I hold a gold credit card with a limit of 81000/-. ICICI bank suddenly increased the limit to 300000/- without my consent and fradulent trasaction happened on my card...I had been complaining about this issue since quite some time.Instead of resolving the issue collection manager Nisha, Danish kumar and Akash gaikwad(hope those were their original names) from JB nagar branch mumbai have been making nasty threatening calls to ma and using abusive language.They had 2 men follow me everywhere. As i am a female and i travel alone, I have lodged NC no-317/09 at samata nager police station.inspecter Shinde advised me to get them to the police station if i feel someone is following me.Besides doing this Nisha calls me from[protected] and talks nasty things and abuses me. Please advise.

    Dear Sir,

    This is really unfortunate that ICICI Bank cheating most of their customer who are already availed home loan option.

    I took 18 L INR (floating rate of interest) from ICICI Bank and my EMI was started in the year of Mar 2005 and prior to that I have also paid their so called Pre-EMI as well. However, since 36 months I have been paying in the rate of 12.75, 13 and now 16.25% and 2 months a go they also increased .5% as well, yesterday I got a letter from ICICI Bank saying that they are decreasing .5% and I believe it is nothing but an eye washing, as we all know RBI's instruction to the all bank to decrease their respective home loan interest and I believe all most all the bank done the same except ICICI Bank.

    Moreover, they also stated that I have to give 294 tenure and my EMI will be 16212, if I could calculate correctly 16212 * 294 = 4766328 + 500000(last 36 months) =5266328, so, I have to pay near about 35 L more.

    Would appreciate if ICICI Bank could let me know why I should pay so much of extra amount and what maximum rate of interest they are looking for.

    ICICI Home Loan — home loan tenure & ROi increase

    I would like to share the problem i faced with ICICI bank regarding home loan. I took the loan from ICICI bank in the month of apr 08 for 19 lakhs, for the tenure of 240 months ( for 20years ) & monthly EMI was Rs 18, 970 at that time R.O.I (rate of interest ) was10.5% in june itself again ROI increased to 11.25% & from july ROI became 12% . This was not informed to us . Two weeks back i went to icici bank & i asked about my tenure then they told it was 683( 58years ) . Then really i got shock . I asked them why you were not informed to us till now .They told we sent to all .
    Is ithis is correct ?
    Can I fight with icici about this issue ?
    Now the RBI has decreased the ROI but icici was not reduce till today
    Is there any solution for this ?
    If any one know the solution can you guide me ?
    How the government is accepting this type of rules in icici bank?

    ICICI Home Loan — ICICI Home Loan installment tenure

    My Home Loan Number is : LBBNG[protected]
    Number of Months : 240
    Laon Amount : 19 lacs
    Availed : July 2006 at a rate of 8% ( Special offer for Corporate Employees)

    I have availed the loan of 19 lacs from ICICI home loan at 8% and started paying the installment from July 2006 onwards, But suddenly they have incresed the interest by 0.5 % from next month with out any notice, and gradually increse it now to 12% and they are not intimating to me.

    Also they have increased the tenure from 240 months to 327 Months, if i call them they are not expalining properly, as per them we will have to pay the loan through out the life.

    Also it is noticed that when ever the government increase the ROI, they increase on the same day/month, and if the govt decrease the ROI, they 2 to 3 months to reduce it.

    Kindly help us, we are not clear what is happening.

    As per the statement recieved by them, if i am paying 19500 as the EMI the principle amount is Rs 505 and the rest is the interest amount..

      ICICI is carrying out a major fraud in the name of its reward points program. The points on the card gets transferred to something called as i-mints. No prior confirmation is asked from the customer regarding the transfer. The items on the i-mints redemption list cost more than double the points in the ICICI card redemption list. The customer is forced to pay extra if s/he wants to redeem the points. This is big-time fleecing of the customers. What is the use of gathering reward points this way?

