On 13/11/2019 i received a sms that mazaa mobile pack was activated on my number. I had not opted for such pack. It has charged me rs 49/- and left with a mobile balance of rs 1/-. I have sent stop to number:155223, the pack has got deactivated, but i didn't get back the amount charged. I have not choose such a pack and my total mobile balance has been deducted.
Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Im vodafone user and at this time im in oman purchase international roaming pack please kindly open my sms start.. i need otp my phone pe account in my india number

    Dear vodafone,

    While my trip to the country of bhutan, i activated a pack of 149 under i-roam as that was the only pack available.
    You assured me data and phone service but to my surprise there was no data service hence i had to purchase a local sim and used it on an alternate handset which supported my main handset through hotspot feature.

    Yet to my surprise you have charged me a lumsum of 37 k against only data usage when all this usage was made through wifi as there was no data network on my handset.

    Also when i have a credit limit of 13000 then how can you charge me so much money after my credit limit.

    You are wrongly charging me any amount and this is not acceptable.
    I have travellled to many countries but never such experience.

    Ii want this seriously taken up

      I had taken a postpaid connection from vodafone in the month of january. However ended up not using it. Finally i got a court notice for pending payment from vodafone on july 13th 2019, post which i made the payment and asked to discontinue the account.in the last almost a year i have not used the number for more than 20 calls in 11 months and paid rentals for 6 months inspite of that. On receiving another bill on the 23rd of july 2019, i again wrote to them informing that i had asked for a disconnection and have settled the dues. They refused to close the number and i again received another bill on in sep and i wrote to them again on the 7th of sep 2019 informing that i have made several requests on the phone and on email for disconnection. I have continued to received 3-4 calls every month since july 2019 and have repeated the story to each person multiple times and they promise to update their records and that i will not receive any calls going forward but i still continue to receive calls. The last one i received was two calls today morning 13th nov 2019. With whose permission did they activate the number post the last settlement and continued to keep it active inspite of informing them to discontinue. Is not a matter of paying 600 rs. Why should i pay for their negligence and inefficiency? I want to file for a harassment case for repeated embarrassment and phone calls i receive from them for no fault of mine.

        I am a vodafone user i had upgraded to 4g but still getting 3g speed. I have experienced 4g speed in urban mumbai. I live in sub-urban mumbai where i have the internet connection problem. I have also complained it to the service provider. But probably they said it would be recovered or resolved immediately. I am not able to access 4g speed on my 4g handset. It's very disappointing...

          My name is deepak and my Vodafone number is [protected]. I live in bawal(rewari district) haryana and my area pincode is 123501. From last 4-5 months my internet speed is the slowest like 2g in the evening time(after 6pm). For that i registered many complaints more than 10 in last 4-5 months every time they say we are correcting the data services and our team continually rectify the slow speed issues but still they do nothing same slow speed. Every time they gave a time period but problem remains the same. In the day time it runs smoothly but after 6pm it's becomes slowest even I can't ever write a message on WhatsApp.

            Hi,

            Myself sachin residing in bangalore karnataka.

            I am receiving threatening calls like we will beat you when we come to home.. Languages which are difficult to hear continous calling etc.

            I have recorded all the calls went through training regulatory also. There is strict rules as collection dept cannot use abusive language. They are threatening me.. I have given my new number as well.. If i was not interested to pay bill y would i give my number.

            I have outstanding of 11000 which will be cleared by friday.

            I have all the recordings i am going to complain the same in trai. Cos i am in contact with so many people and all have the same problem we will sign up the petition we will go to court and even establish all this in social media as to show them how you treat your customers. Even they are giving life threat.

            I bought a sim card yesterday and was told that i would receive an sms with the activation notice to call a number in order to get it activated...
            Nothing has happened since then and i need the service during my trip to india...

              I have lost my idea sim card a few months back after which i went time and again to vodafone store for new sim card (After the merger) but i was told idea sim not available. Today again i went to the dalhousie store but they send me to the park st store. There an employee called tanmay spoke very rudely and told me to go to idea store in howrah or alipore, when i told him to give me the address he again spoke rudely and told you write on your own. The store was empty there was no reason for him to talk to a customer like that. Please look into the matter.

                      On 7th november 19 i requested for postpaid to prepaid,
                      On 11th postpaid got deactivated and then i have inserted prepaid sim so i can see the network bar present in my mobile but when i try to connect 59059 it says number is not correct.

                      No one is listening, please come forward to help, I never thought of that I will be stuck by vodafone. Feeling is very horrible.
                      Roaming is free all over India then why your allowing verification only at one circle.

                      Really very disappointed with network service. It's took to much time to open any new page and if I go for downloading any apps or application or any thing's it's is wastage of time.Dear board members please look into it, if you want to become top network providing company.

                        My mother anjali yadav, [protected] has passed away on 27/10/2019.

                        Her aadhar linked mobile number is with still being used out there, i am not sure by whom, as i have been blocked for questioning.

                        I can provide her death certificate.

                        My number is [protected]. I am her daughter.

