The online shopping company maxbhi is not able to deliver any item and after transection they cancle the order and they return money into their ewallet . So consumer is not getting money back but amount is stucted in maxbhi ewallet. My money is also stucked with maxbhi account . I want my money back in ICICI bank account. Kindly help and ban this fake company in India .

Issue not resolved 423 rs is still in maxbhi e wallet . From lat so many month it is in maxbhi e wallet, I am not able to buy anything and the amount is not getting g transferred to my bank.

    About a year back I had ordered a new battery for my Lenovo Z2 Plus phone from www.maxbhi.com and it soon went out of stock, as a result the money went into my maxbhi wallet. I recently noticed that the money from the can be transferred back to the bank account, it has now been a month and I still haven't received my payment of RS.982.26. My order ID is #731348.

As i can check your Order #1175803 with maxbhi.com. This is near about 1 year old order and our CC Avenue payment gateway unable to refund this from their-end so i request you to share your PayTM wallet number so that we can refund you directly, also mail sent to you on your registered email id on our website for the same. Also i would request you to please mark the issue resolved.
    My Order reference ID is 1179640 for Front Glass for Honor 8 - Blue.

    The item selected is wrong and i want to cancel the Order. But there is no facility of cancelling the Order on your website.

    You are requested to please cancel my order and refund the amount.

      Maxbhi.com a Mobile Acessories Seller based in Karol Bagh, Delhi is a Fraud Team! They do not keep anything in Stock just display the Pictures to lure the Customers. I have ordered so many times from them by using net Banking After accepting the orders they simply cancel the Order(s) reasoning Item(s) is/are not available. if we manage to talk to them they will bluff that, "your purchased item(s) are sent for testing department and will take a week or two to reach back to our store". Sometimes they will tell you that, "we have already ordered the items choosed by you and they are on the way from China to Kolkota Shiping Port" etc., etc., Which will go on for over months to get the money reflected on our Maxbhi Wallet. They do not even refund the money via same gateway and store it on their Maxbhi Wallet to force you go through the same painful Drama

As i can check your Order #1175803 with maxbhi.com. For refund of your amount, we have a very simple process enabling you to do so in few clicks on 1 call or mail. Means either you can login to your account and request for refund to bank, or you can call us and request refund to bank, or you can easily request to refund to bank. Also you can write an email to [protected]@maxbhi.com and ask for your refund. You could have easily done that rather than choosing the longer route. still as we receive a confirmation for refund to bank i am initiating your complete refund from our-end it will be credited back to your account as per Payment procedure and let us know if there is anything else we can help you with. Also i would request you to please mark the issue resolved at consumercomplaints.in so that other users can get to know the actual process regarding the same.
      I have ordered the product on maxbhi on 23 july by the debit card payment of RS 489. but the product was not received up to 31 july 2018.
      That's why I was canceled my order on 31 july 2018. but amount is not refunded in my bank account since 21 days even they mentioned refund will be in 15 days.
      Refund of Rs.299/- to Bank for cancelled ( by Maxbhi.com) order no.1131322 was intimated on 2 august 2018 and informed that the amount would be credited within 10 days. Till date, it is not credited. Please take action for immediate refund of amount and credit to my bank account.

        I bought nokia 225 dual sim housing body from maxbhi.com but the quality of the body is low standard body is full of scratches which is available in the market at just rs 35 but i spend 239 on that because they said the quality of the body was high but now they are not taking back that product and doing fraud with me please take action against them why they sell 35 rs body in 239 rupees and why there are not taking back even they don’t answering my mail

          Hello sir, i ordered mi mix2 display 3 weeks before in maxbhi.com this is my order id 1117346 delivery is cancelled due to some reason from there side so i selected refund money option in maxbhi website it shown 10 to 15 days to get my refund money but till now i didn't get any refund money from maxbhi. Totally 20 days is gone till now they are not refund my 8000 rs here after i will not order anything in maxbhi. I want my money that's it

