Respected forum please note that the matter has not been resolved.
You can please check the call records & email conversation that I have asked for full refund and make my trip personnel have accepted that they have made a misrepresentation but still they have deducted al the penalty and make my trip charges and credited my credit card account with INR 5640 only instead I have asked for a refund of INR 16593/-. Further please note I have not even given my consent to proceed with the refund process they initiated the process on their own.

Further, in reference to your complaint, please be advised that, we are working with Air Pegasus's airline regarding refund towards your booking. As of now MMT has not got the refund from Air Pegasus's and we are following up with the airline. In some cases Air Pegasus call centre agents have communicated that they have refunded the money to MMT however it is not true. We shall update you once we hear from the Airline team and process refund as soon as we get it from Air Pegasus.
