Dear Sir, I am wife of Mr.Vamshi who is working in procurement department of Genpact, Uppal. We have just completed first anniversary.But I have experienced every minute of his torture badly. He is a such a sadist of higher order, leads me to attempt suicide and luckily escaped from death. A complaint was lodged at Chikkadpally police station in this regard.We had a baby girl of 3 months old. But since her birth, he started hating her as she is a girl child. In fact he married me for money n money as i am working in BPO sector. Even from the day number one he started harassing me like anything and tortures me physically n mentally every moment for money.He want to start a business on his sister's name with my money.He maintains a book of tips to torture wife. In fact I am the second wife and you may surely understand why the first ran away from this bloody bugger. Presently he left me at my parent's place since December. He tortured me at highest level on my first birth day after marriage threatened me and taken a loan from HDFC on my name to clear his debts.I thought of approaching the HR wing of Genpact to complaint against him and I feel there should not be place for such rogues. Please help me out...

Genpact India is a strange company which does not follow any process at all.

I joined it a week before assuming that the company is huge and must be organized.

But to my dismay it is completely opposite of that. Everything just works like at the speed of a tortoise.

And the HR details of even the CEO are completely ABSURD. In MS Outlook, the designation shown of the CEO is that of a consultant.

The infrastructure is HIGHLY POOR. I do not understand how these people work.

For IT Services, it is definitely not the company to look for.

Now I regret joining it, but being a lateral hire I have to stick to it for few years to come, else it will reflect poorly on my CV.

sir,my name is Ibrahim,my daughter is working with genpact at gachibowli in dlf building for the past one year,while joining,there was a parents meet and the hr ppl assured us of disciplined office environment and they said they will take care of our children like the way we parents do,we were relived of the tensions of sending our children for night shifts by the way they assured us.but,as days went by,the true office atmosphere came to the lime light.the company often conducts some stupid parties at nights for nonsense purposes and in which the male co staf[censored]se those opportunities to harass the girl staff by giving love proposals and spoil the mind of the girls and make them unable to concentrate on their work as well at home.they also conduct some get together tour very often to some resorts and where in again the male co staff grab those situations and start love proposal torture. i am sure there are many such parents who have girls working there are affected but our hands are tied due to our family circumstances.i kindly request that the top management and the concern dept hr managers take this issue seriously and give us the confidence over the companies reputation.please BAN the mobile use while office hours (on the floor or bay,whatsoever it maybe called)and also monitor the official mail box ,because only thru this two (mobile and official mail) male co staff send text and chat or mail love proposals to the girl staff.My daughter is completely affected by almost two of such charchters ,but since we are from a middle class family and in financial strain we have to keep it going .i once again request the top management to kindly look into this matter and bring a solid end for this kind of foreign office environment which is spoiling our culture.

This is absolutely true, no HR personnel involvement works out. As these ppl feel they are into notice either by hook or crook. Mgnt also boosts such kinda filthy ppl in the floor for what all naunces the mgnt does in veil. There is no respect for ladies in GENPACT. Age is not a bar for them to propose but they need a female though the co-employee is of double their age, bcoz most of them come from down cadre and galli danda playing street boys with no basic ethics and even degree final year guys are hired, but these guys never complete degree, but instead get married and also maintains one set up in off. Mgnt also same nature, who satisfies their lust those ppl are pushed up the ladder, that is true 200 percent. No, , no ethics in GENPACT

My name is Shariq Ali Farooquee, A graduate from Delhi University. I cleared my interviews and i was provided with the offer letter, the day before my joining i got a call regarding my joining and the call said my joining has been postponed. i waited for a long time for getting a joining call, frustrated i was that i called up the HR who took my interview and they said that i can't join because of the reason i wasn't a graduate that time. They gave me a offer that my offer letter would be valid till i get graduated and they will provide me with a joining once my results are out. I passed my graduation in a month's span and visited the company to get the joining date. They took all my documents and I was asked to come the next day to get the new offer letter, which was a false promise and when i went there the next day i got to know that they want me to give the interview again. The HR team which promised to give the joining after the graduation were no where to answer why I was asked to give the interview again. All I could make out is they were fooling me around hence wasting both my time and money and interests.
Genpact has the worst HR team. Its losing goodwill due to its HR team, some of whose names i can point out at are Ankur Tangri([protected]), Amrapali([protected]), Sarvesh([protected]), Ranjana([protected]). I want to take a very strict action against them. I just hope for a speedy action on them.

