though i paid rs 2000/-on 30/07/2011 till now my phone is not activated,kindly do the needful
i changed my plan from pre-paid to post-paid on 8 th march 2008 . my services were ok till 12:00pm on 14th march 2008. but all of sudden my out going services were de-activated. when i enquire this from the nearest vodafone shop, they assure me that my services were de-activated by mistake and would be continue within 2 hours, but to my utter surprise i received a message from vodafone at 1:28 pm that my service registration number is[protected] and for query i be responded on friday i.e. 16th march. till then my outgoing services shall be barred. if the necessary action shall not be taken, i have no choice left than to reach consumer court and to file complaint against the board of directors for damages and in criminal court for th criminal breach of trust, as i have retained a huge loss.

BARRING DATE 3RD-JAN-2010. SO PLZ ACTIVATE MY SIM BECAUSE BUSINESS IS LOSS.AND OUR DISTIBUTOR IS LAZY FELO HE IS NOT RESPONDING ME. PLZ ACTION TO THE DB. HER NAME AND NUMBER (MR. VENU. NUM [protected]). PLZ ACTIVATE MY SIM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE OTHERWSE I WILL GO TO PUBLIC OFFICE.

Availing the mobile portability am transfer from BSNL to Vodafone at that time am submitting my ID and Photo in Alappuzha vodafone authorized out let before one month . but as of now i cannot use the mobile number which is used by my mother so am not at all happy with vodafone . May be portable customer get these type of experience so what is the use of mobile portability . Today also am talking with the customer executive they tell like previous replay like with in 48 hrs it will be active ... In portability am transfer my three BSNL to vodafone if i didnt get any solution am forced to back to my BSNL . My contact no is [protected]

        i beg to state that i m a user of your brand i.e vodafone.it was registered by the name of prodip bera and i am the user. i have minus balance of Rs- -579. i have recharged net card of 21,but when i have to started o[censored]sing net it was fine,but near about 4 hrs after my main balance remained -579. it is not impossible for me to recharge of rs 579.if there is any way to make it positive balance then please help me otherwise i have no problem. my no. is [protected]. it was one of my best & important no. in my career life.thats all. thank you.

          I am a student. I have been using the campus pack for 3 years now. Last year i paid for validity upto 2013, but my campus pack service was suspended 3 days ago. They said that they 'are not supposed to inform me that my campus pack is expiring'. They had informed me for the last two years few days prior to recharge for validity extension. Last year, they told me i wouldnt need a validity extension recharge for my campus pack till 2013 but now they say i need to recharge it every year and 'that's my problem'. And now they are not ready to do anything to get me back my plan.

            i'm gaurav singhal its my bad luck to became a customer of vodafone just because o[censored]nwanted call & messages from the company to subscribe for caller tune and i have already regestered on "do not disturb" list then after they hv'nt stop the services what can i say about they are reducing the value of there company. the service of hutch was give us full satisfaction

            conclusion :- in future i'll never use nmber of vodafone in my life and demorolise the pepol to go for airtel

            I am getting abusive call and sms from vodafone number [protected] on my vodafone number [protected] and also on my Airtel number [protected].

            In a single day, I get more than 20 calls/missed calls from that guy. Please take necessary actions soon and deactivate/block that number, so that I never receive any calls.

            Please do this soon, otherwise I will have to move to higher level.

              Hi,,

              I went to recharge my Vodafone number. In Vodafone there is an option of 80 on 80,, means if you recharge your # with 80Rs you will get a full 80Rs balance.

              I generally do recharge by internet but some reason this time i went to shop for recharge.
              But that shopkeeper told me that he will charge 10Rs extra as you are getting full talk time. I asked him if its for 80Rs and the company its self not asking extra charges you are not suppose to take. He said that its a rule in M.P. that you have to pay extra charge. I went to another shop and they did recharge it in 80Rs.

              I was sure that we don't have to give any extra amount on any recharge to shopkeeper or a dealer but what about the people like or mom dad who hardly use there mobile phones and they don't know about recharge terms and condition.

              Dealers already having there commission from the company and they are still asking for extra income.

              I am not sure this complaint will will be considered or not but I would just like to drag your attention on this kind of activity are taking place if we don't take action against them they will keep continue and others will also start doing this.

                From the past 5days Rs5.33 has been deducted from my mobile account balance without any reason.
                I had launched a complaint regarding the same to the customer care.
                The customer care said that some service is active and and told me to send sms

                I have send this sms more than 4 times.But still my money is getting deducted everyday.I want all my money back.This is fraud by vodafone because of which I am suffering.I need an explanation as soon as possible

                  Hello,
                  This is regarding data plan charges levied to me which I have never asked.. My Vodafone number is a corporate number under special plans. Last month, in June I called up Vodafone to activate data services on my number. I was told that Vodafone mandates that for activation/deactivation of any plan/services, they require mail from registered mail ID as the plans are different from general public. Accordingly I mailed their corporate care ID to activate Rs.98/- (2GB data plan). I had to follow-up their customer care a couple of times and after 2-3 days the data services were activated. I got a confirmation call from their department that Rs.98/- plan has been activated on my number.

                  Now, here comes the invoice for June-July wherein I have been charged Rs.199 for the data plan. There are charges of Rs.199 plus the pro-rata charges of Rs.73/- for 10 days. There is a charge of Rs. 30 too for 10 days o[censored]sage of Rs.98 plan. Interestingly, there are more charges o[censored]sage of data beyond 2GB limit.

