I booked my flight on MMT app few days back with booking ID NF[protected] and when the transaction was complete, my itinerary showed booking of different flight on the same day but different timings late at night which I didn't chose.. I immediately tried to modify which asked for rescheduling charges. Game over. Just because of the erroneous application, you need to pay more if you want to again rebook the flight which you want. I also booked hotel before I booked the flight. I explained simple logic that why would a person book late night flight and waste day of the trip when he has booked the hotel for the same day noon check in that too from the same app. But after all explanations, MMT staff is absolutely uncooperative and they didn't help me in their own mistake and it has cost a loss of a day in my trip and waste of money.. This is the 3rd time bad experience for me from MMT. But this time, it was heights. My trip is during early November and I'm looking forward for the positive response. If I don't get it, I would neither use MMT nor recommend to others, in fact will write worst reviews for MMT.

Complaint marked as Resolved Though very late and after escalating complaints again and again till the management department came in, finally makemytrip helped me and resolved my issue. They communicated with me on phone. Though initially, response was poor and I had to keep on escalating the complaint, at the end, Mr. Pranab Deka from management department helped me and rescheduled my flight. Though I gave him an option to make my stay free of cost for a day if they can't resolve my complaint(which could cost them lesser than rescheduling flight), he took care of my comfort in the trip, and chose to reschedule flight (which cost them much more than the previous option) just to avoid any discomfort during the trip. I really appreciate that. Truly a customer caring response by makemytrip. Only thing which I didn't like was a great delay in response. Every customer might not have this much time before their trip.
I thank makemytrip for this. And I would definitely recommend it to everyone after the response I received.

This email is regarding the refund claim for your Air Pegasus flight.
The current issue is not isolated to you but to many others who booked to fly on Air Pegasus through not only MakeMyTrip but other agencies including airline’s own website.
When you make a booking, the fare amount is transferred to the airline. When a flight is cancelled or when a passenger decides to cancel, the due amount is received back from the airline which we refund back to the Customer.
At this juncture, the airline has not refunded the due amount back to us. I hope you will at least appreciate that we don’t run the airline. The situation of Air Pegasus is well known to all of us. What I can assure you is that MakeMyTrip is not holding your money and never will. The moment we get this back from the airline we will start the refund process. I also assure you once again that the issue is faced by all flyers regardless of where and who they booked their ticket from.