        This is to inform you that there were 3 fraudulent transactions which were transacted from my credit card the value is Rs. 25000 approx, i immediately complained in the call centre and after half and hour conversation i was been informed that the transactions are been reversed and they will not charge me. Also the card was also blocked and they send me a new card they noted by no. for all the future correspondence. They had informed that there will be investigation which will be carried and i will be informed about that but there was not a single phone call from the Bank. They told me to fax the letter i was trying to fax it the same night but there was continuos error and was not able to send the fax at all. The next day i immediately had mailed them the details again and they asked me to scan the letter and send it on mail i had done that also but then later on when i checked the estatement on my mail i found that they didnot reversed the transaction and they had charged me in my current bill i am sending mail but no one is replying to me and no one is bothered to do that.

        The concern person didnt even informed to me before checking the status and my service request no. is still pending.

        I think it is not safe to use icici credit cards as there are fradulent transations and no one is bothered to reply nor help the customer. It is not my fault and unnecessary i need to get into the resolving the issues.

        If some one can guide me the right place where i can complain of Icici bank. Please revert at the earliest.

        I have also been victimized as Dipen. I have also followed the same steps what he has done, but there is no response from ICICI bank. My transacted amount is around Rs. 9500/- but now the bill amount after so much interest is around Rs. 19000/- after 2 and 1/2 years.

          I had an outstanding of around Rs 4600 against my credit card which is due on 25th Jan 2009. I have paid through net banking Rs 3000 on 12th Jan09 which is debited from my account on 13th Jan 2009 and another Rs1600+ on 21st Jan 2009. Since 12th Jan 2009, I have got around 100 calls till date asking for paymnet details . We have confirmed everytime but in Vain . I had confirmed from ICICI phone banking yesterday night around 9 pm and it was confirmed that it is received. Today around 2.40 pm I have got a call from Delhi ICICI centre from Ms.Poonam asking for payment again.

          I am fed up with this and want to know the reason of this communication GAP between card departmrnt and recovery cell. This is highly derogatry and I take an objection to it very seriously . I need that recovery cell of ICICI should act more responsibly in future and their head should revert back with appology . Also the statement should be amended before next billing

            I am emi credit card holder. intially you have told that whatever you purhase you have to pay 2000/-as emi . Iam paying regularly but itwill not rerflect in my account andi always find that the balance ammount is not reducedat all .i woldf loke to close my a/c.             I was holding Credit Card No. [protected] which got expired on Jan 2009. In lieu of this I was sent a credit Card No. [protected] vide your letter dated December 13, 2008. Though the letter is addressed to me the new credit card numbered as above is in the name of Mrs. Sandhya Deepak Madan, my wife.

            Please let me know why the card is not in my name. How can I use my wife's card as I am using the credit card extensively, my wife being a house wife. Please also let me know whether you will be sending the new credit card in my name and if yes when can you sent it at the earliest.

            i havenot recived my creadit card statement for the mounth.when due date is crosed you charge intrest and fine.pl send it fast so i can make my payment before due date.

            ICICI Bank Credit Card — ALREADY PAID PAYMENT THEY CONVERTED INTO EMI'S

            I USED CARD FOR US DHS OF 4191.19 ON DATE OF 09/07/2007 THAT MONTH Total Amount Due was 17, 069.31/- Due on 19 Aug 2007 and I am paid 17, 070/- vide Ch.No. 304706 14/08/2007 Syndicate Bank and also that cheque was Cleared on 17th Aug 2007 ( I saw in Next Month Bill ), But The Bank Was converted this Amount By EMI, s, I called Call Centre They told me you dont pay That Amount and also you deduct that amount From Present Bill, and we also reverse the same. But they Ded not reverse the amount and they rese the Interest Charges & Service Tax. some Days After ICICI Bank Executive Came My Office and he has talked with their Medem and she would Also talked me and pramise me reversel the interest charges and you utilize the card as usel, At the Same time I am Paid 20, 110/- Dated On 24/01/2009 By Syndicate Bank It wes Cleared On 27/01/2009. My Card No Was [protected] And My PH. No .[protected] & [protected], [protected].
            Dear Sir,

            I am your customer having credit card No. [protected], in this card some purchasing and late payment amount of Rs-27000/- is outstanding and is coming to be pending coming since two to three years. Due to my poor financial conditions I am not able to pay total this amount in one shot also I am paying Rs 1370/- per month as the interest charge of the outstanding payment for the last two years and almost 25000/- have been paid so far by me.
            So I request that please convert my outstanding payment worth Rs 25000/- in easy installments so that I may able to pay monthly so that I may not suffer so much from interest charges. I have already talked to customer care, but the response coming from them is not satisfactory. Thereby, I intervene you in this matter kindly help as I am the very old customer and have done thousands of transactions.

