careless attitude of the customer care staff and technicians

Dear mr. Harit nagpal,

This is with reference to the complain, i have made with the customer care on saturday i. E. 4.11.17 at about 8.45 in the evening for the wo no-10zvu290 which was supposed to be resolved within 2 working hours. Since 26 oct i have raised a request for relocation. And they have generated the work order request. But none of the executive and, technician made a call to visit. And me and my husband made more than 50 calls for this.
