I had Activated SMS 10 Pack by and I got a reply from vodafone that the pack has been activated and i will start within 2 hours and the balance was deducted.But it has been 7 days and the pack has'nt been activated yet.Yesterday again I tried to activate it again but the same happened.Balance was immediately deducted,i got a reply that pack will start in 2 hours but i have not got my free sms uptill now.
The customer care number of vodafone-111 & 198 does not have the support of customer care executive.There is some Problem in there IVRS menu.Kindly do the needfull.

    This is Ram.
    I have using Vodafone Mobile Broadband - USB Stick using with my PC.
    First few months no issue.
    2 Months before raise signal issue. I called to Vodafone Care (111). There is not satisfied.
    So that I write an email to Vodafone Care (vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com)
    After few days replied my ask some questions. I give proper answer and send it.
    No response from there. After few days that issue is cleared. working fine.
    Today Signal is Excellent. But Frequently disconnected.
    So that I called to Customer Care (111) after few minutes a support person taken my call.
    I told to him my net issue. He Transferred that call to GPRS Team. I am waiting 25 minutes in line
    No taken anybody. I disconnected and retry again. one GPRS person talk to me. gave me some suggestions. issue not fixed.
    I again called to Vodafone Care. my call transferred to GPRS Team. Now waiting above 1 hour still not taking my call.

    What a worst Service. I getting frustrated.

    Vodafone mobile — WORST SERVICE

    I AM HAVING VODAFONE NUMBER THAT IS [protected] PUNJAB.ITS GIVING ME LOT OF TROUBLE AS IT HAS NO COVERAGE IN THE CITY TOO.PLS HELP TO GET RID OF THIS PROBLEM.

    Vodafone — Regarding worst service of customer care

    The company used to charge 5 to 10 Rs for the unnecessary services which i don't want to activate. And if I talked with the customer care executive they said there is no updates in their system, even they cant transfer their call to their seniors or TLs. I am really frustrated with the services of Vodafone. And I am really not satisfied with the customer care services even it is difficult to talk with a customer care executive for that I have to follow many protocols and they charge RS .50 for this horrible service.

      hi my name is sunil from hyderabad , iam using vodafone no [protected] from past two years.On 13/11/2011 i got call vodafone customer care people and they ready offer a postpaid offer for me because am using more than 300 rs recharge per month then iam ok with postpaid offer which they offered So finally they sent executive to my work location cyber towers,hitech city,hyderabad and that executive mobile no is [protected].On 18/11/2011 i have given my id proofs ,filled a form also and given 300 rs to him for deposit.finally he is given new sim also and said it will get activated in one week but So far there is no progress.Even i went to vodafone store SR nagar,hyderabad and they are saying they cant do anything.please resolve this issue.

          Hello sir,
          Vodafone is one of worst network i had ever seen in my hometown. last month[protected] i activated 3G to [protected] . but i was not able get the benefits out of it . same day evening about 9pm my 3G got activated . that day i was not able to use it, later i started using 3g used just 300MB approximately. currency about 160INR got deducted from account even though i had activated unlimited 3g plan (worth 825 INR)... later i called customer care and registered the complaint in Bhashyam circle Bangalore. they had promised me that currency which was deducted will be refunded and also i would get 825 INR will also be credited . i registered the complaint on[protected] . i didn't receive the currency but i had called customer care many times and they ignored my complaint just before i called to customer care but as usual they are very negligent and not providing the reliable service . i am so fed up of asking for my money ... in return they have just refunded 25INR .. i couldn't use the services its been over a month now ... but they have not turned up with my complaint . i should get 1161 INR currency back my account or else they caryy over the service to this month and refund 160 INR ... hope you can understand my problem . please i need justice ... and also 3g service is merged with airtel where i use the service . they blaming airtel network