              This is in response to the harrasement that your executive(Ganesh & Kunal(Team Lead) Bhandup Branch as per the details provided by them) is doing since last 3-4 weeks.

              Let me brief you of the details.

              I have droped the cheque(Amt Rs. 2877/-) for my Dec.2008 statement 3-4 days befoure my due date at my office ICICI bank ATM(where I always drop).
              This was not deposited by the bank for some reason (I was not intimated or communicated). Is this my mistake?
              The payment was due for the month of Dec.2008.

              From last week of Dec.2008, I started receiving the calls from Mr. Ganesh:

              Even after telling him I will do the payment before the due date(15-Jan-09). Which I had already made by the cheque(Rs. 5800/- for Dec. 2008 & jan.2009) and also is updated with the bank.
              Bust again the same issue. Cheque is not deposited which was again not intimated. I came to know on 19-Jan-09 and when I called to report the complement of these agents.

              on the same day I made online payment. But again the details are not updated with them.

              on 20-jan I again received the call from Ganesh for the same reason. I did not provide him any details asked him to contact ICICI bank.
              Now since last 2 days, just receiving blank & mis calls from the above numbers continuasly.
              I had reported the same 3 times at with bank help line & the supervisors.

              I am warning you last time, if this kind of behaviour keeps on continuing I will stop any kind of payment and would like to settle stuff in the court and would file a case of moral harrasement. If you want to block my card do it. I am really frasteted with this kind of harrasement.

              Please look into the matter as I am planning to take a serious complain with the nearest police station.

              I am keeping the document version and would be submitting this to all the leading newspaper and will highlight the issues of collection agency to all the leading newspaper.

              Please take some corrective action against the collection agency, who are spoiling ICICI's name.

              I am receiving calls last many days from this no. [protected] morning 10.00 to 11.00 a.m. on my cell I don't know who is this person calling again and again if know plse send me on my e-mail id
              I got a call from one of the above numbers telling me to repay my loan. I was wondering what the hell. I have not taken any loan. Heck I dont even have a ICICI credit card. Just a bank account with them. I have got the call twice and I have told them its the wrong number. Once more I get a call, I will move court and sue them for this behavior. ICICI sucks. Don't ever open an account with them.

                Hi,

                My name is Joseph Cherian Panackal, from Mumbai.

                In the month of May 2008, I contacted Mr. Irfan Ansari from Patel Motors, Mira Road East, mob. No. [protected], and had a deal to purchase a Bajjaj Avenger 200cc bike, I paid him a down payment of Rs. 25000 in 3 parts by June 1st 2008, He filled the application form for me and applied for a bike loan of Rs. 51482.00 . And the delivery of the bike was verbally promised to be on 13th June, and Mr. Irfan started giving excuses and convinced me to extend the delivery date to first week of July 2008. (I do not have any grievances against Mr. Irfan Patel because he has refunded my down payment)

                My first EMI was deducted on 5th July 2008, and I called ICICI phone banking on tel no. [protected], I inquired about the loan whether it was approved or not, the representative said that he is creating a request and forwarding it and that I will be receiving a call back within 48 hrs, and there was no call for the next 4 days, I had to call ICICI once again to check about my request and the representative said that the loan amount has been disbursed to Alto Motors, I asked for the telephone no. for Alto Motors and the representative said that they do not have that on their records, I contacted Mr. Irfan Ansari from Patel motors and he gave me excuses of personal problems like death of a Family member and I agreed to take the delivery of the bike in the First week of August.

                My second EMI was deducted on 5th August 2008. Patel Motors was shut down and Mr. Irfan Ansari was absconding and he stopped using his sim, so I could not reach him by phone, I called back ICICI and requested them to cancel my loan or give me the no. for Alto motors, the representative said that he is escalating this matter and that I will get a call back in the next 48 hours, on telling him that this is that same thing that the last representative said and asked him if there is any thing that I can do to speed things up, He asked me to personally visit the JB Nagar branch of ICICI, I wanted to stop payment of the ECS of and emi for Rs. 2029 on every 5th of the month for the next 3 years. He said that I would have to contact my bank account, I first went to my branch at Mind Space and they said that they cannot cancel the ECS for an ICICI loan and redirected me to ICICI JB Nagar branch. That day someone called me stating that he is from ICICI from no. [protected] and informed me that Mr. Irfan Ansari was absconding and that I have to go to the ICICI branch to get my loan cancelled.

