I have logged in complain regarding oyo unprofessional behaviour. After this i got call from shivam. I had spent rs. 1239 extra from my pocket and mr. Shivam compensate rs.300 only out of rs.1239. Now i checked my oyo money and surprisingly i got 0 rs in my wallet. After my telephonic conversation i drop an email to same person and he dont revert us back.

This show unprofessional & pathetic attitude of oyo. So pls trained your team for email etiquette.

    I have a complaint regarding the oyo hotel vy which is located in mahipalpur delhi. I have booked a room in oyo. My booking i'd is ljsc6590. And i have check in on 11 am and a person whose name is pus pend or a he took me extra charge of amount 300 for check in before 12 pm and he said to me if you have not gave the money you can cancel the booking and at this time i have no any option. So i have pay to him the extra charge. And that behavior was very bad. And this paytm no is [protected].

        I had a booking at himalayan gateway residency darjeeling, west bengal on 03.11.2018. My booking id was ogul 9437. While i reached the hotel they denied my booking. After consultation with the customer care personnel i had to book other hotel by my own. The oyo personnel assured about my full refund within 7-14 days. But till now i did not receive my refund. Every time i called oyo they simply say due to some technical issue refund is delayed. The customer care no is [protected], and email id is [protected]@oyorooms.com.

          When i reached at that hotel, they asked me to pay the amount in cash, i told them i can pay online. But he told me that he accepts cash only. I paid them cash. They showed me some rooms, after selecting a room when i said i would like to stay in the room no 205, they said its not for oyo rooms, its seperate. There will be extra charges for that room. Then they gave me an untidy room, bed with dirty bedsheets and torn pillow covers, tv without cable connection. When asked to change the bedsheet, they denied and said its a new bedsheet that they changed today. After spending few hours when i reached to the reception asking for my rest of the change (As i had to pay 1369/- for 2 days and i paid 2000/- cash) they said the amount has been adjusted for the room. I asked them i booked for the certain amount (1369/-) as there was some discount coupons i already applied while booking. Then they said that my booking is not under oyo. Its the seperate booking that was generated so this is the only amount i'll have to pay. Still somehow i managed to pay the amount (1400/-) according to the oyo booking. Even while checking out they took my phone and took the feedback themselves. I was very much dissappointed with the behavior of that oyo incharge. Please take some action. He might have done a lot of frauds with the other customers.

          Worst experience with Oyo rooms you guys have disgusting policies that if we cancel booking within our check-in hours they will not refund our money first of all as customer point of view it's something you fooling customer and second thing when we called to customer care people Mr bikram Singh was the person who was talking and he was completely useless, disrespectful, and not at all helpful he was just cribbing with his words and not all listening to our concern it was our mistake we choose Oyo rooms, cancellation price can be 20%, 30%, 40, % not 100% have some sense when you make policies for your company think about customer point of view also I am a student for me wasting my 1300 for no reason is a big deal, booking was done on my friends name, never going to visit.

            With reference to above booking id, i am waiting for refund of rs. 2, 000/- for three months from oyo. I contacted their team 10 times and each time they committ 4-5 days processing time and never keep their words.

              Dear team

              With reference to my booking for hotel grand valley, mussoorie (Oyo 16063) on[protected] for 23rd march 19 to 24th march 19, booking id fdlg6390, with full online payment.
              On 24th march 19, i reached hotel at 9.30 am. On reception, they refused for check in. Reason was "oyo has not paid dues to hotel grand valley from last 5 months amounting in lakhs"..
              When hotel owner mr anshoo came, he simply refused for check in.

              I contacted oyo from 9.30 am to 1 pm, they simply say "i am sorry, we are sorry, sorry, sorry, sorry". They make my calls on hold for 15- 20 minutes. My call details is attached for your reference.

              I was wandering from here and there for 3 hours with my family. I had traveled 300 kms from delhi and did not get check in. So what was the fun for booking hotel from delhi. To get harassed, cheated, and mentally torched.

              Why oyo has taken booking if hotel grand valley is not allowing check in. Oyo is cheating & fraud. They are taking money from customer for good hotels and on arrival they are doing fraud and shifting to some lower grade hotels.

              I have spent rs 20, 000/- for this trip from delhi to mussoorie. Oyo has ruined my trip.

              Now, immediately return my booking amount along with loss suffered for rs 20, 000/-.

              After 7 days of this mail as notice i will make legal action against oyo.

