We are facing huge network coverage in our area we had called customer care many times but no action taken we had complaint issue...

I'm being charged rs.297 for value added services, which i don't use at all. Bought 5 postpaid numbers against 999 family plan.

But all the numbers were billed 399 each.

|in spite of several complaints, minimal waivers were processed on two or three numbers.
