Day by day this dth company is making it's channels paid now i can't believe set max is also paid. Have to pay 25 rs per month for this channel. Pathetic, awfully and shameless ppl of tata sky who are making this decision. You greedy ppl just wanted to let you know i am changing my dish service will never use tata sky or recommend to any one. Pathetic, greedy and shaless company.
Feeling bad to give even 1 start because you guys don't deserve that one too.

    Tatasky had replaced the wire in july and their technician confirmed in sept when we again put a complain that the wire is melting and needs replacement. Called the call centre to register the complain and the technician also spoke to the representative and the complain taken with the assurance that the wife will be replaced with no charges, however we have once again been charged with the wire charges. Again filed a complain for the wrong charges (Complain no mentioned) but was told that nothing can be done and that the charges will be debited. Not ready to pay.

      Hello Tata Sky Team

      This mail is in reference to share & put some light on my concern / problem I am facing from couple of days with Tata Sky Service Department.

      Please note that I am not at all able to avail the services which I subscribed on prepaid basis & that's why I decided to change the Dish Operator & to discontinue all the services I have with Tata Sky. I request you guys to kindly workout the things with your concerned Department who can take the lead for this & do let me know the procedure to be followed and REFUND amount I can expect once the process is complete.

      As the matter has been already escalated by me to Tata Sky through multiple platforms, but there is no resolution for this situation. Every time your team is forcing / requesting me to purchase new Dish TV 'as KIT' just because of one small mounting item got misplaced at my end.

      As you guys can check the statement of my History with Tata Sky, I invested a lot to avail the service & no doubt I enjoyed it till date starts from early 2012. Now this should be the prime responsibility of your team to get the customer satisfied at utmost level. Let's see if still something can be done in this regard.

      Meanwhile here I am simply raising my request to help me with Service Withdrawing Procedure & I will make sure to complete the formalities from my end.

      I hope there is no need to raise the concern directly to the SKY at global level & looking forward to receive a quick resolution with Tata Sky only.

      In-case you guys have any doubt on above situation, please don't hesitate to contact to the undersigned.

      Received the calls from various outsourcing centre (on behalf of Tata Sky) but no body really able to address the concern. Every time they ask me to elaborate the situation starts from scratch & after doing the same they ask me to wait for another call in a while after discussing the matter internally, but no response further to this. However problem is still LIVE with helpless situation & I strongly think that the resolution will work here not communication!

      In-case you guys still in doubt, communicate with me directly.

        Hd+ set top box not working properly. Also have lnb issue. Already replaced once on paid basis. Have never been able to watch hd+1channels. H ave been a customer from the day one taraju was launched. Have 3 connections. Have been paying over 1200 rs per month. Please help me in resolving the issues. Do not want to switch the provider. Look forward to some immediate response.

        Firstly, a person really gets irritated by calling them again and again. The helpline numbers given on the websites and tv are useless. There is just one number that works and after calling on that number there is no response from Tatasky. Seriously this is the worst service provider I have come through.

        I contacted customer care to know about the offer available at my Tata sky account.
        He told me that there is a offer available for a year in 1950.
        But when I recharged my account and contact them to activate the offer than they said there is no such offer available.
        And also they are mentally harassing.

                  I have received a call from Tatasky offer department on 24/9/2018 & they offered me dhamal mix pack with HD subscription for a year with price protection plan at approx 3000 inr. I accept the offer & as per his direction I recharged my account with 3000 inr. After recharged, I received confirmation call as well as sms from Tatasky that offer is successfully activated in my account.

                  On same evening I started setop box & found it is not working, regarding same I call Local tatasky service provider, he visited my home and found box is needs replacement he collect the old box same day and install new one with in few days. As service fee he asked me to recharge my account with 500 inr, same I have done.

                  After starting tatasky services I observed in few days that hd channel are not working. Regarding this issue I called Tata sky customer care at 07/10/2018 and found they have changed my registered mobile no [protected] to an unknown nos [protected] & my offer package dhamal mix +HD to sports dhamaka pack without my concern & any verification. This is clearly a security flaw. customer care representative logged my complain 184C776K & and after verification update my old mobile number. They give me words to reactivate the pakage, offered to me with in 72 hours.
                  After that I received many call from Tata sky but no one resolve the issue and they demand additional amount to solve it.
                  After all this I received the final call from one female executive on 12/10/2018 at approximately 4:50 pm and she denied to take any responsibility and clearly told that Tata sky will not do anything in this in rude words.

                  I took most expensive set top box service in India, Tata sky connection just in a hope to find batter service. But now as a customer I am feeling very unsecured and harassed, finding that my money have been stolen.

