    2) maximum chanel are vibrating.
    3) no, any news chanel provided by you.
    4) after 11am all chanel are stop.

      I, dinesh pratap singh is tatasky hd subscriber with subscription no - [protected]. I have to inform you that no channels are coming with this connection so that i called to customer care no [protected] and [protected] and after spoiling of one hour customer care executive received the call
      Then after listening my issue he told me to connect the line to higher executive and before connecting to higher executive it was replied to me that please disconnect the call and try again
      I want to know from tatasky that weather customers have only one job to connect and wait for the calls
      It was my blunder mistake that i have selected tatasky while there was so many service providers in the market and their customer care executives are not as busy and rude as tatasky executives
      As i have heard that a satisfied customer suggest ten customer and a unsatisfied customer make loss of 100 customer, its my promise to tatasky that i will make loss of more than 100 customers
      Lastly i want to say to tata sky that whenever (As they are very musypersins) tatasky executive find time kindly reply to this mail

        My hd+recording set top box has not been recording for a month. It says hard disk error. The rest of the functions were fine. After the technician visit (Who was asked on phone for the code on home page of tv from the noida office) the set top box stopped working completely as the card had been paired with the new box which has not yet been delivered to me. Mr. Neeraj in the noida office told me that it was no big deal and it would get done by and by. The staff was rude and i continue to be without a tv connection while i pay for the services. It is total cheating

          Will you please let me know whether tata sky has stopped giving further connections?
          I am calling repeatedly for the last one week for add on connection but local service center persons are not responding rather they are not picking the phone.

          In case tata sky is no more interested in doing dth business at rohtak, kindly let us be informed about so that i may approach some other service provider for the same and also decide on replacing earlier 5-6 connections of our family members.
          On hearing from you i will proceed further in the matter.

            Dear tata sky people,

            This is regarding the complaint number# 10s6k9bu, which i have raised on 07th november 2017.

            I was using big tv for the last 5 years, tata sky people have called and requested for change. And the tata sky technician has installed the setup box on 04th nov 2017 and communicated that it will take only 24 hours for the activation and told us to recharge with rs.290 which was done on the same day itself. The tata sky technician has taken the big tv device& adapter (Which was in good condition) and replaced with tata sky device. It is sad to inform that the subscription is not yet activated. When i call the customer care team, they are telling the same story and asking us to wait for 24 hrs every time whenever we call the customer care. And in the subsequent conversations they are saying that i will get a call within 2 hours and will get activated. Continuing to that in the last call with the customer care people, they have communicated that their higher officials will be contacting and will get activated which was not yet happened.

            This is almost more than 10 times i have contacted the customer care team from 04th nov 2017 and waiting for almost 4 days still now there is no proper response. If the quality of service and the response in earlier stage itself is this much pathetic, we are not going to continue this service anymore and we need the big tv device back.

            Sorry to say that the such incidents spoil your brand name if you are giving such useless and pathetic customer support.

              Tata sky id [protected] had no signals since oct 20 2017. Tatasky dealer sent one technician and he checked and told setup box damaged. There is no physical damage. Same problem of no signals 2months back then that technician repaired it but now he told box needs to be replaced. So please resolve this problem. And get me a new set up box as it has warranty till dec21 2017

                No one is responding... No one is replying or giving a call back... Very disappointed.. N very disgusting response... No one is interested in helping... All they do is chatting on phone and giving big big promises that they will do this and ur work will be done in this time and all... Was thinking to take another company's connection... M very tired now from tata sky... Main think they don't give call back to us any time... I have called them 50 time in 2 days but seriously man no response... So why should we take this connection now wiĺl tell my relatives also to change their connections from tata sky to another... Too poor service...

                  Tatasky dth set up was installed at my residence on friday dated 03 nov 2017... I have paid activation fee on the same day... But my activated setup box is not provided me till today tuesday dated 7 nov 2017...
                  I have called to local representative many time (About 50 calls have done) but my problem is not solved.
                  I i complained on [protected] (Complaint number of tatasky)... But no solution by their - side.
                  Please resolve my problem.

                    My consumer i'd is [protected].
                    So many times i called customer care asking for relocation my tata sky. Daily they are telling within one hour your installation will be done. My first complaint was on 28 th after that almost daily i asked but still installation is not done. Really i m unhappy with poor service and response. Please let me know when it will finally installed. Already i have waited for 10 days.

                      I have done tatta sky recharge on 24 august 2017 of 520 rs as monthly plan recharge. Amount has been debited from account but is not credited in tata sky account.

                      I have contacted so many times to tata sky and provided all transactions details as per their demand. Still they are not looking into it and same money is not crediting in my account. Which is a loot.