            I am vodafone customer and I am using blackberry data service of vodafone.Today they charged me 399 for reactivation of blackberry service and this balance was deducted from mobile automatically. In evening I got sms from vodafone that I have a data balance of 2mb but after reactivation I have a balance of 3gb on my blackberry data pack.And after some time I got a message that I have 0 data balance and I will charge at the rate of 10paise/10 kb and they deduct money from my main balance for internet usages.According to my data pack I have 3 gb of free usages but they charge it unethical.When I call to customer care they are giving me satisfactory answer.When ever I call at 198 to lodge a complaint they said me to call on 111 for information and vice versa after this they block my number now it is not possible for me to customer care executive because they block my number and this thing happened to me second time .
            Kindly help the need full and I want my money back.Please help me.

              today i recharged my data package with rs 95 for 1 gb.(transaction ID MH [protected]). i recharged this to avoid disruption still i was having 20mb data in balance.but since morning i am getting message packet data connection not available.i am helpless that i cant access internet servicess and i have my LLM exams and other important work which totally depends on net connection.in addition to that vodafone consumer care 111 and 198 didnt have executives online to register complaint.customers have to face problems without feedback.this is happening from last few months that packet data services are dead for hours together many times a day.these services are proving useless for customers day by day and one can not relay on vodafone in emergency.i hope anybody from will read this mail and do something to provide contineous,reliable services or the customers should mentally prepare for number portability to other service providers.

                VODAFONE cellular no [protected], I recharge Rs.18/- GPRS package worth 3 days by a recharge voucher Ser no[protected]. Its recharged successful but not activating the GPRS pack, even customer care restrict to call to them from this no. whenever i call from another vodafone no to customer care they harassed me and avoid the topic of recharge.I recharge on 03 Dec at 08:00 AM till now the GPRS package not activating.Pls help

                Vodafone — Tariff recharge not activated

                Hi,

                I have got a recharge of Rs. 119 for getting a tariff activated on 24th September 2009. Ideally it should get activated in 24 hours, but it is still not activated, and the bad part is that whenever I call customer care, they say that this problem will be solved in 1 hour, 2 hours or till tomorrow. Many times they cut the call also. Its really bad, my tariff is still not activated. My phone number is [protected].

                  I have applied for the vodafone postpaid connection on 24/11/2011 . One of vodafone representative collected the fees Rs 350/-and handed over the SIM to me. Since I was not having any of the documents at that time, he asked me to mail the scan copy of document to ([protected]@gmail.com, [protected]@gmail.com) email-id and said the person will visit for verification.                   I had subscribed for the mobile number [protected] and Relationship number 1.25187977 in 2012. I had requested to block and cancel the no. to the Vodafone gallery in June 2013. But still I am getting reminders to pay to outstanding bill which I have never used in the past 3 months. I had surrendered the mobile no. and blocked the services as I had lost the sim card. But I do not understand why I am getting reminders to pay bill for a surrendered number till date. I am being harassed by customer care nos. to pay the outstanding bill which I have never used.                       Dear SIr,
                      I am was having Blackberry 399 Plan activated on the month of September and was charging the same frequently.But I am a frequent traveller and was not able to charge on Nov. so my scheme has expired
                      I went to Vdaphone store at Kalawad road in Gujarat and told them to activate the same giving the 399 Rs 25th Nov. They told it take 5hrs and I waited for the same till 24 hrs and I visited them on 26th So they said that they have launched a complaint so that it takes 48 Hrs for the same to be solved.So as the problem was not solved I visited on 28th the same story of 48 Hrs was repeated so went back on 30th.They again blabered a New story of 96 hrs.
                      The customer service of Ms Neha and person the name not remembered is very very bad and think the customers services is for granted. Very Very bad approach.

                            Inspite of informing about deactivation of internet on my mobile [protected] ( Vodafone ) i have been charged extra on my bill. When i spoke to Customer service they are no aware and bill is generated.

