I am using vodafone services for more than 5 years. I have been paying the bill amount regularly.
As my mobile became defective, i have started using my son’s mobile phone.

I suddenly received a bill for more than rs 4500. Vodafone informs me that i hv exceeded the plan data and it is billed + unbilled amount.

I have explained them that i am 77 year old senior citizen and have no idea of data usage.
Unknowingly i might’ve kept the mail data on all the time. I visited their gallery and they advised me to write to their consumer service for possible reversal. I requested them to reverse the bill amount.
Vodafone is not considering my request.
Please do the needful for reversing the bill amount

    Hi! I have never ever subscribed to any plans but for god's sake i have been trying to reach the customer care which is really impossible via call! I have been texting the damn "stop" msgs as per instructions but it gets reactivated without my knowledge and u guys keep deducting 21 rs every single time n its been like 42 rs been deducted from my balance! Please solve the damn issue!
    And please deactivate this weekly plan from my mobile number.

    I cant send a massage from my phone. When i try to send a massage, it said massage not. What is happaning?
    Yesterday i was able to send a massage to anyone. Now i cant send a massage.

      I am having a vodafone prepaid sim ([protected]), my sms outgoing gets barred every now and then, without any valid reason, though i have contacted the customer care about this issue couple of times but no action has been taken yet..
      My sim was airtel.. And sms was fine in airtel.. When ported to vodafone.. This issue camed.. Now iam unable sent most of my important messages.. Pls solve the problem

          I arrived yesterday from singapore and since then i’m not able to make any outgoing calls. It just shows ‘call failed’ every single time i try placing a call. However my internet and incoming calls are working perfectly alright. I looked into my data balance available and it’s validity is upto 4th december, so that is ruled out. No issues with the handset as well as it worked alright before i left. Please look into the issue. Thank you.

            My new number received from vodafone is still registered at all social media and paytm by the old user. Vodafone is non-responsive to my requests to fix the issue. I am specifically concerned since my bank account details are linked to this number.

            Considering that this may cause a big security threat for me i will have to complain on consumer redress als forum if this doesn’t get resolved soon.

I am facing issue of data issue last 1month, and complained to vodafone’s office in every possible way including visited to vodafone store, online helpdesk and sent 15 mails and now writings to you. On daily basis i have to go cybercafe to do my important work and mails, for all this i am paying to vodafone? What type of service they are giving to us? Why i am getting idea 3g and idea 4g is worst then 2g. Every 28th date of month they send the bill and charge the whole amount & don’t you care about how many days you provide the service.

              I am paying ¿472 every month for your network or services, but unfortunately your service is not upto the amount which i paid monthly.

              Interesting part is you have sent me the bill without solving my issue...not going to pay a single coin till the issue resolved.

                Hi,

                Due to poor network coverage in my area and same confirmed by vodafone, i decided to port out.
                However, i wasn’t getting a port out code as the error was that “my mobile no is inactive”. This despite the fact that i have been using the same number for all activity. On calling vodafone customer care, all people told me was to switch off my phone, remove the sim card and try again. After numerous complaints, i finally get a port out code. Then i start getting a barrage of phone calls (Almost 30) from vodafone. Then they forcefully change my plan saying it is a retention offer, which i didn’t ask for. Finally, out of the blue they suspend my number stating that my “bnr bill is not received “.

                It seems that vodafone resorts to harassment to retain customers who will eventually give up and stay with them rather then go the gruelling effort of porting out.

                After 3 attempts at customer service, they activated my number. Then 9 hours later, it was suspended again. As of this moment, the number is still suspended and they say it is happening erroneously.

                Please help.

                Harresment once we decide to port the number. Even after giving appropriate reason for porting, Vodafone people still keep calling desperately. More than 30 calls since yesterday.They are robots who do not want to understand our reasons.
                All they are taught is to sell their product no matter how bad their product and service is and however desperately we say no.

                Vodafone is really bad mouthing their name. This is not the way to hold customers.

                  Currently i had port the number [protected] from idea to vodafone. Number being activate on dated oct 17, 2019. And got a sms on an alternative no to call on 59059 from vodafone sim and to do further.

                  I'm trying to call from that day, but whenever i call, it told number is wrong, check before dial.

