I had provided all documents perfectly along with current year life certificate. Loan eas also granted yo 2.05 lacs ref no 63472877 disbursal stopped due to door locked. But my hdfc they had lockin petiod of 5 years. I need either to close the policy or loan disbursal. My point is the reason is silly they could have contacted flat secretary or nrihjbours who is staying there for long. Please consider this case sd top priority and ask them to disburse. Why unnessarily give tension to pendioners. I am obeyinh their hdfc policy rules 2 lacs is lying in hdfc indurance that too u cannot stay 24 hours in house. All my gobernment oriented letters are coming there right from ration card aadhar card pan card mobile sim card. As the flat is 38 yrs old it has to be renovated right from flooring. My husband id in us will come back after 6 month. At present my furniture and housejold goods are lying in someother place till renovation work is done my husbsnd does not eant to live me alone and told to stay in ladies hostel in gopalapuram so that i can visit and check renovation work. I came to hostel only last month and will be vacating after the renovation is over. I am also banker and had put 38 years of service in canara bank.. Till yesterday they told it will be disbursed and now some oyhet reason. My pass sheet is also in the same address. If you see my reason get the loan disburse by tuesday or else close my hdfc policy. Either one you have to do. That is also hdfc only dont say you are not related. My nlood pressure has shooted up for not disbursing. Og vourse it is a regular pension then why worry. Any way my 2 lacs is held up. Had that amount bren there i would have not opted for this loan. All the finds you block and make fool of customers. Either one should be done or else i have to go with high bp. Hoping positive reply.

    I got call from karan singh and yogita sharma [protected], [protected], [protected], person introduce himself from hdfc life insurance company. He told me about interest free loan against hdfc life classic assure plus policy plan. He is telling me he is senior manager of hdfc life insurance/loan dept. He told me about and convinced me fully on it.

    By several follow up with these people they convinced me to get 10 times of loan of insurance value at 0% interest for ten years. Ie-if i will paid 50000 then hdfc will give rs 500000 for 10 years with 0% interest and benefit of insurance policy will go to hdfc life.
    First it sounds good to ear and any one will attract to it. But be aware of such type of calls

    With the help of this forum, i would like to tell all people to not faith on such type of calls /offers.
    These people are third party vendor working for these banks and getting commission on each sell of products.
    Please be aware of such type of calls. One of my friend who has already taken a policy and he didn't get any loan after that.
    Now he is looking to close his policy but no one is helping him to return his first paid premium. And tack action which inevolve it and introduce himself from hdfc insurance company. O

    Dear Team, I understand what you saying But way did you not understand what I wanted to trying to said to your whole department of HDFC LIFE INSURANCE PLUS. This is all cheat with me with fake call of issue loan against policy. I know that the all agents which is make fake call to the costumers for make a policy and issue a loan against 0 % rate of interest and after that your agent which hire by you call to the costumers and make them fool for ending their free look period after that customer ask you about loan no loan of your policy you make fool with our department now you have only the one option please continues the policy which is Ok with you. I lastly requested to you please refund my first premium amount which happened with fake call.           Hi i am using hdfc credit card from 2016, i have failed to repay my credit card dues from past 2-3 months from aug 2018 reason cause i have lost my job and i'm currently looking for one. After a month of my missed due date few executives kept calling me in different number to my registered mobile number asking me to repay the dues, every time i explained them my situation that i have lost my job, give me some time to repay but no one understood or was ready to understand my concern instead they started harassing me through whatsapp texting me from different numbers and threatening me.in reply i told them please don't use whatapp to communicate instead call me to my registered number or email me then i immediately called up the hdfc credit card customer care and explained, they said me that this will not repeat again and took the details of the people who contacted me in whatsapp like there multiple numbers and told me that within evening our bangalore collection head will speak to you but the collection executive kept making voice call in whatsapp, saying that tell me where you are now, i'm coming with 4 other people to meet you and more than 4 to 5 people had contacted me saying that i'm hdfc manager from richmond circle branch and i'm dealing your case. I always told them that give me some more will repay and always responded to the calls but now the collection executive is saying that we are from collection department so we can use whatapp and facebook to communicate and come to your address and loot things and even he said that i will be using these to catch you, do whatever you can do. Non of the executive told me the real name of them. So i am planning to put complaint in consumer court cause i'm worried about my safely.
          Please do reply me within 24 hours.
          I have all the details and screenshots of the executives who harassed me through whatsapp.

            food plus meal card

            Hi,

            I have been unable to use my food card ever since its been credited with the current month's allowance. There is no option to register a query or complaint in such a scenario. I am unable to check the status over the ivr because there is no such opton available. Everytime i swipe my food card, it shows declined.

            I do not see any reason why i am unable to use it at the applicable merchants (Online or pos)....

