They have told on telephone but nobody came

I Have an account with you hacving Number[protected] I have received acall on my mobile no [protected] on Saturday the 6th of December 2008 at about Noon. The caller was calling from [protected]. He was offering me ICICI Credit Card. He said sombody in Mumbai would come at 5-6 pm. I kept on waiting. No body Came. I would like to know

Fraud smsNcash feature

Do not use, ICICI Bank's recently introduced smsNcash feature. They do not send the money to the recipient and they just deduct your money from your account.

ICICI is the worst bank, I ever banked with. They do not have proper customer care service or people will give attention. It has been more than two months, since I sent money through smsNcash, the receipient has not received the money, and my complaints to the bank...

Harassment

This complaint was initially posted on 6th Nov. 2008 and no concrete action was taken by ICICI. I am posting it again to remind the concerned authorities to take concrete action. This shows how the big companies / banks harass the consumers in their own interest and escapes.

ICICI has always been on the forefront when it comes to increasing the home loan rates for exsiting customers when ever there is an increase in the PLR but never it decreases the same for existing customers when the RBI announces reduction in PLR. i dont understand if ICICI has no obligation towards RBI and if RBI cant hold ICICI accountable for this action. ICICI BANK LTD A BIG CHEATER

I have taken home loan from ICICI Bank with interest rate of 9.5% with floating rate in sep. 2007 for 20 yrs tenure.
Loan Amount-1710000rs, EMI- 15500rs, Tenure- 20yrs.
Now, periodically when the interest rates went up they increased my floating rates.
And today i am paying with interest rate of 13.5%. for 42yrs with increase in tenure & even EMI.

Forcibly issued Insurance Policy

I’m holding a credit card of ICICI Bank. 2 months back I have received a call from ICICI Bank credit cards division offering me an Insurance Policy from their sibling company ICICI Lombard.

Exchange Rates Are Incorrect

Icici Bank's money2india is one of the worst service. They never give the exchange rate mentioned on the website. The rates provided are always beefed up and when you do the transaction they say that rates depends on that hour or minute and always lower.

So i request all the public to stop using it. I have a bad experience during my last few transactions.

Card not yet delivered

My credit card was dispatched by icici bank through ELBEE courier company and I told them that I will be available from 08 am til 01 pm but the courier person came at 4 pm in the evening and I was not available..And I was told that courier person will call me before coming and nobody in your company have money to call me.Please deliver my card at my address between 08 am and 01 pm.I have even left an authorization letter but he didnt deliver...
