I tried recharging tatasky account, my balance deducted from bank account but tatasky did not recharged.

I called them twice on helpline number twice but ended up adding frustration .

FIRST CALL: After hold for 20 min on their helpline number the customer support office connected, I explained him the problem also shared the Transaction ID but he transferred the call to some other technicians and as usual the...

Hi All,

I made a Tatasky recharge of 14789.00 mistakenly. Then I requested to refund the amount to my account, which Tatasky representative did on the same day and informed that it will be credited within 7 to 10 working days. But here after 20 working days, I have not receive the amount . Every time i can, they says we are transferring the call to accounts department but after keeping me on the queue for 20 min, they disconnect...

Customer service.
Firstly the toll free no. Never contacted easily whenever if contacted representative are not able to resolve our problem.
We never suggest any one to use tata sky to waste their money and time.

For company our only suggestion is to improve their service to hold customer, otherwise today customer have lots of option and customers never tolerate this kind of...

wiring problem no signal

I have registered a complaint on customer care help line number 10 days back, they fixed a appointment with teqnician .nxt day person came and was unable to solve the issue, he told me that he have informed the local office and thy will send some other teqnician who will solve ur issue ..from last week iam calling the local office and they are not even responding ..alwas say the same thing material is not available and we cant do anything....

tatasky hungama offer

I have took Tata sky connection on 3.09.18, They provided holiday humgama offer for me .When i logged in holiday hungama web site on same day it is showing invalid code or already registered .But the tatasky team leader who was given connection by explaining offer, now he is not responding.

sony sab tv channels drop

Hi,

I am a customer of tata sky from last couple of years.
On 1 oct some channels were drop from my account without any pre intimation. When i called to customer care there number was not reachable and also number given on screen not available.
Next day when i call again to customer care call was connected after 4/5 minutes and executive attended my call and i received answer that i have to talk in tamil language...

On requesting for the contact info of their supervisor they refused.
Why am i not able to use a service for which i have paid?...

I m not getting aaj tak and other sony channels since 5 days inspite of giving 100 missed calls on helpline numbers. Shrnever i talk to any associate, they are just saying that it will be activated in one hour but i don't know that how many minutes these associates have in 1 hour. J m so much frustrated because inspite of doing recharge i m not getting my favourite channels. And in this situation i have only 1 solution i. E filing a complaint...

One of successful call to Call Centre - they are not giving reason, activating one channel at a time

All this after, advance payment for service

tata sky smart manager pack has been activated at my tata sky set up box and deduct my validity get reduced. i want to unsubscribe this immediate. I do not want this channel. not able to see sony ten2, sony espn, sony ten channels suddenly from octo 2018

I am unable to see sony channels (E. G. Sony ten2, sony espn etc.) even if i am sports dhamaka pack customer and these channels were part of same pack. Tata sky still charging same amount for same pack.
If they are not showing sony channels then they should reduce prices.
This is clear cheating. They have not given any prior intimation that they are going to discontinue with sony channels.

mental harassment by tata sky
