Vodafone prepaid user : [protected]
Description:

Today when i landed to india (Sim home location) then suddenly my outgoing calls are disabled and when i get in touch with customer care support from their toll free numbers then i get to know that as my balance went in minus which is rs. -561.52 even though i am prepaid user (When vodafone doesn't provide basic outgoing calls/sms sevice when you don't have any balance or respective package activated, but charing for vas for which you don't have balance)

When i have asked details about this minus balance then customer care informs me that as i have travelled outside the india they have charged international roaming vas for sms for every message which was sending/receiving. When i get unnecessary notifications from vodafone about best sevices they are offering for the customers they care for, then why i haven't received a single notification saying this vas service they are charging for??? I would have disabled immediatly and might have reported to customer care about this incident.

When i asked this question to customer care they said "yes, this is something which is supposed to happen but why it didn't happened they are not sure.
Customer care was not even ready to register my complaint, it means you agree their is bug in your system and you don't accept any complaints for this issue.

I request you to please revert all these unnecessary charges which you have applied on my account and enable my outgoing calls/sms services asap.

This is very disappointing service from such a reputed company in communication area, where to claim to help customers.

    On 31st oct, for 2 messages saying some vas is activated on my number [protected] and rs 35 and 88 deducted.
    Upon asking the customer care, they say it’s due to clicking the flash messages to activate the pack. This is rediculous, and people will never know what trap is set for them. How can clicking a flash message can activate the pack without asking confirmation again? It’s clear loot and vodafone can’t do this with their long time customers. Very sorry to say i’m planning to move away from vodafone after 9 years.

      I have 10 lines with vodafone and they are just giving false promises consuming time not allowing me to port my numbers whenever i try to port i get a call stating sir we will resolve your query we will get back they had installed a booster vodafone in my office 9 years bavk but till date not a single person has come to check or maintain the booster i have been just getting dates and assurances and later i get a message stating this.
      Dear customer, with reference to your network complaint c004-[protected], we are sorry to inform you that your location is not covered adequately by our network at the moment. However, we have noted your concern as we strive to continuously improve our network. Thank you for your association with vodafone.
      Vodafone are cheaters they just want to extort money i believe its time such foreign companies are shown the door vodafone go back. Your time in india is up you have fooled we all indians and have sucked our hard earned money and filled your cofffins its about time you improve or perish

        I am facing the network issue and call drop issue from vodafone. It has been more than 2 months for which i have raised the complaint but not action has been taken by the vodafone team. Although they recommend fastest growing network of 4g but the speed is worse than the 2 g network
        Vodafone is only looting people on name of 4 g and people dont get what they pay for

        It has been 2 month and the issue still persit. The way of handling the problem is totally unprofessional
        Worst network provider even cant give the proper call facilty facing multiple call drop issue forget about the 4g . Recommend to people to not to use vodafone

          My net balance for the day was 1.8gb at night 12.i downloaded 200mb software update and received a message from vodafone saying you have used 50% of your daily limit. How is it possible. This is not the first time i am going through this.this is cheating. At least vodafone should give the data that they promise. I know all i receive back will be a lame reply saying i have used up the net.

            I want to change my number postpaid to prepaid but the vodafone store are not doing helping me out, and their behavior to customer is like they themselves are the owner of vodafone, they asked me to get a mail from customer care regarding the same i did and when showed the mail the store guy dint even checked the mail.
            Then again called to customer care i asked the store guy to talk to customer care agent but the store guy again refused to talk to them so i am not getting any solution for this, the day i bought the sim from vodafone it was lifetime free incoming now they blocked my sim them made me activate my sim into billing now charging me 400 rs per month for same thing which they are providing in prepaid 500 rs for 3 months, i am helpless, i don't know where to go and how to solve this problem.

              The outgoing service of my vodafone no. [protected] was blocked yesterday due to pending verification of documents.

              I have submitted all required documents with vodafone store at dhamapura bazaar patiala, on the basis of these my no. Got activated.

              Moreover i am using this mobile no. Since 10 years as post paid billing. Now in converted it into prepaid billing.

              So there is no need to do a fresh documentation for verification.

              Yesterday i visited your store, they assured me that the problem will be solved with in 1-2 hours. But till now this is not solved.

              I am using my one more no. [protected] as postpaid billing.

              Please solve the problem and unblock the outgoing services of my mobile number [protected].

                I ported my idea number to vodafone and i came into roaming. Now when i call 59059 it says that number is incorrect. I have tried customer care multiple times but they don't provide any solution.
                I am in trouble as it is my primary number that is used in banking. Please suggest any solution.

                I am neither able to find any vodafone store near to my home where i can get any help.

                  Today i received an sms which is as follows "hello! Funbox pack is now active on your number, as requested. This service is valid till[protected] and a 7 days rental of rs.35 has been deducted. Your current balance post service activation is rs.10. To deactivate sms stop to or call 155223 (Toll free).                   I have not activated any service, my balance is auto deducted without my permission. Please refund my money back.

                    My vodafone number is [protected]. I want to register a serious complaint for call drop, every call i make or receive gets dropped in 4-5 seconds.                     This has been worst experience with vodafone till now...the internet network runs at a speed of 1.6 - 11 kb/s ...which is as good as no network...the same has been complained to vodafone since 2 months but there is no action taken...please check n assist
                    I have ported my number from Vodafone to Jio two months back, which was POST PAID after clearing all my dues. but now they have suspended my services by claiming a due amount of Rs. 230/-, which is unknow and a false claim.

                      I am writing this on behalf of the owner of small enterprise cug (Mr nandkishor kasat) with vodafone since the last 2 years.

