Last six months i am facing the problems to airtel to vodafone store. I have vodafone number is [protected] postpaid
Name of jay sharma
I was port to vodafone to port airtel some time use to airtel services but there are network issue so i had not giving the monthly bill so airtel stop my connectivity than after three months. I was paid all the due of airtel.
When paid the payments airtel store person its number gone to vodafone network so i am very surprised it is freud with me but i am very polite person so i was visit the vodafone store main mojpur road near durgapuri delhi
He was told me i summit the complaint in trai than we provided the this number but i still last one months fight with vodafone but there are no solution for me there for i summit the complaint against vodafone
So i requested pls issue my number

    Sir,
    I am using vodafone prepaid mobile connection (Mobile number: [protected]). Rs 21 has been deducted from my prepaid account on 16.09.2019 without my consent in the name of weekly subscription charge for English Seekho weekly pack. I have never subscribed for such a service. I have the sms message showing that in my phone which I can produce as evidence but I cannot send any screenshot as evidence because my phone is not a smartphone. Please take necessary action in this regard.

      Since last six year. I recharged my no with rs 398/- and using all the facilities.
      But today on 16 oct 19 using my vodafone application i was trying to recharge my another no but mistakely my own number recharged again
      So it's huge loss for me
      Pls refund my amount or extended my validity

      Few days back I recharged my Vodafone prepaid of RS 40 but two days later the balance available was only RS 1. I neither got any SMS for the deduction of my main balance.

      I didn't use the amount for any kind of calls or SMS or data.
      I am using Vodafone from last 7 years but since Vodafone merge with Idea its network is getting worst day by day. its not having network even in cities also.
      Worst network in current period ever.

        Vodafone has blocked my outgoing SMS facility for the number [protected] without cause leaving me stranded. I am unable to verify any information for which I have provided this number. Please help me resolve the issue as soon as possible. Please note I am an individual consumer not a telemarketer. I have already been left stranded once because I was not able to send an sms to verify my number, if this keeps happening I shall have no recourse other than claiming damage liability from Vodafone.

        I am able to use the number for voice calls and have been actively using it for calls so it is not an inactive sim

          Plz send network team to do the survey let them know how much we are getting problem or otherwise i will report this matter to sunil sood and chairman of trai dr. R. S sharma and appellate department of trai [protected]@trai.gov.in

          Plz registered appellate complaint of 39 days let higher authorities and cag consumer advisory group and trai department members involve in it

            The Vodafone is making balance deductions without any reason, I didn't checked my mom's mobile balance from last 3 to 4 months and I am just making recharge every month. Today I checked the balance almost all the balance is deducted by Vodafone. And now I called the customer care, they are giving excuses that different links are clicked from your mobile. But my mom's mobile dose not have internet support Nokia keypad mobile which is only used for making calls and receiving call. They are saying they can refund only if complaint is registered within 24 hours of deduction. The worst service provider Vodafone the cheater and Fraud company.

              Hi,

              My number is [protected], my due was of 2300 bucks, and these people sent me a mail that if i made the payment on 12th of this month, then i can get a discount, and i have to pay 1600 bucks. They mentioned that everything will get settled.

              Robin ([protected]) called me on 12th october twenty times to make the payment by 5pm. I said i am in my office and would make the payment by eod. Then he kept on sending me whatsapp messages, and then my colleague called him and scold him. But at the end payment of 1600 was made. Payment id (Rep[protected]) through debit card was made.

              Same message was sent to robin, and was told him to convert my postpaid number to prepiad. He sent the confirmation "ok" on the number that it will be done on 14th.

              Today i got the notice on my email id : [protected]@yahoo.com. Mentioning that i have not made the payment.

              You #, i will make a complaint of fraud in nhrc with all the proofs.

              You promised that you will convert my number from postapid to prempaid, and now you are sending me this notice, you fraud #.

              Wait and watch what i do to you people. You people on your own changed my plan to red, i never told you to do, then i told you to change my plan to 299, you did not do that, adn now after making payment you are sending this threat. Now you wait and watch.

                  Sir/ madam,
                  I want to change post paid to pre paid connection of my mob no. [protected].in this regard i completed all the formalities and deposited required fee including plan, activation charges and required papers etc on 7/10/2019 at vodafone main store sector 35, chandigarh. Today is the 8th day no action in this regard has been taken so far, whereas the dealing person (Ms. Babita) assured me that your connection will be changed with in 72 hors. I called on your help line numbers in this regard many time and no one is helpful. I also visited sec 35, saturday and today also but no one is taking the issue seriously.
                  So i request you to take appropriate action in this regard at the earliest.

