I checked into day inn oyo room chennai on 3rd april in chennai (Id zovt4682). The hotel and the room were nowhere close to the image and reviews that were put on oyo. The staff was unruly and fearing my life i checked out within 15 minutes. I paid 640/- using my debit card. The oyo app malfunctioned and said the payment for booking could not be completed due to a technical error. However, the amount got deducted from my bank account. Customer care executives are adamant i have not paid any amount whereas my bank statement says otherwise. Please resolve this issue and refund me at the earliest as i had to pay again by cash at the hotel....

Dear sir,
I booked hotel park palace oyo 22683 for dates 02/01/2019 - 04/01/2019.
And also payed the total amount rs. 7925 at the time of chech-in.
But later on due to poor service by the hotel, i modified my booking 02/01/2019 - 03/01/2019. And my refund amount of rs.4515 was processed
Later on only Rs.3275 was refunded to my bank account
But the amount supposed to be refunded was Rs.4515 but the amount...