                        Myself cgo kamal k aggarwal, defence officer of ima dehradun. We have a tatasky connection having connection no[protected] pertaining to a senior general officer. We lodged a complaint with tatasky helpline from my registered mobile number (Rmn) on 11 oct 18 at 0930 hrs and dehradun technician (Mob no [protected]) called me around 10 am on the same day saying that they will resolve our querry within 2 hours. But this technician did not revert back as always. When we made calls, he intentionally did not pick up call. He is habitual of doing these types of tactics. Previously also, rep of dehradun technician, used to ask for money in cash for no reason whatsoever giving funny excuses many a times. Even on tatasky helpline, we previously logded a number of complaints against dehradun technician during last three years, but tatasky is not paying heed to our requests/complaints. Result is that this technician is getting encouragement to repeat his such an odd behaviour. Indian military academy dehradun is presently having a lot of tatasky connection. We have got feedback from other officers also that tatasky rep always asks for rs 300-400 in cash for no rhyme or reasons. Even i got refunds from helpline many a times. Overall, the response of tatasky at dehradun is not satisfactory at all. It needs to be more responsible and maturity to handle complaints of their valued customers. Hence, the authority of tatasky needs to take corrective action at these officials on immediate basis for irresponsibility in resolving problems of their valued customers.                           I am facing lot of issues related to signal for over a year due to which i purchased the high power receiver last year, however problem again started coming after some time.

                          While understanding the root cause of the problem, i was stunned to find the fraud and mal-practices adopted by tata sky technicians. Following are the points i want to submit:

                          1. I moved into my current residential building on 2015 and purchased a new dish for my own personal use.

                          2. I stay on first floor of the building of 13 floors and hence signal was just sufficient for me.

                          3. Around two years later i started getting issues of signal and hence i had to purchase high power receiver on the advice of the tata sky technician.

                          4. Now again, i see issues of picture freeze due to low signal in many channels for which i registered a service request 189mgjvf on 12-oct-18.

                          5. Technician visited to resolve the problem but could not do anything about it as there are three more connections added to my dish after splitting the cable from my dish.

                          6. Tata sky technician refused to comment about the same and failed to acknowledge that disk belongs to me.

                          7. The solution suggested is to use 'line amplifier' with the cost which will be borne by me.

                          In this regard, i have following questions for tata sky:

                          1. How other connections can be connected to the dish which is purchased by me, without my permission?

                          2. Why tata sky technician refused to remove the other connections from my disk?

                          3. Why tata sky technician refused to acknowledge that the disk belongs to me?

                          4. Why i had to pay for high power receiver for solving my signal problem, which problem is created by tata sky by splitting the cable and further distributing the signal?

                          5. Now why i am suggested to buy the line amlifier where as the solution is to remove the splits and the connection given to other subscribers from mys dish?

                          6. What happened to the dishes of the other 3 tata sky subscribers who might have paid for the same? Where are their disks?

                          7. What if i move to other building, taking my own disk, for which i have paid?

                          Now i have following points to state:

                          1. I am the legal owner the dish and the high power receiver for which i have paid. This can be checked in tata sky records. Hence all other connections tagged to my dish should be removed without any delay.

                          2. This is the shortcut, malpractice or fraud where services of legitimate owner are disrupted by stealing the signal by illegal means, without the knowledge of the owner.

                          3. Action should be taken against the technician responsible for this action, for this illegal conduct.

                          4. My problem be addressed at the earliest without charging anything from me as the problem is created by tata sky and its technicians leading to the deficiency of the services.

                          5. Technicians should be trained to handle such problems objectively and politely. They should not be making rude remarks like "tell your problem to ratan tata, i cannot do anything about it.".

                          Company is not willing to take any action against the situation and i am suffering due to all this mess.

                            I am using tatasky services since 2011
                            I have added multi tv in june 2018 wire was faulty request made to customer care and they send technician to change wire after the satisfactory approval from customer care approval he changed the wire and before leaving he told nothing wil be charged for wire as it was under warranty.in the evening the balance of 546 rs deducted and i lodged a complaint om 7 th october 2018, and will be resolved till 10 th oct, on 10 th i asked my status customer care told it was cancelled i ask the reason they told it got cancelled automatically withot reloution again the activate same and said will be resolved till 13 th not resolved on that date also. Then i called customer care they told i will lodged another complain id 18agxixv will be resolved on 14 th not resolved yet, again i called for status they are saying for 18 th. And in between this my account validy got expired and delay was from. There side, i ask customer care executive to extend the validity tjey refuse to do so and assured you will got balance asap. Till now nothing and i am not able to watch tata sky.