                I went to the JB Nagar Branch and the waited for my turn to speak to a representative, and she said that ICIC has disbursed the amount to Alto Motors in June 2008, and did not have the contact no. for Alto Motors, which is ridiculous, and returned the acknowledgement sr no. 09768146, and she gave the names of Miss Tanya Paul and Mr. Vishal Pawar after searching for a long time and after speaking to her colleagues and said that she was a manager of bike loans, and at the back she wrote Alto Motors, Jitendra Bhatia, Vishal, Vinayak Pawar, T20166. I called[protected] and spoke to Miss Tanya Paul and she was surprised and said that she was just a call center employee. This was very frustrating and I have to travel back to JB Nagar Branch and this time the lady in the reception refused to give me an appointment and redirected me to the ICICI Mahalaxmi branch, I had lost faith on ICICI so I requested her to give it to me in writing because I do not want to be redirected back here from the Mahalaxmi branch. So she gave me a Xerox copy of a few branches and ticked the Mahalaxmi branch and wrote bike loan cancellation on that paper and gave it to me.

                The next day I went to Mahalaxmi and the lady in the reception as I expected it to be redirected me to J.B Nagar branch, I informed her about my frustration and also showed her the Xerox copy given by the JB Nagar branch and she apologized and asked me to wait for a while and that she would be escalating this to her manager, after waiting for a few minutes someone came and gave me the no. of Mr. Hiren Desai the Sales Manager, he apologized for the inconvenience and asked me to call Mr. Hiren Desai on mob no. [protected]. and this was on fist week of September and I had already paid 3 EMIs expecting something to happen before each EMI.

                So I called Mr. Hiren Desai, he said that he would call me in a few minutes after checking the details. He called me in a few minutes and gave me the no. for Alto Motors no. [protected] and told me that he will also inquire about this and not to worry and that he will help me towards a resolution.

                I called Alto Motors and they said that they will check and sms me the details, they sent me an sms on 16th September 2008, It contained the following : -

                Payment detail paid to sai service chq no. 101756, dt, 4/06/08 chq amt. 49203/-
                Chq clear dt. 7/6/08

                So the next day I went to Sai Service with the above details and they said that they did receive this chq. But it did not have any reference to my name or my loan account no. and that 2 different dealers Patel Motors and Speed Motors have taken 2 bajaj bikes on that amount.

                So I called back Alto Motors to follow up and he requested me to wait for some time and he will get me more details and then the next evening he conference the call with Mr. Jeetu from Sai Services, Mr. Jeetu gave me his no. [protected] and requested me to call him after 2 days as he was out of Bombay, So I called him and he gave me the same information that I got from my visit to Sai Services.

                So I called back Mr. Hiren Desai and he said that I need to contact ICICI customer service and raise an SR. and that he will be getting all my details on his table and that he will get it resolved. I called back ICICI customer care and asked them about the progress of my SR no. and the Rep said that the matter was escalated and they were looking on it. This was again ridiculous.

                So I went back to the JB Nagar branch and gave a written application to 27 September 2008 and a lady from the collections team signed a copy of it stating received and the date and said that they will inquire about it and get back to me. And I waited for a week and nothing happened, so I had to go back to ICICI bank and as I had expected they had misplaced my application letter and asked me to get the copy of it and call on some no. which no one used to pick up.

                So I was totally fedup by the response I was getting from ICICI bank, and I had to forcibly remove all the money from my bank account to avoid the ECS deduction of RS 2029, and I waited for some followup from the side of ICICI, then they began a series of calls on my cell phone, 3 times a day, asking me to pay the dues, and I had to repeat the same thing to each and every one and every one said that they are updating it on their computer but every day the person who used to call me would say the same thing and I was feeling harassed, and frustrated about the fact that ICICI is not ready to help me and there is some kind of SCAM.