                        I believe the sim may be misused or carelessly passed over to anybody while verification is on her name. Also her sensitive date like otps, etc are still on that phone number.

                          Calls are not clear, breaking, tower issues, signal etc. Complained several times, no action is taken, and they themselves send mail, saying issue is resolved. Last week, went to your adayar mobile store, and complained, where mr. Sethuraman, took the complaint, and confirmed technical person will visit our place on 5/11/19, so far nobody visited nor called us.
                          I hope this is escalated to higher authorities, and resolve. Vodafone people in that store was suggesting us to move, to any other service provider. This shows the arrogant attitude.

                            I have tried it almost multiple times. Every time I send a text to 1909 with the content “START 0”, VFCARE responds saying your dnd service is under process. After a few minutes I get a message that the request can not be processed. I even called their customer care, and the person initiated the activation from their end. But to no avail. After a few minutes I get a message that the request can not be processed! Vodafone doesn’t want to process my DND !?

                            I did receive a call from Vodafone customer care about this request. I appreciate that gesture. And I was assured of full dnd activation within a few days from then.
                            It has been more than a week, and nothing has changed even the slightest. I receive pack offers spamming my message inbox, and promotional calls every now and then.

                              Vodafone is cheating people. There customer support as well the vodafone offices (Shopees) have no idea when the issue will be sorted. We pay every month a fixed amount as postpaid customer and a lot of problems for us. No one cares they forgot the basic for which the networks are used (Which is calling). There add says tower every hour - where are they now???

After that the vodafone india acknowledging the complaint, required my vodafone no. As well as an alternative no. I mentioned the same. But till date i have not received any reply from their end.                                   I visited the vodafone store at (995p, 2nd ave, anna nagar, ranganathan garden, annanagar east, chennai, tamil nadu 600102) for migrating my sim from postpaid to prepaid. The store person said, migration is not possible now as my bill date just passed. Before i go i had a discussion with customer care and based on their advice only i visited the store. From the store i called the customer care (198) again and explained them what happened in store, they asked me to hand over the phone to store representative. The store representatives denied talking to the customer care. Then they asked me to walkout of their store and go to some other store or port out from vodafone network.

                                    Recharge has been done. But not any single massage received from your side, and our outgoing service not working that time when i recharge.

                                    Than my mom recharges another amount of rs 129 and rs 50, because of our outgoing service not working that time when i was recharged of rs 999.
                                    After one month completed still our outgoing service not started against recharged of rs 999.

                                    1st casll on 3rd november 2019 to mr "mr. Avinash hapse"
                                    Very long time has been discussed with "mr. Avinash hapse" they said me :"you made recharge of rs.999/- is lapsed against recharged of rs.129/- for validity 28 days.
                                    We unable to refund this as per the operator policy and start you outgoing service against recharges of rs 999, your rechared of rs 999 plan are lapsed."
                                    "the service request number for your future reference is [protected]."
                                    I said to mr. Avinash hapse i dont want my refund, i want start my outgoing service against our recharge.,
                                    If you don't given me service than please refund our money.

                                    2nd call on 7th november 2019 time 14:06:
                                    They said me your outgoing service is stared, please remove sim than insert again in mobile phone and recharge of rs 10 than you service will be start.
                                    I done all procedure but still outgoing stared but infect money deduction started in recharged amount of rs 10.
                                    And every time i call 198 they give me a ridiculous reply,

                                    3rd call on 10th november 2019 time to "mr. Avinash hapse"
                                    Same replay your recharged of rs 999 plan are lapsed.

                                    I requisted to vodafone please start our outgoing service.

                                    Vodafone was charge shows special number charges, i was already raise the complaint against that charges but not get any solution for that then i pay for that special number charges.this is really wrong, i m bare that unused charges and that peoples are not helpful.

                                      Vodafone changed my plan from red399 to red299 and is giving me an additional discount of rs 50. The customer care employee gave this suggestion and i told him that i will think about it and get back.in that call i asked him to give a 100 rs disc in the 399 bill and he agreed. I had rolled over data of easy150 gb. They changed my plan and i lost all my internet data and in the new plan only had 20gb.
                                      I didn't realize until i received a message saying that i've used 90% of the data, that's when i realized my plan was changed.
                                      My work was interrupted and i immediately had to fix my wifi and purchase an additional plan coz of the misconduct of vodafone. Please reimburse the additional cost i had to incur because of your mistake!
                                      I tried to reach customer care a lot of times through mail, call and app but now they don't even answer anymore

                                        I am using my delhi number in up. I have recharged it with 2 different packs but am still not able to make a call. Similar recharge on airtel is working alright. I can't even call 198 from vodafone number. If all your recharges don't allow interstate roaming then clearly mention it in bold lettlers or have policies similar to networks like airtel. It is extremely annoying that i do a different recharge to overcome the problem but it's still there. Please look into asap as my official work is getting affected.

                                        Vodafone internet 4g speed is very low.I have done all.apn settings correctly but it's still very bad.
