I booked a hotel at trivandrum on #3rd april-4th april. The hotel was orchid regency. I paid thru online then they give me hotel number. I called hotel there was no rooms available. I ask for refund they are just playing when we contacted thru customer care they are connecting me to another manager. If i hold the phone 5- 10 only music and after that it disconnects automatically then i called again same story. Finally attempt of 5 times realise that i lose my money. I request for refund no use. So dears please please don't pay oyo online if you go to hotel and when you feel that the rooms is ok pay at hotel.

    Hello this is ram prakash. S from chennai,
    I had booked a room in oyo app in hotel pl. A. Amrith inn, karur for april 06 & 07.04.19 and paid the full amount via online. I reached the property by 7pm on april 6th, 2019. Hotel receptionist denied to give rooms since v booked via oyo at the instant (Without any prior intimation) & told that they are not booking rooms via oyo due to low flat rates. It makes very hectic situation. Later i cancelled the room & got the full refund. But this is the very worst situation i faced due to hotel pl. A. Amrith karur & oyo

      I booked a room in oyo telehus, bangalore. On 6/4/19. 2 people, am the main guest and my daughter is minor. I gave my id for registration. But they asked my minor daughter, which i don't have a printout. Since ur hotel policy says id for major should be given. And that too i reached the hotel around 8:30. The people in the reception behaved so rude and harsh, treating us so badly. I want u to take necessary steps and refund my money.

      What would you do in a hotel where they cant even offer you food. The incident has happenend while i booked a hotel through oyo.

      when i knew of the situation i am into, i checked out from the hotel and informed oyo about that. On first they agreed to refund but now after multiple followups they say they cant refund my money back.

        I booked a signature stay oyo 16449from 08.04.2019-09. Booking i’d (Ophy2415) when i reached hotel, i was denied checkin stating that hotel manager has not received any booking confirmation. Few minutes later manger told that he denied check in due to low tariff offered by oyo. Oyo had confirmed booking and full amount has been pre-paid but still they don’t communicate with hotel property. Hotel manager connected to oyo and after discussion they spoke to me saying that they will shift to another property which is around 2-3kms.

            I booked a hotel capital o 15537 dev corporate at ahmedabad from 05.04.19 to 06.04.19 (Booking id - ncwg3645). When i reached hotel, i was denied checkin stating that hotel manager has not received any booking confirmation. Few minutes later manger told that he denied check in due to low tariff offered by oyo. Oyo had confirmed booking and full amount has been pre-paid but still they don’t communicate with hotel property. Hotel manager connected to oyo and after discussion they spoke to me saying that they will shift to another property which is around 2-3kms and i have to bear additional transportation and extra hotel charges. Not agreeing their one sided t&c they said they are connecting to guest manager but after 15-20 min on hold they disconnected. Waited for almost 2hrs on road still no response recd from oyo team. I have raised open tickets several times but oyo didn’t responded even for single time and neither refunded and compensated for all this torture.
            With all untrained professional in customer service oyo is very good in extracting margins as a third party but when something go’s wrong they don’t have courtesy to respond and close any issues. They have only escalation but no closure.

            Such a shame that oyo has downgraded their services to such level and don’t refund pre-paid amount in spite of denied check in by hotel

            I book a oyo room before today's & then I went to hote name is sweet magic Gachibowli hyderabad the hotel manager is not allowed me just bcz of I dint rate properly & he said me u r not rating good last time so I can't give u room this is the way of hotel management this is oyo is waste
            It's very worst experience i have with property 'OYO 26590' Chndra menor patna. Even i fully paid online 1 weak ago and it was confirmed booking they didn't allow to check in. And the propery owner is a lady that is shameless old lady..she doesn't know how to speak with customer.she behaved very rude because the amount she received from oyo is lesser than what she expected. But why customer should suffer, i had gone with my small baby at night 10 pm and she denied check in. So my advice is never ever book any hotel from 'OYO'

              Hi Sir,

              I have booked my international holiday package with Oyo holidays.
              *They booked a flight without language and made me to pay there, as per commitment they said amount will be refunded but no response after returning from holidays.
              * Same issue again while returning they gave a connecting flight of different companies. so as per international and domestic language rules i have to pay them extra for 5Kg because for domestic its 15kg allowed and for international its 20kg
              * they never reply on any mail
              * Activity promised was omitted without information.

