Dear Samsung india,

I've been to your authorized service center to get mo C9 pro Mobile repair at Okhla Phase 1 (Delhi) Service Center, staff there was being very rude from the very moment i went there,
however i told them my problem, supervisor Mr. Imran & Mr. Rakesh told me to go and get the mobile serviced from somewhere else as company will not probide the spare part to them,

I simply requested them to let me submit the mobile weather it will take time i can wait, but instead of creating job sheet against my case they denied and told me that company is not good & not providing spare part to their own service center & if i can complaint where ever i wish but they will not repair my mobile.

please go through given complain & suggest the best possible closer against them, as being a brand like Samsung this sort of behavior is never expected from your team.

      I have purchased a new samsung C7 Pro mobile from Lok Plus, Daulat Ganj, Lashkar, Gwalior on 15 Nov 2017, and facing problem in my mobile set since last one and half month.
      1. On 7 June 2018 I have deposited my mobile on service centre for network issue. They have got the mobile repaired by changing the motherboard and display and returned back to me.
      2. On 27 June I have again deposited my mobile to service centre to get the other problem of auto touch resolved. They have returned back my mobile after some cleaning.
      3. I was again facing the same problem (auto touch screen) on 16 July and deposited it to the Service centre. They returned back my set and told that they have registered my complaint and placed an order for notworking part.
      4. Till date (20 July 2018 ) the part has not been replaced and my phone is still in bad condition. I rang up service centre and customer care both to know the status of my set. They have told me that the part is not available with the company and I have to wait for some more days.
      5. I request my problem may please be resolved by replacing my hand set with the new one to avoid the repeated problem.

        I have purchase one side by side refrigerator by paying rupees 86000 before 4 years. In last 4 years the refrigerator was having cooling problem since last 3 years. every time mechanic of Samsung comes and refills gas and takes 2000 rupees and after 2/3 month again the same problem persists. there is no permanent solution to the problem of refrigerator of a company like Samsung. now again the refrigerator was defective and nobody is coming since last 2-3 months for repair of the refrigerator after repeated requests. On complain on your website on dt.16.07.18, one Sri Sandip from Samsung called me on 17.07.18 and assured me the same will be repaired permanently by their senior technician. The technician came on dt.19.07.18 and after checking informed me that the freeze can not be repaired at my place and required to take it to their workshop about 55 km away. I allowed them to take but they refused and said the freeze has to sent by me to their workshop and take back after repair by my own expenses. And repair is not guarantted as the internal condensor might be leaking. I tried to contract Mr.Sandip but he could not be contacted.
        The freeze is guarented for 10years for cooling. I request Samsung to replace the freeze as it is giving trouble since purchase and I have spent much for repair for such a costly freeze. I am ready to buy back on prorata basis.

            I am reaching out to you as a frustrated customer who is not getting proper support from anybody at your end (Samsung customer care, technician etc).

            I bought a Samsung Curved UHD Television (Model: UA40KU6300KLXL) on[protected]. I had high regards for the brand, hence I happily paid premium amount for the TV thinking that I will get good quality and service from Samsung. But unfortunately, now the TV is not working.

            Below are the series of events that occurred:
            (*) Our curved 42" Samsung TV suddenly got switched OFF one day and was not switching ON.
            (*) We complained to customer care and were guaranteed response within 2-3 days.
            (*) When technician came, he said it might be mother board issue.
            (*) The ordered mother board which came after 8 days, was tried again and we were informed that it too was defective.
            (*) Later technician got power supply board and checked again.
            (*) Later he came with another senior engineer and he confirmed that the mother board itself is defective and ordered another mother board.
            (*) That too was defective and had same issue.
            (*) Again, technician came with another Senior Service Engineer. He too confirmed that the new MB was also defective and ordered for airlift of another MB.
            (*) That MB came after 8 days and today when he checked, again this has same issue and TV is not switching ON.

            Technician has visited our home 7-8 times and our TV is still not working. It has been close to a month since TV is not working and every time we get assurance that the issue will be resolved within the next one week. Thinking that we are facing this issue with TV within 1.5yrs of purchase, I am scared to buy any other product from Samsung.

            Hence, I request you to kindly escalate this matter and get this issue rectified ASAP.

                2 months before we have an issue with cooling gas in our refrigerator. So We have raised our concern to SAMSUNG service center for rectifying our issue and the service order no was : [protected] upon which Service engineer visited our home and done his analysis and found that there is an issue with the cooling gas and upon which service technician : Mohammed Khader visited our home and rectified the cooling gas issue on Date : 03.05.2018 & Cash receipt no : 1863.