              I would suggest that you don't wait and take legal action straight away.
              When you paid for your hotel in full, you fulfilled your part on the contract in full.
              This is a clear breach of contract from OYO's side and they would not stand a chance in the legal system.
              I would suggest that you should not only ask for your full refund but also money for your pain and suffering and compensation.
              Send a legal notice to their head office or their legal team. If they are intelligent enough, they will seek the matter out with you there and then.

I have been following up with the hotel representative requesting for the bill which I need for reimbursement purpose. But I have given some or other excuses every time I call them.                   I had made a booking under oyo rooms, Booking Reference No : WGSA8476 l which got cancelled cause the resort terminated the contract with OYO. Since it was no fault of mine OYO had to refund the amount back which they said that they would into refund into two parts within 7-14 working days. It's been more than 20 days I have haven't received the full amount. I have received only one half and I am yet to receive the other half. Every time I contact them they tell me to contact my bank which has no part to play. I have even sent them proof of my statement that I have received only one part of the payment. They provided me some RRN number which I provided to my bank and they said that they can't do anything with it. I have contacted them more than 10 times but every time they said that it's been settled on their end, my question is if it is why is it that I have received only one half of the amount and I haven't received the other half ?

                    Oyo room you guys just waste time and harass people. As i booked a room in oyo 4312 park street ranchi. I made booking and payment online. On reaching hotel after long journey your hotel partner denied the payment and told that will only except cash. And now the booking price was double the price i paid as its on sport booking. Then i called your costumer care no. The had a word with them and the asked me do do new booking.. I felt helpless and traped in oyo deceitfulness.. You guys are just making life so messed up. There is no agreement between oyo and there partners. Even i called to oyo team before making the booking and the suggested this hotel is very good and the rating shows 4.5 on oyo app for this hotel... Fake rating you guys give to your hotel just to make people traped... Its just a fraud..

                      It has been 3 months since i have checked out from oyo living premises (Id - ftlp0156) in pune narayan nagar, still no reply on deposit return.
                      Every time you call to their customer service, it ends up by saying that they have escalated the matter to higher authority, but where and on which planet this higher authority resides, we don't know.
                      As per agreement of oyo living, deposit has to be returned within 15 days of checkout, but from 15th day uptil now, i have been continuously calling and mailing the customer service, no damn reply.

                      After such a pathetic service, i recommend not to use oyo living in future and especially if we want to save any deposit amount from being robbed.

                      Give us some time sir, our team will get back to you...
                      But till date, haven't got a concrete response...
                      I have all the proofs ...my notice serving mail, deposit amount transaction but still after 4 months from vacating the premises, not seen my deposit return...
                      Can you please share your email or number as i don't think Oyo Escalation team will ever Respond

                        Booking (Miau6754) re: booking (Miau6754) silverkey executive stays 19493 here i had checked in on 25 th march.

                        I am supposed to do payment of rs: 683 but property manager collected the payment rs: 1510, the he staying payment not collected agin he collected payment rs 683 during check out.

                        No reply form oyo team and i can't argue with property persons. Terrific situation..

                          I made the booking via oyo booking id : yzej7421 so before check in i confirm with oyo they said booking confirm i called hotel then they denied for booking again call oyo mr niranjan he said he resolve my issue but the amount i paid he refund me 489 and i have to pay cash 489 in hotel i agreed but when i reach property no one aware about this and they miss behave and i stand at lobby for more than 1 hour and hotelier ask 3 time more 1500 for check in and near by no hotel available so i am they said they will refund my money what ever i paid at hotel but no one refund me no one help me i called more than 20 time to oyo but no one help me!

                            We booked 2 holiday package in last month. For kerala and which problems we faced in the trip we informed to oyo team by email, phon calls, what's app but still there is not any positive response from oyo holiday team. (Abhishek.                               I would like to share my yesterday experience with you which is completely unprofessional with oyo team. They just harassed people badly they people don't have an idea from how fare customer travel and if somebody booked oyo then they already schedule some meetings overthere.

                              Yesterday i booked oyo 29708 sumedha premium @ rs 1261. My booking id is pvfx4805. Me and my husband reached hotel at sharp 11:45am but when we reached there hotel receptionist girl denied our check-in because of low tariff and she suggest us to spoke with oyo customer care. At sharp 11:51 we had contact on your customer care number where my husband spoke with mr. Anirudh, then again we called same and spoke with gopi who had transfer our call to some senior person his name was himanshu who is completely unprofessional, person who dont provide satisfactory solution. Even he dont have sufficient sense to catch our concern, he just wasted our time. Me and my husband we booked that venue for some meeting person and your executive suggest us to change the venue means how could your team being so unprofessionally.