            We have cancelled our credit card in sep month but the branch again issued another credit card without our consent and knowledge and harassing us insisting to break the credit card after receiving through post and submit it in branch

            Since 2013 my account is being debited with 17rs every quarter for-inst alert chg inc gst, i want explaination for these charges of it is base less refund all the amounts charged evry quarter

            Please assist in providing information if not it may be addressed in ombudsman.

              Actually in my hdfc salary account has been automatically converted into savings account, this things even though i don't know 09/11/2018 i saw in my a/c there is 708 rs has been debited and entry is amb chrg incl gst after that i called to hdfc saving account department and customer care and debit card department but no use they are encouraging this type of prods, amb charg incl gst for oct 2018- mir[protected]

                My salary account (In hdfc bank green park dehi) was created in my last company (Riga food phase-1 okhla new delhi), so once i left the company. Now my salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account (Without informing me or warning me) in the month of march i had called customer care and raised a request to close my account as i did not want to use the account and they did say that they will follow up with the request and close the account. After that i never logged (Because my pervious mobile number has been lost and online user id also blocked) and i see that i have rs -650/- (Monthly) deducting in my account. I don’t have any source to income so how can i pay this amount. Also i cannot come in this branch, so what to do? My company open this account, that time hdfc bank peoples said that this is the zero balance account. I request you to please take action against this bank.. They have no right what so ever to do whatever they want without informing the customer

                  Hi team,
                  I had taken loan of amount 2 lakh via customer contact centre throught call. But executive explaind me with different emi amount and on that basis i took loan. But when i received statement amount was higher and hdfc bank told nothing can be done. Floor supervisor and mr santosh deputy manager working from 7 yrs told nothing is there in his hand after been found wrong of his team mate.
                  First day 12 october request no : [protected]
                  I received call saying that excutive gave correct emi amount.
                  I have sent a call record then he accepted that he was in fault.
                  But he told nothing can be done as manager. He dont have any rights to change.
                  Executive told me amount 5246 appx amount and statement which i received is 5446 appx amount. And when i tally i pay amount near by to 10k extra. And mr santosh and kamlesh i guess both tried me to convince to pay these amount inspite of having wrong information given to customer.
                  Didnt even gave single option where customer can be satisfied. As banker he dont have any authority why is he sitting on place of manager. I told to escalate he told this is last level of escalation.

                  So i need justice and dont want injustice. I want to complain against hdfc bank team both manager and escalation team for delaying issue and not giving proper resolution to customer.

                  Now team is asking me call record for no reason. I have shared n no of times still team is asking me.

                        Cancellation of one assist membership
                        I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- and 500 from my credit card number ending with 3349 without my concern on date:13/10/2017 and 19/10/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1399/-. Snd 500/-

                            I came to know that my saving account has been debited for rs. 118.00 on 09/11/18 towards adhoc stmt chgs incl gst 210118-mir[protected] without any information. I don’t remember going to any branch for requesting any statement. When i reach to customer care they cant provide proper solution.

                              Hi - My credit card was compromised in July 2018 and there were 2 transactions made with my card by Paytm Noida for a total of approximately Rs. 19, 000. I have been contacting HDFC customer service with little to no help and this has not been resolved yet. They are also charging me for this every month. Despite being a valued customer, I am going through lot of mental agony to get this resolved. Can someone please help me with this?

                                Hi,
                                I'd applied for credit card at HDFC and process went smoothly and verification done at my office and residence place.
                                Few days later received a message saying " we have completed processing your credit card application please check status after two days "
                                But when I checked out my status it's showing disapproved. It was my first credit card application have no loans to be paid and I don't understand the reason behind rejection after all process is done.
                                Kindly let me know the valid reason.

                                    Hi team,

                                    My name is ijas shaikh was having salary a/c with hdfc bank. Unfortunately i resigned from the company due to family problems. My salary a/c is converted from corporate account to regular account, now it is not zero balance account. Unnecessary it is costing me 600 fine. I gave application to east street branch camp pune mentioning each and every thing. Spoke to the executive miss pooja. It is more than a two months account is not closed yet.

                                    I again visited the branch pooja said it is awaiting approval to waive off the negative balance.

                                    It is not my fault, i am taking the initiative to close the account unnecessarily every month costing fine.

                                    Request you to close the account on priority as already we are going through financial crisis.

                                      My wife hena Arif account number [protected] in hdfc darbhanga..Bihar ...never applied for a credit card...but we received a credit card ...why???????... It's a bad policy ... when I contacted the bank they are saying ...pls give application...I gave application ...then they say ..you have to consult customer care...and you have to fill a form ...I am tortured now by this type of cheaper and mean attitude by hdfc people ... shameful act we are very old customers ...not only one whole family ...8 account...we will close all
