My vodafone no : [protected].

I have registered under DND for more than a year now. But i still get 4-5 calls for telemarketing services.I registered a complaint with Vodafone customer care regarding the same, but no action has been taken and no one has called me to say what happened to my complaint.

Every time i register a complaint Nodal officer calls me and assures that this would stop ,but again after a week it starts!!! Vodafone has shared my number with TELEMARKETERS.!!!!!

I have direct proof,thats the reason why Vodafone is not ready to take any action against them.
WHY VODAFONE HAS NOT STOPPED TELEMARKETERS FROM SENDING BULK SMS??? I AM SHARING THE TELEMARKETING NOS..

EVEN AFTER REPEATED REQUESTS VODAFONE HAS FAILED TO TAKE ACTION AND I HAVE CONTINUED RECIEVING CALLS.


AS A RESULT OF THESE STUPID TELEMARKETING CALLS I AM DISTURBED DURING MY OFFICE HRS!! I HAVE TO PICK CALLS DURING MEETINGS THINKING THAT ITS A IMP CALL!!! VODAFONE IS DIRECTLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS MESS!! WITHOUT MY CONSENT VODAFONE HAS SHARED THE NO AND FAILED TO MAINTAIN MY PRIVACY !!!
THIS IS A BREACH OF MY PRIVACY !!

VODAFONE NODAL OFFICER IS IRRESPONSIBLE AND LAZY DOESNT WANT TO REPLY WHEN I MAIL ACROSS.....
LOOK INTO THIS ELSE MY COMPLAINT WILL BE ON ALL POSSIBLE COMPLAINT FORUMS...
My vodafone no [protected]. I have been using this number from 2009. But Vodafone has been harassing me in one way or the other... Vodafone is activating unwanted 3G Data plans and charging rentals for the same. Vodafone is also selling customer numbers to tele-callers for money!!! When i raise a complaint against these tele-callers, vodafone has refused to raise a complaint!!! I have reached even to nodal officer but of little help!!!

I have received 20 calls and 28 messages in one week and Vodafone is not ready to register any complaint against these!!! Vodafone gives some stupid excuses that either data is incomplete or number doesn't match etc... Vodafone is a big fraud company which is selling customer data and privacy!!! How do telemarketers know exactly same data as with Vodafone???

I want to approach consumer court and seek justice and bring Vodafone to justice!!!

    Vodafone has barred my incoming and outgoing thrice in one week saying that my documents are not submitted which i have done 4 times since the start of connection.

    This is causing me loss of time and work due to lack of connectivity. Moreover i stay alone out of city and i have been facing lots of convenience. Kindly help.

    Vodafone India — Regarding Incoming barred.

    Sir,
    I am a prepaid consumer of Vodafone India company and i purchased lifetime incoming free connection from Vodafone my number is [protected]. just after a 2 month i cant receive a call from anynetwork, i've already deposited all my document. Whoever person calling me, my phone switched off showing to them despite my phone is absolutely fine and all other sim works on my cellphone. when i called to consumer care the've asked me to wait for 7 days and this is very disturbing for me. as during i am expecting very important calls on my mobile.

    I had already submited my document last four days & i am inform for your customer exucutive,
    but now today my sim is not working ( incoming & outgoing is barred ).
    i am customer for you last 2 years.
    but your services is very third class...
    today i have very loss because, you have barred my incoming & outgoing calls.
    if you will not solve my problem, i am going to change my sim from vodafone to other option...

      I have being a loyal customer with Vodafone postpaid for the last 4-5 years but this issue today which happened has really pushed me to change by network provider for good.

      ISSUE : I paid my outstanding bill for my Vodafone services on 2nd December 2011 via Internet which reflected and my services got activated as the bills pending were for two months.Now my account is in credit of Rs 75 since the 2nd of December as per Vodafone.
      On 9th December 2011 Vodafone sent a collections agent at my home address and I was not at home and started asking for payments to my mother and said I owed the two months outstanding to Vodafone and to pay it now.
      I am so pissed off with Vodafone on this that I called customer Care and Lodged a Complaint about this and have asked for a reply urgently as being Vodafone as a brand ,How can you send a collections agent at someones house if the bill is paid 7 days before and also it is reflecting on the Vodafone system.
      If i don't get a satisfactory reply on this,I am for sure changing my service provider for good.

      First of all I am bored of your lines about you regret what happened.I would love to see some answers about the issue then regretting what happened and showing that Vodafone felt bad about what happened is not something I believe, you as a brand just want the bills to paid on time apart from that there is no real customer service or answers given ever.

