i had applied for credit card in ICICI bank and they gave me Big Bazaar card saying that what ever i purhcase in big bazaar i will get 6 reward points for every repuees hundred puchased. so for every thing i purchase from BIg Bazaar i use to swipe ICICI card to get more reward points. But in september on purchase worth Rs. 2000 ICICI my reward points where short by 100 points when mailed the complaint the reply i got is Big bazaar people...

I have taken a home loan from ICICI Bank on Feb2004 @7% ROI (Floating Interest). After that they are continously increased the rate of interest to 14% now according to the RBI Interest rate revision.
Now the RBI reduced the Interest rate too the large extent but the bank not reduce the interest rate. Moreover now bank offering new homeloan with 11.5% ROI.
I contacted ICICI Bank official there is no proper respone....

I had availed a personal loan from ICICI Bank inthe year 2004, which has been repaid withinh stipulated time. I had some problem in paying my EMI.
