We have done the hotel booking in hotel star panvel booking id gfmx2935 at oyo 24621 surprisingly there was no water for having bath & also for wash room when asked from the manager he was not having any correct answer what is the use of doing booking from oyo when the necessity things are not available really not happy with the choice of hotel recommended by oyo

    Payed online for booking number ACOQ2951 to Taj Residency Mangalore.

    Reached Taj Residency at 9:30pm with 3 senior citizens, a kid and a handicapped mentally ### person in my family. The in-charge in the hotel refused to give us a room stating they don't accept online payments made to oyo. I called OYO customer support from 9:30 to 10:45 more than 6-8 times and every time the customer service person said they will put me to the escalation team and put me on long holds with no further action. There were also cross connections from Shimla and other places were people had similar issues with OYO.

    I had to pay 2600 against the initial 1803 that oyo had promised, to stay in the same accommodation as I could not shift with my family as it was already very late.The hotel did not give complimentary breakfast nor wifi as promised too. Also they refused to give us a bill stating we needed to pay them 4000rs as GST would be included. This was not informed to us at checkin.

    Hi There
    I am blocked by oyo customer care. I booked
    hotel in jaipur to stay for 2 nights also paid for the
    Room on 6th . Now I am not feeling safe because no customer care for assistance. planning to Go to the court of law.

      Oyo customer service: dont close this as resolved by just adding a comment without giving real resolution like last time. Please provide provductive resolution here only after investigation. I'm providing all the details if you really want to give resolution for your mistakes.

      I had such terrible, poor, irresponsible, unprofesional customer serivce experience after booking oyo room (Balaji lodge-oyo19927). See attached pics of dirty marks from the flooring to sealing with pan spits, toilet water is literally leaking nor i can use toilet properly with a pipe going from infront, see toilet entrance has leaking water from toilet, see the dirty shelfs.
      Its disgusting that i ever ever stayed any such oyo dirty room like this
      I had to spent most of the time in reception waiting for oyo customer service agent (Poulami who promised to either change the room or hotel but disappeared entire day/night ignoring my various calls
      Since then i wrote 14 emails to explain to me why the room is not even close to 1% of what they advertised and why customer serivce failed to provide service or change room made me wait 15 hours and even now why they are refusing to refund 100% of booking amount instead just refunding 234 rupees after failing to provide what has been assured and ignoring my emails?

        My Booking ID is GHFU8125. I had booked hotel OYO 697 The Sirona Hotel, Bund Garden Road, Pune for our valuable customer Mr.Gopal K for the period 14.4.19 to 17.4.19 - 3 nights. contact no.of Mr.Gopal K is [protected].

        Due to some urgent work, our customer had changed the plan and instead of check out 17.4.19, he plan to check out on 16.4.19 early morning about 7 am.

        I had already paid advance of Rs.6342.00 for the period of 3 nights.

        Now I request you to kindly refund my one day advance payment.

        I had contacted you customer care many time and also property manager of Ms.Neha of Hotel Sirona. but I am not able to get proper response.

        Pl do the needful.

          This is to inform you that such a poor services giving by your customer
          care. I am sharing the some key points which is i am observing in last 01
          month to taking follow up with OYO guys regarding Modification and
          refund Amount.

          *Communications:*
          1. On 15th March, i have booked a room at Goa OYO Flagship 13623.
          2. But the images on OYO site and physically at Hotel, both was different.
          3. Also Hotel room are fully dirty and not suitable for couples.
          4. Due to such poor management, i had modified the booking on 17th March
          from 04 days to 01 day only.
          5. *As per discussion with OYO customer care, 4566 to be detected out of
          Total booking amount 8800. which is also not expected from OYO.* and approx Rs 4400 to be refund in my account.
          6. However i was't want spoil my trip due to that thing, i decide to bear
          this amount.
          7. OYO team has modified the booking and shared final invoice with us,
          given 7 to 14 days time to refund my amount.
          8. I got the massage on 22nd March from OYO team, Rs 2291 amount has been
          approved and process.
          9.* But i have not received such amount in my account.*
          10.* I have shared my back statement also with OYO team where no
          transaction of Rs 2291. *
          11 I got the one more massage on 30th March, of Rs 2209 amount has been
          approved and process which i have shared my bank account an same has been
          received in My account.

          *Concern:*

          1. Almost 30 Mails passed but not getting appropriate response from OYO
          team.
          2. As per your policy, Amount to be refund in 7 to 14 day, but its 30 days
          passed but not getting *Rs 2291* in my account.

          3. Continuously trying connecting on Phone but average holding time is 15
          minute on each call which is not expected such a poor customer case service.
          4. Even 2 or 3 times, My Call had been connected with other Customer which
          was hold on other call. its shameless situation of your services.

          Please just attention on this case.

          After such case, Now my recommendation will be never to suggest anyone to
          book from OYO.

            booking not confirmed but amount is deducted.