                            i have taken vodafone prepaid under six month validity scheme.23rd morning i had Rs.12.30 in my balance.i received a sms from no 56789 that a caller tone is activated in my mobile.same subsequently amount was deducted from my account. this is totally illegal and unethical. how can any caller tune be activated without my consent. beside it when i spoke to their call center the answers and the solutions offered by their officer was arrogant and ill legal. how can vadafone charge for some thing that is not authorised by me

                            i want to lodge a stringent complaint regarding the unscruplous way in which i have been enrolled in vodafone live services and a sum of Rs 200/- deducted for downloading from some hungama site on dates 17&27 Nov which i have NOT done.till date i never knew how to activate vodafone live services and was SHOCKED to know that these services were enabled on 15 sep by sending a SMS PH TO 56789 AS explained to me by MR Harish at your call centre on 28.11.07 at arount 8.30pm. as i am adressing this complaint i have again been deducted Rs 99/- for downloading from the same site EVEN WHEN I HAVE ALREADY DEACTIVATED VODAFONE LIVE AND GOT A CONFIRMATION SO THIS MAKES ATOTAL OFRs300/- deducted from my prepaid account for services which ihave not availed.moreover your employee Mr HARISH WAS BLATANTLY RUDE IN EXPLAINING AND NOT CONVINCING AT ALL.

                            With due respect for Right to Information, I m asking you to send show and the details of my phone bills statement (phone no. [protected]) since September till now. As it shows inconsistent balance in my phone despite I m using some plans and tariffs of your company. You are charging unauthorized. Sometimes you are deducting Rs.2 per sms (STD) & sometimes you are deducting Rs.3 for 2 messages. Sometimes you are deducting Rs.1 for the STD call for only talking 35 seconds, despite I m using the 50 paise per call (local/std) tarrif. Same problem is with your caller tunes also. I have gone to customer care but nobody is taking any action against this.

                            Vodafone — unauthorised deduction of call charges

                            I was using post paid connection no [protected] for last 6 to 7 years. I applied for change of connection from post paid to prepaid connection as my usage was reduced due to my retirement.
                            In the bill ranging from 21.12.09 to 20.01.10 company made following unauthorised charges
                            1.I used special no for calling astolger on line on TV. The call was not matured and was on hold . The vodaphone deducted Rs168/- for 14 minute. No call was matured.What is the agreemnt of the vodphone with the TV Astrologer should be made public.It is looting of Public
                            2. On 2/01/2010 a message was given by the company that u have been given the privelage of 5 minute international call .Please use the same in 7 days. I talked on 9/01/2010 for 4 minute. I was charged Rs 48/- for this call.
                            Vodaphone has deducted the amount unauthorisedly.
                            There is no one to hear the customer complaint at vodphone store and at higher level.All the staff is for buisness promtion and no one to hear the grievance.Vodaphone peopleare of the view as u will not be on our priority list. Pre paid consumer are losing propotion and we have to cover our losess one way or the other.By taking such unauthorised and justifiable charges from me the company has given me wrong impression.

                            I am a postpaid vodafone no. [protected] user & am using the handset Nokia 2300 since last 18 to 20 months. Till date I have never been charged for vodafone live charges in my bill, but suddenly in my bill for september 2010 I found some Rs.600.90 extra charges for vodafone live charges. I have never asked for activating such services & in the customer care they say that these services are activated by default .

                            My handset is not compatible for such service still they say that there system shows usage of 60090 KB,
                            On asking for reversal of such wrong charges, they say it is not possible as there system is showing usage.

                            My questions are:
                            1. When TRAI does not authorise activation of any chargeable facility without consent of consumer , why have they done so.
                            TRAI's direction dated 03.05.2005 and 12.9.2005 on Value Added Services

                            • No chargeable value added service, shall be provided to a customer without his explicit consent. Any value added service, which was earlier being provided free of charge, shall not be made chargeable without the explicit consent of the customer. The above provisions are also applicable to Internet Service Providers.

                            2. When my Handset does not support GPRS service how can there be usage for the same.

I appreciate your service and would put up a request to put on hold or cancell the intermittent FLAH QUESTIONS coming on my mobile to answer. I dont need such questions to be answered and my be stopped with immediate effect. Apart to that, i have received a message yesterday saying that I have been provided with Cricket alert facility and an amount of Rs. 5/- will be deducted on a daily basis. It ie requested that the facilitiy may not be provided to me and I DONT NEED THESE SERVICE. Please do the needfull.