                              Also after wasting long time and talking long with him we urged him to bear half cost i, e. Rs.800 and rest cost we will bear but he said its not possible from their end. Neither himanshu hasn't able to provide satisfactory solution nor he had transferred our call to ground team.

                              The level o[censored]nprofessionalism of your executive was not finished here. Himanshu had put our call on hold with asking and solving our issue. And after a long hold he had disconnected the call. To whom permission he did this.

                              "now i want reason due to an error from oyo why customer will penalized. If some tariff issue you had not updated on your site then what"s customer fault".

                              Also let you know yesterday i booked same deluxe room overthere @ rs.2200 because i cant change the venue but your nonsense executive was giving bluff to us and not want to understand our genuine reason. He just repeated things like a parrot.

                                I have booked a room through oyo rooms in pune in the hotel orchid rooms on 13/03/2019 for rs. 896/- which by mistake got cancelled by my side after payment got debited. Against it i had a word with oyo team on ([protected]) mentioned number. They assisted me that i am initiating your refund against it but you book room again in the same hotel. I did as they said and got debited twice, 1 for the earlier booking which got cancelled and again for the next booking which i have made. They committed to give refund in 7-14 working days. So after 7 days i called again on the same number on 20/03/2019 that i din't got my refund yet and again after checking in system they told that it wasn't generated right now i am initiating so you will get it in next 7-14 days not today after 7 days on 26/03/2019 when i called to ask for the status they told me that it wasn't generated we are initiating right now so you will get it in next 7-14 days from today. I am really really dissatisfied with this thing. Like i will have to again wait for next 7-15 days which makes no sense. I have got complaint number in total 3 times against which my refund was processed than how is that possible that it wasn't initiated. Today the girl told that last time when they called i wasn't contactable which is wrong as i have attached screenshot of everytime when i have called and how much time i was connected and had a word with oyo team. I have audio recordings too for all the dates but its not getting supported somehow over here. I wasted alot of time behind it. Want an answer regarding the pathetic system they have maintained and need my refund within a day as. I can not suffer for what worst system you guys carry. Worst experiance ever i had with this oyo portal. Need immidiate actions to be taken for the same. The time oyo commites for refund already got overshooted against whcih ample prrofs i have attached so expecting refund within a day for the same.

                                  I had done a booking with oyo in mussorie but the owner denied my booking stating they have issues with oyo and he resisted to give me room. I have done the payment, received confirmation mail, watsapp msg. Even after all this still the hotel person denied giving room. I had to wait for 3 hrs till i get a temporary solution which they have given me a shabby hotel with a lower price and closed cabin room? Why was denied to give my room, i met with an accident and my car got damaged due to all the stress which i had gone through. I was offered a shabby room. My motto of enjoying my holiday got ruined? I had to spend extra and book another room from another source again. I will never ever again trust oyo rooms again. Who would pay me my losses which incurred to me

                                    On the 25th night, i booked a room id: voup 1058 and requested for early check in and the support guy said yes you can check in early by paying an additional amount of 200 at hotel venue.

                                    But now the hotel guys said like all the rooms are full until 12 pm.

                                    I need immediate refund and compensation for your worst behavior towards a customer.

                                      Don’t know is it oyo or something else it’s been 1:31 am and i just found the whole bed is full of khatmall pls get a life oyo you should think twice before giving your brand name to such these type of hotels it’s not hotel it’s like dhabaaa type place but dhabaaa is also good. I am not sleep properly so they changed my room and give me another but the thing is that why should i suffer for this and what kind of hospitality is this if you don’t know how to serve a guest please shut your this # business i am feeling very bad about all these incidents from morning to tonight i ma just suffering in. This place please let me know that would you like to take any action for this i don’t think so but i will post all those photos in social media that how oyo make you fool i will go against you and complain a file in consumer court

                                        Hi, this is jagadeesh, actually i booked a room and due to some issue like some problems they offered 10% booking amount refund, i requested to refund amount into my bank account, almost 1 month is over i didnt get any refund after i requeted to send money into oil wallet and executive said that you can use it next booking but am unable to use it and now they said that we cannot do any thing right now

                                        Hi, This is Jagadeesh, actually i booked a room and due to some issue like some problems they offered 10% booking amount refund, i requested to refund amount into my bank account, almost 1 month is over, in these 1 month 3 time i raised a issue but they failed credit amount within time, i didnt get any refund after i requeted to send money into oyo wallet and executive said that you can use it next booking but now am unable to use it and it was showing not applicable and without using or if it not working means my money will waste i mean i will lost my money and now they said that we cannot do any thing right now
