On 15th sep, 2018 mr. John (Cell no;[protected]) rep of appco has to my house and contacted my family members regarding additional connection and paid rs.1550-00, i have received a phone call on 27th sep they will depute the person and install the connection but so far no one come to my house and not installed, today we have contacted to mr. John and he is roughly speaking and to us if you want to give a complaint give we don"t bother.. This is not the way to speak to customer..
We request concern authority to give the connection immediately and take suitable action against mr. John.

    I am pralhad yadav and my tata sky id [protected]. I reacharge on 28 sept. 2018 of rs 220. But i am not able to see the channel any one. And tollfree no. Of tatasky is not answering on i call to them& 70 ₹ cut from my account. So please give it to me return or increase the due date of over the reacharge. And please provide a good serive to the coustmer. And as well as soon give me replay on my complaint.

        On 22sep 18 spoke to agent kranti and taken yearly package o[censored]ltra pack for rs.4250 plus hd chanel for rs. 1925 total paid rs 6175 thereafter they changed my due date again after complaining they correct due date and removed hd channel
        Now infact few chanel from ultra pack also been removed, if you want to spk with senior member they keep on hold for long and if ask them about clarification they disconnect call,, this is terrific call centre

          I was not using tata sky for months but recharged today and now it is not working.
          Set of box is showing needs to be paired. Please fix this imidiately.
          It was not used for months now recharged but its not working.
          Also it got updated initially still not working.
          Tried to restart it couple of times and also did reset the set of box. Still showing error.
          The set of box needs to be paired.

            Hi im a tata sky subscriber, actually my problem is that i've forgot the password and the RMN, since i no longer use that particular no for a long time and know i'de like to add some channel in my subscribtion, which i couldnt because i cant remember the password and the RMN... Hope my problem be fixed as soon as possible...

              I have been using tatasky from the past 4 years and till date had no complains regarding their services inspite of having an annual pack subscribed for some reason they have removed some of their channels like sony sab hd which is the most watched channel by my family without any prior information. I have been calling them from the past 6 days and every day i am getting a different reply.

              Hi, commercial negotiations with the broadcasters broke down as what they were seeking would have forced us to hike our prices. Hence we have had to drop a few channels while keeping the popular ones on. Please bear with us for some time because we are doing this in our subscribers’ interest.

                Helpline no not working. Toll free no telling per min RS.2 to be charged. Last six day non ops. 2 time called cc. Virus on set-up box, do it 2 Hr. Update going on. Switch on/off. Mis called on reg mob no SMS. Visit charge RS 100. Refund last 6 days money. We are not used. Do it else we think for migration.while switch on TV with DTH screen shows, please wait set-up box is connecting. After that it shows cloudy weather, virus effect, signal not receiving etc. Toll to date your toll free no not working. First complain replying that your text is very small. Extend it. It shows your effeciency of service. We understand what type of quality you are maintained when call come from customer.

                Your site engineer visited. What he had done. Clean the cable connection on dish antenna. Reset the setup box. Which can be done by us if you or your staff guide us in phone. We should not wait for 15 days without connection. 15 days subscription deduct from main balance + RS 100 paid as visit charge. You are nowingly sowing this thing for harassing customer to show your business balance sheet is higher. Now it is running satisfactorily. If possible refund the subscription amount which I had not used Your service.

                  Subscriber id: [protected] i have paid 3300/- against installation of dist tv vide address h. No.823, gottimukkalavari street, rama krishnapuram, vijayawada. A message came to me to installed within 24 hours but till this time 05.10.18 (20.30) hrs no body responded me.in the morning one phone call received about the availability time 6.30 pm on wards. But no body responded. If you send sms to install within 24 hours then what is use.

                      I m regular customer of your company for the last 10 years. For the last 6 days, sony tv channel & aajtak tv and more are not showing. We have given number of missed calls to your given number displays on tv screen but till date it is not restored. If this will continue than we have no ulternate but to switch over to airtel.

                      Please get it rectified immediately otherwise we will not recharge it on its renewal date.