      Still I have taken the trouble to share my number on the URL given above as a last resort as I don't want to repeat that I will switch service providers, but this will be my last month with Vodafone as a service Provider for sure because more than this issue which happened today being a inconvenience for me, moreover its a embarrassing situation for me in front of my family and that to when I have paid my outstanding already and also I dint receive any calls from Vodafone saying that we will be coming to meet you with regards to the payments.

        I have got a missed call from [protected]. I have come to know from blogs that it's a false number originating from pakistan.
        Could you please find out why I am getting call from this number.

        today ,12th sep 2011, tuesday at 8.51 pm, i receieved a call from [protected]. It came to my knowledge that call is from pakistan. Although i missed the call, but i am concerned about how did the calling person got my number. I would appreciate it if you would look into this matter.
        This is bring to your notice today i have received a missed call from [protected] and i have shocked to know that it is pertains to Pakistan. I dont know anyone outside the India. My sincere request is that please block all the calls coming from +92 numbers on my cell number [protected] and let me know the name of the person who had given me the missed call.

          When a number with ISD code +92 or 0092 calls or give missed calls please do not reply.I called back and got caught in a scam and ended up loosing 15000 Rs. Even I went through the same ordeal yesterday as many when they asked me to pay 15000Rs and i paid but when they asked for more 25000 then i understood it is a scam and told them to return the money but in vain. I came to know these numbers are from Pakistan so its a huge scam and a possible threat. Please someone look into the matter as soon as possible. The account in which the amount got deposited had 37 crores. Now that means so many people were fooled like me. What if this money was or is used for funding terrorist organisations? Please someone from higher athourity look into the matter.

          If some one from higher athourity is ready to look into this matter, I can give them the phone numbers and the account no which I have.

          Do not respond/ Receive /or give Call back to numbers starting from series 0092+, it is Pakistan number and Fraud .
          if you call back you will endup loose Your balance from mobile and will fall for the lottery Scam .

          i have been receiving misscall from such number since last month .

            One person calls me from these two mobile no. 91 [protected] and 91 [protected] and use non-sense language, I have connected him many times to my husband still he continues with non-sense language, he does not tell the address & name but by language he seems to be an uneducated person. Generally, he calls me in night sometime at about 8 pm, 9 pm 10 & 11 pm, please help me to get such of calls and also help me to provide the detail about this person.

                  I have been receiving prank call from below numbers at night-time daily last few days.
                  In spite of telling them it’s wrong numbers but they do not stop nuisance.
                  After searching at Google, I found below cell number service provider is from Karnataka.

                    Vodafone has disconnected my mobile connection.Previously I was told to pay 966 Rs.Since I have requested to give Payment details, vodafone has rejected to give payment details(in Vashi). And also they have promised me to give 800 Rs Reversal ,as i was wrongly Charged in first month.But now they have refused to pay reversal back.This indicates that we can not trust vodafone service any more.Now a days it is possible to adopt any service, So this is better for vodafone to stop this type of misbehaves.My mobile no is [protected] .If you dont want loose any customer you can call on my mobile. Security guard at Vashi Vodafone store as also stopped and Push me away.I also want to know how can i lodge complaint against vodafone?

                      I had Activated SMS 10 Pack by and I got a reply from vodafone that the pack has been activated and i will start within 2 hours and the balance was deducted.But it has been 7 days and the pack has'nt been activated yet.Yesterday again I tried to activate it again but the same happened.Balance was immediately deducted,i got a reply that pack will start in 2 hours but i have not got my free sms uptill now.
                      The customer care number of vodafone-111 & 198 does not have the support of customer care executive.There is some Problem in there IVRS menu.Kindly do the needfull.

                        This is Ram.
                        I have using Vodafone Mobile Broadband - USB Stick using with my PC.
                        First few months no issue.
                        2 Months before raise signal issue. I called to Vodafone Care (111). There is not satisfied.
                        So that I write an email to Vodafone Care (vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com)
                        After few days replied my ask some questions. I give proper answer and send it.
                        No response from there. After few days that issue is cleared. working fine.
                        Today Signal is Excellent. But Frequently disconnected.
                        So that I called to Customer Care (111) after few minutes a support person taken my call.
                        I told to him my net issue. He Transferred that call to GPRS Team. I am waiting 25 minutes in line
                        No taken anybody. I disconnected and retry again. one GPRS person talk to me. gave me some suggestions. issue not fixed.
                        I again called to Vodafone Care. my call transferred to GPRS Team. Now waiting above 1 hour still not taking my call.

                        What a worst Service. I getting frustrated.

                        Vodafone mobile — WORST SERVICE

                        I AM HAVING VODAFONE NUMBER THAT IS [protected] PUNJAB.ITS GIVING ME LOT OF TROUBLE AS IT HAS NO COVERAGE IN THE CITY TOO.PLS HELP TO GET RID OF THIS PROBLEM.