                            Vodafone UP — Unauthorised charges in prepaid

                            Vodafone UP is adding Caller Tune and other Value added services without explicit acceptance of the consumer. They make promotional calls after calls , many times i get missed calls from these promotional numbers when i call back just to check who is calling , they activate these services , saying that since you called back on these numbers it is activated. This is cheating as just calling these numbers does not entail any explicit approval of the service. Vodafone is using such illegal fraud means to garner revenue.

                            Vodafone — Unauthorised Deduction of charges

                            This is Rohit Gupta.my vodafone mobile number is [protected] from which this is the second time forty rupees has been deducted for the general combo pack although i did not request for it.my dissatisfied with vodafone with the way they are cheation people and i will change my network as soon as network portability comes in.i want my 40 rupees to be reimbursed right away.this is the second time 40 rupees has been deducted and i talked to the vodafone executive in the helpline who was useless and told me that i can complain wherever i want.i want justice.and vodafone to imeediately contact me.

                            Vodafone — without express consent they are adding caller tunes and deducting charges this is nothing but cheating

                            with out consent and willingnes for callertunes the cell operator (vodafone) added callertune service and deducting monthly charges which is nothing but cheating. cell No.[protected]. therefore take action immediately and remove caller tune service. This is happening to all general public.
                            Inspite of speaking to customer care 198 none have provided solution nor they have call back to my complain ( i have been charged extra on my bill. When i spoke to Customer service they are no aware and bill is generated )
                            These are extra charges 199+170+ 3GB ( VL+VMC)@199 and download 170 which i never used for month of November.

                            My question is when i was not using GPRS then why have they charged me 199+170+ 3GB ( VL+VMC)@199 and download 170.
                            I need a solution and don't ask me o write mails and keep calling customer care when they are not bothered to provide help to customer.
                            Inspite of deactivated my GPRS service still Vodafone is saying am using internet and i have download games what a funny service provider.

                            Since October 2011 i have stooped using GPRS still the bill is generated with internet usage.

                            In month of November i have paid Rs 2400 Bill which i did not receive any break up, again i have received bill Rs 1400.

                            Now customer service executive Arun says that he have everything on Bill, My Concern which Bill can be generated wrongly and keep charging extra charges from customer who is paying bill regularly.

                            Until i don't get proper clarification am not going to settle my bill.
                            Am not at all convince to your reply, when am saying i have not used GPRS since November then why am i charged extra.
                            Pathetic response . Until you people are not going to provide me break up in bill and provide me proof that i have used GPRS for month of November and December.
                            This is serious concern which i should take it further.
                            Also note none are responding to these below numbers to get clarification.

                            Will somebody bothered call back on my number [protected] its urgent.
                            I just got message on my mobile to call back [protected] as they are not reachable. What a excuse when my phone is ON round the clock.
                            None are picking my call on this Number [protected].
                            Since past 30 mins i have tried at leas 20 times reaching this Number [protected] as provided by Vodafone through SMS to call back. Still no luck either its busy nor no answer.
                            Wow what a service provider is Vodafone since Nov 30 am chasing to resolve my bill issues, but not bothered to call back or provide solution to my issues.

                            None have provided clarification towards my incorrect bill.
                            Now they have written mail with such comments constrained to initiate Civil and/or Criminal proceedings against me.

                            This is a proof to lodge FIR.

                            Vodafone — unauthorised overseas call

                            On 24.03.2012 at around 1.25 pm I got a missed call to my mobile number [protected] and I returned the call to that number[protected]. The call was received by one Madam Muskaan she said she is from Bangalore and from some hostel etc., and continued the conversation and was seeking my family details for nearly 2.59 minutes and made sure that the conversation continued, but I did cut the call after wards only to realise that my prepaid balance had come down by Rs. 150.00 the balance was Rs. 25.00. I was really upset and surprised how a local call could cost Rs. 150.00. Later on I realised that it was an international call and the lady spoke in hindi. I suspect that they seem to unnecessarily drag the conversation and make us lose money. Can the vodafone bar such calls and arrange for refund of the amount lost by me. I plead that the amount be refunded as I a retired person with very little resource.