                          I had taken a new connection of tata sky few days back that man who came to install tata sky had stolen my money from my house. These guys are not at all trust worthy we trust on the company that’s why we allow them in our home but such types of incident creates fear in the mind of the customer. And now if tata sky company calls me for sending their guy for new installation i never allow them in my home these guys are not trust worthy u guys have to take their police verification their id proof because if a guy can stole money from others house he can also do murders etc so this is very risky for customer and also risky for companies image

                            I tried recharging tatasky account, my balance deducted from bank account but tatasky did not recharged.

                            I called them twice on helpline number twice but ended up adding frustration .

                            FIRST CALL: After hold for 20 min on their helpline number the customer support office connected, I explained him the problem also shared the Transaction ID but he transferred the call to some other technicians and as usual the call went to hold state playing auto wait music and after 33 min of wait the call automatically got disconnected.

                            SECOND CALL: Hold time of 22 min and later got auto reply that "Customer representative are busy" please call after some time .

                            Sent a mail to [protected]@tatasky.com but no reply.

                            One prior instance : Logde the complaint for black screen, complaint lodged but no technician visited for 5 day now and eventually tatasky subscribe date expired and had to recharge again which also failed.

                            Please take a serious action.
                            Also please help me getting my money back.

                              Hi All,

                              I made a Tatasky recharge of 14789.00 mistakenly. Then I requested to refund the amount to my account, which Tatasky representative did on the same day and informed that it will be credited within 7 to 10 working days. But here after 20 working days, I have not receive the amount . Every time i can, they says we are transferring the call to accounts department but after keeping me on the queue for 20 min, they disconnect the call. I don't know how to get the money. Need help.

                                Company is providing worst
                                Customer service.
                                Firstly the toll free no. Never contacted easily whenever if contacted representative are not able to resolve our problem.
                                We never suggest any one to use tata sky to waste their money and time.

                                For company our only suggestion is to improve their service to hold customer, otherwise today customer have lots of option and customers never tolerate this kind of worst service.

                                  My tatasky subscriber id is [protected]. I am based at deeken, district neemuch. I visited one tatasky shop and purchased from there. The thing is the shopkeeper has used his mobile number and email id for the registration and activation. I cannot login tatasky or select any package.                                     I have registered a complaint on customer care help line number 10 days back, they fixed a appointment with teqnician .nxt day person came and was unable to solve the issue, he told me that he have informed the local office and thy will send some other teqnician who will solve ur issue ..from last week iam calling the local office and they are not even responding ..alwas say the same thing material is not available and we cant do anything.

                                      I have took Tata sky connection on 3.09.18, They provided holiday humgama offer for me .When i logged in holiday hungama web site on same day it is showing invalid code or already registered .But the tatasky team leader who was given connection by explaining offer, now he is not responding.

                                        His is in regard to tata sky discontinuing 27 channels without proper notice period is seen to be as a violation of the contract between subscribers and tata sky.

                                        Second, they have informed the customers over news papers neglecting social media, emails and phone numbers. Not so palatable and unbefitting for a tech company.

                                        Third, high-handed approach and arrogance by cutting down channels without providing an option and time of at least one month for customers to exercise an option whether to continue or to switch before discontinuing the channels. It is tantamount to exploitation of customers and the case should be referred to competition commission of india for the monopoly.

                                        Fourth, they should respond to sony's ad in newspaper published in retaliation to tata sky.

                                        Fifth, tata sky has the arrogance to ask its customers to dial numbers displayed on the screens. First, they should apologize to customers for this is tantamount to harassment and second, it is an undesirable way of eliciting of customer preferences for various channels.

                                        Sixth, the tata sky can automatically reinstate all these channels but it is forcing customers to dial the numbers. Why should a customer call back and what is the need? Why is it they are asking customers to reinstate channels by calling numbers after abruptly dropping the channels?

                                        Seventh, i want my money back for those 27 channels that have been discontinued. Please add it to my available balance immediately.

                                        Finally, nodal officers have responded to mail without reading it. I request for point by point response from tata sky

We have recently added 39 new channels on the Tata Sky platform. We will continue adding new channels/services to ensure you never fall short of entertainment. Your package prices will continue to remain the same despite dropping of these 26 channels and services.
                                        Please add Jaya Jaya shankara and Pooja Tv (telugu channels) in tata sky as soon as possible.
