1. I have given missed called to avail tata sky connection but unfortunately from your end nobody is responding for my problem.
2. From 3 days before there is no communication from your side.
3. Your call center is not able to resolve problem.
4. All we get is false assurance that the problem would be automatically solved

5. Unfortunately your service compelling me to write to trai.

      My tata sky id is [protected]. I have activated pack worth 299 on this id. I requested for channel 460 on 1st oct 2017. So i got notification for new recharge pack worth 359. I recharged per that. I again subscribed for the same channel on 1st nov 2017 and now tata sky messaged me new amount of 419. Why the company is charging double for the same channel??? Moreover my recharge date has been pre-poned.

        To whom so ever it may concern

        With disappointment it really very shocking that without intimation your management change my package, since 2008/9 i'm your customer and i have never ever changed my package except 1 or 2 channels hardly. Yesterday night i just desire to watch star world channel but found it's blocked saying need to subscribe by rs.30/. Then i queried your customer executive about the same at around 22:50 pm with two person especially one senior mr seikh, they replied that sir your package was expired and now it's upgraded to other pakg in which this channels are paid to subscribe. Moment i asked why without my knowledge then they said that sir we never drop/add any channels without customer's permission. So, if this is the case then without any prior intimation why it has happened, it means that your t&c applied only for the bloody customers like us to fool around not applied to you people.

        I was very happy using your services and always refer others as well. Also congratulate you all to achieving success which make you to loose your bloody cheap customers like us which doesn't make any difference. So, therefore i'm going to switch over to airtel very soon.

        Thank you for your awful customer oriented response. Also i would say that before doing all this good things don't forget you all are also someones customer and you also can't digest when you get cheated like me and got no respect to being loyal customer cause it really pinch and dishearten.

          I have recharged for star sports 1 for only one day for rs 2, on 1november 2017 but you have deducted rs 60 for per month.
          We want our full 60 rs back.
          I have recharged only for one day but service is so pathetic that you have recharged it for one month.
          I request you to please return our, 60 rs back as soon as possible or close this pack and service.

            The national chanel has been banned from viewing during the matches. This isn't what the supreme court has stated. This is a violation of highest order, because matches are not banned from national tv in other sports.

            This highly violates the uniformity among other sports as most preference is given to indian men's cricket.
            People are highly dissatisfied and it is not long to witness the downfall of tatasky.
            We as a team, are doing our best to refrain people to use tatasky. 9xo chanel has also been removed.

                  As doordarshan is a free channel every one has a right to view it. But tata sky is blocking it during the match showing that it's a supreme court decision. And forcing us to subscribe their sports package. I think it's a marketing policy. Dd channel is all time free and if supreme court has given that order then it should be reversed. Its earning crores of rupees from advertisement in match telecast. So my request to govt of india to take necessary steps again this.

                        What is this? I have recharged my tata sky account id [protected] through airtel wallet recharge by debit card last night.. Balance debited 502 but recharge not done why? Where is my dth recharge of 502 rupees?

                          Hi team,

                          To my utter disappointment i am communicating that i have faced unprofessional service from tata sky service team.

                          I had requested for tata sky un-installation on monday considering i am shifting house. Tata sky service associate called me confirming his visit in scheduled time. I was waiting for hours for the technician but after no-show i called him and got to know that he has got some another assignment and he will not be coming. He also said someone else would visit sooner or later.

                          I have been chasing customer care executives on call like more than thrice and a total call duration of more than 13 minutes. I have been told to wait to get a call back from tata sky. Still my request is not resolved.

                          I had to cancel my shifting because of this unprofessional attitude. This attitude is seriously not acceptable.

                          Request if someone can please be sent for my assistance on an urgent basis.