            I have paid rs.285 through debit card to oyo app on 15th april 2019 to book hotel in noida. My money got deducted but booking not confirmed by oyo app. Therefore I made successful booking from paytm. I want my money back which was deducted from debit card. On calling customer care of oyo they have booked hotel on pay to hotel basis and i have again paid in cash and money paid through is still not refunded.

            We had booked a hotel for 33 rooms through OYO, Lucknow, for a wedding function that was to be held on 2nd Feburary 2019. We had paid the advance for the rooms on 5th November 2018. The wedding got cancelled due a very serious medical emergency at my home. I had informed the OYO staff (Sachin and Mr Abhinav) about the incident and they told me that they will deduct 30 percent of the amount and return the rest amount. Ideally the amount deducted should be just 15%, altthough we agreed on the 30 percent figure as well. Moreover, they moved the OYO from Sky Hilton Hotel and did not even inform us about the movement. Now we were chasing them without even knowing where they are sitting.
            The sales person, along with his manager, Mr Abhinav Sharma has been fooling us since 2 months now and we have not got the refund even till date. When we call them, they cut the phone and give random excuses.
            Please refund the amount asap.

              How come this is marked as resolved when oyo just adds a comment without resolving anything. As mentioned clearly in the original complaint I gave oyo hotel name and sent 14 emails to your customer service but still no response. I shall reopen a new complain until you really give a resolution.

              Did you even read what I mentioned clearly here? They just offered 25% of booking amount after providing nightmare experience and customer service never helped to sort from the begining and even now. Did you even check the pics ? Does it ece match 1% of listed pics on oyo site? The whole point of me complaining here is to get 100% refund. Next time please don't answer in a generic way to escape. Provide direct details about how much amount you are refunding instead of just saying your team offered refund. Till now you did nothing new from 3 days after even complaining here. I need 100% refund into my oyo wallet as you tricked and fooled by putting pics which never matched the hotel. I provided it and I'm not leaving this matter until you do that.

                It seems that i really have to escalate this to social media level as oyo is not responding to my emails. Initially for the 2 months they gave me false promises every 15 days that the amount will be refunded in 10-14 days. Now for the last 1 month they have stopped responding to my emails.                 11063 hotel suncity, Faridabad, denied to provide a room after I asked them that on the oyo app it's showing discounted rate of 700 rs, they said they don't provide room in less than 1200 whatever the deal is so eventually I had to book the room for 1500 rs . Either provide true info on the app or remove such fraud hotels from your brand name

                  I booked oyo room 24455 for three days and paid rs.2754/- as two days charge. I reached at 2000hrs on 13th april, 2019 after informing them well in advance.
                  There was no one present in that area which was isolated. There was no light, after 30 minutes waiting a small boy claiming as caretaker came and reported that there is no power, followed by a lady who was drunken and started abusing everyone. Myself and my wife aged 60 & 52 had to flee from that area in a taxi. We had not entered the premises of oyo out of fear. I faced heavy loss and hardship for relying on oyo. Oyo has agreed to refund only half the amount and has not taken this seriously. I had to face a loss of more than rs.4000/- by fetching another room on emergency in the night and the taxi charge.

                    I have booked the room at Hotel Sai Viranjan at Sirdi Maharashtra (booking ID:DJBK5327) in the name of Amit Kumar +3 more person including 2 years 6 months kid. After checking into the room on 13th April 2019, it was completely different as promised and shown in the picture. I called 4 times for the change of room as only one bed was available and for 3rd person hotel manager advised to sleep at floor in the room as OYO has provided the same. I called OYO customer care executive 4 times (from 9pm to mid night 12.03 am but they have not solved the problem. They behaved unethically and during call his customer care executive intentionally put my call on hold (remember during conversation on the subject matter he did this). I tried for resolution till 12.45 am in the night but my problem is remain unsolved.

                    I need to get my money refund and strict action against this arrogant OYO customer care who don't care about problems of those person who book rooms and being cheated by false commitment by them.

                      Such a Horrible experience, I have confirmed booking of 1 room 2 adult (CMIG7943) done by calling oyo HELPLINE and for confirmation called hotel receptionist he totally denied the amount which I have confirmed on oyo app and he asked almost double charge and said when I said I have confirmed booking then he denied that booking will not be confirmed in that amount, Then I called CUSTOMER CARE but even after holding my call more than 30 min still not resolved.                         I booked a room at capital o 6958 the vijay park in chennai however the receptionist did not allowed check in stating technical error and no entry for booking via oyo. Furthur on talking to customer care and hotel reception came to know oyo need to pay rs.9 lakhs to the hotel which was pending. Why will guest suffer on oyo and hotel issue. I booked it 10 days in advance it becomes the duty of hotel and oyo to update that we will not be allowed entry. Who will be the sufferer ultimately the guest. Oyo are cheaters, they don't pay to hotel and hotel don't allow entry.in necessarily we had to book cab from airport to the hotel and then search another hotel. Very much irritated. Such scenario are frequent with oyo. Oyo is a fraudster.