                I have booked a oyo with booking id hcrk8152, when we went to the hotel to check in they didn't allow me to check in on the claim that i have a local id. Where my id is clearly not local and from other zilla, the staff behaved very rudely afterwards and statred argue with us. When we want them to clarify their policies to us, their behaviour become more rude and offensive. They even threatened us by telling that they will call the police. We really feel harrased and offended by this kind of shameless attitude of the receptionist. I want some strict action against that receptionist so that in future nobody have to the face the harrassment like we have to.

                  I have booked the room on 6th april 2019. And i have paid for the room on 7th april via google pay. Now oyo 5511 is saying me to upgrade the room as the room is not available right now. Before it was showing the room was available. I have been waiting from last 2 hours in reception and i have called oyo customer service thrice, they are not solving my problem. They are simply saying we can't do anything. The service they are providing me is the worst i ever got. I want to put the complain regarding oyo and mm residency (Oyo 5511) for the inconveniences i am facing right now

                    Hello team oyo,

                    I have highlighted the issue accross various social media platforms and mailed the same to all the executives at oyo. Kindly respond with some action taken.

                    After the disastrous experience at oyo 16723 hotel stay bridge (Customer id: kgqy1390), i book the next stay again on oyo thinking this time my experience would be better. But guess what? It turns out worse. Below are my stay details and experience:

                    Property name: oyo flagship 12476, bellandur
                    Check in: 2nd april
                    Check out: 3rd april
                    Booking id: zgjt9102
                    Registered mobile number: [protected]

                    I want a refund for my stay at this property. Following are the reasons for me asking my refund:

                    1] the property did not have electricity for 7 hours, from 11 am to 5 pm. That means in this weather i could not use ac, fans, lights or even wi-fi

                    2] no water from afternoon 3 pm till the next morning 12 pm. They provided us with one bucket of water when asked for again and again. How can we bath, use washrooms or do anything?

                    3] so basically i paid for no wifi, no ac, no fans, no lights, no water nothing. So what did i pay for? The customer service and hotel cleanliness is extremely poor in this property. You can confirm all the above details from the hotel authorities about the absence of electricity and water and poor customer service from the hotel reception.

                    If such are the experiences a loyal oyo customer is getting again and again, then maybe it's time to switch and stop giving more chances to oyo properties!

                    Kindly initiate the process of my refund of tarriff rs 999/- at the earliest because i don't understand for what did i pay 999?

                    Did not have breakfast, ac, wifi, fan, electricity, water, peace of mind then why did i spend 999?

                      I made a booking at oyo through their mobile app from 12th march to 5th april after i made the booking there is an option of adding gst details and corporate name so that i can get the gst invoice. After, checkout the invoice which i got was just a normal invoice without gst details which i have added. Now when i have raised an issue to them i got an email citing gst invoice will be provided by hotel please contact them. When i contacted hotel they clearly refused to provide any invoice citing that you made booking through oyo and not directly to hotel so all invoice will be provided by oyo and all payments you have made is to oyo and not directly to us. Oyo should provide me the gst invoice, if they cannot provide the gst invoice then why their is an option of adding my gst details in oyo app for what purpose it has been given not only this oyo also has an option of raising an issue about gst details, why that option is given if oyo cannot provide gst invoice. As per my understanding oyo is evading from providing me a gst invoice for reason better know to them only.
                      Please help me in getting the gst invoice from oyo its already been three days.