                On 11th Jan 2009 I got a service call from ICICI an IVR voice said that my details will be uploaded on Sybil website. This was all the more frustrating and I got an sms from[protected], stating “pls call” so I called on this no. and I spoke to a person and he said that he understands the whole thing and said that he will escalate the matter and some one will be calling me in the next 2 days, and instead of a call what I got was a legal notice to add up to the embarrassment and harassment and frustration.

                In the legal notice no. ic/t/tw lrn/lot_20/1247. there was a no. of Mr. Sanjeev mob no. [protected], And to my surprise it also had the enging no. and chasis no. which was not in the records of ICICI even in December 2009, I have no idea how this happened and what SCAM is going on. Engine no. 2206, Chasis no. 1932
                I called Mr. Sanjeev and explained him every thing and he seemed to be understanding and polite and apologetic and asked me to call back ICIC phone banking and to give ask them if they have done anything on my SR.

                I called Phone banking with my old SR no. and they still said that they have escalated the matter and some one will be calling me so I asked him about the legal notice and he made a note of it and I also asked him if I have to go to the consumer court and he called me back at 9:15 pm that day and said that he has escalated the matter and that a manger will be calling me the next day 2 days have passed now.

                All I want is a resolution to this problem, I am not a defaulter, I have one more personal loan from another ICICI bank of Rs. 1 lac. and have been religiously paying the EMI for the last 2 years and I am looking forward to pay the rest of the EMIs. But for the bike loan I do not intend to pay any thing and request you to get this problem resolved for me. I am really sad and frustrated that ICICI bank does not have a system to protect its client from a well planned SCAM.

                I had a two wheeler loan with ICICI bank... I paid all the dues... but I dint recieve the NOC...When I checked with bank representative..he said he said there are 2 check bounces.. But I paid the loan amount for those check bounces on the respective months..I requested for waver of those check bounce charges... But that representative spoke very roudly saying we will not give waver... If you want NOC just pay the charges or to go out... I request you arrange for a waver and to send NOC

                  I am one od the defaulter of ICICI bank and i have been send a letter for the same and my savings accounts (2) has been blocked for the same. Then i have been told not to pay some of the ammount (i.e., 10% of the ammount), then when i paid the same, i have called the colletion dept manager (who has told this thing 10% deduction) he says that i have never said that and in turn you have told me before paying the ammount. Then i have called up customer care and they always log a service request for everything and nothing works. A complaint and a service request has been logged for the same and no progress and not even the user has been noticed about the progress.

                  Then when i try to call the CollectionDept manager - he always avoid and he will be laughing over phone and i hear the voice of him chit chatting in his mother toungue and i have been told that he is in a very important conference. Then after making the remaining payment when i call him, he says to contact Customer care. when i call Customer care again as usual, they give me another service request number that my account will be linked in 2 working days (i.e., when ever ICICI bank employees work that is no day) again when i call after 2 working days, now i am getting anothere service request for the same and i have been told that there is no service requests on my name.

                  This is what is ICICI bank! so please dont keep faith and huge money with ICICI bank, the service and the employees are very pathetic ( pathetic is the word which is very less for their service)

                  Please if some one can help me in this regards, since my savings account has been blocked i am not able to do any transactions and money

                  I am credit Card holder of ICICI. during the issue of the card ICICI Bank has promised to pay utility payment will be done directly to concern authorities. For this, ICICI Bank credit card debited to my account as annual fees.Only one month they have paid the bills. After that the have not paid the same. This I have came to know latter. by this time I have slaped fine for non payment by concern authority. I never expected this kind of attitude from ICICI.Even though I am sincerly paying back my dues.
                  I have decided that here after not to pay my outstanding untill unless settle the issue by bank.
                  Reaching to customer care is very dificulty in nowdays. Most of the time Bank web site are not at all giving proper information. Web pages are not opening. Poor response from bank.

                  I decided not to pay, then only bank will response.

                      I was in touch with one Mr.Sreedhar and Mr.Raghuvendra of BIDADI Branch, Bangalore who deal in loan against gold ornaments.

                      They called me with the ornaments to their Branch at around 3:30 stating that the appraiser will reach at 4:00 from Mandya(Since, the Bidadi branch appraiser was on leave and this was not told to us).

