An additional subscriber id has been added to my account and my parents has been doing a recharge from store using my rma number and i know my subscriber id from tv and doing the recharge, we were doing the recharge without knowing..in last 6 months i have charged 1841/- and i have been getting bluffed since day one and not sure how many times i got my it charged.
When complained to the support, they closed the ticket without confirmation. I told not to close but ticket but he closed it. Talked to many and they are not helping

    Sir,
    I had booked complain for signal issued on tata sky & the same was resolved quickly. Complain id: wo no# 189m6uvt

    However, after just resolution of complain, i had received call from this no.[protected] &[protected]Name: mr. Siddharth modi) asking for otp that i had received on mobile from tata sky. He insisted me to give otp for confirmation of resolution of service.

    However, i did not give to him as i found it not appropriate. After that i again got otp for activation of music pack of rs.49/-. They called me again. But, i did not give it to him as well.

    I feel that they are trying to login in my a/c and activating pack without authorization by taking otp in name of live tv & confirmation of packs.

    I request you to cancel this people licenses and take appropriate action and also let me update about this

      I have logged a complaint with complaint no 1888hlda. Representative arjun from tata sky charged rs.300 /-cash as relocation charges and rs.200/- for changing a device saying that it's not working. Rs.300/- was again deducted from my tata sky account and due to insufficient fund in account services stopped. Since two days i am calling on toll free no. To take immediate action but all in vain. It's really annoying. Total amount charged is rs.800/-would request to take corrective measures and resolve the issue at the earliest.

        I am a subscribing rs.320/-pm.. But sony channels are not being viewed. It is advised to give a miss call to particular no. To view the sony channels without any extra cost. Though i am paying money for sony packs i am deprived of viewing the channels. The tata sky authority is looting the viewers by not showing the sony channels though extracting money from the subsribers to show the sony pack. A strong action should be taken against the tatasky authority for cheating the subscribers.

          I am unable to see all sony channels since 28th september.
          Regarding this we have many times raised complaint to tata sky customer care but every time they assured us to get it resolved but issue remains same till now

            Hello

            I have been using tata sky for several years.

            Subscriber id : [protected]
            Name : rashmi gupta

            I had paid last year for annual subscription (Ultra pack, 2 tvs, hd connection) for approx 7000 rs. This year i am charged for the exact same subscription for approx 11, 000 rs. This is a huge increment in the charge.
            When i called the cust care at tata sky they logged my request and when i did not receive any call from the "offer team" i followed up again. This time i was told that my complain has been closed as there was no offer for my number.

            This is completely unacceptable. Can someone please help me!!

              Entertainment channel & sony pix removed without information.

              This is to inform you that several calls are made on following no. [protected],[protected], [protected] there is no response, to these no. Either the call is been picked up but not answered.

              Yesterday 11/10/2008 the call was made from the dealer phone to activate the channel and he gave another no. Which was not answered.

              Kindly tell me why is this channel being disconnected.

              My monthly charges are rs.264/-

                I referred to my friend for new connection of tata sky.
                As per tata sky offer, if you refer to your friend for new connection then after activation of 48 hrs, the amount will be credit your account. As on date it has been crossed around more than 72 hrs.
                I also follow up 10 times with customer care related to this but getting stand answer sorry for regret. Please wait 48 hrs.

                  I have purchase this tatasky setbox which the dealers have activeted, the id of this setbox [protected]. But the name adress and mobile number are not known to me. So i went to the dealer to enquire about the register number and made a request to change all the details to my name but till now the dealers ignore me which let use this setbox with unknow mobile number which i find very difficult in recharge and also to know my package, and again at present all the sony package and ten sports package are deactivsted so sir shoud i throw away this setbox and shift to other dish network or do i have any other way to help me from your end. If so sir please help me to register my mobile [protected] to this id. Which i will be very grateful to you sir.

                          I can't see my regular channel like aaj tak and Sony set in fact I lost my registered mobile number so can't make a call to customer care... If this problem go long I'll disconnect my Tata sky and Tel my all relative not to use Tata sky...pliz do something...my subscription 🆔 [protected]...and my new number [protected]...