                          I have booked hotel through oyo room with booking i d. Gxhj8301 in virnidavan in nutan krishna hotel.. But room was not as per standard, no ac in room and have bed smell of paints... Hotel manager behaved badly, no clear reply and solution of problem...
                          In that night i was staying with my old age parents and kid in rain looking for soultion and we have hotel tushar residency too far from location...
                          We escalate issue and asked for refund.. The oyo exective send mail dated 31.03.19 saying that u will receive following mail with link to add account for refund... No mail. Recived from last two weeks... Even customer care executive also not reply properly and not giving any solution...
                          Kindly looks into this and provide me the refund.

                            I had made a booking for april 12th in an oyo room (Rated 4.3) in bhubaneshwar, booking id ipzf3017. On arriving there i saw that the place was very unhygenic, and did not seem safe, having no security provisions, and even had one drunk service person. The person who seemed to be managing the place told me to request oyo to change my hotel as i had told him the room was not clean. He was afraid that i would give him a bad rating. I couldn't cancel the booking as i had already paid online.
                            On calling oyo customer service at around 8pm, i was assured by the person that he will look for an alternative accommodation, and asked me to hold. The call was cut by the customer service after 20 minutes. Again i called the customer service, this time a woman answered. I told her specifically that the oyo customer service had cut my previous call, and also that it was getting late, and to please speeden up the process. She assured me that my issue would be resolved immediately and said she is transferring my call. I waited for 1 hour and 20 minutes, with no avail. I am attaching the call records from my phone to the customer service.
                            Why i choose to book through oyo, is because i expected a minimum amount of safety and hygiene, which was not there. Nor was a decent or efficient customer service. Further when travelling as a single woman, it becomes even more difficult to find a safe place to stay. As an aggrieved consumer i appeal to this forum to address the harrowing experience i had, by not only providing me with a sufficient explanation and compensation but also making oyo a safer place by doing security checks on the places it has.

                              I have madr a booking by calling your customer executive, whi made a fake promise that i can make the payment while checking in, after sometime it was cancelled saying no payment done. I have clearly asked your customer executive about this, from then i have been calling oyo and all of them puts my call on hold and cuts the call. How is this right? I have wasted my 2hrs on this, if your executive is unable to resolve then tell us you can't do it, we will find some other service. Extremely disappointed in the first booking itself. I mean placing on hold for 30 odd minutes and cutting the call? Are customers a joke to you? So much for your tagline.

                                I have booked the hotel (Oyo 10821 sree balaji residency) for one night (6/4/19) booking id znit5413. This booking was confirmed and i have also mentioned clearly that i will be coming late night from airport.
                                Upon reaching the hotel around 1:15 am the hotel was closed.
                                I knocked the doors for 15 mins no one opened the doors.
                                I called customer care twice but the customer care guys were also helpless as no was attending the phone after 20 mins my call was automatically getting disconnected. It was very scary and life threatening as there was no around except dogs barking.
                                I have to catch a cab to nearby oyo hotel. Luckily the room was available, i have paid much higher price for the room as the date has changed after midnight and cannot give the rate which was available couple of hours earlier and told me to contact oyo for the compensation. Oyo customer care supervisor (Gaurav) told me he is unable to compensate for the inconvenience or the price difference as there is no such policy.
                                Please help me to get compensation for the inconvenience that has caused to me, cab fare and higher room rate

                                    Yesterday (I. E 10/4/2019) i have booked the oyo-hotel (Maple-tree) through redbus. By mistake, i done the hotel where couples are not allowed. I was with my cousin. I spoke to the oyo customer care, he booked a new room in near by location. Before check-in i verified that will i get refund. Customer care person said yes you will get your amount refund, know you have to pay the amount for new booking. I beileved them as i was using this app past 1 year for my family and freinds. So i paid the bill. Then after checkout i called to oyo helpline, know they are telling to call thrid party services (Goibibo). I am just fed up with this guys. I was planned to book couple of rooms for my colleagues for a festival. But know i am very disappointed by this people.

                                      Sunday I booked deluxe room in hotel primrose regency in Pune for 8th April. I confirmed with customer care executive of Oyo that I am going with my mother and 2 maasis, they 3 senior citizens, is it possible for we 4 to get one big room and he put our call on hold and checked with hotel and told us that it is possible but we will have to pay 1265 instead of 960. We said ok and confirmed it. But when we went to hotel, hotel guy started asking 400 RS extra apart from 1265 and started talking rudely and misbehaving with my mother who is senior citizen. When we call Oyo customer care, they said they can't help it and we have to pay. When we told hotel guy that we will pay he said I will not give us room now and started talking very badly with my mother and maasis. And told us to go. And we were left roomless and even Oyo staff didn't help us. Though we booked another hotel which is far from where we have to go and it is sheer disappointing from Oyo people to make false commitment. If they would be charging more for 4th person or if it is not possible, he should have told us, we would have decided on Sunday itself. Even after telling Oyo customer care guy on Monday to check phone recording still he was not cooperating . I used Oyo for first time and it was sheer disappointment. I would suggest you to train your staff to commit only what you can afford
