T.V program once again.

                                        My humble quarry to you is

                                        1) In Spite of covid and lockdown, don't you think it is a matter of sear negligence and in-competence on the part of reputed concern like Tata sky not to provide a remote even after 15 days .

                                        2) Why should I be penalised to pay for these 15days when I could not enjoy program for no fault of mine?
