I have booked a room in fab hotel for 13 sunday for 1 night, due to some personal reasons i cancelled that booking and the next day i got a mail from make my trip that my cancellation has been processed and will get the refund in 7 workig days.The refund process started on 9 november 2016 and till this day i didnt get any further information..please do the refund fast.

    This is regarding a air india booking made for january 2017 in the month of august 2016 for my family, where 2 passengers have middle name and there was no such option for providing middle name while booking and now when i just countercharged with airindia they are denying as they need first name, middle name & last name all information on the ticket while booking.
    Now, makemytrip is not accepting their fault and replying to cancel and rebook ticket at my own. Pnr is z51kl for journey date 19 january 2017. They still have lot of time but they are not providing support.

      1. After taking first installment, the company stopped responding and mentally harassed us for getting the tickets
      2. The company misinformed the pickup location at Phuket, leaving us stranded and at the mercy of strangers in a foreign country for more than an hour
      3. Company informed that national park fees are paid off but we were asked to pay the same on the spot resulting in severe mental harassment as we did not have foreign currency in such huge amounts
      4.No response to several mails written to then thus leaving us clueless in a foreign country
      5. Misbehavior by customer representative and false claims saying that they have responded to mails whereas failing to show any mails form there side

        I booked my ticket from doha to chennai thru mmt on etihad. Dueto emergency, i flew down before the prescribed date. When i was about to return back on the same date, they denied me the boarding saying they have automatically cancelled my ticket. I request for a 50% refurnd of the ticket, but they give my 3k out of 20k. Neither do they respond to any calls/mails.

          I have booked srilanka tour from 07.11.16 to 12.11.16 two people. The tour cost include inland transport from airport for all the six days but no transport arrangement was made and i made my own transport. I sent the car bills for reimbursement to the tune of lkr 42, 800/- but no response from them till now.

            I had booked a flight ticket through Make My trip application, but due to the seats being filled, the booking did not happen and also, the same amount was moved to My Wallet.

            The first booking ID is IN1611R8S2362100 and I paid INR 168138 for this ticket from my HDFC Bank card ending with 1904. The transaction was failed and tickets were not booked. The amount was transferred into my Make my Trip wallet by default instead of my HDFC Bank account. I dont know why the money was transferred to Make my trip wallet??
            Since it was deducted from my HDFC Bank card, it should have been deposited back to my HDFC Bank!!

            The amount of Rs10472 is lying in wallet without any use to me for last 11 days. every time an executive reaches me, they tell me that they will give another update in next 24 hours. But I do not see any valid information being provided to me.

            Anyway, since I was really trying to book my tickets from your portal, I tried once again to book my flight tickets again with the money being reflected into my Make my trip wallet. The reference id is NN[protected]. But to my dismay the transaction failed again with the money gone from my make my trip wallet as well. After a followup from the customer care money came back into wallet and I tried once again (third time) to book flight tickets after assurance from make my trip customer care representative that the transaction failure may be temporary. The third transaction reference no. Is NN[protected]. But the make my trip disappointed me again with the transaction failing once again!!

            In this process of booking tickets from your website I have wasted my precious 24 hours with scores of calls and followups to the Make my trip customer care executives. the end result is same that still I am in lurch and my precious money of INR 168138 is untraceable. None of your customer care executives has been able to tell me the status of my money and when will the money be refunded back to my HDFC bank card!!

            I am really disappointed and terrified from this experience with makemytrip which has made a simple 5 minute task of flight booking into a time wasting horrible experience .

            If you really care about the customer and are serious about their issues resolution than pl. Let me know the refund status of my deducted amount INR 168138 and when will it be refunded back to my Hdfc bank card account.

            I have requested for a refund to my bank account, but the team is not ready to do so and the reason they give is some technical issue. In case of any further details you can contact me at the undersigned mobile nos.

              Hello,

              I used citibank card to book flight at mmt website, there was offer running at 5july-2016 for rs 1200 cash back so i booked flight . But till now i did not receive the cash back.
              My booking id is : nf[protected] .
              I asked customer care regarding this issue but they are saying that they have transferred cash back at 2nd sept-2016, but i did not receive it.
              When i asked for reference number or any id related to 1200 cash back, so i can check with my bank, then they are saying we do not have any number.
              They are just saying that have transferred 1200 cash and not giving any proof or any reference number.

              They have closed my complain without resolving it. Please help me on this.

                I would like to bring to the notice the shady practice of www.makemytrip.com's Wallet services.

                The website link for transferring money back to your bank account from makemytrip's wallet has not been working since the last four weeks. Additionally, when reached out to the customer care on the phone, they responded saying that it cannot be done over the phone.

