Hi oyo team,

I have canceled the hotel reservation some days ago. Still i haven't got the refund yet. Attaching screenshot for your reference.

Tell me, from where i will be getting the refund or when.
Its my money and i am only struggling for this
Please refund my money as soon as possible.

    Refund Delayed and unresponsive

    Dear Sir / Madam,

    I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Oyo Townhouse

    The issue that I have experienced was: I had booked 4 rooms on 9th July 2022 in Townhouse 459 Hotel Bali Square. Confirmation was done and payment was made of Rs 5, 922. When we reached to the hotel the manager in location denied to check in because the townhouse and Oyo are not tied up so we called the customer service representative...

    I made a transaction for booking a hotel via oyo rooms on 11th july 2022 with transaction amount of 3970/- (3703 from UPI of Punjab National Bank plus 267 from gpay).Paid extra tariff of 1300/- at hotel that is included in 3703/- . It has been more than 14 working days since oyo is telling me that they have initiated the refund and that i will receive the amount within 14 working days. I asked oyo again for telling them that there is no issue from the bank side. Kindly initiate the refund but they are not responding well .

      I booked Oyo rooms for my upcoming trip through one of their customer care executive. I asked for early 6 AM check-in and they asked me to pay extra money for that. But after the payment, I contacted the property and they told m that, they had not received any information from the Oyo regarding the early check-in. And If want I will have to pay extra money for the same. And I tried to contact Oyo's customer care number, but none of them is responding and my calls are getting disconnected. I need a hassle-free check-in. So please check and make sure you resolve this issue before my stay.

        The amount of 787 is pending from past 26 days, I have constantly contacting them but still they haven't provided me the refund. No one is helping and I'm waiting for there response. Its soo frustrating that no one from their is helping out to solve the refund issue.

          I have booked an Oyo from 22nd July to 27th July. Booking id being HJ4I3688, the total amount was paid in two parts. Total was 8403.
          On the day of check i got a call from Oyo that the hotel is over booked and they have shifted me to a different cheap hotel which was also over booked so I canceled the booking and was told I will be getting my refund in 3 to 4 days. Which did not happend.
          Then I have been calling customer care and either they keep my call on hold and cut it or they just keep transferring call, no proper answer is given.
          Please help me out in this matter. And I want my refund in my account directly and NOT AS Oyo money.

              I had cancelled one of my booking and asked for refund . The app showed that. Refund has been successfully transferred but I haven't received any money . I have called the customer care executives and talked to them for hours but no one is helping me . Please look into the matter .

                I've books 2 rooms for 23 and 24 July in aravali suites gurugram but when we went there they denied checkin and told us that they are not accepting any booking through Oyo then I've called Oyo for like 15 - 16 times but everytime the do is cut the call and I'm really annoyed and when I did the booking someone khushboo assisted me so she did 2 seprate bookings but now it's been 5 days and I've only received the refund of one booking and i don't know what is wrong with Oyo literally the worst experience I will definitely not recommend booking from Oyo and i need my refund ASAP otherwise I will have to take some serious leagal action against it.

                  Bookings I'd - JUFP7013

                  I booked oyo Hotel. For 9th to 10th May I had booked 1st may 2022 and canceled it before 9th May as I could not go there. Then I waited for 15 days for its refund but no refund. After that 15 days I called customer care still no solution. It's been 2 months 20 days since canceled but still no refund

                    Denied check-in

                    My Oyo booking id was SR7D6821, name of the hotel was oyo flagship 44546 royal holiday, Patna. I prepaid rs 290 on Oyo app, but hotel denied me the check-in. Receptionist at the hotel was asking me to pay rs 1000 more to get the room. He wasn't allowing me to enter the premise of hotel. He said to me that no room is available through Oyo, why did you pay online?

                    I booked the hotel on 24th June, 2022. I arrived at my destination...

                    This is regarding the booking - Q3DK0602 & BLP02966 with OYO. They sent me a confirmation mail mentioning that they would refund all my extra cash paid to the hotel as per the bill provided by the hotel. They also asked for the account details and mentioned that the refund will be completed within 7-14 working days. It's been more than 14 days now and the refund is in process yet.

                    This is really a shame coming from such a big brand. They are making fool of customers by sending a confirmation mail of refund process which leads in customers paying higher amount to the hotels.

                        Hi, I booked a room with Oyo in hotel all in one bidhannagar on 23 Rd July 2022.however on the day of booking, the hotel suddenly told us through Oyo that the property is unavailable and they will move us to a nearby bad property.i didn't agree and after calling to the Oyo reception desk they told us they will refund us the whole amount and booked us a bad rated 2 star room, the receptionist told me to cancel the booking so that I will get the refund, i cancelled, now suddenly my whole amount was deducted as cancellation fee, without any fault of my own, again the room she booked that amount also debited from me and after some time I looked at the property and again called to cancel and they told us to cancel again. I did that, and my money was again deducted as cancellation fee, now almost 1500 rs was deducted without any fault of mine.i want full refund and also they tricked and harrassed me, my two booking ID's are CLAV7372 and LQUG8732, here are the screenshot s where they told they were moving on the day of my booking

                                Booking I'd: XF0T0002
                                I was having my booking from 6th June to 8th June in 'Collection O 81451 capital casa' but at the time of check in they denied the check in and mentioned they will not accept any bookings from OYO, then I contacted Oyo support and they mentioned that book that hotel by providing the cash they are asking for and after checkout share the bill and your total bill along with the Oyo booked amount will be refunded.
                                So, after that only the booked amount was refunded and the extra amount I paid in the hotel is not refunded yet.
                                Oyo support team had mentioned that the amount will be refunded in 14 workings days but it's about a month now and I have not received the money yet.

                                Also attaching the bill and the mail which Oyo support team has sent that your money refund has been initiated.

                                  I booked an oyo property(oyo10454 hotel riviera)my booking ID (GAK94669) on 26th july 2022.I booked through oyo app with which I was supposed to pay rs300 but at the time of check-in the receptionist asked us to pay 1200 and was denying check in at the amount shown on the app...it was 4am, we came from chennai with a patient and can’t just shift hotels at that time of the day I called oyo customer care but they did nothing to help me, ultimately I had to shell out rs1200...very poor coordination between the oyo and the hotel...it is an erratic experience altogether...plz do something about it...

                                    I booked from in Pondy through OYO. Before booking data I got call from hotel and they told there is no rooms available you have to cancel the room . I made the payment already when I went to call through app it’s showing no amount will be refunded if I cancel . But it’s not my issue I contacted OYO Custumer care also they told me to cancel through app and I will get my refund . From that day I’m calling Custumer care there is no proper response they keeping on hold for. 30-45 mins and disconnecting the call. I tried calling 10-15 times daily . No response from OYO. Worst company and service . Real fraud .