                              On october 24, 2017 i made a payment of rs. 8, 085 against my six-monthly subscription of payments. My bank account shows a debit of the amount and since the payment was made via the tata sky portal through my account id, there is no question of errors. I have approached tata sky several times but to no avail even after i have provided a duly signed bank statement signed and certified by my bank. Tata sky is forcing me to make additional payments that i have already done but my said amount seems to have vanished in thin air.

                                    I had attempted a monthly recharge of my tatasky connection by using SBI app on[protected] at14:27 hours.A sum of Rs300/-only were debited from my account toward INB tatasky payments.Trasaction id no for Rs 300/-only is as under:[protected] dated 23/10/2017. But the recharge amount was not credited into my tatasky account bearing user id no [protected].neither did i receive any sms or any e-mail messages to this effect.i have also not received any refund in my SBI account due to succes from them. . kindly investigate the matter and get the misplaced amount of Rs 300/.
                                    And i want to legal action against tata sky for non response of any kind.

                                        On 26th september 2017, i have upgraded my existing sd setup box to hd setup box and also i have added second tv to my account.

                                        I have paid rs 2000/- to your technician and rs 800/- is recharged in my account and your techician is supposed to give me the invoice for rs 1200/- for adding new hd setup box. I have been following up for the same since 26th september 2017 and so far i havent been received any invoice. If you cant provide the invoice, kindly take your hd setup box and refund my rs1200/- which i have paid to new hd setup box for my second television

                                        Secondly, i was on super saver pack and the monthly charges were rs 275/- per month. Without informing me or intimating me or communicating with me the charged have been enhanced to rs 445/- per month.

                                        Before recharging, from 26th september 2017 to 29th september 2017, i spoke to your customer support representatives with regards to the super saver pack, and they has confirmed that i am still on super saver pack and my charges will be rs 275/- per month. Based on their confirmation, on 30th september 2017, i have recharged rs300/-. To my surprise i got message that i have to recharge again on 19th october 2017.
                                        I would like to inform you since then i have been calling your customer support team and your senior team and talking to them for almsot hours each day and till date they havent done the needful

                                        If i am not on super saver pack for rs275/- per month, i would like to inform you to take your setup boxes for both the televisions adn refund my money at the earliest.

                                        Everyday i have been following with your customer support team, precisely with naresh, prashanth and abhishek. They talk to me for hours and finally they tell me to give some time and they will get back. Everyday same thing is happening and till date my complaint is not resolved.

                                        At one point of time, your customer support team even closed the complaint with resolving stating that i havent answered the phone. They called me twice and i was in meeting and i called back on the same number after 20 minutes and i couldnt reach them. They cant close the complaint without resolving it.

                                        Since I took the TATA Sky I am having bad experience. every month they are cheating.

                                        First of all I have been charged Rs. 3400 for both SD and HD. no Invoice.

                                        1. Month free pack Dhamal Mix. they themselves setting the package we can not decide on that surprising ethics!!!

                                        5 days before my pack is over one of the TATA Sky executive called me and and told to refill the pack. Initially I told still 5 days are pending. he told me new pack will start after my old pack is over after 5 days.

                                        some how he convinced me to take South Monthly pack of Rs. 350 with out HD. i paid online.

                                        I was in my office with in an hour there was a call from my house TATA Sky Channels are not coming!!!

                                        I called TATA Sky Customer care and asked they are telling my old pack ended you required to refill the same pack - 5 days are still pending.+
                                        I came to know that they adjusted my money to old pack and reduced the dates to only for 15 days.
                                        at that time only I understood TATA Sky is nothing but cheating SKY!!!

                                        now again last month on 23rd JUL 2018 I Chose my Monthly pack of my own Channels. now i am seeing the pack end date is 16 August 2018.
                                        Is the Monthly Pack is for 30 days or TATA Sky decides how many days should be in a Month????
                                        What the hell is this??? this TATA Sky people are big Robbers!!!

                                        Tata Sky is definitely a cheating company. Now I know how they got rich. These buggars are fleecing the public. Icing on the cake is that these fellows do not provide invoice.