                        The company used to charge 5 to 10 Rs for the unnecessary services which i don't want to activate. And if I talked with the customer care executive they said there is no updates in their system, even they cant transfer their call to their seniors or TLs. I am really frustrated with the services of Vodafone. And I am really not satisfied with the customer care services even it is difficult to talk with a customer care executive for that I have to follow many protocols and they charge RS .50 for this horrible service.

                          hi my name is sunil from hyderabad , iam using vodafone no [protected] from past two years.On 13/11/2011 i got call vodafone customer care people and they ready offer a postpaid offer for me because am using more than 300 rs recharge per month then iam ok with postpaid offer which they offered So finally they sent executive to my work location cyber towers,hitech city,hyderabad and that executive mobile no is [protected].On 18/11/2011 i have given my id proofs ,filled a form also and given 300 rs to him for deposit.finally he is given new sim also and said it will get activated in one week but So far there is no progress.Even i went to vodafone store SR nagar,hyderabad and they are saying they cant do anything.please resolve this issue.

                              Hello sir,
                              Vodafone is one of worst network i had ever seen in my hometown. last month[protected] i activated 3G to [protected] . but i was not able get the benefits out of it . same day evening about 9pm my 3G got activated . that day i was not able to use it, later i started using 3g used just 300MB approximately. currency about 160INR got deducted from account even though i had activated unlimited 3g plan (worth 825 INR)... later i called customer care and registered the complaint in Bhashyam circle Bangalore. they had promised me that currency which was deducted will be refunded and also i would get 825 INR will also be credited . i registered the complaint on[protected] . i didn't receive the currency but i had called customer care many times and they ignored my complaint just before i called to customer care but as usual they are very negligent and not providing the reliable service . i am so fed up of asking for my money ... in return they have just refunded 25INR .. i couldn't use the services its been over a month now ... but they have not turned up with my complaint . i should get 1161 INR currency back my account or else they caryy over the service to this month and refund 160 INR ... hope you can understand my problem . please i need justice ... and also 3g service is merged with airtel where i use the service . they blaming airtel network

                                Dear Sir/Madam,

                                I am vodafone customer and I am using blackberry data service of vodafone.Today they charged me 399 for reactivation of blackberry service and this balance was deducted from mobile automatically. In evening I got sms from vodafone that I have a data balance of 2mb but after reactivation I have a balance of 3gb on my blackberry data pack.And after some time I got a message that I have 0 data balance and I will charge at the rate of 10paise/10 kb and they deduct money from my main balance for internet usages.According to my data pack I have 3 gb of free usages but they charge it unethical.When I call to customer care they are giving me satisfactory answer.When ever I call at 198 to lodge a complaint they said me to call on 111 for information and vice versa after this they block my number now it is not possible for me to customer care executive because they block my number and this thing happened to me second time .
                                Kindly help the need full and I want my money back.Please help me.

                                  today i recharged my data package with rs 95 for 1 gb.(transaction ID MH [protected]). i recharged this to avoid disruption still i was having 20mb data in balance.but since morning i am getting message packet data connection not available.i am helpless that i cant access internet servicess and i have my LLM exams and other important work which totally depends on net connection.in addition to that vodafone consumer care 111 and 198 didnt have executives online to register complaint.customers have to face problems without feedback.this is happening from last few months that packet data services are dead for hours together many times a day.these services are proving useless for customers day by day and one can not relay on vodafone in emergency.i hope anybody from will read this mail and do something to provide contineous,reliable services or the customers should mentally prepare for number portability to other service providers.

                                    Vodafone — Tariff recharge not activated

                                    Hi,

                                    I have got a recharge of Rs. 119 for getting a tariff activated on 24th September 2009. Ideally it should get activated in 24 hours, but it is still not activated, and the bad part is that whenever I call customer care, they say that this problem will be solved in 1 hour, 2 hours or till tomorrow. Many times they cut the call also. Its really bad, my tariff is still not activated. My phone number is [protected].

                                      I have applied for the vodafone postpaid connection on 24/11/2011 . One of vodafone representative collected the fees Rs 350/-and handed over the SIM to me. Since I was not having any of the documents at that time, he asked me to mail the scan copy of document to ([protected]@gmail.com, [protected]@gmail.com) email-id and said the person will visit for verification.                                       I had subscribed for the mobile number [protected] and Relationship number 1.25187977 in 2012. I had requested to block and cancel the no. to the Vodafone gallery in June 2013. But still I am getting reminders to pay to outstanding bill which I have never used in the past 3 months. I had surrendered the mobile no. and blocked the services as I had lost the sim card. But I do not understand why I am getting reminders to pay bill for a surrendered number till date.
