Hi, I spoke to an executive well in advance and gave information about my BT that I had chosen through my SBI account and stated that I would be late to deposit the amount as I was supposed to receive a cheque from the SBI bank which was delayed and when I got it, I had no time to go and deposit the same. I have withdrawn 2000 rupees from a citi bank atm in DLF1, tower1, rajarhat, newtown, kolkata using my Axis bank atm card. Among them all 4 pcs 500 notes are torn and pasted.