                    This is how vodafone india is looting on international roaming:.

                    Sequence of the activity happened to me till date is follows:

                    1 - got a call from customer care asking if i wan to continue the iroam for next month and i agreed (First mistake)
                    2 - my iroam pack expired a day before and the information provided by the call centre was not correct (Second mistake)
                    3 - i called customer care on 10sep2019 morning around 8:45am ist asking about the option available and they told me they will deactivate the old request and the place a new request starting today. Which i agreed (Third mistake)

                    Fyi above sequence of activity has happened this month as well. And as per your confirmation i need to pay the double amount this month as well. I have none-the-less received more than 6-7 message regarding the activation and deactivation of my iroam plan.

                    Also if you can please revert the following based on the mail above:-
                    1. Why would i activate and deactivate the same plan twice. Do you think i am stupid enough to pay for the double.
                    2. If you go to app and place a request to deactivate it will say that can not be deactivated, please contact the customer care.

                    I have sent more than 4-5 mails and call requesting to please check my calls with your cc representative. Before closing a complaint you are required to do the root cause analysis. I am using the iroam service since jun-19 and at-least called the customer care 10-15 times in less than 5 months average 3-5 calls per month.

                    If you think i have been charged correctly, i will raise this issue with concern authority as i am sure what all problems i have face till date. Attached the mail transmission and copy of few message as received from vodafone care. I do not have a call details but i am sure the vodafone is having all the details and can be verified upon.

                      Vodafone charging exorbitant international roaming charges - exceeding rs 1800 in mere weeks, when calling customer care - they send us a list of numbers that have contacted my number, which makes no sense, as none of the calls have been answered, as we have sound knowledge on what charges incur, if you answer a call, while you are in international roaming - this number has been used by my brother for 6+ years at papua new guinea and this is the first instance we are facing. We switched off the phone and still the bill kept building and the account balance finally went below rs 100. What does vodafone have to say about that.

                      We need a refund on all the incorrectly billed transactions - you may even block our incoming calls, as we only use the number for otp.

                        I have been charged - rs 2000+ international roaming charges, while i have not answered a single call. I have been in the south pacific islands - papua new guinea for 2+ years now, i faced a similar issue with airtel and hence moved to vodafone, now i am getting ripped off by vodafone as well. Within the past week, i receive messages that i am nearing my credit of rs 3500, which is outrageous, when i use my phone only for receiving otp. This has happed to my brother also and no action has been taken. I am now browsing to lodge a complaint legally, as this is just unethical way of treating customers.

                        I have not received a single call on my alternate no till date, is this how you handle complaints? Shame on you Vodafone. I ported out my number from Airtel because of the same issue, which was not resolved and now I receive the same treatment from you also. how do you justify, customer getting charged, when the phone is actually switched off! or sim is disabled.

                        I have paid the outstanding for which I absolutely have no idea on whom the unanswered incoming calls were from, consumers like me have no choice but to succumb to exploits like this. what more can we do. It's very disappointing and and an abrupt ending to this complaint.

                          I was trying to add my vodafone sim to red family plan and am trying to do it for the past several months, visited vodafone stores couple of times and called cc numerous times wasting my time and energy. Everytime i get the same response but nothing ever moved. Am paying extra cost for almost more than 4 to 5 months. Its a customer service is too poor not sure if it's really the people in there or something else which needs to be fixed..

                            I was not reciving all the SMS’s from my Credit Card cos, banks etc. When I took up the matter with them they said that they had all sent SMS’s to the registered mobile no. Further advising me to take up with my cell phone provider.
                            So on 7th October 2019 I went to the Vodafone Gallery in Thane (Malhar).
                            I am a senior citizen but they did not have special consideration as they ran short of staff. I had to suffer for their fault!
                            Ms Vaishali attended to me and said all messages were sent from their side and told me take up with my banks etc. I told her that I had taken up the matter with them but they say that they had sent SMS’s to the registered mobile no. and further advised me to take up with my cell phone provider. I told that this way I was being tossed from here to there. But she could not resolve the issue. So she called Vinayak and then Rahul. Ultimately they had to call one Nitin who was busy in another counter and I had to wait. My patience ran out. Then they took my handset to Nitin’s counter and brought back the same in no time saying that the problem was in “settings” which was set right in no time!
                            I am sorry to note that VODAFONE has a bunch full o[censored]n-talented/Un-trained/Un-professionals!
                            Then I satrted receiving unwanted SMS’s as well. So I went to them again on 10 October 2019. This time one Ms Kajal attended to me. When I explained my problem she did this and that in her computer and told me that my no. was already under “DND”. I told her that I knew it and despite that I was receiving unwanted SMS”s. She said that she could stop SMS’s from Vodafone and not from others. To this I told her that in which case DND did not make any sense. Again she said the same that she could stop SMS’s from Vodafone and not from others. I told her that the whole exercise did not make any sense if I was to say the same thing and she too the same!
                            Then she suggested me to send e-mail complaint so that it will be taken of.
                            I did not ask her how it will help as I was sure she will repeat the same answer!
                            I also felt she was bluffing just to get rid of me.
                            Any way I will send an e-mail for whatever it is worth.
                            But one does not expect such unprofessional treatment from Vodafone.

