My vodafone number is [protected]. I want to register a serious complaint for call drop, every call i make or receive gets dropped in 4-5 seconds. My family is also using the vodafone network and facing the same issue. This issue is from past 2 months. Kindly rectify it asap else i would be left with no other option than porting out.

My mother-in law have 2 separate vodaphone sims in different phones with balanced. She can make outgoing call anytime but in-coming calls are not received. When anyone dials, it says that person is not reachable or person has switched-off phone.

This is to inform everyone that vodafone has started unethical practices along with their collection team by blocking the services of numbers whose bill is paid in advance by linking the numbers with fake bills which doesn't belong to us and keep on avoiding our calls and started blackmailing us. I recommend everyone not to use or buy vodafone services as these people are fraudfone....

I was away for most of the october and i hardily switched on the sim. Today, i recharged the phone and then came to realize that my current balance dropped drastically from rs. 401 to rs. 29. I called customer care and they said that i activated some music and bla bla and got repeated deduction. I did not activate any service last month and an amount of more than rs. 350 got deducted. This is highly unacceptable and highly unprofessional....

This problem of incoming calls is ruining all my business and customer relationship.

Replies by vodafone are pathetic and they simply say we can't do anything.

An unscrupulous charge of inr 50 was deducted from my balance recently. When enquired with customer care, they told me it was a value added service, which i had given no consent to activate. I checked multiple channels (Vodafone app & 155223) and i do not see the deduction or details of the vas anywhere.

I did not receive any sms regarding the vas, its activation request, deduction or related.
