Tata Sky Recharge failed amount got debited via UPI

I have recharged my Tata sky account on 26.05.2021 at 12:09 PM. I used Phone pe to recharge and when I came back to Tata sky application it said the recharge failed. But the amount is already debited from my account. Kindly resolve this issue by transferring the money back to my account...

I am complaining about my Tata sky recharged

On 22nd May, I recharged my Tata sky account through the Amazon pay with the amount of rs 300, and the same was debited from my account, with the reference no.[protected],
But till now my account is not recharged, when I tried to talk with the tatasky customer care, they told me that, the amount is not reflected in my account, then again I talked to Amazon customer service, they told me that transaction is successful and they have...

Refund of unsuccessful recharge amount

My tatasky user ID: 136427 On 19 May 2021 my recharge of Rs.309 was unsuccessful vide TC.No.[protected] and TC No.[protected].
This recharge transaction was made through Mytatasky app on mobile. My UCO bank debited the amount. I think this money has gone to tatasky

Error message showing digi card has been changed or modification in your tata sky account. Problem only on 2nd tv.

After every 5 minutes the screen displays there has been a change in your digicard or nodifucation in your tata sky account. You cant watch this recording.

This msg is displayed when i dont even have a recording set up box.
Technician doesnt understand nething and took rs 50 for changing a pin or something without any bills. Rs 175 they told will be deducted for the nonsense service provided.
Problem is still...

Tata sky Big Scam

Dear sir,

We requested for re locate my connection in my same house one room to another room, technical person reached my house later we decided to fix only our tv, in that room and he fix my tv on wall, he collected 250 cash from us, later he charged 315 from my tata sky account for relocate, I called him he disconnected my call. Now my account in minus 315, kindly take action. Thank you

Tata sky not working

Since yesterday the tata sky is not working for us, after the bad weather in Mumbai on 17th May... Getting the raining message, when the weather is clear... Called tata sky customer service. They gave instructions which didn't work... How would that work if there id dome prob with antenna here after the bad weather?

They said a technician needs to be sent to check and fix the issue n will be charged Rs. 175...Why would they...

Charged twice

I booked a movie from tata sky by giving a miss call. There was no ring and the call kept getting disconnected. Then i tried for a different timing. Later on my money was deboted twice. Tata sky did not sent any notification that the movie was booked and this is the only reason why i booked for a different time. When contact tata sky well in advance, I was told that they dont have any process of refund and was told to watch the movie twice....

Audio issue set up box

I am facing set up box related issues from last 2 years and
each time I have to pay the visit charges.

New dth connection - UPI payment successfully done and money debited from my account but order not confirmed.

I have applied for new connection yesterday(9th may 2021) through tata sky official website and payment done through googla pay. My transaction got succeeded, money got deducted from my account but my order not confimed yet. Still there is no update from tatasky regarding my connection.