                      We now want to dissolve the cug and transfer the ownership of the numbers to the respective users / keepers of the mobile numbers.in view of the above, i have provided multiple requests (Application on company letter head) at the vodafone pune and vodafone amravati branches in the past 2 weeks. Some of the numbers need to be transferred to the individual retaining them as postpaid connections while others need to be transferred to individual and converted to prepaid.

                      The requests have only been accepted and not progressed any further. I have been following up with the store representatives and they say the same thing that they have emailed the request to their supervisors and are awaiting a response from them.

                      I cannot understand why it takes so long for the supervisors to approve such a simple request. Why do i need to wait and pay exhorbitant bills for the incapacity / inability of the supervisors and their staff to process my request.

                      I hope this complaint is taken up seriously by the concerned officials and appropriate punitive action taken against the telephony service provider.

                      I m using vodafone more than 15 years worst service without any intimation deduct balance from my account worst service.please refund my amount to the main balance...
                      Vodafone is charging for Toll Free Number as Premium charge even though I have recharged for Unlimited Calls.

                          The complaint is regarding one of you vodafone mini stores in bavdhan, pune, maharashtra. The store name is shreeji enterprise.
                          Absolutely rude and unprofessional employees, when i wanted to port one of my friend's phone number from vodafone (Guj) toh voda (Pune) the asked for 100 rs. Upon giving which they did not give me any bill plus the person sitting there did not have any knowledge of how porting works. When asked to cancel the port since he wrongly asked for 100rs. He told fake msgs to be sent to some random number plus his manager forced us to do the first recharge from the retailer itself or they wouldn't give the simcard back.
                          I need to have a word with the vodafone team on this.

                            Have received a message "your subscription for hungama play pack has been renewed and rs. 49 has been deducted. The service will get renewed on[protected]. To deactivate sms stop to or call 155223." i have never made a request for such a subscription. Also, tried to stop the service by texting stop to 321 and replying 1 but i get the message "there is some problem. Pls try again later." each time.

                              My mother-in law have 2 separate vodaphone sims in different phones with balanced. She can make outgoing call anytime but in-coming calls are not received. When anyone dials, it says that person is not reachable or person has switched-off phone.

                              If i go on the phone and request all diverter off, it starts receiving calls then stops after few hours. This is happening on 2 lines, 2 different sims, both local. Called vodafone few times and created case but they have not been able to fix issues for 2 months. It seems like issue in their switch when it is diverting calls or having issue on incoming. She has full coverage and no issue with outgoing calls. I tried by talking phone 1 mile away, but same issues.

                              Vodafone customer service making promise but no luck in fixing. Thinking about moving both lines to other carriers.

                              Both SIM cards are from Vodafone, allahabad. Payment is already made for 1 year. sIm is placed inside different phones (1 feature phone and other one is android smart phone). Both have issues receiving incoming call (Not reachable or switched off message). Looks like call divert is air turning on on switch side

                              Fixing this issue would require support engineering because issue is at mobile switching software level and this is beyond basic customer call center grade level (front line customer service calls result into wasted hours with no resolution. They create ticket and promise resolution in 3-5 days). Customer is given up because no resolution from Vodafone for more than 1 month.

                                I had recharged a roaming pack of 995 when i travelled to bhutan. As the pack was not activated by vodafone and i contacted customer care and lodged a complaint. But the customer care guys told me that the pack is activated and i can use it anyway. So, i made few calls and they deducted 500rs from main balance. Since then, i contacted customer care but not able to resolve my issue. So, please do refund my pack amount and deducted balance (995+500).

                                  I have been using 2 postpaid connection of vodafone from many years however from last 4-5 month the network has become very poor no matter wherever i go...

                                  Vodafone informed me that a new tower has been installed but i don't find any improvement.

                                  Calls disconnect... Internet never works and still i have to pay the full bill for my both the numbers which is unfair... If i am paying for something then i expect it to work.

                                  I want a full refund of my last 4 months bill of both the numbers otherwise i will be going to the consumer court...

                                  I have all the recordings and correspondence with vodafone support...

                                  I have called them up at least 5-6 times and there's nothing much they were able to do in this case.
                                  I am not going to contact your support team as they are of no help!

                                  I have called them up at least 5-6 times and there's nothing much they were able to do in this case.

                                    I subscribed to amazon prime video for which i was charged rs 999/- and the same was paid via netbanking to amazon. Subsequently i realized that vodafone (The service provider on mobile) also reflected the same amount in my monthly mobile bill. I reported the matter to nearest vodafone store but they sent message to me to clear the bill else they will stop my mobile services. Even on getting in touch through vodafone complaint the matter has not been resolved for the past three months. I want that vodafone should give me refund of rs 999/- wrongly taken by them.

                                      Hello sir
                                      I am prakriti from bhopal i recharged my vodafone number [protected] on 30 september for rupees
                                      1699 for a year. As per plan i should get 1.5 gb data per day but i'm getting only 1 gb data
                                      Regarding this i filed a complaint on vodafone on 26th october but didn't get any response yet.

                                      Please look into this matter and resolve my issue at the earliest thanks

                                        Sir, we have corporate connections since long. As you know that the sims are in use of employees and sometimes they are misusing the facility. We have requested earlier not to provide i/net facility on the employees sims without our consent but they are using the facility till today and resulting more than rs. 3700/- was billed against [protected]. We requested you please block the sim immediately and advice to issue a fresh sim so that we can issue the same to another employee. Secondly, we requesting you to de-active the i/net facility on [protected] immediately.
                                        Moreover, we are facing network and huge call drop problems specially on [protected], [protected], [protected] and [protected]. Please verify and confirm. We also assured you that the os amt. On [protected] will be paid on receipt of your feedback /action in this regard.