                              Hi I am having Vodafone Postpaid services. When I was out of Country to germany, I availed 28 days of International Roaming Pack. Just before the day the 28 days is supposed to end, I called Vodafone Customer Care on 8th July to close the International Roaming and revert back to my previous billing of 99 rupees for corporates. They didnt ?? I dont know why, I found it out after approximately 20 days and sent an email to Vodafone services to Close the International roaming pack which they did on 20th July. I paid for the 28 days International Roaming pack. But next month I received an additional bill for activating the service from 8th to 20th.
                              This is when I harassment began. I asked several queries of explicitly stating "Why the Vodafone customer Service on 8th July failed to take down my request to close the International Roaming Pack?" to which I didnt get any response rather everytime they replied "The charges are valid so we cannot revert back". This email communications continued for 2 months where several tickets have been raised but nothing happened. Also, after August I mentioned in email to stop my Post paid Service immediately as till my issue is resolved I do not want any additional 99 rupees to be added to the bill.
                              They didn't even replied to any of my emails and added the charge instead.
                              Today I received a demand notice no.: DNOCT1104858 stating that I have to pay the bill or they will initiate Civil or Criminal Proceedings. They even have the guts to say that "I have intentionally and deliberately not paid the amount.." I was really surprised and shocked as it was my queries which they deliberately avoided and they are charging me of doing that.

                              I have all email evidences with me. What are the options I have?

                                My complaint is regarding my Vodafone number in which 1.4gb/day data should be provided,
                                I'm noticing for 3-4days, they aren't giving the full data .
                                On the date of 14'th October I have used 566mb according to my phone & Vodafone app & 244mb is left, no record for remaining 600mb .
                                Officials are not taking up calls or presenting correct information after knowing this.

                                  I have paid bills of month august and september still i am not able to call any contact. I have all details of paid bills. I talked to the custmer care of vodafone, they said that they have no update of paid bills so i have sent an attatchment which says i paid my all bills.. Please check the attatchment

                                    This is very ridiculous that my mother's mobile number ([protected]) all services has been barred till date even after doing a recharge of INR 999/- on 22nd August 2019 using Phone Pe App. We have been running from post to pillar talking to your customer service team spoke with Vodafone Store Executive no one has provided a resolution till now and we are in No Mans Land without a phone in daily life is like being a handicapped patient.

                                    I request the entire Vodafone Management Team to kindly assist me into this matter at the earliest and provide a solution as soon as possible. As we have tried all the possibilities starting from Changing the SIM Card/ Changed Mobile Phone / Tried to go to the phone and SIM Settings but all went in vain.

                                    Even the Vodafone Store Staffs are unprofessional where I went for help they don't deserve to be in the company they have wasted our valuable time after making us wait for hours in the store and without any resolution we had to walk out of the store.

                                    Looking forward to a favorable reply. Kindly call in the number mentioned below for any quires.

                                    In my locality no range for your network. I raised complaint one years before also complaint to customer care since three years. If you have sincerity to your company, solve this issue.
                                    I am able to send the SMS from my Redmi 4 phone, but cant receive any SMS from my bank as OTP & nor from anyone.

                                    Please give me the solution

                                      I have submitted change of postpaid to prepaid conversation on 21st sept. I have cleared all dues but till date my mobile number is not changed to prepaid. When i call the customer support each time raise a new request and close the existing request.

                                      Is trai not monitoring such incidents?.
                                      In the vodaphone store they say that the request needs to be actioned from the backend. But support team says it has to be processed from the vodaphone mini store.
