I was cancelled booking of 1 passenger out of 3 on 06/06/2016 and refund amount of rs. 500/- credited to my wallet account. I am trying to withdraw the said amount from my wallet but unable to transfer to my bank account. I have tried so many times and also i have contacted to customer care 10-15 times about the same. But nobody giving proper help.

Hotel manickam grand at chennai unsealed water bottle, fraud hotel, bad rooms, mmt showing different pictures, they providing different stinking room, very bad construction. It was a round trip flight from Ahmedabad to chennai on 04.06.2016 and return on 19.06.2016.

But, no cashback received as on today.

There has been no further communication from Makemytrip on this issue after 21.05.16. I would like to know the status...

Hi,

I have booked a ticket (Travel date 1 july 2016) and payment was deducted but i did not received the ticket.

Once the payment was made to mmt, i have then planned the entire trip involving costs around 25, 000.

After sometime i receive the msg that my amount will be refunded.

I don't need the refund, i need the tickettt... It is not my fault...

Refund not credited for unsuccesful transaction

I tried to book flight ticket on 2.6.16, but transaction was unsuccessful but my account debited. Later i successfully booked for same travel plan. I enquired customer care for refund, each time i will get a new answer. Surprisingly today i was informed that amount already revert back on 2.6.16 only and instructed to check my bank account. Their website never works for lodging complaints. Please resolve the issue at earliest....