                      Firstly, that place was new to me and they told me it is hardly 30 mins drive from BTM which was a big lie. Any how i reach the branch after travelling 45kms and taking lot of pain.

                      I reached at 4:00 and Mr.Raghavendra (employee) reached at 4:30 after me? Instead of greeting and apologizing first he just asked for my photo and address proof and when i was trying to tell him something he was not at all listening and had no respect for customer at all.

                      after sometime when i asked about appraiser he said he will come in 15mins. He filled the forms and he took his helmet and left the place without informing anything to us.

                      We waited for about 2 hours till 6:15pm however there was no sign of Mr.Raghavendra and Appraiser. Finally i called him ti ask about the appraiser he ignored the call.

                      FInally i left the place in anger with my wife. Ther was no sign of Appraiser as well? Moreover, that place is not safe to travel late night with family?

                      Neither Mr.Sreedhar and Mr.Raghuvendra had no courtsey to call and ask what happen?This is bull ?

                      They have no respect for customer who are coming from such a long distance of almost 50kms and leaving without getting their work done.

                      When i called them after reaching home they were cool and asking me come again. This is pathetic.

                      These guys are not professional and they are spoiling the name of ICICI Bank.

                      They should learn to respect Customer and should know how to communicate with them. They are worried about their commission only?

                      Now, i am getting that loan from HDFC Bank. No more dealing with ICICI bank?

                        I have deposited ICICI bank draft at ICICI bank, 21 KG Marg N Delhi on 15 sep 08. My DDA application no is 748434. I have not been allotted house in the draw. I have still not got the refund. On asking my base bank I have been told to visit ICICI bank Home finance company and elusive of any details. I had deposited a blank crossed cheque of my ICICI saving acct. The refund amount could have been easily electronically transferred back to my account but the bank is engaging in delaying tactics and enjoying credit of 1.5 L .
                        My base branch is with ICICI bank, shivaji nagar Pune[protected]. I can not keep visiting ICICI banks home finance division in Delhi. The mail I have received from my bank in this regard is enclosed.

                        Pl help in getting my early payment with all dues.. and take appropriate action against ICICI bank for their delaying tactics.

                        I had applied for DDA Housing scheme, my form no. is 0439807. I have not got my refund yet of 1.5 lacs. I used to stay at House No. 32, sector -34, Ashoka Enclave-1, Top Floor, Faridabad and recently have moved to Chandigarh. I contacted ICICI bank, Green Park Branch for my Cheque and they said it has been dispatched at my Faridabad's address and I should contact the courier service, when I contacted the courier service, the concerned person, Mr.Vikas told me that he will send the cheque to my Chandigarh address which is #1082, sector 19B, First Floor, Chandigarh. I still have not received my cheque, I contacted the courier service again and Mr.Vikas asked me to contact the courier company's customer service and they told me that they dont have the cheque and it has been sent back to ICICI bank. Please let me know the status of my cheque as this is ridiculous, I expect the bank to have complete details about the date of dispatch and PODs respectively.

                        Please help, I need the money and let me know where is my money and how to get it back? Do not call me on my delhi number since I have moved.

                          Still not got the refund from ICICI Bank. They say that the refund cheque courier is undelivered and I need to collect it from Green Park Branch. I have received a similar courier from HDFC Bank.

                          Nobody picks up the phone from Green Park Branch. I deposited the money in Anand Vihar Branch since I have an account in this branch.

                          Ideally they should transfer the money directly to my account, but they are simply harassing me and raking interest illegally.

                          I will soon close my bank account with ICICI and open an account with some other Bank.

                          ICICI BANK has shattered my trust of 6 years. They are doomed .

                          ICICI & DDA — Refund of Deposit against DDA housing scheme 2008

                          I had put an application for the DDA housing scheme 2008 vide application no. 753523 on 16th September. I was not lucky enough to get an allotment. DDA has assured that banks will refund deposits of all un allotted with in a weeks time after the draw on 16th Dec. ICICI a known cheat in the banking area, made a DD dated 18th December but despatched only after 5th Jan'09. There is a clear 18 days difference between the date of DD and despatch. I have received the DD today which can be submited for clearance only tomorrow, which will ensure ICICI enjoying the credit of Rs. 150000/- for an additional 20 days ( Even at 8 % interest, it would get atleast Rs. 800/ case).

