On 28th July I booked a room through OYO on call, self requested for early check-in on 29th July (for 10am), executive confirmed pre check-in and asked to pay full amount to book the room, have paid based on that.
Friday morning I called the hotel, the person told NO ROOMS AVAILABLE FOR PRE- CHECK- IN, then i requested the hotel person as saying i have paid through call itself because of conforming pre check-in only.
Hotel person says, the OYO booking team gave you false confirmation and he literally said they have cheated you as well.
I felt really ashamed, Then I contacted customer care, one gentleman helped me to cancel the booking and guided me to write mail here for a refund.
Because of non availability or false commitment only have cancelled the booking. Hence please refund my money back to my account as soon as possible.
Also, pls fix the communication gap between the booking team and hotel managing team. Bcz booking team says town house is our own property i[censored] book here it will be done as well, but managing team says you were cheated by them likewise. It's a really hectic situation for the customers.
have sent complaint to escalations mail also no one was responded yet.