                              I am a Tata Sky subscriber with ID [protected] and I am feedup with the pathetic service . Since last 10 days I'm not able to view sony network hd channel's and the Customer Care of Tata Sky has given the reason that there is a commercial issue between Tata Sky and Sony Network. But Sony Network has confirmed in TImes of India that they have nit raised the rates. The Tata Sky is not able to serve my complaint. I am writing a complaint here to highlight the pathetic service. I have been following up Everyday with helpline number but no response till date. What is point as I have already paid 615 for the month .

                                Repeated calls on all your helpline numbers no customer service rep picks up the phone!! Finally after three days a girl calls back and says she can't help me coz I have to give missed calls and that's the only way to solve the issue. Despite telling her that giving missed calls is NOT AN OPTION for wrong card pairing!!
                                Frustrating making so many calls. My subscriber ID is [protected] and my setup box has a wrong card in it. PLEASE SEND A TECHNICIAN

                                I recharged my account after for about 3 months of de-activation and now that I have recharged it is being displayed that there had been a pairing error and the card does not match the set up box. I hope you people can fix it as soon as possible.

                                Hi, the broadcaster has demanded to be paid for every box user of these channels. Hence for Tata Sky, to be able to pay on behalf of the subscribers for the exact number of people viewing these channels, we have introduced this simple step that requires you to inform us. Both the missed call and the activation of these channels as a part of your base pack is done at no additional cost. We are also in conversation with the broadcaster to renew the agreement.
                                I acing a problem of blank screen with a message : "this is the wrong card for this set top box "(Pairing error).

                                Please resolve this problem as soon as possible...

                                  Tatasky is showing sony channels, aajtak is free but when I missed call to activate them They are giving reply that it will be activated shortly but its now more than 24 hours but not yet activated and giving same message every time.please if its free then why not activating it directly giving customers more headache.Please resolve it fastly.

                                  Unable to view channels despite subscribing to two connections from Tata Sky. The customer service is the worst. Tata Sky ensures that no customer is ever able to reach them to register their complaint. All nos. for customer care are false and go unanswered. No complaint redressal any time by Tata Sky. Absolutely the worst!!!
                                  Update my new mobile number as I am not using the old one my old mobile is lost so I have bought a new one and applied for new phone number.

                                    For no reason my balance was deducted by your technician. I was informed by your mumbai office that we are privileged customers and nothing will be charged. It was your side technical issue i have non recording hd box n was getting recording message again n again which made the screen blank for sometime.
                                    Technician came without telling us changed the digicard n deducted 300/- from the balance. Kindly take action n refund the balance.

                                    but Sony Sab Hd channel is still blocked
                                    by tatasky.

                                    We have paid for expensive annual package which incluse Hd channels but Tatasky arbitrary blocked sony Hd channels.

                                    I was out of station for 1 month. I moved in to a new place and the TV unit along with Tata sky was setup again. Now I am getting pairing error and the helpline number is not reachable too.

                                    I have a hd pack and suddenly many channels stopped working.none of tje customer vare number working. Every channel showing message to give miss call to get that channel activated bit none of the number working. So do i need to give miss call for each channel. Worst service.cc number never works and no call back i[censored] raise a complaint.

                                      We have paid for full
                                      Package including sony channels for a year and so it has to be there. You can not remove those channels from our list of channels of package when you have already took money for.

                                      We love to watch all
                                      Sony channels and now from last few days we are not able to see them. Please re-activate all those channels
                                      Which are already there in list of channels of our package.

                                      Since from 01.10.2018 - sony channels are showing black screen. I have sufficient balance and account is valid till feb 19. Contacted all the toll free numbers and no body responded. A few people ask to give miss call. But the same is not displayed on the screen

                                        Discontinue of many channels which we already paid in six month recharge
                                        My rmn - [protected] and subscriber id is [protected], i call many time to tatasky representative, he told he take my request and soon before evening is start on my id but still its not available.. Its look like very bad services and personally i am not satisfied from tata sky services, i want fast and proper action from them.

                                        We didn't read all the press release tata sky has customer numbers also so it's necessary to inform individually,
                                        and about the discontinue channels please tell me what happen of my prepaid recharge amount of those channels which i already paid for cumming months also and still not getting in Tata sky...

                                        No extra channels added by you against the drop channels..