                        Tata sky smart manager was activated which we never requested. Also we were not informed when it got activated due to which we were wrongly charged and the tata sky dhamaka pack of ₹199/month which we intended to use got exhausted early.
                        There should be a proper communication with the subscriber and no such packs should be activated on their own. Also user should be notified appropriately each time when there is a change made with his subscribed packs.
                        In this case, nothing was done from the tata sky's part and there subscriber have to end up paying unnecessary charges for the services which they never used.
                        Please look into it, my customer id is [protected]. I never needed smart manager services. Kindly deactivate and process the refund into the account.

                          Incident took place on 05/11/2017 around 5 pm evening.

                          Description: tata sky is not offering free connection to the reliance dth customers. They are charging 300 for installation. After installation, he asked me to pay 300 or he will remove the connection. When i have asked him for bill of 300, he refused and dnt gave me the bill. Said that activation will happen in just 2 hours. Still after 24 hours activation is pending. I gave a call to customer care, which was no use and even they are helpless. Please stop buying this fraud product. As there is no proper support.

                              Dear mr. Harit nagpal,

                              This is with reference to the complain, i have made with the customer care on saturday i. E. 4.11.17 at about 8.45 in the evening for the wo no-10zvu290 which was supposed to be resolved within 2 working hours. I was using a reliance digital cable tv since last 5-6 years, but due to the merger has to be ported with the tata sky cables. I had received a call from the technician at around 7.00 pm on 3rd nov., 17 to fix the tata sky dish in place of reliance dish. My reliance connection was fully active at that time, but as i knew it needs to be ported to tata sky, so called them to fix the same. They said that they will take only about 30 minutes but they (4 technician-raju n party) tried to fix it till 9.30 pm and received some signal and activated my account for which they charged rs. 200 cash from me and told me that some channels may not work so they will come on saturday morning at 10.00 am. But till 8.30 pm i waited for them and then i logded a complain with the same story in the custmer care. On sunday also i had many times called and talked with the customer care people even the senior team member - sonia, nitin savre, and many more. All the time i was telling them my problem but each time they no bady cared. At last at around 6.30 pm i called at customer care and talked with nitin savre, and requested again n again to resolve my complain. But he bluntly to me that he work only onmonday i. E 6.11.17 after 10.00 am. As monday is a working day i again requested him and told him to tell me the reason why my complain was not resolved during the whole day, but he denied n simply answered me that he will talk on monday only. Today i received a massage that the visit of technician was fixed at 11-12 am. But as i m in office, so i again called at custmer care and talked to ms. Swati, padmashri, rashma etc. But they also had not responded me till now anything.

                              This is a kind request to you, please look into the matter - how your team is working, i think they are just lisening and passing on to one another. Even your system does not have any record of the person with whom the customer is talking. They are working as they wish to do.

                              It is a humble request to you, to return my rs. 200 and installed my reliance connection as it was earlier.

                                Iam lijo mathew from pune (Contact [protected]).
                                I had requested for a new connection from tata sky on 27th october and received a call back from one of the customer care executive who took my contact & address details. I was told that a technician will contact me on 3rd nov and take my appointment and a new connection will be made available to me by 4th nov.
                                Till date none of the technicians or call centre executives have contacted or updated me about the progress. I have called up the call centre number [protected] 4 times and each time i get an assurance that it will be actioned 'today' but nothing has happened till date.
                                It's really a shame that customers are being treated like this.

                                  I am a customer of reliance big tv. The settop box that we used from reliance is hd. I am an annual subscriber and enjoying watching channels from big tv till october.

                                  Now i was given an option to move to tata sky by giving a missed call to a toll free number. I too received a call back from tata sky n installation of a basic model setbox was done on 1 st of november.

                                  The technician also didn't ask whether to install a basic model or a hd set top box at the time of installation. I now request you to install a hd settop box at free of cost as i was using a reliance hd set top box.

                                    I have requested to change my connection from reliance to tata sky yesterday on customer care number. Today morning i have received a call from local dealer of tata sky who told me to visit 11 am today but still 3 pm he didn't visit. I have called him 3 times but he didn't give good response. I have wasted my time for waiting. His number is [protected] and name as i knew from others is surendra prajapat.

                                      My active reliance smart card NO.[protected] in the name of A.Prasad, has received call from Tata Sky Rep. but could not find my smart card number matching with their database hence unable to take my request for booking. Very disappointing and unprofessional of Tata Sky people calling customers on their registered mobile numbers and then saying smart card does not match. Then how they got our registered mobile numbers? It looks like they are resorting to cheap tricks to extract money from Reliance customers instead of giving them free of charge as they had promised.
                                      Tata Sky customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        I think that I have to remove tata sky because I have recharge smart games and tata sky is saying that I have recharge classic cinema and I have call them on 3.11.17 and your employ says that smart games are come in 2 days
