I have paid Rs 1686 on Tata Sky app for getting a new connection. But after payment there was no response from either the app or tata sky team. But the amount was deducted from my bank account. So i had to manually go to there office where they confirmed they have not received any payment from my number.
HENCE i request to refund my money as soon as possible...

            My tatasky ID- [protected].

            My Tatasky set top box was showing red color in standby mode. Therefore i called customer care regarding this. They suggested to make a visit of technician. I asked, how much will it take for visit and set top box replacement? They said A total of 525 will be charged. Therefore i was provided with WO no # 1-2XB10DJK. A technician came and tried to sale new HD connection for which i denied and asked to replace just set top box. He said that he is also having defected set top box. New set top box may come 2 to 5 days, otherwise if i want he will install HD set top box. For which i denied again. I received a call from service center saying that the set top box will going to come from Cuttack, Odisha hence it may take 3 days. I requested them to service pause my account. She said that since it a problem from their end therefore they will going to service pause my account for 1 week. I agreed. On 23rd June they installed the new set top box. I asked to whom shall i pay 525 rs. He asked to give him and he will recharge my account and the money will be deducted from that account. I paid him as he was from tatasky. Next day i got a message that Rs 425 is been recharged in my account. I didn't understand why it is not been submitted 525. I thought it was company's internal matter.

            But on 28th June i received a message that Rs 650 is been charged for my WO no # 1-2XB10DJK. So i called customer care number again. They said they have charged relocation charges. This is what i didn't understand. They said that they will arrange a callback from their senior which i will be receiving on the same day. From 28th June till 3rd July i was waiting for the call. They call me on sunday i.e., 4th July 2021. The person was rude he said that i need to pay all the due amount which is been charged. What he can do is he will deduct 50 rs as a good faith. I said the problem is from your end why shall i have to pay your relocation charges.

            Therefore i need justice. Please help me to so that i can resume my service without any additional charges.

              The connection i have keeps on disconnecting every now and then and the company just demands Inr 150-200 for visiting charges where the repairman does not do anything just adjusts the signals but being a customer i have to pay every time. Now when i am permanently disconnecting the connection, the company asks to return the set top box, whereas they charged me Inr 2000 while installing the new connection stating the installation is free, that means the Inr 2k i paid was for the device, now they are asking the device back while giving no refund. Pathetic policies, worst services, never ever going to recommend anyone about third class Tata Sky!!

                No video, only audio problem

                The Tata Sky HD set top box which I use comes with HDMI cable and since yesterday afternoon, it is not showing any sort of video, only audio is being heard. I've tried many ways but nothing yield an output. Neither Tata Sky website nor The Chat Bot are providing satisfactory responses. Kindly look into it....

                        I recharged my tatasky account rupees 6228 using gpay for annual plan. The amount have been debited from my bank account. But it is not reflected in my tatasky account. This is a huge sum. I want tatasky to take the needful action immediately

                          Dear Sir,

                          I am not able to watch anything on TV since last 10 days, while I did first recharge on 14.06.2021 for Rs.161 then on 18.06.2021 for Rs.50 and the last recharge I did on 22.06.2021. I have talked to 12 of your representatives till now but no one has given the right suggestion and neither has been able to solve my problem. I did recharge from Tata sky same apps.

                          Sir, I have only one request to you please return my money or get it recharged.

                            I made a payment of 2580 from my gpay account to my tata sky (Subscriber ID:[protected]) on 22.05.2021 . I got a message that the amount will be refunded to my account in 7-10 working days. As i did not get the refund I called the tata sky customer care no. After a few calls later they asked me to provide a bank statement. In the statement it is clearly mentioned that the money has been debited but not yet refunded to my accout. As even after a month I did not get my money refunded I am writing this complaint.
                            Hope my issue is solved.

                                It shows on my television that new software is being downloaded.

                                As I turned on my television, my display showed 'DVB SSU+ S LOADER. New software being downloaded. Do not switch off your box.' Now I am writing this after almost exactly 1 hour 14 min but there is not change in the display. The download percent first goes till 69 percent and than starts again from 0....

                                  I just called to the tata sky customers' care and complained that I cannot watch the Free to air channel dd sport 1.0, they are saying that this is as per the supreme Court decision, how can the enforced us to buy the paid channels to watch the live cricket match when dd sport 1.0 is free to air channel telecasting live match.

                                    Never ever seen such a fradualent company in my lifetime.

                                    1.Claimed set top box is not working so need to pay for new box(agreed and paid)
                                    2.Brand New set top box will fail again. Need to test brand new set top box (agreed for testing)
                                    3.Can't resolve the issue reported and claimed my TV is creating issue with your pathetic set top box (what A creativity for your incompetentcy),
                                    4.You guys Committed to refund the amount paid for your stupid useless non working equipment (brand new standard box) and credited to Tatasky my account
                                    When I said I can't view the service because of your wonderful piece of equipment and cancelled the service. And provided the requested cancelled cheque
                                    5.Now you claim i won't get the refund amount because i cancelled the service (again took back the 350rs amount credited). When set top box not working and I can't view the service why the hell amount should be in tatasky my account? No answer for that

                                    Never ever seen such a fradualent and unethical company recently.

                                    Been with tatasky for 12+ years and now I regret my decision. And happy I changed my service operator.

                                    Will never use or recommend TATASKY products and services to any of my family and friends. I will assume the amount I paid to Tatasky that I paid to a beggar.

                                    With these kind o[censored]nethical practices and incompetent service I can clearly see the future of TATASKY.

                                    Please don't think customers are fool so you guys can continue with your unethical business practices
