On 29 Aug 2022, i booked hotel from OYO rooms by calling on OYO reservation desk, they booked room for me with booking ID YQUW3075, and asked me to pay some amount using Google pay, i paid, when i reached to hotel they said there rooms are filled with water due to heavy rain and rooms are not available, and they said OYO didn't confirmed with us regarding room availability.
Again i called OYO they said we will book new hotel for you near to this location, again they said they did booking for me with booking ID NMFD9216, again i drive to that location and they also said rooms are not available and why you booked from OYO they didn't confirmed with us regarding room availibility.

Now, when iam trying to reach OYO for refund for both the bookings but OYO not responding and they kept disconnecting my call. They harrased me.

      I booked and oyo hotel room for 4 aug. 2022 through oyo app and paid the full amount through PAYTM and money got deducted but thier was no showing of any bookings in the app and later when i called the CUSTOMER care it showed that their is check in and check out done and i even not attend the hotel that fay as their was no showing of any bookings in the aap ..so i then call the hotel they said that yess you didn't arrived but as their was checkin done through app only so they needed to do check out and i want to inform you that i didn't even arrived at that hotel that day and i called CUSTOMER service 3-4 times they said be on the call we will let you know and jept the call ..i need only my refund amount of 1053 rs.. I booked the room through app eith nunber [protected] and my booking id was YNU99607 ..I only need my refund amount ### soon as possible ...oyo rooms

      Not resolved no refund have been provided by the company and also no response by the customer care very poor accommodation by the company ...no refund and no response by the company and here they are saying resolved ...they are doing fraud by allowing check in to other without the person who booked and also not providing refund ...i only need my refund ..           I booked a hotel named New Delhi Guest House (62786) on 03/08/22, 03:42 PM under the name Apoorva Prakash. After reaching the the hotel, it refused me from checking in and then i dailed OYO for help, I wanted refund and after some time an automated call came to confirm my cancellation of hotel and said the money will be refunded in some days. But today 04/08/22 when I called OYO customer service regarding the refund, they out right rejected to refund me after saying something about some policy and saying that it's because I confirmed the cancellation. So this is the cheap and fraudulent way they have found to rip of people like me haa...?!

            I have booked a oyo (my Booking Id V2EM5960) and paid advance booking of rs.399 but when i reached to the location there was no hotel located at that point then i called to the hotel no. That’s unreachable then i cancelled my booking by giving the the reason of no hotel available on the location they cut my advance booking fees in cancellation charges then I’m continuously try ti reach ti coustomer service they kept my call on hold for too long and then cut it and then i have to do the same procedure again and again oyo service thinks customers is fool everytime i tried to contact they cutted my call after a long hold i just want my money back plz provide my money back another way I’m going to file a complaint on cybercrime against the fake hotel on oyo

              I was trying to book a hotel yesterday and i made the payment twice but the booking failed and the amount was deducted from my account twice. I later made the booking with another card with which it was confirmed but i haven't received any refund of the deducted amount and i can't contact your customer care regarding it.

                On 1st Aug 2022 I booked a room through oyo app in OYO Townhouse 1072 Rks Prestige, the booking was confirmed after I made the online payment and got the booking id as O0U63612 but when I reached the hotel they denied check- in stating they don't accept online payment booking as they are not getting payment from Oyo people and rooms are full now so he didn't allowed us to check in even after requesting, I immediately called the oyo call centre but they would ask all details and kept disconnecting the call I did ask to connect me to manager but they would talk and disconnect the call lastly one person from customer support said he is transferring me to service team who will help but I waited for more than 40 minutes on line and then call got disconnected finally I have to leave the place

                I am fedup if I call customer support they are telling call service team and if I call that number it says we are facing high volume check from app...etc and call gets disconnected.

                Please refund my money immediately

                  On 12th of July 2022 I have booked a hotel for rs 992 but after I reached the hotel the receptionist denied check in giving reason of low tariff charged by Oyo after that I made the payment which was asked by the hotel to check in.
                  I called Oyo customer care they assured me that the extra amount which i paid to the hotel will get refunded after I submit the bill. next day on 13th July I checked out and summited the bill to Oyo via there mail id they assured me refund of 2382 rs which was the extra amount I paid will be credited within 7 to 14 days but it has been 22 days and I haven't received any refund. I have called there customer care department 30 to 40 times and every time I connect they ask me to connect to customer service department and when they transfer my call to the service department the calls goes to IVR and from there even after entering the right number which IVR asks for the call does not connect to the service department.
                  I have been very much frustrated with there service.

                    I tried reaching customer care several times and all of them are putting me on hold.

