I want to change my number postpaid to prepaid but the vodafone store are not doing helping me out, and their behavior to customer is like they themselves are the owner of vodafone, they asked me to get a mail from customer care regarding the same i did and when showed the mail the store guy dint even checked the mail.
Then again called to customer care i asked the store guy to talk to customer care agent but the store guy again refused to talk to them so i am not getting any solution for this, the day i bought the sim from vodafone it was lifetime free incoming now they blocked my sim them made me activate my sim into billing now charging me 400 rs per month for same thing which they are providing in prepaid 500 rs for 3 months, i am helpless, i don't know where to go and how to solve this problem.