                          I am at lose of interest for these 20 days. I don't know where to approach. I don't have faith in ICICI. Please help me in this.
                          ICICI and DDA have'nt refunded my security amount of 1.5 L till yet, form no 9357261. Pls advise how to proceed, have called up DDA vikas sadan and green park branch several times, but no results. thinking of going to consumer forum/ court.

                          I have not received my refund of DDA from no 0523162 deposited at AXIS Bank..even after a month of the draw.. all eforts to conatct AXIS bank are futile.. the Tel NO[protected] is either not working or not attended... What a height of ineficiency:

                          ICICI Bank — DDA refund of deposit money

                          I am Inder Paul Mittal, I have applied in DDA housing scheme named ‘2008 housing scheme’ having an application no: 9259450, but I haven’t got into the list of successful application so I am expected a refund of my caution deposit money of Rs 1, 50, 000. Which I should have got by 31st Dec 2008 but haven’t got yet. As per DDA, money will be disbursed from Nodal branch ICICI bank Ltd. S-26-28, Green Park Extn, New Delhi-16.
                          I haven’t received any cheque or draft till now from ICICI bank. Please, let me know the status of my money.

                            Please note we have been dealing with ICICI bank NRI services and hold demat and PIns trading account with them for last couple of years, it was put to our njotice that due to heavy rains of 26th July 2007 our documents were destroyed and we need to resubmit all our documents.Please note we have resubmitted all our required documents and even met Mr.Yatin Pagare in ICICI mahalxmi branch on 30th November 2008 who assured us that the account will be reactivated within 10 working days.Its been more then 45 days now we had been chasing and calling them several times but till date they have not done anything.The account is blocked since almost one and half years and we feel really anguished on such kind of horrible behaviour fromone of the leading bank of india. We look forward for your support as we have lost almost 50% of our share value at the time of purchase.

Now our family consists of an asthmatic mother, an unmarried epileptic daughter and a mal nutritioned kid sister. Yet I do not want to press charges against the inhuman treatment meted out and leave the judgment to the Almighty.

                                Home Loan Interest Rate was 11.0%


                                2. Due to hike in PLR or CLR ICICI Bank has increased my interest rate to 12.0%.


                                3. Due RBI has reduced the PLR and CLR and ICICI Bank has not reduced my Home Loan Interest rate, I thought to transfer this loan from some other bank regarding the same I contacted to Mr. KhemChand in October 2007 for providing me his loan closing statements. So I can show that letter to other bank and I could get low Interest rate loan.


                                4. That time I came to know that Mr. Khemchand (Sellar) was paying the EMI on his home and top-up both loans. Then I and Mr. Khemchand have contacted to bank, we met Mr. Vikas Chowdhary (Area Operation Manger) regarding this issue.


                                5. As Per Mr. Vikas, Bank was not able to close Mr. Khemachand’s home loan account as they have forgotten to deduct the his top up loan money from My new Home Loan amount. Due to this reason the property papers was not transferred to my home loan account. I have shocked as legally I am the owner of that property and as per bank I have no roll on property I am just paying the EMI for nothing.


                                I have discussed the same many times with Mr. Vikas, but I did not get any proper response from his side and the situation of the issue still same for me.


                                Mr. Khemchand has to pay EMI for 5 years, as remaining period for his top-up loan. Till that I can not sell or transfer my property to any body.

                                As per Indian law I am the owner of the property and bank is not showing the same then why I am paying the EMI.



                                6. Finally I requested to Mr. Vikas Chwdhary in March 2008 that please let me know if I can get benefit for reduce Home Loan Interest Rate. Then he facilitate me by reducing the interest rate to 10.5% from 12.0% on my primary loan by paying 0.5% principal amount of my primary loan.


                                As per ICICI Bank I would not able to avail the facility of interest rate reduction on my top-up loan due to it is top-up loan it is not a home loan. So my top-up loan interest rate was 12.0% only.


                                7. Parallel I also lodge official compliant for my issue as my property papers has not been transferred to my account on 14th March 2008. (SR[protected]


                                8. I am following this issue at every level with ICICI Bank, till date ICICI Bank is not able to resolve this issue.


                                As above sequence of event, I would like to know that why bank has not resolving my issue?


