I have placed an order on this worst site "maxbhi.com" and they themself cancelled the order and the refund was processed in maxbhi wallet without my knowledge and while i am contacting the customer care told me to wait some more days or week to make the item in stock again and they started disconnecting and blocking my calls every day. Even though the product is not in stock they have show as the product is in stock at their website.br...

Had a word with max bhi customer care; and i requested to change my white lcd, as on product description it was clearly mentioned rose...

I am rajat kumar, on 21st july i had ordered redmi 3s's touch screen. I had done payment with my debit card, after few minutes i got message of my order being un paid. Today i got message of my product being shipped so same day i requested them to cancel my order as i have already purchased it from local market. Now i don't need this either refund or give us other option to purchase from your site of same amount....

Order no. #1022338 on 18/06/2018 but order cancel by you due to not available and money deducted. complain for return on 21 june 2018 not receive money back. if you have not product availability so why don't you show it's available you are doing fraud with customer i want my money back immediately. also your customer care no. is also fraud. can i go for consumer court for this problem. give me feed back. mob. no. I placed an order of Rs1712 on this website, I was notified that seller will be unable to ship in time therefore they are cancelling order & placed money in e-wallet of their website.
After I clicked on refund to bank, first I recieved a message that it will be refunded in7-10 days, after 10 days, their website mentioned it will take 10-15 days, today 17 days have passed since date of refund & no money is transferred into the bank...

I have placed order in 30/06/2018. And i found this product is not compatible with my device so i just call the customer care and cancelled the order but customer care representative put other request. I don t see any cancellation or refund request. I have follow up many times with the maxbhi.com also call many time but they are not returning my money back.