                            On the tv, there is just a blank screen with a message : "this is the wrong card for this set top box (Pairing error)."

                              I m a regular customer of tatasky since last three to four years. My last recharge was done with rs 350 on dt.14.08.18 with validitu upto 14.09.18. Having balance amount of rs.362. On dt.28.08.18, i made a request to reinstall my connection to some other place, as i have been temporarily shifted to some other place. Installation team visited my residence and uninstalle the tatasky and came up to my new place. They expressed their inability to install the unit due to signal problem. I made a request to suspend my connection for ninety days on dt.29.08.18 and it was approved on the same date with validuty upto 26.11.18. I was also instructed to pay rs.200 as uninstallation charges that i paid on dt.30.08.18 through additional rechage of rs 200, although i had a balace amount of rs 362 in account. I received a message on 30.08.18 that my suspension has been revised and is valid up to 30.08.18. I did not respond to the message assuming that its a system generated message, as i have already taken suspension valid up to 26.11.18. On 12.10.18 i enquired about process about re installation o[censored]nit to some other place which i have permanently taken for residence. I was shocked and surprised to know that my account has been de activated and my balance of rs 362 was vanished. On the contrary, i was infirmed that i have to pay another rs 350 to resume the account. Here i could not understand the following points:
                              1. How tatasky can de activate my account on the basis of a call by a third party, that is the installer agency without confirming from the user itself.
                              2. If a suspension is already in existance which was approved by tatasky itself on 29.08.18 valid up to 26.11.18, how did the service was resumed on 30.08.18?
                              3. Where is my balance amount of rs 362 whic was valid upto 14.09.18, where as suspension of account was taken on 29.08.18 valid up to 26.11.18.
                              Now all above points clearly indicate that tatasky is happy with taking one time benifit of rs 362 and do not need a regular customer since last three or four years.
                              In the situation above, i think it is better to quit tatasky for ever and ever.

                              They are duping pupil telling they will provide 2 nights stay in hotels and booking connection. Kindly beware

                                I had recharge my Tata Sky account with 320. It was debited through [protected]@ICICI but my account was not recharged and the money was deducted from my bank account but my account was not recharged. It was done on 13 /10/ 2018 at 10:35 a.m. when I contacted the Tata Sky customer care they have no idea but it was through the link that they had provided and I had made my payments and it is their responsibility to recharge or refund my amount kindly take my complaint seriously do the needful to refund my amount.

                                  On 8th of october 2018, around 10:00 p. M. I browsed for available kids channel on my basic pack. Tata sky showed me a message on screen offering 12 cartoon channels including sony yay for rupees 70. This channel, sony yay was available on tata sky before their issues with sony, and was later discontinued way before 8th of october.
                                  I activated the pack only for sony yay, but this fraud operator (Tata sky) now says that channel is not available. I complained to them twice, complaint numbers are : 186p8nzd and 18a5e5yd. I enquired about my complaint, they say that complaint is dissolved, and they informed me about this action via mail. Firstly they lied to me about content of pack then they lied to me about communication done about my complaint (I have not received any mail from tata). Now they are not showing me channel nor they are refunding my money.

                                  My only concern is, if sony yay was not available, they why did tata sky showed it to me as a content of pack, and if it is not available they should refund my money.

                                    Recently tata sky has discontinued few sony channels. When i enquired with customer care, they offered me 22.49 rs for that. That was really amusing. Sony sports channels available on tata sky cost around 660 per month per channel. And they are offering 22. I can expect this airtel or reliance but not from tata. I consider this as cheating. Never expected this from tata.

                                      I have bought yearly package with tata sky by sighting few of the channels i watch are present in the package and now suddenly they dropped those channels and refuse to start the channels again. This is clearly breaking the contract between consumer and tata sky.
                                      I have yearly package of grand sport with hd subscription on. They dropped sony bbc earth channel from my pack, this is the channel i mostly see. Further for other sony channels hd is dropped.

                                      But that’s not the response i am looking for. I have a contract with Tata Sky that there will be the following channels in this particular subscription and now you guys are breaching that contract. Atleast these channels should be there until my subscription validity.
                                      I am not able to see these channels from a month now and i have paid well in advance. Are you guys going to refund the money for these channels to me?

                                        I got tata sky installed almost a month ago. To get it installed, then to get it activated then to keep on watching it i had to call customer care many a times. Whenever i call the customer care every time experience is worse than the previous. Realistically, i now fear of calling customer care.

                                        They people never understand the problem nor tries to resolve it. Every time they express their inability. As a customer if i am calling, i already know i am having problem and the customer care just give their consent "yes, it is the problem and we cannot do anything". Is it for customer care been established.

                                        Disgusting.