          Ordered a blackberry passport battery before 3 months the order was placed and money was paid by paytm and then the order was cancelled by the company still they have not refunded the money. It’s the last time I’m complaining here else I’ll file a police complaint now

              Through my order #1164701 i ordered two item at 11:45 pm on 9/08/2018 next day morning i realised one item (Lcd screen for nokia c7 astound (Replacement display without touch) was worngly ordered instead of nokia c7 touch screen so i informed customer care through telcon as well as through email to cancel the order. Before shipping the order i requested them to cancel the order but 24 hours after the request for order cancelation they informed me that order is completely shipped and they cannot cancel the order. For me the part i am going to receive is useless.
              In advance i made the request but they were not supportive.

                Order id-1096019 and refund reference number-73521.I have ordered 2 product from maxbhi.com on 16th july 2018 one product was delivered and other product was not available so they cancelled the order and refunded my money to ewallet without asking me. i called customer care to refund my money to bank account on 23 july 2018 they told me to wait for 10 days but its been almost 20 days they are not refunding money and not responding to email please help me refund my money as soon as possible

                  Ordered 2 products from maxbhi both the products went out of stock after few days and they said amount will be refunded within 10/15 days but even after waiting for 17 days i haven't received money yet and i am not even able to contact then kindly provide me justice.

                  In my previous complaint they have replayed that refund has been done from them and i have to contact bank

                    Sir my order I'd is 1101215 which was placed on 17 jul 18 and cancelled by maxbhi on 20 jul 18. Since then I requested for refund of money to my bank account but till date no money has been rec'd to me. I called customer support of maxbhi tomaney times but it seems that they are sleepy and avoiding my calks. At present more than 15 days gas gone and I am waiting for my money. PL tell maxbhi for early return of money.

                      - ordered an lcd display with order id #1098796 on[protected]. The company cancelled the order on 18-07-18.
                      -the company has not yet refunded the money bank account even after 17 days.
                      -this company has a bad reputation of not refunding the money and holding back it for at least 2 weeks.
                      -i hope department of consumer affairs take action against these fraudulent e-commerce companies.

                        I placed an order for Flip Cover for OnePlus 2 64GB - Black amounting to Rs 282.65(ORDER #: 956187) on 19th May, 2018.
                        After 2 days they call me say that the product is unavailable. I asked them to cancel the order and transfer the amount to my bank. They agreed to it and told it will be credited within 10 days.
                        When I didn't receive the payment I was following up with the sales team via email. They assured me they will credit the amount back to my account in next 48 hours.(MaxBhi complaint- request #233587)
                        Today, its 04 Aug 2018(2 months+) and I still haven't received my refund.
                        MaxBhi is an unethical company who do not follow business practices in an legal way.
                        Kindly look into this issue and give justice.

                              I have placed an order on this worst site "maxbhi.com" and they themself cancelled the order and the refund was processed in maxbhi wallet without my knowledge and while i am contacting the customer care told me to wait some more days or week to make the item in stock again and they started disconnecting and blocking my calls every day. Even though the product is not in stock they have show as the product is in stock at their website.

                              In order summary : now status has been updated as (Order has been cancelled and refunded to customer).
                              Still i have not paid a single paise from this website but status updated as
                              Refunded to customer i need an clear explanation from this website and payment refund...

                              Resolution needed - payment refund to my bank account in which the product is booked..

                              Today i have got an Call from Maxbhi.com from 9205693562 at 10.02 AM and Refused me that their company employees will never ask about the customer's Bank ATM card credentials and they informed me that my payment refund has been processed earlier than my complaint registered at INDIAN CONSUMER COMPLAINTS FORUM. They informed me that they will be dropping me an email regarding my payment refund reference number. Hence as per the discussion made i have received an call and email with the reference number with request to withdraw my complaint. I checked with the same and dropped an email to maxbhi with the contact details in which i received the calls earlier who demanded me about the ATM Credentials and about call which these employees used abusive languages. i have updated that i can even share the call recording in which the calls i received calls from maxbhi so far. Finally i have withdrawn the complaint as per the request from maxbhi.com today 06.08.2018 (10.02) AM and i confirmed that the payment received by 03.08.2018. A lot of Thanks to INDIAN CONSUMER COMPLAINTS FORUM for registering my complaint and made quick action which made me grateful and trustworthy...

