I called tata sky for new connection and they said local provider will call in 2 hours and no one called. Tried calling customer care from one day it says waiting time is 10 minutes!!! If they cannot service the customer why did they acquire big tv and i was told that earlier on a daily basis they need to call 500 customer now after acquiring big tv daily call rate is 5000 customers. Pathetic customer service wo no# 11136m8i

    Hi, i have requested for a new remote since 29.10 from tata sky but have not recieved till today i. E 4.11.17. Toll free number service people and their seniors talk a lot that they understand the problem and will promptly respond but nothing is moving. Technicians visit at odd hours and not in the time allotted by company sms and night and say they will access tv at night for noting a message from tv. Who lets stranger inside houses with families at 9.30 pm at night. Today also was assured in all possible ways for resolution but nothing happened.
    If this is service response time for a mere remote control, i need to change my set up box to airtel, dth etx. Tata sky should buy back my set up box immediately. Also should not charge me for last 7 days. Atleast they could have suggested any dealer etc from where remote can be purchased but they just dont care.
    Should not take a week for resolution and technicians should visit latest by 7 pm.

But replied received"our officials are busy on another call"... This happened more than five times, and also not received call back from your customer care. Which shows your poor service regards.           1st of i am trying to customer care after so many afforts finally i got connect to customer care my set top box is not working showing some card errore i just have replace the box giving 400 rs and again its not working in some month
          Every month its not possible to buy a new box we paying highest charges tata sky i dont suggest any one dont buy tata sky worst service ever faced

            Sir/madam,
            I am senior citizen (70yrs). I am holding a live big tv dth connection from its introductory days under customer id no.[protected], in the name of r. Devadass. R/o sri gaythri illam, 14/40, marutham nagar, sundakkamuthur, coimbatore-641 010, tamilnadu. My registered phone numbe with the big tv dth is[protected]The only mobile number since 2006).

            Now, ihad contacted your customer care no.[protected] since02/112017 inabout 6 times at an expence of rs.200/=, as i was made to wait for 20 minutes each time. Only once a representative replied that my telephone no.[protected] was no registered, though he was able to open my file with the big tv customer id and confirmed by reading my name (03/11/17 at 0730hrs., one rajesh). He promised that one of your officer would contact me within two hours as it was only a technical fault. Till the time of this msg. None from tatasky had contacted me.
            I would be grateful if the switch over is effected at the earliest within the offer period so as to not penalising me.
            I am holding a live connection as on this date (04/11/17)

              I have asked bill for my tata sky connection but they didn't have me.
              I have talked to their senior authority too yet they avoided. Moreover they have given free hd packages for 1 month. Then now when i am calling their customer care they are not receiving neither getting me. I wanna file complaint for their cheating with customer. If its free then why it's been imposed without prior intimation

                I am highly dissatisfied with tata sky service. My id is [protected].

                Since 26 oct i have raised a request for relocation. And they have generated the work order request. But none of the executive and, technician made a call to visit. And me and my husband made more than 50 calls for this.

                And our connection is not start but on daily basis amount is wrongly debiting.

                This is totally unfair with customer.

                  This is regarding the complaint number# 10x812fu i raised on 31st october. I have requested for my tata sky dish installation on 31st of october and there is no response from the tata sky team. When i call the customer care team, they are telling the same story and asking us to wait for 24 hrs everytime we call the customer care. They say that i will get a call within 2 hours but i have waited for 4 days still now there is no proper response. The quality of service and the response, which was there, has gone down now. Their customer service is very poor. I think, instead of waiting for tata sky people, its better to move to some other dish tv.

                    I am fed up with the costumer service of this company.
                    I am reliance customer with id[protected] and given request for migration from reliance to tata sky and got the sms that i must receive a call in 72 hrs. After a long time i received a call from the costumer service that my reliance account does not show on their system though i had recharged my reliance account. The costumer service assistant always said that he/she will get back to it soon but i guess the definition of soon in this company is from a third world.

                      Everytime they are giving a service request, but they are not solving the issue and closing the sercice request.
                      So far they must have given me 10 service request numbers

                      They have collected the money giving false information, their customer support personnel gave me wrong information and collected money from me. Now when i am asking the same, they are dragging and dragging and just not responding. Even if they respond, every customer support personel telling different explanation. Please involve and get my money refunded.

