I was not reciving all the SMS’s from my Credit Card cos, banks etc. When I took up the matter with them they said that they had all sent SMS’s to the registered mobile no. Further advising me to take up with my cell phone provider.
So on 7th October 2019 I went to the Vodafone Gallery in Thane (Malhar).

harassment of payment

Hi I am having Vodafone Postpaid services. When I was out of Country to germany, I availed 28 days of International Roaming Pack. Just before the day the 28 days is supposed to end, I called Vodafone Customer Care on 8th July to close the International Roaming and revert back to my previous billing of 99 rupees for corporates. They didnt ?? I dont know why, I found it out after approximately 20 days and sent an email to Vodafone services...

inappropriate mobile data lost

My complaint is regarding my Vodafone number in which 1.4gb/day data should be provided,
I'm noticing for 3-4days, they aren't giving the full data .
On the date of 14'th October I have used 566mb according to my phone & Vodafone app & 244mb is left, no record for remaining 600mb .
Officials are not taking up calls or presenting correct information after knowing this.
Awaiting quick response...

outgoing problem

I have paid bills of month august and september still i am not able to call any contact. I have all details of paid bills. I talked to the custmer care of vodafone, they said that they have no update of paid bills so i have sent an attatchment which says i paid my all bills.. Please check the attatchment

postpaid to prepaid conversion

I have submitted change of postpaid to prepaid conversation on 21st sept. I have cleared all dues but till date my mobile number is not changed to prepaid. When i call the customer support each time raise a new request and close the existing request.

Is trai not monitoring such incidents?.
In the vodaphone store they say that the request needs to be actioned from the backend. But support team says it has to be processed...

billing issue - looting money on roll over data.

I am postpaid (Basic plan - 20gb) customer of vodafone from long 3 years in karnataka circle.

They have the option to carry forward data till 200gb from corresponding months. I had my carry forwarded data & i used that too (Around 35 gb) in a single month.

Bill generated by saying you have monthly 20gb data & you used 35gb data. So additional cost will be rs20/gb data of 15gb data.

deactivation of caller tune

I have mailed sms more than 10 times for deactivation of caller tune.
Every time answers were 24 hrs time it will be stopped. Sms of 30 minutes time it will be deactivated.
But no results and every month i am charged.
Today also i got below sms from vodafone.

vodafone store executive

This is to inform everyone that, the mini store of vodafone near papdy naka, besides catholic bank, are doing fraud with people.
When you go with any queries related to prepaid sim, they convert your sim into postpaid (Billing). And when asked to convert the sim into prepaid they ask to pay bills, which are not even generated when you confirm with vodafone customer care on call.

unresolved functioning of the phone line for weeks

Prior to merger of idea and vodafone, the customer service dept. Was efficient in resolving issues. Last 3 months experience has been a nightmare! delaying the process of going from postpaid to prepaid.

Vodafone is delaying the process of transition from post paid to prepaid. I have registered for prepaid 2 weeks back, still not converted. Due to this my post paid bill is increasing. Very worst service ever. And i why they have opened the mini vodafone store. There is no use of them. Whenever i go there they send back and ask to go to the main store. What is the use of them....

reactivation of services

I had susoended my number, due to theft of phone, as a precautionary measure on october 8. I submitted a request for reactivation on a new sim card yesterday, 11 october at 11 am. It's 22 hours as i write this, and there is no resolution yet!!

I am an existing customer in vodafone, if you credited the monthly payment for my number through the last few years you also have all the necessary details to reactivate the number....

deduct balance everyday

I am receiving message from 53010 from 1st oct 2019 regarding deduction of charges rs.10.00 continuously total rs.100.00 has been deduted till now. I called many time with customer care and they are reverting that game is activated in my phone, but it is a feature phone and there is no game to play for which continuous charges should be deducted. no way to inquiry about postpaid plan to buy

I was interested to buy a postpaid plan from vodafone (999 plan), so i called them at [protected] from my airtel mobile.
There was an option "interested in new postpaid plan" under that pressing 9 transfer the call to agent.
And interestingly i tried 5 times and each time its transferred to prepaid dept and they said they can not do anything, they cant even transfer this call to postpaid.

deactivation of caller tune

heavy bill charged even after canceling connect