                Once again after two months we are facing the same issue related to cooling. So once again we have raised our concern to SAMSUNG service center and the service order no : [protected] to look into this issue upon which service engineer visited our home and again he did his analysis and found that there is an issue with cooling gas for the past 4 days we are facing cooling issue and the SAMSUNG service center is not taking any action to rectify our issue.

                Please help me on this as soon as possible & Looking forward for good service

                  My complain number [protected] & subsequent complain reference number [protected] to Samsung customer care. I purchased the LED tv on 05/04/2016, from that date 3 (thrice) times i was delivered a broken TV (inspected and rejected by your installation agent) by your dealer. It took almost 40days to get my new TV delivered. I bought an extended warranty immediately for 4 years expiring in 2020. Both my extended warranty and warranty still ran from the invoice date.

                  Recently I found that the sides of my panel emitting white vertical lines & i raised a complain to Samsung CC. The service centre after inspection called me back stating the panel of the LED is damaged and the part is not available and offers me a deducted settlement of 67% of the invoice amount in demand draft or coupon to which I STRONGLY disagree. My complain here is to inform you that i have invested a huge amount in Samsung TV & subsequently bought the extended warranty till 2020 to safeguard my investment. I feel deeply saddened and cheated by such approach by Samsung service centre. I with this complain would like to request you to kindly repair/ replace or refund the full amount of my LED invoice & warranty bill amount and help me.

                  Its been almost 1 month and senior CC executive Ms Priya Jha called me from Gurgaon head office and assured me of resolution. But its going to be almost 1 month and no one is calling back. I tried calling Samsung CC few times and they always promise someone will call back but alas! Thanking you.

                  I have been purchase a led tv from korba naresh trading on dated 12/10/2017 on dated 14/07/2018 product giving problem i launched a complain aginst product failur to samsung customer care request service no-[protected] there techinician visited and inspected the product but after few day after call from service center that we will not provide the warranty against the complain due to its physically damage, than again i call to customer care and explain the problem that left corner of led tv getting heated and frame melted due to that internally screen get cracked he understand and generated one service request [protected] still no visit has been done agian after follow up one of the samsung get in touch mrs sonia upadhaya and call that phone no[protected]/ extension no-1509 that we offer you 25% discount on repair than repet i understand the problem they use to say sorry over phone .
                  And still not shared the base report on which they identify the physical damage also i have checked on line the same issue of internally crack screen cases are there with samsung .

                      I have purchased Samsung J3 Pro on Mar-18 from last 6-7 days i am facing the charging issue in phone, I also visit the Customer care center they checked the phone and told me that your phone's charging port damage with water or Liquid so you need to change the motherboard at your own, its not cover under warranty.
                      I am not satisfied with the answer & really a poor service. I am regular customer of Samsung, but now I can't recommend SAMSUNG mobile to any of my friend and relative.

                      and also they told me that you need to talk on customer care no they will help you.
                      I visited in D-1, Noida sector - 3, poor service.

                      Anyone is there to help me out this issue.

                        Samsung refrigerator customer care is of "NO USE".

                        It is more than 1MONTH, my refrigerator is closed and not working.

                        They have extremely lengthy process
                        1. Call customer care
                        2. They will send person in 1-2 days
                        3. This person will only look around things and then will tell someone else is supposed to come to rectify the issue... SURPRISING -- Then Why did He Came
                        4. Now, is tricky part, keep following up with them as next person will come as and when THEY WISH SO. Not worried for you
                        5. Escalation on Customer Care - for NO USE. They will tell "we will tell local people". These local people are ofcourse not helping us any how.

                        Now, I had to repeat these processes 3 time without any resolution. They re-fill the gas which worked for few days.

                        Later on, they even stopped coming and helping me out. When I called customer care and asked to connect with supervisor. They responded : Supervisor will call next morning!! A 24*7 customer care need 12 hours gap to connect with tensed customer.

                        At present, my refrigerator is in same "non-working" condition and SAMSUNG and its Employees have no concern for this.

                        I can understand why its mobile and other business going down.

                          I purchased samsung S9 128 gb phone on 11th june at about 62k but came to know the device had multiple defects .had to waste money time and energy in running around and it was replaced after following their ao called rule book .Never in my nightmare i had thought that the second device provided will also be defective .Samsung expects consumer to visiit service centre (that have limited work hours and days ) and then to get approval and after that go to the same dealer and get the replacement within 14 days of purchase .the whole procedure is tedious and inspite of the fact the device was used with care and i reported multiple times to customer care, they expected me to run around second time .And since i was out of town it couldn't be possible .wasted hours following up just because this company duped me by selling 2 defective so called premium overhyped devices at full price .There are no quality checks .No resolution provided by the company .Kindly beware ...devices made in india by samsung are crap being sold at extremely high cost and completely not worth !!