                            Vodafone — unauthorised charges

                            This is a complaint against mobile service provider Vodafone.
                            They are regularly charging my account balance unauthorised for useless services i dont need viz.caller tunes.
                            When i call customer care they tell me that i myself have activated those services. i dont sleep walk/day dream to be doing this without my own knowledge. They have no other explanation or solution ever.
                            Such pathetic service unacceptable. Sadly, no action will ever be taken against these cheats and it will be the common man who will continue suffering.
                            They are an international mobile service provider and they dont train their customer care executives to behave with customers?
                            They have customer care help lines for what..to fool customers and generate revenue?

                                  My mobile phone no is [protected] for which the service provider is Vodafone
                                  I have registered for the SMS package of RS 35 per month. I was surprised to find SMS charges of RS106 levied for the month of OCT - NOV 2011
                                  On speaking to a Vodafone representative Nikhil on 29/11/2011 I was informed that I have sent out messages on Diwali day which is supposed to be a black out day. I do undersatand what is a black out day since I have not been informed about it by Vodafone nor has it been mentioned on the bill anywhere.

                                  Please have these charges reversed or provide some documentation that was communicated to me before charges arellevied for blackout days.
                                  Charges cannot be levied on services provided for which the customer is not informed.

                                  I hope Vodafone has its ethics manual and follows the codes provides in its ethics manual.

                                    My name is Mahesh Lakhani & My Mobile No. is [protected]. I am using vodafone's prepaid service. Last month i activated 1 GB GPRS plan for Rs. 96. Generally they are alerting me every month with a message for auto-renew. But this month they auto renewed my plan without any alert message. This month i wanted to cancel this plan but they cut Rs. 96 from my balance. Now i want my Rs. 96 back & want to cancel this plan. Please help me. I talked to Vodafone customer care executive but he said they will not give my money back.

                                      Vodafone really. I have activated 38rc bonus pack on thursday 17.11.2011. I was able to send free sms only on that day. From next day my sms was charged 50paise for local and 1.50 for national sms. When i enquired about these problem in vodafone care they are replying like as they dont know anythink. I have registerd 4 complaints till these date 27.11.2011 but those still not solved any thing. For what these running this network? Blody. Going to change to some other network

                                        I have a vodafone postpaid connection no.[protected] which i was hardly using since this is my alternate number n i had to pay monthly rental every time
                                        i decided to convert it into prepaid and went to vodafone store sant nagar branch on 15th november...so they checked everything and agreed to convert it into prepaid but suddenly at the last moment the executive said we cannot convert it till the billing cycle ends...so i went on 24th november 2011...first of all the executive started convincing me to continue wth the postpaid scheme..on me being very firm he agreed for conversion n asked me fr my ID n photograph..i gave him my license n photograph to which he further demanded MY PAN CARD which is quite absurd...on me being harsh he agreed for the conversion...suddenly again he picked up another point that my photo in my DL is not clear so my request wudnt b processed further...i rushed back to my home n brought my passport fpr proof...i submitted a copy of my passport n photo n my postpaid sim to which i was handed over a new prepaid sim with a promise that it will get activated within 24 hours....it has beeen more den 24 hours n my fone is showing SIM CARD REGISTRATION FAILED.i called up customer care to which they said that due to photo not being clear my request for prepaid conversion cant be processed

                                        WHAT THE [censored] is this?....when a customer goes for a new connection u guys provide it with no problems of photograph being unclear but when a person wants to convert it u harass the customer this way...THIS IS HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL n m sure that such executives working at vodafone store have orders of not converting into prepaid n harassing customers..
                                        me being a businessman am suffering from lot of inconveniences because of all dis......
                                        I Hope that vodafone people look into it or else i wiill be forced to port my number intO AIRTEL n wud also urge my family n freinds to port out oF vodafone
