cancellation of one assist membership

I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1299/- from my credit card number ending with 0445 without my concern on date: 26/10/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1299/- asap

customer care are not response

I want a taken personal loan. And i fill the online form many time. But your staff and customer cares are not responding me. And i call customer care so not response my call. What is this. And all customer care number are off. So i am not satisfied hdfc bank and my account in hdfc bank so i close my account and i am account open other bank because your bank service are not true....

I went to bank on 28/10/2018 and quarry about my kit but that champ mr. Mahaveer choudhary laugh at me and reply that the kit is not in my pocket and misbehaviour. He is very irresponsible i request you yo take strong action upon him.

balance transfer from old food card to new food card

My old food card got damaged and i sent an email to "foodcardsupport. [protected]@hdfcbank.com" and they sent a procedure for requesting new card.
My got new card got dispatched to my address, when i have asked for activation of new card and sent an email to above mentioned address, they haven't responded.
I have called to customercare, but they stated we don't have much information need to contact the same email address.

hdfc salary account

I am using salary account in hdfc bank, these bank is getting more charges for every usage of netbanking, irrelevant transaction found in my account. If i contact customer care there is no proper help desk to clear a querry, it is ful of automation tell press 1 press 2 etc that's irriitating. I hate hdfc now i want my fund back they have to respond i am going to close my account today....

E ₹2500/-, in that consolidated payment slip of hdfc, it was clearly mentioned that i’ll receive a cashback with in 90 days of purchase date. But as of now i dint receive a cashback from ur side. regarding atm transaction declined

Yeasterday i. E, 24/10/18 i went to citi bank atm to withdrawal money from sector 4, vaishali, ghaziabad of rs 2000 but transaction got failed but the amount is deducted from account and i wait for the credit till 24 hours but still it is not credited in my account, my account is 57839689

online transaction not happen on hdfc bank credit card

I have update my Credit card with your New Regalia card no. XXXX-60XX-XXXX-0942 in month of Mar'18 after then my card block due to AADHAR card upadate.
After update my AADHAR card with HDFC CC in month of July'18 now new problem facing with card.

hdfc bank cancellation of one assist membership

I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 5696 on date:17/10/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. Last time itself asked them to cancel this service but still continuing without my knowledge

I would like to get the refund and deactivate this service on urgent basis. Don't activate this type of service in future....

Being tired of pathetic customer services, on 5th of october i decided to close both my accounts with hdfc bank and accordingly submitted closure forms in sinhgad road, hingne khurd branch. Inspite of repeated follow ups and visits to branch, as on 25th oct account is yet to be closed and i am still begging for my money. Have sent emails but to no avail....