                              I have got an call from "maxbhi.com" ([protected]) right now (30.07.18 - 15.55). They have asked to withdraw the complaint and they are ready to refund me but they said that they required my ATM card Number, Expiry and CVV. I have asked the purpose of my ATM credentials including (CVV) to refund money. They have just disconnected my call right away...
                              I had never been treated like this from any other organizations "maxbhi.com" is Totally cheating public and trying to robbery public money...

                              Today I have discussed with maxbhi by 06.08.2018 : 10.02 AM ([protected]) as per the discussion i am dropping you the mail regarding the contact details in which i got a call from maxbhi.com ([protected]) on 30.07.2018 and ([protected]) on 02.08.2018. If required i can even share you the voice recordings for these calls...
                              I have Checked with my bank statements and i have got confirmed that the payment of Rs. 1435.41/-
                              has been credited to my account on 04.06.2018. Hence i withdraw my complaint...
                              I thank INDIAN CONSUMER COMPLAINTS FORUM for taking my complaint resolved the issues thank you once again...

                                But received white colour. We raised replacement request id: 6229 on 24/07/2018, 04:04 pm, but still no reversion till dt:.
                                Had a word with max bhi customer care; and i requested to change my white lcd, as on product description it was clearly mentioned rose gold, but they argued & told white lcd look good on rose gold mobile body set.
                                It was very pathetic experience from maxbhi. Plz do the needful on utmost priority.

                                  I am rajat kumar, on 21st july i had ordered redmi 3s's touch screen. I had done payment with my debit card, after few minutes i got message of my order being un paid. Today i got message of my product being shipped so same day i requested them to cancel my order as i have already purchased it from local market. Now i don't need this either refund or give us other option to purchase from your site of same amount.

                                      I made an order of yu yureka plus black back panel on 21st july. I sent them a mail to cancel my order soon since i didn't find an option to do so on their website. I tried several time in the evening on their customer support, nobody took the calls. I tried again on 22nd asking if it's black panel or white. He assured it is black. I got a call on 23rd morning saying the product is a white, i told them to cancel the order and refund me. I see no signs of refund so i call the customer number that afternoon again and made it sure i was clear i wanted to cancel the order. I was told it would be cleared by evening of 23rd. It's 24th july evening as i write this, the shipping process is going on and there is no refund made till now. The customer care is not picking calls most of the time. I made payment of 339 rupees from my visa debit card.

                                      They have forwarded the request to transfer the money back to my account. The seems to be resolved. Very slow response though. I was left dangling around without my cash or product for over 7 days. Today i received the call back regarding it after i posted the complaint here.

                                      I called them again on 25th july 2018. The customer care guy told me it has already been shipped and that he can't cancel it now. They didn't pick my calls till 25th july. It seems to be a strategy played here. He assured it would be black back lid for YU Yureka but i highly doubt it will be.I am writing this as on 28th July 2018. I lost my 339 rupees paid via debit card. Please don't fall for this trashy website.

                                        I had ordered lcd with touch screen for motorola moto x play 32gb - black (Complete assembly folder) on 20th july 2018 & it should reach to my address on 21st july 2018 as they had promised
                                        Still now i have not received my product & it is showing status - psd
                                        I didn't get any shipment information as earlier they have promised to send the shipment via blue dart courier
                                        I have searched through the web and found that everyone buying products from this company had faced problems and also some people are complaining that the company is a fraud.
                                        After seeing that, it feels like i am also a victim of their fraud business