                            Complaint No. [protected] Dt. 14 July 2018.As per service technician, Mother board needs replacement. Has to come from Bombay (to Ranchi) it will take 15 to 20 days.
                            1. Does one need 24x7 customer call center, remote assistance, live chat, 10000*+ expert engineers all this to ship a spare part in 20 days?
                            2. Why cant spares be maintained locally or in a few strategic locations out of the proudly advertised 3000+ service points / 6000+ taluka presence ?a Does it take so long to get some thing from Bombay to Ranchi.
                            3 In today's world, you can get some thing as small as PCB in a matter of hours from Bombay to Ranchi. Why are the support people such carefree attitude to other's problems?
                            4. Why there is no provision for escalation pf complaints?

                            Is this the best one can expect from Samsung in terms of service support?

                            Thanks for acknowledgement. The idea of escalating the matter is to get a faster resolution of the complaint - getting the machine fixed faster in this case. Instead we got two calls, one for informing that the customer service executive will call and the other to say that they are looking for the spare part in different service centers ! and will get it by Tuesday or Wednesday. Is it the best Samsung can come up with? I am extremely disappointed to say the least.

                              Respected sir I repaired my mobile model samsung c7 pro (already in warranty) from balaji telecom bathinda on dated 12/05/18 for screen panel which get damaged by paying 6000 rupees by bill no 7314533.Then they give 3 month warranty.now screen get blueshed without any harm to mobile.when I visit samsung service centre balaji telecom bathinda they make stories.they said either pressure is made on screen.but it does not happen.they make stories for providing warranty.in such way they gave bad name to samsung.kindly consider my complaint.and solve as earlier as possible.

                                Before drum replaced I raised one question. How long this machine will work. If I spend money if it doesn't work what is the case? they said the machine will work like new one at least for five years.
                                After drum is replaced machine was working.
                                For drum replacement I paid around 12000/-
                                Technician visited on 27th June 2018. I paid around 450/-. He did something and it was working for another 5 days. Now again it is giving same problem
                                Again technician visited on 15th July 2018 . this time he is saying some board is not working, giving estimation around 5500/-
                                My investment details on Samsung washing machine is below
                                 Machine purchase - around 23000/-
                                 Drum replacement – around 12000/-
                                 Technician payment – around 450/-
                                 Again, they are giving estimation around 5500/-
                                I have following questions to Samsung
                                How long I should pay money to Samsung
                                At the time of drum replacement, how some Samsung confirmed that machine will work attest five years without any issue.
                                Based on Samsung confirmation, I paid money(around 12000/-) for drum replacement. Now machine is not working who is responsible for this?
                                What is the life time of one new washing machine?
                                As I lost my trust on Samsung, I am not willing to pay even one rupee now. So my machine didn’t work. So my question is, How Samsung will utilize newly replaced drum. Is it going to be wasted?
                                To prepare/dispose one new drum, how much pollution it causes?
                                If Drum not utilized, we have to consider pollution damage
                                If Drum not utilized, we have to consider material wastage
                                If Drum not utilized, we have to consider human effort and time.
                                If Drum not utilized, we have to consider transportation pollution.
                                If Drum not utilized, we have to consider power consumption.

                                As Samsung gave false confirmation, here is my loss
                                Around 12000/- for new drum
                                Technician payment around 450/-
                                My time and frustration
                                I am requesting to take necessary actions and give right justification.

                                Thank you for approaching quickly.
                                we all three (Customer care, service center and me) over the conference call. they agreed upon to fix for 75/-. I too agreed for this.
                                later, Service center called me two times
                                on 18/July/2018 at 4.12 pm. he asked me what is problem of washing machine. I was surprise. after all these discussion again, he is asking the first question.
                                on 18/July/2018 at 4.17 pm. He asked me, did you get a call from technician? I said no. then he said, our technician will come within one hour. the end result no technician visited.
                                Customer care called me today 19/July:
                                He asked me couple of questions. And finally, he said, today technician will visit. Please stay at home. I said okay. The end result is, technician not visited.

                                On July 13th also I have same experience,
                                Service center called me, and he said, technician not available. Tomorrow is Sunday, so he will come on Monday. I said. Okay.
                                The next day(Sunday), technician called me, and he said that he will come within one hour. The day was already planned as he confirmed that technician will come on Monday. even though I said okay. and he visited on Sunday 14th July.
                                You guys are fixing appointments and missing later commination.
                                Please don’t give any fake calls and fake appointments. I have my own busy life. I cannot accommodate my own time every day for you guys. If you guys are really looking for fix, give prior message and stay on that.

