Set up box not working

I m having tata sky dth at my home. i placed report that when ever its windy or cloudy my tata sky doesnt work after storm and i always have to call for technician. same I did on 4 th june 2021 and technician visited my place on 5th of june 2021 and my issue was resolved. same happened on 2 july and i reported on 5 th of july and when i talked to customer care, he said that technician charges were deducted on 4 th of june and on same day...

DTH monthly recharge got expired in 15 days

I recharged my dth june month plan for 378rs but it got expired on 19, 20 June. So I recharged again with 378 plan and it got expired again on 4th July. I Can't recharge like this for 15-15 days. I have tried to reach customer care but was not able to. Could someone from tata sky look into this issue asap....

Tata Sky Recharges done twice

Address:NAVI MUMBAI

My customer id is [protected] was recharges on 25th June 2021 for Rs 566 first it show unsuccessful inspite of our amt being debited. We spoke to the customer care they said please recharge once again and if debited twice we will reverse the same but still today the amt in not refunded back. I again spoke they said it will take 4 to 7 days till today being 6th July 2021 the amt is not credited to my account...

Recharge unsuccessful

Hi,

I have recharged Tata sky 235rs, from Google pay, in my bank and Google pay its showing successful transaction, but Tata sky app shows the recharge is unsuccessful, I checked with Tata sky support and no response from them, I talked to google pay support the have cleared that of this is an successful transaction from bank and gpay....

Amt debited but recharge is not done

I have paid rs.317 for recharging my TataSky account on 6/6/2021 Money was debited from my bank account but recharge is still not done

Please solve the issue immediately, either by way of refund or by completion of recharge to my tatasky account.

I was booking a new connection of Tata sky on 5th july 2021 with following details:
Registered Name: Zaheer Hussain
Mobile No.: [protected]
Email ID: zaheer.[protected]@gmail.com

I did the payment of Rs.2820 and the amount got deducted from my account and the payment was successful but there is no confirmation sms....

Transaction awaited

I have paid Rs 1686 on Tata Sky app for getting a new connection. But after payment there was no response from either the app or tata sky team. But the amount was deducted from my bank account. So i had to manually go to there office where they confirmed they have not received any payment from my number.
HENCE i request to refund my money as soon as possible...

Money got cut from.my account but recharge didn't happen. Account got deactivated again...

Tata sky didn't get the money

I have done a recharge of 392 in tata sky ...the transaction was successful but the tata sky customer care said that they didn't receive the money ...please refund my money back or do a recharge of 392...

My Tatasky set top box was showing red color in standby mode. Therefore i called customer care regarding this. They suggested to make a visit of technician. I asked, how much will it take for visit and set top box replacement? They said A total of 525 will be charged. Therefore i was provided with WO no # 1-2XB10DJK. A technician came and tried to sale new HD connection for which i denied and asked...

Pathetic Company and Worst Services

The connection i have keeps on disconnecting every now and then and the company just demands Inr 150-200 for visiting charges where the repairman does not do anything just adjusts the signals but being a customer i have to pay every time. Now when i am permanently disconnecting the connection, the company asks to return the set top box, whereas they charged me Inr 2000 while installing the new connection stating the installation is free,...

No video, only audio problem

The Tata Sky HD set top box which I use comes with HDMI cable and since yesterday afternoon, it is not showing any sort of video, only audio is being heard. I've tried many ways but nothing yield an output. Neither Tata Sky website nor The Chat Bot are providing satisfactory responses. Kindly look into it....

Not able to views Channels properly

Channel is not visible properly and signal quality is very low, when try to reach tatasky, all they want is money and have done this twice in the past 6 months...

Recharged amount not reflected on tata sky account

I recharged my tatasky account rupees 6228 using gpay for annual plan. The amount have been debited from my bank account. But it is not reflected in my tatasky account. This is a huge sum. I want tatasky to take the needful action immediately...
