This is regarding Tatasky. We are the unable to view few particular channels though we have recharged and some channels are added individually paying money. If we complaint they are saying technical assistant reach our home and we have to pay them.

If there is a issue in signal why we should pay for them. If it a set of box issue then, we should not get any channels. but we are able view few channels and unable to view others.

    I ordered a toy name Smile Aquarium on 14 Nov 2020 from Tata sky zeetos and from that day it didn't come till yet !

        Address: 910, sector B, Scheme no 71, Indore

        On 29th April 2021 i paid a amount of 300 via. Google Pay and the amount got debited from my account but till date hadn't got any recharge, i tried reaching customer care and they assured to help but at last nothing happened and they just denied about the transaction(I am having Gpay receipt as a proof that amount has been successfully paid to Tata Sky

        On 2 july 2021 i did one more recharge of 300rs through their app via. Paytm this time also similar thing happened amount got duducted but hadn't got any recharge nor refund

        Summary: In a span of 3 months 2 recharges worth rs 300+300 got failed, one time it can be by mistake or might be some error during transaction or might be a mistake from google pay but second time i paid using Paytm and similar thing happened which concludes its not a error from our side its a error from Tata Sky's side

          I have a tata sky account no [protected] and registered mobile number is [protected].

          I have changed my set up box due to poor signal problems like two times and again I faced same problem with my setup box.

          I must share my bed experience with tata sky and never suggest yo any one to take tata sky connection.

          Also I am going to discontinued my all 3 accounts with tata sky.

          Very disappointed.

            I have submitted my new connection request in app which lead me to tatasky.com website after giving my details it asked for how I want to pay so I paid online after that I recieved mail with transaction I'd but no subscription I waited three days to call from installation no calls ..after that I called to customer care and they are saying my mobile number not registered and they asked send mail to [protected]@tatasky.com which I'm receiving automated reply saying, you don't subscription I'd in mail to forward the mail to agent subscription I'd is needed n I have only transaction I'd...I got no help n I lost money n no connection happened

TATASKY should provide metal cover setup-box or good life quality cover of setup-box. Setupbox is not working so cancelled connection now TATASKY is not refunding balance in account.

                    Dear sir,
                    i am a customer of your tata sky company. My sub id is [protected] .i exchange zeetos 14th jun 2021 and received broken cricket toy 22nd jun 2021. When i saw recently i complain on 22nd jun but today 09 july 2021 not response on tatasky customer service. They are told me wait, but i am already wait 18 days and i have no more passence to waiting so i want to repalce the toy or refund my money immeditely. Thanks

                      I did a monthly recharge of RS 559 and the payment was a success but the A/C Balance wasn't updated and didn't show any payment.
                      Recharge date : 07/07/2021
                      Then we paid it via another phone and the payment was successful

                      Kindly refund the previous RS 559 payment or kindly add it in our account balance.

                        I had recharged through tatasky app and made the payment through Google pay (on 12th june 2021), my money got debited & I got the message that recharge was unsuccessful but the amount got debited from my account.I hd complained regarding this issue in tatasky app(my request & complaints) & I got a call on the next day & they were like within 7 days it will be refunded, but it's been 1 month, I have not got the money back.
                        Kindly refund the amount ASAP.

                              I m having tata sky dth at my home. i placed report that when ever its windy or cloudy my tata sky doesnt work after storm and i always have to call for technician. same I did on 4 th june 2021 and technician visited my place on 5th of june 2021 and my issue was resolved. same happened on 2 july and i reported on 5 th of july and when i talked to customer care, he said that technician charges were deducted on 4 th of june and on same day...

                              I recharged my dth june month plan for 378rs but it got expired on 19, 20 June. So I recharged again with 378 plan and it got expired again on 4th July. I Can't recharge like this for 15-15 days. I have tried to reach customer care but was not able to. Could someone from tata sky look into this issue asap.

                                  My customer id is [protected] was recharges on 25th June 2021 for Rs 566 first it show unsuccessful inspite of our amt being debited. We spoke to the customer care they said please recharge once again and if debited twice we will reverse the same but still today the amt in not refunded back. I again spoke they said it will take 4 to 7 days till today being 6th July 2021 the amt is not credited to my account

                                    Hi,

                                    I have recharged Tata sky 235rs, from Google pay, in my bank and Google pay its showing successful transaction, but Tata sky app shows the recharge is unsuccessful, I checked with Tata sky support and no response from them, I talked to google pay support the have cleared that of this is an successful transaction from bank and gpay.
