With disappointment it really very shocking that without intimation your management change my package, since 2008/9 i'm your customer and i have never ever changed my package except 1 or 2 channels hardly. Yesterday night i just desire to watch star world channel but found it's blocked saying need to subscribe by rs.30/. Then i queried your customer executive about the same at around 22:50 pm with two person especially one senior mr seikh, they replied that sir your package was expired and now it's upgraded to other pakg in which this channels are paid to subscribe. Moment i asked why without my knowledge then they said that sir we never drop/add any channels without customer's permission. So, if this is the case then without any prior intimation why it has happened, it means that your t&c applied only for the bloody customers like us to fool around not applied to you people.
I was very happy using your services and always refer others as well. Also congratulate you all to achieving success which make you to loose your bloody cheap customers like us which doesn't make any difference. So, therefore i'm going to switch over to airtel very soon.
Thank you for your awful customer oriented response. Also i would say that before doing all this good things don't forget you all are also someones customer and you also can't digest when you get cheated like me and got no respect to being loyal customer cause it really pinch and dishearten.

Tata Sky Customer Care's response Hi, we have raised a service request to sort this and you'll hear from us at the earliest.
I have face thiskind of issues earlier, when I had a different provider DTH and when installing Reliance DTH, I asked the person to change STB and let the dish remain the same as I would need to repair the wall again. They denied a connection and insisted on installing the Reliance Dish along with STB. Now that Tata Sky is wanting to change the dish as well, the people who come here say that their centers have asked only to change the STB and remote.
Tomorrow if I shift places and I am sure the person will say he cant install it because its not from tata sky and he cant reliance dish. Please understand the depth I am talking about. Whats wrong with the service centers of Tata Sky to just replace everything as per the process. Please do the needful in replacing the completed set as I dont expect to have any hassles in the future.