                How can the customer get HIS money back? Email and phone support went unanswered, the customer care executive (someone by the name of Girish misbehaved on the call and was not ready to help at all, or transfer the call to his supervisor/manager).

                The last discourse for me is now to approach legal counsel.

                  I had booked a ticket on 25th july 2016 from Bagdogra to Delhi. But unfortunately the app crashed after payment and I did not get the booked ticket. My complain is that 5000 rupees (the fair) was deducted from my account but I did not get the ticket of the flight. It has almost been 4 months since that incident but till now the deducted money is not credited to my account. Please look into this matyer and do the needful.

                    Further, in reference to your complaint, please be advised that we have validated this case at our end and found that on 26-Sep-16 while making a rail booking an amount of Inr 430/- was charged from customer’s account but the booking did not get confirmed. Also, on the same day of transaction, full refund has been processed from our end on automation. The same should reflect in your account as per your bank processing cycle. If in case your refund is still not reflecting in your account, request you to please share the below mentioned ARN (Acquirer Reference Number) with your bank. Bank would be able to trace this transaction with the help of this number. Please find the refund details below:

                      I had balance in Mywallet for the flight tickets I have booked on few occasions. This time I was trying to book the ticket for train and was unable to see any option wherein I can pay the amount through Mywallet. This is really not expected from a reputed company like Makemytrip which gives me an option to utilize the Mywallet amount for Flight and Hotel booking but does not entitle me to use the same for booking for train. If this is the case wherein I dont have the freedom to use my amount as per my convenience then I would like not to use the services of makemytrip which restricts me on the way I would like to use the amount in Mywallet.

                        I had reserved E-Ticket on 15th October 2016 from Sangli To Aurangabad ( date 05/11/2016) paid 1308 Rs, online. On 5th November I couldn, t get my reserved seats because local Nakoda travel agency agent sold tickets to other passangers, Bust operartor didn, t allow me to travel in same bus. I was with my family, We suffered a lot, it is careless act of Make My Trip online Ticket website and Nakoda Travels. How they can issue same ticket to other passangers which were alloted by Make My Trip website. I paid three month before money. My PNR no is -NU[protected]. I have attached copy of confiramtion mail ticket. please do needful.

                        Further, in reference to your complaint and as per our discussion. We have checked the details at our end and found that the bus vendor denied passengers to board the bus. And post contacting our call center for full refund initially, an incorrect refund of Inr 600/- has been processed due to some automation error. Now, as checked the balance refund of Inr708/- has also been initiated from our end and same should reflect in your account within 3-5 working days depending upon your bank processing cycle.

                        We have taken cognizance of your comments and the spirit in which you have shared your feedback. It is unfortunate to note that your recent experience with us has not been up to your satisfaction.

                          Makemytrip customer service website is very slow. Not just slow, it doesn't even open. I've waited 3 hrs for it to open. I guess you guys don't want people to request for refunds? Initially I thought that you had a server issue. I tried it on different days and still the same. It's a cheap business tactic. I cancelled my tickets directly from the airlines and I can't request for refund as you won't let me access the cancellation page.
                          Better fix it, such bad experience.

                          In reference to your complaint, we have found that the flight was cancelled by the airline and passenger has got this booking cancelled by them on 29-Oct-16. But, refund was still pending to be processed from our end as due to some technical error, customer was unable to raise any refund request on our website. Now, as checked on 5-Nov cancellation was raised on our website with an option, flight not operational and a refund of Inr 1731/- has been processed from our end.

                          Please be advised that this is a case of flight cancellation where we receive full refund from airline but refund processed from our end is less by Inr 250/-. Total amount paid by customer is Inr 1981/- however, refund processed for Inr 1731/- only. We have sent this to our concerned team to process balance refund of Inr 250/- and the same will get processed within 1-2 days from our end./

                            Hi

                            i have just booked a Bus ticket (5 Nov-2016 at 1:30 AM) from make my trip and i observed 3 wrong information on website(you can also see the attached image in series (Top to Bottom)).

                            1: in image 1 : it is showing seat type is seater but in image 2 you can clearly see that before payment/booking it is showing the cost 791 is for sleeper.

                            2: is is showing different timings before and after payments (before payment is is showing 9:00pm departure and 7:05 arrival at delhi (in image 3))but after booking/payments system is showing again a different time that 8:30 pm is departure and 8:00am is arrival at delhi (in Image 4) with difference of 1 hour 30 minuts and seat type. i need to attend office and i can not delay.

                            This is a big mistake, and if go for cancellation they (makemytrip) is deducting 100% penalty of fair(in image 5).