I am (name) who got the offer letter for GENPACT in WPP GA as a Process Associate from your consultancy after that I got a call from GENPACT for PHO round then I went to Gurgoan Genpact office than I was asked to wait for 4 hours to meet Mr. Alwin (process manager) than he again asked me to wait for another 2.5 hours after which a manager named Dinesh took my interview and asked me acconting technical questions in a cafeteria...

Dear sir, Im from bangalore. I had worked for Genpact for a period of 2 days. Due to high attretion rate they did not give me training they told me to work on the day 1 without training & I had to quit the job. I informed HR & Manager about this..After 10 months they approached the court and filed a law suit against me saying I absconded. I went to office for 2 day only. The law suit was to recover Rs.80,000 for the training expenses which i never received. In the legal notice it says i worked for 6 months with genpact if that is true let them show me the salary which they have given me.. Genpact is a big fraud company with no ethics.. please help me with this regards..

Genpact.com is using their email outgoing name as "Support, Google" whereas they are only support agents under contract with Google and not directly a part of Google Inc. So Genpact is practically misleading email receivers by showing they're Google Support staff!

Genpact is also sending out misleading emails which states :-

"Thanks for your interest in Google AdWords. We see that you have filled up a form on our website for assistance with AdWords Sign Up process and to avail our ongoing Rs1500 coupon offer. Unfortunately, we are not able to reach you on the contact number present in our records. Could you please share the best number to call you on and a suitable time as well."

Many people, including me, who didn't even fill up any online form for AdWords have received such emails. I also received phone calls from them, its so misleading when they say they are "calling from Google"!

hi i am employee of genpact i left the company and i m suffering from dysphonia and migraine and doctor adviced me to not to work in night shifts and also in the calling process i told this thing to my management that i would not able to serve the notice period. I submitted my resignation along with the medical documents. But Managers are threatening me to file a law suit against me and asking me to either serve notice period or pay me the huge amount. They also said that we will mark you as absconded employee. Plz help me what should i do ? i have worked here for 1 year, already covered probation period of 6 months and did not signed any bond with the company. Did not went any training that they are charging such a huge amt from me. Also i am poor guy and dont have any source of Income. Also i am very sick and my family is entirely dependent on me. Hello Sir/Madam,

This is Saraswathi Worked with Dell for 6 years and joined Genpact BPO( located in hitech city).
It was a new process which is a pilot process all together.

Took the training for 3 months and started taking calls.

there was a new process call CA* computer associates**.This new process went back.

Prior which few of the employees in genpact got CA escalation mails staing that the call went wrong.

Usually any company gives feedbacks or warnings .

Genpact did not give me any feed backs.

They keep saying that the CA client which is a project for Genpact told to remove employees.
I was terminated.

Please let me know what needs to be done.