                                Being Customer I am harassed by both sides as I can not transfer my loan to different bank as my paper is not transferred to my account and also I am paying the Interest rate and also paying the high interest rate as 12.00% where else other banks are offering around 10.00%.


                                I feel fully cheated by bank in both ways. In such scenarios should I should have taken legal help.


                                You requested to take necessary action on priority as I am being harassed by bank.

                                  Dear Sir/ Madam,
                                  This is in referance with my communication with ICICI bank customer care center. Request IDs are: 1) 'ICICICARE=[protected]' level1complaint/ Savings Account
                                  2) 'ICICICARE=[protected]' Fund Transfer

                                  Complaint in brief is:
                                  Mistakenly I had transferred money (RS. 2210.00) to Mr. Vishal Kulkarni- Account No:[protected] on 11-Oct-2008.
                                  I had also given a written application to revert this transaction at Bund garden office branch (dated 26-Oct-2008).
                                  In spite of following several times with the bank; I am getting the same answer: " We have sent an authority letter to concerned person to deduct his account, Once we get the authorization letter the transaction shall be reversed."
                                  I am unable to understand why bank is taking so much time to complete this process. For e. g. Bank manages to send a forgotten password to it's customer within a weeks time or so...In my case considering the communication to be two way and giving some buffer perod of 1-2 weeks the process should have completed by this time.
                                  Moreovere bank is not updating me on the current status.
                                  I think bank is not taking this issue seriously.
                                  I request your help to resolve this matter as early as possible.

                                    I have submitted an application for DDA Flats scheme 2008 at ICICI Bank Meera Bagh Branch at Delhi Vide Application No 0498048 alongwith pay order No 373226 from Corporation bank of an amount of Rs 150000/- Dated 12/09/2008.
                                    ECS clearance was opted by me but the refund has not been transfered to my account till date.
                                    Therefore you are requested to transfer the same alongwith one month interest.

                                      i have opened a current account in ur bank and my account nmber is[protected]
                                      when i opened the account i was informed that it is a 0 balance current account since it was supposed to be used for credit card swiping machine
                                      and was also told that there will be no charges as such for debit card annual mainteance charge or any check leaf charges

                                      i have used the account just for 2 -3 times just to withdraw the amount deposited in the account, and i came to know that there has been approx RS 550/- has been debited from my acccount as check leaf charges debit acrd chages, etc, etc, and also i cameto know that the account is not 0 balance account it is Rs 5000/- min bal acount

                                      i enquired about the same with the RM who helped me open the account he enquired and informed me that there was a mistake dont from his end that the executive who filled the form by mistake took my signature on rs 5000 account and not on 0 balance account
                                      so its not my fault and why should i bear the losss

                                      iam very much dissatisfied with the promises and showing some picture and give me some other picture
                                      i do not wish to anymore continue the current account coz iots is of no use to be anyhow i have lost 550 rupees just for noothing without using it
                                      now i want to close the accouynt and i wanted to do so since the first month but the bank is telling me to pay charges for the same

                                      as i have already beared a loss and why shoul i pay some some, for the services which i have not used

                                      Mysel[censored]mesh sharma stated that I have my account No ANWB[protected] with your bank at Panchkula Branch;Showroom No 6, Sector 11 Panchkula Haryana-134109.

                                      I have given the request at this branch on dated 2 March, 2009 to start internet banking on above mentioned Account No.(Acknowledge receipt with me for the same)

                                      On dated[protected]Sunday) i am out of station and i have required money urgently but my ATM card not working, machine give the message" yur ATM card blocked".I contact immediately to the customer care centre regarding tis issue and got the information that your ATM card blocked after getting the request (Request NoSR[protected] from your side on dated 06-03-09 although i have not gone the bank on this date.As per their convesation your card blocked, card cannot be unblocked and new card dispatched on 07-03-09 and you have given the payment of 206/- INR for this.



                                      On dated 08-03-09 i am at airport and got such shameful that doesnt happen with me till date.

                                      If such problem occured then this is shameful for such a big bank.

                                      Secondly i am not given any payment for issuance of new ATM card(i have my ATM card which is valid up to 06/16 ) because i have not given any request;its your fault.



                                      So kindly look into the matter and revert back ASAP.
