The connection i have keeps on disconnecting every now and then and the company just demands Inr 150-200 for visiting charges where the repairman does not do anything just adjusts the signals but being a customer i have to pay every time. Now when i am permanently disconnecting the connection, the company asks to return the set top box, whereas they charged me Inr 2000 while installing the new connection stating the installation is free, that means the Inr 2k i paid was for the device, now they are asking the device back while giving no refund. Pathetic policies, worst services, never ever going to recommend anyone about third class Tata Sky!!