                            This is totally wrong.

                            i want to cancel my booking immateriality and i want my all money back, i can not travel with false or lie information.

                              I made 2 tickets (bus journey) booking on 30th OCT 2016 for same day travel (commencing within a few hours). While payment was processing, got error message "Your payment has been processed, however due to a technical error, the system was unable to confirm your booking. This is a rare occurrence and can happen when there is a sudden drop in seat availability."

                              Made the booking again. got same message again, money got deducted again.

                              To my understanding from the error message, my booking didn't get through and still awaiting confirmation (I coulnd't ahve waited long because the journey was just 2 hours later)
                              .

                              Called MakeMyTrip (MMT) helpline (at 30th oct 2016, 7:50 pm, 4 mins post booking) the customer care executive assured this happens sometimes, it won't reflect in app booking history (it still doesn't), it would take 45 mins to reflect in MMT system and money will be refunded in 7-8 working days.

                              Next day get 2 e-tickets, dated 30th october (although I got the mail on 31st) with no intimation from MMT that my payment was processed or that tickets will be issued. I have 2 text messages from MMT dated 30th OCT16 timed 9:45 pm and 9:55 pm stating the status of my booking will be confirmed shortly.when the journey time was 10 pm (i couldn't possibly have waited till literally the last minute for MMT to confirm my booking) (message screenshot attached below)

                              Made complaint on 1st november about the same, (Spoke to 2 executives - the first call got disconnected midway. The second executive assured MMT will get back in 24 hours, Called on 3rd NOV again was told the complaint never was registered.

                              When I registered the complained during the 3rd NOV call the complaint was completely misunderstood
                              got follow up message "if you made double booking you should have called the same day to cancel the booking." (which never was the issue in the first place).

                              Called customer care again - was promised a call back from a superior in 30 mins - NEVER GOT ANY FOLLOW UP CALL.

                              I need clarity on status. Will MMT payback the money for the journey which I was told was never confirmed till post the journey date, promised a refund but went back on its words .

                                As per the details provided above i booked a flight in air pegasus to travel from bangalore to kochi on 08.10.2016. Booking ID NF[protected] Flight no. Op 109, pnr no. MO87EH. The flight was canceled by the airline .The Airline had canceled the flight and the refund is pending from Makemytrip and airline.I got a mail from makemytrip stating that the flight had canceled and i will get a full refund. But later i got eticket from makemytrip for my travel and again i called the makemytrip and they updated that the ticket is not canceled and hence the refund is not processed.Here are my question
                                1. If the flight is canceled why a customer have to cancel the ticket and waiting for the refund (It should happen auto refund)
                                2. when i will get the refund?
                                3. is the refund will come with the bank charges also?(i paied through creditcard)

                                  My name is p k gupta. i reside in mumbai (kandivali-east). to travel from new delhi to vadodara on 19th october 2016, i had booked air ticket through makemy trip india using internet payment (neft).in first booking and payment of rs.4727/- there was no confirmation of booking. hence i tried second time and made neft payment of rs.4727/-. this time ticket booked and i got confirmation. hence i paid 2 times rs.4727/- through neft to makemy trip india against only one ticket. as a proof, there are 2 entries of deduction of rs.4727/- in my bank account.

                                  I booked the complaint on makemytrip site on 26th october i. e. after 7 days of my booking but till date i have not received my payment back in my bank account.

                                    Refund not received against failure of train ticket reservation

                                    Hi Team,

                                    I used flight services more than 50 times from MakeMyTrip and used Holiday packaged, all were perfect but this time i did not get direct flight so i tried for Bus booking on 30th Oct, Lucknow to Gorakhpur of 2 passengers. I tried to book around 10 times on different buses but all time money got deducted and finally got no ticket.

                                    I think its my big mistake of life to trust on MMT Bus Service. Now i have flight ticket for half joruney and for half i got this result. I will share this concern in social media so that people will not get use this service and frustate ourself in festive season.

                                      I had booked online the air ticket for new delhi to vadodara for date 18th october 2016. The ticket pnr no. Is z7jmgv and booking id is nf[protected].

                                      For this ticket, i had paid rs.4727/- by neft but first time it did not respond and i could not get my confirmation of ticket. I thought that this transaction was not successful hence i tried 2nd time and then i got my ticket. Means for one ticket i made 2 times transactions through my bank.

                                      I thought that the amount of rs.4727/- for first transaction will be refunded, as it happens in case of railway ticket booking through irctc site. But till date i. E.in 7 days i have not received any refund from you for first transaction.

                                      Can you please look in to this matter and arrange to refund the amount of rs.4727/- against my one additional payment for same air ticket.
