Dear Sir,
I am Biman Malakar ( Id [protected] ) having a Tatasky with recording facility( PVR), would like to inform you that since 18th of May 2021, I was unable to watch TV programs transmitted by Tatasky . On 18th morning I realized that the remote is not working and the red light is not glowing steadily and instead continuously blinking.
I immediately made a complaint to the local service provider and he suggested that I should contact Tatasky helpline. I immediately called the helpline and they promptly told me that the local service provider is being instructed to contact you immediately. Thankfully the local service provider from Barrackpore ( Near Kolkata) contacted us and expressed their inability to provide spare remote as they do not have any.

I fail to understand that how a spare remote is not available with service provider who are a big established service provider covering a huge area, causing difficulties to the customers.

However I continued to contact Tata sky helpline almost daily for any update but failed to have any. Instead I continuously received false assurances from Helpline as well as from Barrackpore service provider.

Ultimately, on 2nd June, on a desperate attempt, I managed to purchase one genuine tatasky remote paying a premium price so that my family could enjoy T.V program once again.

My humble quarry to you is

1) In Spite of covid and lockdown, don't you think it is a matter of sear negligence and in-competence on the part of reputed concern like Tata sky not to provide a remote even after 15 days .

2) Why should I be penalised to pay for these 15days when I could not enjoy program for no fault of mine?

        On april 13 2021 i recharge 10020 rupees by mistake into my tata sky account.from till now i am regularly contacted tata sky.they say the refund intiate from there side on 6 of may but till now no refund come in my bank account.i share my bank statement with the tata sky but now one helps.they all are liers all their executive were not of any help.please help me out please.its request .please .its very important matter.

            I got aTata sky connection and in my Account my name has been mentioned D. N. Sharma whereas my name is P.N.Sharma and similarly in the address it is Cedar View instead of Tear View which is required to be ractified.

                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                  We have been using tatasky for few years now. In November 2019 we had an issue with the set-top box for which we had placed a complaint. The engineer who came to fix the set-top box had given this new tatasky binge device saying that it's free of cost for a month and if it's not required we could contact him. In my house people don't know how to use the device since they're old and they called the engineer to return the device and he didn't respond properly.

                  Tatasky had been charging 299 rupees per month since November 2019 till date which is 7200 rupees till date. I contacted both customer care and the nodal officer and they refused to refund this amount to us. They confirmed that they informed us about the charges. We wouldn't have taken that device in the first place if we had known about this charges.

                  Now to complicate the matter further they want to charge an extra 2000 rupees in order to cancel this service since we don't know where is device is right now. Since we never used this device we don't know where it is.

                  Please let me know if a case can be files against tatasky since they didn't communicate about the charges to us and they have been stealing 300 per month for the past 20 months and on top of that they want to charge 2000 more to cancel this service since we don't have the device anymore.

                      I have recharged my Tata sky account for 1 year but its not updated my account. But my amount got debited in my bank account. I have done the recharge using Tata Sky website and paid using QR code with Gpay account. Able to see payment was successful in Gpay but not reflected in Tata sky account.

                            I had received a call from Tata sky dish on24/05/2021 by Riya ([protected]). I was assured that for next six months i will get hindi and kannada pack. I have paid the amount of 3000/- and extra 200 for technician but neither the pack is activated nor I got the amazon firestick. Riya is not receiving the call and blocked my number. I complained the same to Tata sky customer care and they gave the number for the dealer Sonathan ([protected]), he spoke once but now he is disconnecting the call. I later contacted the local distributor who installed the DTH, ([protected]) but there was no proper response rather harassed saying to complain the consumer court so I am approaching the court and filing a complain. I am mentally disturbed from past four days for the same. kindly do the needful and oblige.

                            Still issue is not resolved . Tata Sky person also not taking any initiative about my problem. He said talk with distributor. But already i mentioned in my post distributor is not responding about his fraud.thats why i complaining about this.

                              I have recharged my Tata sky account on 26.05.2021 at 12:09 PM. I used Phone pe to recharge and when I came back to Tata sky application it said the recharge failed. But the amount is already debited from my account. Kindly resolve this issue by transferring the money back to my account...

                                On 22nd May, I recharged my Tata sky account through the Amazon pay with the amount of rs 300, and the same was debited from my account, with the reference no.[protected],
                                But till now my account is not recharged, when I tried to talk with the tatasky customer care, they told me that, the amount is not reflected in my account, then again I talked to Amazon customer service, they told me that transaction is successful and they have also given the reference no.above said .
                                Please help me out regarding the same !

                                  Hi sir, already I had initiated new Tata sky DTH HD box, whereas after initiation of box, one of your tata sky employee, called to me, he said me, I had provide with 2000 rupees with HD Channels for 6 months free of charges, why you are unnecessarily paying 1720 for one month like said to me. After that I said to him, okay however already I committed to them, and they are coming to installation within 24 hours .
                                  And also I said to him, I was booked from online only, and also I asked to him, why you people are saying different prices within same organization, After that he send a message "Loffer", it's very reticules answer from your tata sky customer number.
                                  I am seriously requesting you to immediately terminate to him from your Tata Sky and punish to him.
                                  If he continue your organization, he will spread nonsense news to market and organization name it will damage.
                                  His number is +91 [protected] and I had received bad messages to him.

                                    My tatasky user ID: 136427 On 19 May 2021 my recharge of Rs.309 was unsuccessful vide TC.No.[protected] and TC No.[protected].
                                    This recharge transaction was made through Mytatasky app on mobile. My UCO bank debited the amount. I think this money has gone to tatasky
                                    other branch. The result has come
                                    from Tatasky by SMS saying your transaction was unsucessful and the money deducted will be credited to bank within 7 working days. But til
                                    to-date the amount of Rs.309 has not returned to Bank.

                                    So kindly solve this problem and be sure the amount be credited to bank immediately.