                      Same issue with me. Even i am also not getting actual invoice including my company gst number of booking ID FCKQ5312, LWEJ7256 & HUZV6523. All the amount i have paid from my pocket... i dont know how this fraud company are getting permission from goverment to run. Though i have registered my company gst no.before check in in oyo business but after check out, they are no giving bill. 50 times i called in customer care no.[protected], different peoples are picking and registering complaint number only but i am not getting my bills in any sense. It is impossible to to believe in online bookings and all. Find the attachments for reference.

                        The table in the room broke when we kept our stuff on it and after that we were blamed for breaking the table on purpose. The table didn’t even break, just the screws got detached from the wall. The room wasn’t cleaned afterwards. Infact the receptionist threatened us to pay a fine of 5k and said it was a matter of police. They brought other matters into consideration, one of them being that we took another way to go out of the hotel. The only reason we took another way was because it was closer to the lift that we were using. I don’t even want to explain this anymore because honestly this is not even a point to argue upon. The receptionist literally shouted at me when i reacted upon him saying that this would create a police case. We are now forced to checkout in the night at 3 am. The worst hotel i have ever come across. The hotel is oyo townhouse 071 brookefield bangalore

                          Today i spoken to your customer care executive about my booking he was rude i asked him to speak in english he told to call another person speaking hindi then put my call on hold for long time then transfer to another person he is also not responsible put my call hold bad practice.                             I booked hotel ramdiri recency in patna on december. After confirmed booking they did not give me room after i reached there. After so much of hardship i got another hotel fr myself.. Due to dis matter when i called oyo first of all they did not help. After several calls they jst give me 50% compansation to my nxt booking.. Nw i ll huv a booking in april month in guwahati fr dat when i called oyo they first told me dat i got my compansation by every tym they told me to get back to me.. Bt no calls till nw.. After 7th times calls they did not give me any compansation till nw.. I[censored] ppl jst there fr fooling us then don't do dis kind of stuffs.. First of all u huv worst costomer care every ppl jst hold our call fr 10 min... Lastly i[censored] did want to give my compansation jst told me.. Why fooling ppl to give them comfermatoin mail.. I recommend nt to book any stuff in ur website to everyone..

                              Dear sir,

                              This is to bring to your notice that,
                              I had a booking on 25. Mar.2019 at saharanpur.
                              Oyo 29028 hotel rajpushp, booking id: ldqu7863
                              @ room tariff is rs.1121 /- and this tariff is
                              Inclusive of: complimentary breakfast, free wifi, service charges and central & state goods & services tax.

                              When i asked for bill at the hotel counter, the hotel owner gave me two options.

                              Option - i
                              Pay 12% gst on your booking amount and take bill.

                              Option - ii
                              Take a bill of less than 1000/- and no need to pay gst.

                              I argued with them and shown them oyo booking conformation mail received on 23. Mar.2019 where it is clearly stated that,
                              Room tariff is rs.1121 /- and this tariff is
                              Inclusive of: complimentary breakfast, free wifi, service charges and central & state goods & services tax.

                              Finally they disagree and therefore i had called to oyo customer care, my service request number is 14036054. Costomer care and hotel owner has a conversation with no result and finally i had paid 12% gst extra. This is monopoly and black mail.

                              This hotel is not having power back up and there was a power cut in the evening and i was forced to sit inside the room in darkness. They dont have any emergency lighting system.

                              I have two different bills for the same room, same date & time same guest, same city, same hotel. One from oyo rooms for rs. 1121/- which is inclusive of all the taxes (Room rent is rs. 1001 & gst is rs.120/-) and another bill from the hotel for rs. 1256/- with 12% extra gst. (Rom rent rs.1121 & gst rs.125/-) by this i have paid gst of 120+125 = rs. 245 /- which should be for a room rent of rs.2042/-.

                              I raised this issue to oyo room by e. Mail: [protected]@oyorooms.com

                              The response received is very strange.

                              Oyo is claiming that, rs.125/- has been charged extra for providing me an extra bed.

                              I had booked a classic room with 2 bed for one guest. When i have booked a room for one person, and 2 beds are already there, what shall i do with the 3rd bed.