                  Also i had insert the same to the different different handsets

                  Still now i'm unable to verified.

                  As per communication with vodafone customer care, I went to nearest vodafone store (Shirwal, Pune). Here I explained all the details to them. They are also unable to solve my problem.And Instead they told me to contact customer care, then I told them customer care executive asked me to visit store. Then the person told me to contact in WB only. SO this is your service? is this vodafone? shame on the service. Very poor.

                      I had deposited a security amount of rs. 10, 000.00 at asm-vfs anil plaza (Vodafone centre) for international roaming of my vodafone no. [protected] on 15th september 2018 as i was going to travel abroad on an official trip for 2 months. The receipt no. Of the payment is asm037r180915_44422101. My relationship no. Is[protected].

                      When i came back in november-2018, i visited the payment centre requesting for refund of the security deposit of rs. 10, 000.00. I completed all the necessary formalities and i was assured that i shall receive the refund amount within 3-4 months by cheque to my residential address.

                      But i still have not received the refund amount and it has been almost 1 year.

                      In this regard, i would like to request you to kindly resolve the issue and assist in getting my refund amount.

                      I am attaching the copy of the payment receipt for your reference.

                              I m waiting reply from Vodafone Desk to resolve the network coverage issue on high priority basis plz do the needful on higher priority basis and Resolve the issue of network coverage...Even I m ready to Give my Land for Network Tower Installation if Vodafone Department Required us ..and Also Help from Clearance Authorities

                                I am a Vodafone Prepaid Customer .
                                Since the last day I am unable to make outgoing calls from my number . Also, those who are trying to call me are unable to do so.

                                Since outgoing call facility is not working, hence I am not able to call the Vodafone Customer Care as well .

                                Please look into this matter and help me out.
                                Because I am living far away from my home .

                                  Having been with vodafone for 70 days, 15th october morning, i stopped receiving calls and sms.
                                  When someone dials my number, they are told that it's an invalid number, neither am i able to receive or send sms. I can still make calls and use internet.
                                  Having spoken to vodafone customer support, they assure to solve the problem very soon but its not happening since 8 days (Today 23rd october)
                                  My work life is affected, my banking transactions are affected since i don't receive sms.

                                    I am Vodafone User for more than ten years.
                                    The last six months has been a nightmare in calling up my contacts.
                                    Almost all the calls are cross connected.
                                    There are times when I had to make a few emergency calls and then there was this cross connection. It is almost creating panic attacks whenever I have to call up someone urgently.
                                    I have also noticed that this happens more often when I call up Jio users.
                                    I hope to have the issue resolved as in cases of emergency there is no possibility of communicating with my contacts.

                                      I have recharge with 509 on my vodafone no.[protected]. Threw my vodafone app. And there is a update that recharge with 509 and get 100% cash back. And there is no t&c (*) in writing and not * update. When i see this notification i recharged with 509. Now vodafone team member learning me that there is term and condition that you received this amount in voucher 50/- month till 10 month. This is fraud with customer. If there is some t&c you should give update for t&c on recharge amount * for customer understanding.
                                      Now i want solution, please give me 100% cash back in 1 time. If you could not do such. Please do one thing cancel my recharge services and return my 509 amount which i have done.in don't want any services with vodafone.

                                      You are doing fraud with customer to hide all t&c and when customer recharged then you learning t&c.

                                        My name is col rs dahiya. My daughter bhawana dahiya has vodafone mob no [protected]. Her mobile is of hyderabad, telengana. She has gone to australia and needs urgently international roaming facility. She sent email to customer care and also to corporate care. No action has been taken by them. She tried using web site and app but could not do it because she could not access pin/otp, since her sim is not working. I tried many times customer care no [protected] of hyderabad but they did not help us. They did not give any solution. My daughter has to do professional work and is stranded. Please activate international roaming on her mobile immediately. Also change her email id as per her request in email to customer care.

                                        Network speed in my locality is very low please check it. On otherwise I will going to another network operators
                                        Vodafone has charged me an amount of 1080 on my postpaid connection.they say that a call has been made to a special number for 120 min when no such call has been made. When spoken to the executives they are saying that the amount cannot be reversed. This is unbelievable.
                                        No network in my area from last two weeks. I'm unable to contact emergency services when required.