I, Chotu Lal Gurjar with OHR Id no [protected](Employee code-369303) am working with India’s no. 1 BPO, Genpact, Jaipur, Rajasthan in Uninor Process as a process associate.
I am working in your establishment since Feb 2010 in CUSTOMER SERVICE INBOND CALL ANSWER DEPT. and since last one & half years I have problem of headache due to receiving calls for very long time.
Although I was suffering from headache but I never denied being on my work and I worked 8 hours daily without any brake for continuously. Some time due to that headache used to take painkiller tablets for doing my work without any disturbance in given task.
For getting proper treatment of my disease I got the checkup in Neurology department in RAJASTHAN’s largest hospital SMS HOSPITAL JAIPUR and all the documents of the treatment and my problem I shown to our HR/ Sr. HR also and informed them about my problem.
After all they again pressurize me to take the calls of customer and told that you are perfectly ok and there is no abnormality in your reports.
During the work I got the ranking of “9EE” and in this july I was supposed to get promotion from P.A. to P.D. and manager of my branch was very well aware about it. I informed Sr. HR Mr. Kapil Gupta more than 5times for my problem but it was not being taken as a problem it was taken only as a gossip thing. No one in the company helped me for this. I also talked with HR Laxmipriya for more than 10times but but she also didn’t respond me properly.
They forced me to attend the calls so that they can do my termination if I found wrong while taking calls due to my illness as I was having pain in my head from very long time.
On 23rd of July due to a casual word while attending customer’s call they forced me to sign on the termination letter.
Here I would like to bring a notice to you for your kind notification that if in process you are going with some abusive language so you should give your resign from existing job but you can’t be terminated from your on hand job.
I accept that I am on mistaken side but this is not a big mistake, I admit for this and I think that my mistake should be consider under CAP or Warning but my manager and HR took it as Genpact’s ZTP,Policy.
So I need help from all of you, the higher authorities. I would request to please look into the matter and do the justice with me and I hope that it won’t be repeated with anyone else in future.
By doing this unfair act they destroyed my experience and it was became 0years experience from 3 years of hard and dedicated work. They terminated me without any prior notice so now I became like a beggar and now I can’t join any BPO in INDIA. Doing work with Genpact was my dream and I fulfilled my dream by working in this for almost three years but now this termination ruined it very badly.
My parents got died when I was only 11years old and after their death I took the responsibility on my shoulders and I gave good atmosphere to being grown up to my younger sister who was my responsibility after my parents sudden death.
After completing my education I did join Genpact and I was the only earner of my family and my sister’s dependability for education and marriage is on my shoulders now as I am the last one who can look after of her and my salary was only 5500/- INR.
In this salary I have to manage everything like her education expenses, rent of our house & all the others expenses which are mandatory for being alive. I never wished to go in any other process (I J P) and I was ready to work like a sweeper also in your establishment but I should not be terminated. Now due this unfair thing I and my younger sister is living on roads as we don’t have rent money to pay to our landlord.
So, after being terminated no one help me in the company so I am here asking your kind co-operation and help so that I can do work again. I want you to please look into my matter and give my experience certificate so I can work in any other center for my living and for fulfilling my responsibility.
I, once again request you to please take few minutes from your busiest schedule to read this and if it is illegal or not acceptable according to Genpact’s policy I would like to pay my sorry to you.
If company will not take into the subject and will not lend a hand to me in this situation so I would do suicide. You and your higher authorities are my last hope and I do believe that Genpact won’t like to be in news due to employee’s suicide case.
This is my last hope and I do believe that I will get justice but if it will not take seriously I will make the translation of this letter in our local language and copy of the same will be dispatched to following authorities:
1. 1.Chief Minister of Rajasthan State
2. 2.State Commissioner of Police
3. 3.Indian labor commissioner office
4. 4 .Governor of Rajasthan
5. 5.District consumer forum

This is to inform you that i was working with RMS India Pvt. Ltd.(BPO) and I went for Genpact Interview on Oct-06th-10 at HIGHER SERVICES, 101, 1ST FLOOR, SUNEJA TOWER NO. 1,JANAK PURI, I got an call from this consultancy a day prior from Phone number([protected]) by MEGHA, When I reached there I met with DEEPIKA (Consultancy Supervisor) her Phone number is [protected], She conduct my first round with PARICHAY as Genpact HR, I cleared that round then 2nd round was VERSANT ROUND, I cleared that one also then 3rd round was VNA with REEMA (GENPACT VNA TRAINER), I Cleared that one also then the final round with PANASONIC OPERATIONS MANAGER(Forgot his Name), I Cleared that round also, DEEPIKA got an update, this has been selected for PANASONIC PROCESS, DEEPIKA told me tomorrow (07th-Oct-10) I will get a call from GENPACT HR OR She will call me to let me know in which time or where i need to go to collect my offer letter, on 07th-Oct-2010 I got an Call from PARICHAY he congratulate me for the selection and said on 08th-Oct-10 I need to reach at GENPACT SHASTRI PARK but after getting his call, I never recieved a call from PARICHAY so i dialed to confirm where I need to go or When he said next day, at next day he replied same next day, he was spoiled my whole week.