                        I am reliance customer with id[protected] and given request for migration from reliance to tata sky and got the sms that they will call in 72 hrs on saturday ie 28/10/17 and it's more then 6 days they did not turn up till now. Again i have given request and same reply 72 hrs then 48 hrs but no reply. So when tata will call and install. For adding customer they are not prompt after sale god knows. Can we expect good service from tata or shift to any other is better.

                        I am a reliance dth subscriber having active id no.[protected]. After giving a miss call I received a call from Tata Sky Customer care asking for my reliance subscriber Id. Having said the id, he told me that there is no such subscriber id exists and hence would not take booking request. I am really disappointed at their attitude towards new prospective customers.                           My set top box remote control failed so had to order a replacement. I was told to pay rs.200 as cost for replacement which i did promptly on 12th october on the same day that the technician arrived. On 28th october my account had been debited by rs.375. When i looked up my transaction statement it mentioned "handling charges for remote". This was ridiculous so i called up the customer care numbers only to be told that the amount would be refunded from the "back end" office - whatever that means. I have given several complaint requests, my service request numbers are

                          10v2ys4d dated 28th october and
                          10yb2vf2 dated 1st november.

                          But so far no credit has been given in my account and my account has been suspended. I was told by the operator that i had to activate my account by depositing an amount greater than rs.106. I re-activated my service by depositing rs.120 but again so far my excess charge of rs.175 has still not been credited.

                          Kindly look into this complaint as it has been pending since over 5 days.

We are trying since 2days to reach you people by customer care no but after 10min of waiting in call also we couldn't get in chance to talk to customer care people.                               I am srikantaiah (Big tv number[protected] reg no [protected]) customer of reliance big tv dth. Recently i shifted my house to different location but i have not changed my reg address in reliance. Now service has been disconnect now reliance has closed now from past one week. Tata sky exceutive has called me and telling to install tata sky for free but i already changed my location to different place in same city so i need chnage of address insatallation so plz do the need full asap.

                                  I am a customer of reliance big TV since January 2012. The settop box that we used from reliance is HD. I am an annual subscriber and enjoying watching channels from big TV till October.

                                  Now I was given an option to move to Tata sky by giving a missed call to a toll free number. I too received a call back from Tata sky n installation of a basic model setbox was done on 1 st of November.

                                  The technician also didn't ask whether to install a basic model or a HD set top box at the time of installation. I now request you to install a HD settop box at free of cost as I was using a reliance hd set top box.

                                    And we were facing signal issues from the past 4 days. The customer care team has raised a request on sunday and assured us of technician visit the very next days. It has been more than 4 days and it is really shocking to see that no action aside empty assurances from the customer care team. They are clueless about when the issue will get really sorted. Quite painful to see how one of the top brands is treating their customers...

                                        I am a reliance tv subscriber... As per their message i have given a miss call to the number provided and after two days got a call from tata sky. They told me that a new connection will be provided in the next two hours and the existing conn was cut off. I have been waiting for two days and i don't see any response from tata sky. When i called them again today they said they haven't scheduled a person to install a new connection. If they couldn't schedule... Why did they disconnect the existing reliance connection. This has left us without tv connection at home even though i have paid for the services. Is this the way tata sky is providing the customer service. Before even i got their connection they r getting into my nerves. Can someone look into this and assist us with this with urgency.

                                        Hi, we have raised a service request to sort this and you'll hear from us at the earliest.
                                        I am getting different people from or I assume so calling me for the installation. All they say is they will change only the set top box and remote and will not change the dish. As per Tata Sky dish also will be changed. Why is this descrepency happening.

                                        I have face thiskind of issues earlier, when I had a different provider DTH and when installing Reliance DTH, I asked the person to change STB and let the dish remain the same as I would need to repair the wall again. They denied a connection and insisted on installing the Reliance Dish along with STB. Now that Tata Sky is wanting to change the dish as well, the people who come here say that their centers have asked only to change the STB and remote.

                                        Tomorrow if I shift places and I am sure the person will say he cant install it because its not from tata sky and he cant reliance dish. Please understand the depth I am talking about. Whats wrong with the service centers of Tata Sky to just replace everything as per the process. Please do the needful in replacing the completed set as I dont expect to have any hassles in the future.
