Didn't watch TV after recharging

Dear Sir,

I am not able to watch anything on TV since last 10 days, while I did first recharge on 14.06.2021 for Rs.161 then on 18.06.2021 for Rs.50 and the last recharge I did on 22.06.2021. I have talked to 12 of your representatives till now but no one has given the right suggestion and neither has been able to solve my problem. I did recharge from Tata sky same apps.

Sir, I have only one request to you please...

Money refund not credited after payment via google pay

I made a payment of 2580 from my gpay account to my tata sky (Subscriber ID:[protected]) on 22.05.2021 . I got a message that the amount will be refunded to my account in 7-10 working days. As i did not get the refund I called the tata sky customer care no. After a few calls later they asked me to provide a bank statement. In the statement it is clearly mentioned that the money has been debited but not yet refunded to my accout. As even after...

It shows on my television that new software is being downloaded.

As I turned on my television, my display showed 'DVB SSU+ S LOADER. New software being downloaded. Do not switch off your box.' Now I am writing this after almost exactly 1 hour 14 min but there is not change in the display. The download percent first goes till 69 percent and than starts again from 0....

Cannot watch free to air channel dd sport 1.0

I just called to the tata sky customers' care and complained that I cannot watch the Free to air channel dd sport 1.0, they are saying that this is as per the supreme Court decision, how can the enforced us to buy the paid channels to watch the live cricket match when dd sport 1.0 is free to air channel telecasting live match....

Unethical Business

Never ever seen such a fradualent company in my lifetime.

1.Claimed set top box is not working so need to pay for new box(agreed and paid)
2.Brand New set top box will fail again. Need to test brand new set top box (agreed for testing)
3.Can't resolve the issue reported and claimed my TV is creating issue with your pathetic set top box (what A creativity for your incompetentcy),

Referral cashback not received

Hi I have referred Tata Sky Connection to Two Persons . I have received cashback for only one connection. I have raised complaint with Tata sky customer care on 5th June. But still they are unable to resolved my issue....

Some channels not working

Address:L1405, SNN Raj Lakeview Apartments, 29th Main, Bilekahalli, BTM 2 Stage

Some channels are not working properly - signal keeps getting disturbed several times in a minute with audio disappearing and video also stuttering. Many channels work fine though.

When we call customer care, they suggested several fixes but none of them worked. We asked for a techncian to visit but the person never turned up. When we called again, the next person said that there was no complaint registered. Customer care...

DTH Recharge is not refunded.

I have recharged my tata sky dth on[protected] at 2:54 pm whose subscriber id is [protected]. My recharge amount is ₹ 342.91 and upi transaction id[protected] and google transaction id CICAgOCk6vv9Pg. The recharge is successful but in my dth account is not credited. So please refund my recharge amount to my account....

I need revert back my wrongly done transaction via google pay

I recharge two transaction at Tata Sky on 16th and 19th May respectively of Rs. 395/- each. As per Tata Sky customer care Google pay return it and as per Google pay Tata Sky return it.

Payment not received money got deducted

Yesterday that is 14/06/2021 I have recharged my tata sky set top box with subscriber ID [protected] a sum of Rs. 335. But afterwards I received a text message from tata sky transaction failed but from bank account a sum of Rs. 335 was debited (deducted). I cannot make further payment if I get that Rs. 335 reimbursed then only I can make the repeat payment....

This was a revengeful act by Tata Sky Dealer, and till date full resolution has not been given, i have not even got a convincing revert. partial amount has been credited but for the rest of amount i have been asked to go and recover from Dealer.

Tatasky secondary connection deactivated despite showing active status on app

I had paid the bill for both my primary and secondary tatasky setup boxes before due date. The status for the secondary connection in the tatasky app is shown as ACTIVE, whereas on switching the TV on, it's alerting me that the connection is deactivated and hence, I cannot view any channel that I've subscribed to....

I have been watching the England vs New Zealand test matches on Sony Ten 1 HD live. Why for the last couple of days is it being cut short at the end to air PSL 2021 live? This is not right. Why can’t you wait for the live match that’s going on to finish before starting the next? Why am paying Rs.19 when I’m short changed? Could you please rectify this?...