Then On Monday(11th-Oct-10) I confirmed with DEEPIKA what is going on and why Iam not getting my offer letter she replied I will get my offer letter today I need to reach SUMMIT CONSULTANCY(Cannaught Place) and I realized PARICHAY is not an GENPACT HR he is working in SUMMIT CONSULTANCY when I confirmed with PARICHAY again he was replied I will get my offer letter on 12th-Oct-10 and I reached there next day he said for PANASONIC PROCESS hiring was closed today, I said but I was selected a week prior so thats not my fault why you haven't send my papers on same day or next, he said we can adjust at different process but i need to clear all of the rounds again, when i asked why it will again, he said ok i will get my offer letter tomorrow and leave this place.

Since Oct-12th-10 to till today I dosen't recieve my offer letter even a call from any of these 2 consultancy when I tried to call them both PARICHAY AND DEEPIKA disconnect my call when I tried from my ladline, they picked a phone then hung up.

If this kind of consultancy's working for GENPACT so definetly one day it will fall down Genpact's honor definetly, I already confirmed at my offiec I will Resign now iam going to jobless beacuse of this fraud.

COMPLAINT

My courier package (POD Number [protected]) left Delhi on 25 Feb 10. Reached vadodara at Bluedart office on the 27 Feb 10.
I have not yet received it till 03 Mar 10. And the office still does not know which delivery person has taken the package.

On calling the Dlue dart personnel, there was no response. On being told that we will collect it on our own they say that it has left the office. It still doesn't reach us for the next 2 days
I made repeated phone calls, was put on hold everytime and then disconnected.

1. Operation incharge Mr Tushar does not pick up the phone.
2. Mr Praveen of operations spoke rudely and disconnected my phone.
3. Mr Yadav - Operations executive - was not aware of the situation when asked twice.

I did a big mistake using Blue dart. This is the last time.

The package is important to me. Kindly tell me where i can come and collect my courier.

My name is Syed Zafar and I worked with Genpact for 45 days and my basic salary was 2500/- due to my family issues i didn't turn up to office for long and I have already informed my manager about but it was verbal communication, I was badly fixed in my problem and I was getting the letters from Genpact stating that I need to join my duties immediately, I was about to join the duties but I got a letter from Genpact stating that my duties has been terminated and I m no more employee with Genpact.
After 2 weeks I got another letter from Ms Kalyani Readdy H.R from Genpact stating I need to pay 75000 including the training cost and everything.
I wrote an email to Ms Kalyni Readdy stating that I cant pay the amount as I m financially incorrect and responsibile person to my family, she asked me to give my contact no.. and she called me up and spoke to me regarding this, I clrealy told her I cant pay and if you want then i will join the duties if possible? she straight said no. Then I asked her what happen if I don't pay this? she said she doesn't know. After 10 months I got a registered post from lawyer stating the same that I need to pay 75000/, i did not respond to that as I don't want to involve this issue. After that I got a summon from the city civil court that I need to approach the court.

Sir/Madam really I M in need of help because they have taken me to court and asking me to pay 75000/ as I have signed a paper sating if i don't serve the notice period then i will pay the amount mention in the letter of intent, I have approached to a lawyer he is trying to help me a lot however he and me we both do not have any clue about it whats going to happen. I m feeling embarrass because I was away from court and all but every month I have to go to court and they are asking me to pay the money.

Please do help me as I m in need of help because of this I m in depression I mentally disturb, don't know what to do? waiting for your prompt response please please do help me.

I had applied for a passport on 25/06/2009 and had the police clearance on the 10/07/2009
the passport however shows the status as "Police Report has not been received"
on calling the passport office it always goes on a busy signal, never able to get anyone on the phone
I have tried a couple of times
I do not understand as to why the status is showing as "Police Report has not been received"
when the police report had been completed 20 days back
Please tell me when i will get my passport as i need to travel

ACTUALLY HR SURUCHI ( GENPACT HR EXECUTIVE) HIRED ME AS A PROCESS DEVLOPER AFTER 4 ROUND OF INTERVIEW ON 25 MARCH AT JAYCEE CONSULTANCY, MALVIYA NAGAR NEW DELHI FOR COLLECTION PROCESS OF JAIPUR. SHE TOLD I WILL GET OFFER LETTER WITHIN TWO WEEKS BECAUSE IT WILL COME FROM JAIPUR.