                              Oyo's claim of providing extra bed is false.
                              Oyo is the 1st hotel chain in the whole universe who charge 12 % extra gst on providing extra bed.

                                My booking id-aetd5743, i booked a room on 4th april 2019, as i reached the hotel and met the frontdesk, the receptionist while handling the key told me before hand that the tv (Setup box) is not working from past 1week, i immediately told him that i want to cancel the booking as i wanted tv working in room. So when i called oyo customer care and told them that i want to cancel booking and want a full refund, as they kept me on hold for 1.5 hours for confirmation from senior authorities. A senior executive after few minutes called me back named (Narendra choudary) [protected]@oyorooms.com, i told him that i have already spoke to two of his executives regarding the issue, and they both had confirmation from hotel frontdesk that the tv is not working from 1 week. I told them to check the call recording and seek proofs from the recordings, which i am not sure whether they have done or not.in the recording there is clear evidence that the oyo customer care spoke to the frontdesk person and took authentication and also confirmed that the tv is not working. But still after all these 3hours of my talk they refuse to refund my money due to their cheap cancelation policy. My final word is that, the problem is clearly on their side and they want me to take another hotel room from oyo which i refused because i was standing outside for 3hours with luggage and family. I will never book a room ever in oyo again. I want my refund back. Thank you

                                  I checked into day inn oyo room chennai on 3rd april in chennai (Id zovt4682). The hotel and the room were nowhere close to the image and reviews that were put on oyo. The staff was unruly and fearing my life i checked out within 15 minutes. The unruly staff however made me pay the full amount of rs 6385 for the 2 rooms for the duration of 2 days that i had booked in. I paid the money and attaching the invoice and the check-in details of the same. However when i called the oyo customer care they keep telling me that there was a no-show and despite them seeing the invoice copy on their system they keep telling me that the property has put a no-show on my booking. I have called atleast 10 times and everytime i get the same answer that a senior manager will call me back. I got an email from mr. Arijit (Who i have marked on the email) asking for a copy of the invoice. But nothing has moved post that mail.
                                  Kindly let me know why i am being dragged into this mess and when i will get my full refund

                                    I've booked a room at hamara hotel, kuttanellur, thrissur around midnight of 04/05/2019 and got an sms message that my room booking is confirmed. I was travelling all the way from calicut to trivandrum and thought i will take rest and proceed further in the morning. So i stopped to book oyo 30272 hamara hotel at kuttanellur, thrissur.
                                    I've made a similar booking exactly 8 days ago around the same time and i stayed there and it was pleseant. It was the same guy who was at the reception then. It was based on this experience that i've made another booking and this guy (He introduced himself as mr jeslio) said early check inis not allowed. I conveyed to him that ive stayed here last week exactly at the same late hour and i was allowed a room then and said u can verify the records with them. Though i expected him to assist me and find me a solution he instantaneously said i was lying. That was the shocking bit of the whole incident. How can anyone in a hospitality industry call a customer a liar without checking the facts??? I showed him the sms i got then and he was still arguing. He said in order to allow early check in i need to pay around 2400 for a room that i had booked for 1160. I thanked god that i din't bring my family here to suffer this insult at 12:15 am after a long drive and all i wanted was a little bit of rest. Consider this as a cautionary warning... Do not think about staying here unless you want to be humiliated...

                                    I wrongly booked single occupancy room and already the hotel has taken 2500 rupees in place of 1600 from me now they are creating further problems and calling me at 2 am. This is not tolerable. Hotel jewel palace habibganj

                                      I had requested for early check-in at 6:30 am... As their scheduled time for check-in is 12 pm.. I paid 200 extra for early check-in... And i had checked out at 11:50 am...
                                      But still they charged me for the whole day... Which is 700...
                                      I didnt even stay for the day which they are charging me... I checked in on 3rd april 6:30 am and checked out at 11:50 in morning... And on 4th april they have showed as check out by me... They are not even showing the correct check out in the app... I had train on 3rd april how can i check out on 4th april... They have charged me 900 for whole stay...in the bill they are not displaying the extra fare