                      I was given a confirmed booking. When I went to the hotel the hotel said it was sold out and not able to provide me a room. I had already paid for the hotel but till now not given any kind of return. I am not able to get in touch with any customer service personal.

                        I've a booked a Oyo hotel ( booking I'd is IRQ84445 ) . The booking required advance payment of 471 rupees. I did pay the required amount in advance. But due to some circumstances i decided not to go and went on to cancel my booking and requested a full refund. After some time they updated the refund status ' under process'. The next day they updated the refund status to " refund successful through original mode of payment". Then checked out my bank account and no money has been refunded to my account. I waited for some time but still no refund has been. Then I called their customer care executive and told him everything. He constantly argued with me that the refund has been done but I told him that I have proof of my last ten transaction. After hearing that I have proof regarding the matter he hesitated a bit and told me wait stay on the line and swiftly disconnect the call. I went on to call a several number of times and the same thing happened over and over again. Still no money has been credited to my account Nd i think they are doing this on purpose. I just want my money back that is all. Thank you.

                          On 28th July I booked a room through OYO on call, self requested for early check-in on 29th July (for 10am), executive confirmed pre check-in and asked to pay full amount to book the room, have paid based on that.

                          Friday morning I called the hotel, the person told NO ROOMS AVAILABLE FOR PRE- CHECK- IN, then i requested the hotel person as saying i have paid through call itself because of conforming pre check-in only.

                          Hotel person says, the OYO booking team gave you false confirmation and he literally said they have cheated you as well.

                          I felt really ashamed, Then I contacted customer care, one gentleman helped me to cancel the booking and guided me to write mail here for a refund.

                          Because of non availability or false commitment only have cancelled the booking. Hence please refund my money back to my account as soon as possible.

                          Also, pls fix the communication gap between the booking team and hotel managing team. Bcz booking team says town house is our own property i[censored] book here it will be done as well, but managing team says you were cheated by them likewise. It's a really hectic situation for the customers.

                          have sent complaint to escalations mail also no one was responded yet.

                            Hi this is to inform you that my name is Kaustav Dutta and I booked an OYO room through the OYO app . My booking was for 2nd August and I payed Rs 966 through the app. My booking I'd was F4GW3746.
                            But after cancelling the booking before 9am 2nd August I am supposed to get the refunded money back in my account. But still I didn't get any money back in my account though in the account it is showing refund successful.

                                I have booked a hotel at New Delhi on 16th July for 1 night by advance payment vide booking ID - PBBE0675. But the hotel denied to accept the booking and did not give any room. I informed the Oyo Customer Care straight way. They told me that refund is initiated and it will be credited within 24hrs. Now they have sent a mail denying the refund.

                                  I book and hotel room through oyo on 2 August 2022 again for 4 August 2022 through oyo app and did full payment through paytm but the money got deducted but their is no showing of any bookings in the app and message also again the same thing happened i have to now again and now the app is also not working properly not allowing me to login so plzz go through this problem as soon as possible and i need full refund as soon as possible ..my app login number is [protected]and i paid Rs.1052 i need the refund as soon as possible and go through this problem

                                    On June 26 and June 27, 2022, I used Phonepe to complete transactions for the hotel reservations I had made with Oyo Rooms. The total for both transactions was rs 2094 (rs 1142 and rs 956 paid separately). I cancelled the reservation for some reason, and Oyo has been telling me that they have started the refund process and that I will receive the money within 14 working days, but it has been more than 14 working days. Since Oyo Customer Care keeps hanging up on me after more than 30 days, I don't know the status of my refund or when I will get it.

                                      I want to know the refund status of my booking last month. As per our telephonic conversation with Pratima Sah (Guest Experience Team) you had told me that the refund has been processed and it will take 7-14 working days. But it's been more than a month now and I'm still waiting for the refund.
                                      As per our conversation I have already sent you the Receipt invoice from the hotel and also shared you the bank details.
                                      Please do the needful at the earliest and respond as soon as possible.

                                      Please find the attached document of invoice to this email. Before payment at the hotel I had called your customer support as the hotel was asking for extra money more than the booking fee, so your customer support officer said me to pay the extra amount and Oyo will pay you back the extra amount paid by me.

                                      I had already been in contact with you 5 times before for the issue and shared you the bank details. But I'm still waiting for my refund.

                                      Please look into this matter seriously you guy's are not even responding and giving me worst customer service. From 1 month I'm mailing you why are you not responding and giving my refund. Please respond on my email address.

                                        I booked a hotel room in hotel mangal inn in Udaipur. Paid for it in advanced but the hotel staff denied my check in on 2 August 2022. The oyo app shows me that I’ve checked in and even checked out of the room. They didn’t even let me in! I want complete refund of my booking and strict action against hotel.