                                    I had purchased a Samsung S8 Mobile on 9th September 2017, been facing problem with the handset since then & recently on 1st July 2018 the handset conked off completely. When I visited your Samsung Mobile Service Centre in Indiranagar - Bangalore on 2nd July 2018 they stated that we need to change the battery, mother board & display as the same has been internally damaged and would cost approx. INR 33, 000/-

                                    I need your help in assessing the issue and either help me with a replacement of mobile Or if you could please help in arranging to repair the same.

                                    The cost for servicing the mobile is way too costly and I cant afford the same. For the matter of fact, I have been Samsung Mobile User since more than a decade now and its very disappointing to face an issue with such an exclusive expensive Samsung Mobile.

                                    As a service gesture, I would request if you could help us with the repair of the handset at least. After purchasing INR 59000/- phone I cant keep spending in repairing the same.

                                    I also got display changed with Original through your Samsung Mobile Service Centre and it costed me 13799/-, and in a months time my mobile conked off without any red signal. The handset was kept on charge and when I picked the same for use - it displayed blank and black screen. I have absolutely no clue on the damage of the same until service centre stated that mother board, display etc etc. has to be changed costing 33k.

                                      Warranty date also still exist. My mobile having some issues that sim card slot is not working, so i went to a samsung authorised dealer in chennai chromphet name : DR Enterprises on 14/07/2017.

                                      As i want to know whether those people are capable of doing service??? or they are money minded??? worst experience in samsung mobiles...

                                      Since the mobile was not dropped in water and they r telling that mobile dropped in water so u need to give rs.6000 for repair. As i m having warranty of one year.The sim slot is not working why should i want to pay rs.6000 for repair??? people who are sitting there telling that 1st time sim slot is broken and then they are telling mobile dropped in water. But my mobile never dropped in water...

                                      I m getting reply from samsung centre as My mobile having liquid so that as per samsung warranty policy . We cant claim.

                                      I wish to know that my mobile sim slot is working fine on 4G. Only 3G having issues. Is there anything like that mobile dropped in water means 3G wont work???? . Then the entire mobile should have problem. Samsung centre people can claim anything to fool people. We are not a uncivilized people.
                                      I call on this no[protected] and there is option Hindi available but l can't talk to hindi with agent he said there is no hindi service avilable .what can do if anyone do not no English .what can of service is this.?
                                      Samsung galaxy a6 plus front camera is not 24 megapixels pic quality not satisfactory

                                        Dear Sir/ Madam,
                                        Brought Samsung UA43MU6470ULXL TV, even after 28 days service center people has not done wall mount installation. They kept on saying wall mount for this model is out of stock.

                                        Even though I have insisted for wall mount the service engineer has fixed TV on table top stand which come along with the TV as temporary installation.

                                        All of a sudden there was big sound at mid night when we are in deep sleep, noticed TV stand has weird out from its grey color base and TV fell down and was useless.

                                        Customer support is not responding to my quires given via mail, doing calls offline and asking to replace damaged parts with my cost. They are not even sharing escalation process when requested.

                                        There two things which Samsung should look into :

                                        1) Service center not doing installation in time, which has made my TV down.
                                        Customer Care Version on this issue:
                                        If we are out of stock you need wait till we get wall mount stand(if it 5 days or 20 days ), why you have accepted for temporary Table TOP from service and filled the Job Sheet.
                                        My Version : The service engineer came with Samsung dress and card and told we are out of stock will get wall mount in next 5 days and has installed TV on table top. Told he will come and install when they get wall mounts in warehouse.

                                        I only respected his words thinking he is direct Samsung representative, your customer support people are telling they are 3rd party service vendor not direct Samsung. So we are not responsible.

                                        Your customer care is least bothered looking into this issue. Please help me in getting the wall mount stand and TV Back.

                                        2) Quality of the table top which weird in just 28 days, TV fall down unattended at mid night.

                                        Customer Care Version on this issue: If it is quality issue it would he have fall down in very next minute or day next, why it has with stanned for 28 days.

                                        My Version : TV is untouched after service guy installation it is good safe place, we can''t judge when it will fall if it has quality or installation problem. Inspect the quality of stand in lab and then certify .

                                        I have chosen Samsung only brand value and good customer relation, nothing has proven so far in this issue.

                                        Please look into this issue and help me.