                  I have been writing to Vodafone since 2 weeks now telling them I have never requested for Rs.199 plan and that I have only Rs.98/- plan running on my number. The guys are just adamant and telling me that I have both Rs.98 and Rs.199 plan activated on my number. I have also forwarded them the first mail which I had sent for activating data services in which I have clearly stated that I want Rs.98 plan. I have no idea who told them to activate Rs.199 plan. They haven't shown me any evidence yet wherein I have requested for Rs.199 plan, they are just making it up on their own and trying to fleece me..

                  By the way, Rs.199 is the unlimited data plan. I have tried hard but failed to get them to understand that if I was indeed on Rs.199 plan, I shouldn't have been charged for excess data but as I have been charged for data beyond 2GB, it serves as an adequate proof that their systems too have me on Rs.98 plan.

                  I had also called up 198 (Vodafone complaints number) and had a long discussion with Mr. Himanshu (senior level) about my problem. We checked the invoice I had received and could make out that there indeed are wrong charges of Rs.199 data plan in the invoice. He had promised me to reverse these charges in the next bill cycle. He advised me to pay the bill for this month as all reversals in any case would be made in next billing cycle only. He gave me his word and accordingly I have paid this month's bill.

                  On top of all this mess, my data services had been deactivated without informing me. This is just disappointing and uncalled for..

                  I wrote the same to corporate care telling them the whole issue again, my discussions with Himanshu and that I have paid my bill on his word. I requested them to reverse the charges as discussed and activate my data services asap. I got the reply and its the whole story again.. They have refused to reverse the charges and the data services aren't resumed as well.

                  I have heard several complaints from other Vodafone users about the billing issues and how they are charged unnecessarily for services they never asked but I never thought that I too would become a victim.

                  I would like Vodafone to look into this judiciously and reverse the unnecessary charges levied onto me.

                    hi Sir,
                    kindly tell vodafone to stop all FLASH masseges on my mobile no.[protected],as they send every 30 sec one flash msg, to subscribe this or that ringtones or there products, and if i touched any key from my mobile they cut Rs 30-40 form balance , i even activated DND but of no use.
                    Secondly i tried to call custmer care 121, but never get chance to talk any person from voda, as CC always speaks recorded msg---- you r not alowed to call custmer care.

                      I applied for Do Not Disturb on my Vodafone mobile no. couple of months back. But I still get many promotional SMSs almost every day such as VX Just 49, LM-HotDeal and many more different numbers.

                      Recently I have started getting promotional calls playing automated voice recordings from numbers such as [protected], [protected].

                      I have tried registering complaint with Vodafone couple of times but all they say is "Sorry, we will re-activate the DND service." I tried explaining but those stupid people don't understand my DND is already activated and re-activated, it doesn't need to be re-activated again and again, they need to note down the numbers from where I get the calls and file complaint with TRAI. These Vodafone customer care executives don't understand anything. I don't even know whether they are really so stupid or they are pretending to be.

                      Vodafone- Prepaid Sim Card — DND

                      i have registered for DND and these guys have not yet stopped bombarding my cellphone with vodafone promotional sms and calls.i registered DND with them on their website almost 2 months ago.

                      Also i do not understand a reason, why do they say it will take 30 days for them to process the DND request.

                      Vodafone — Unsolicited Calls and Messages

                      Dear Sir/ Madam,

                      My Vodafone Number is registered for DO NOT DISTURB. Despite this I have been receiving promotional calls and messages from various COmpanies.

                      I had even lodged complaint with Vodafone Customer Care but they have sent notice to only Only Jyoti. I even requested for the copy of the Notice but I was imformed that I had no right for the same.

                      My question is what is the point of registering in DND if we still keep on receiving these calls and messages?? Can you pls look into the matter and have it resolved at the earliest. I also want to know whether I can file case against Vodafone as tehy have failed to ensure that I dont receive these promotional calls.

                      Pls advice.

                        This is bring to your kind notice that i am using BSNL connection Numb.([protected]) from last 6 years and now have applied for Vodafone portability on 22nd Jan and fullfilled all the formalities yet till now i have not got any type of response from ur side and still my numb is going in BSNL and not converted in vodafone.
                        10 days have already been past how long its process ?
                        Its only 7 Days procedure to convert any numb. into network.

                        Would request u to please see in this.

                        well i am using tata docmo([protected]) and i have applied for vodafone portability on 25th of january... a week has been passed and its not converted into vodafone ... how many days it will take 2 convert this portability... the procedure is going very slow ... please do it fast asoon as possible...

                        I have just ported my mobile number ([protected]) to Vodafone which took around 13 days. When I talked to customer care (during portability process) after listening the complaint and taking full information (which was not useful for them) was saying that go to the outlet we cant help you. Now after porting its, still creating a problem that I cant receive any call, it shows that this no. does not exist. When I talked to your customer care representative he was misguiding me and when I said him to transfer the call to his senior he disconnected the call.

                        I joined vodafone to be for its reputation but beginning was so bad that I start loosing my trust on Vodafone.In beginning you are doing this than i can imagine what you will do in future. I think i made mistake by opting portability to vodafone.

                        i have got my number([protected]) ported to vodafone on 18.02.2011 and i have submitted all the documents(as mentioned by trai).but till this date i have not got my number started.i have enquired about this again and again and the company persons are always telling me to wait for 24 hours.if i call to my number it says all services are disconnected.and if i insert the port sim given by vodafone it shows sim card registration failed.i had sent a message to mr naveen ([protected]) vodafone employee regarding this but i didnt received any response from him.iam thinking of filing a case against vodafone in the consumer court for the inconvience caused to me.

                        The complaint is regarding mobile number portability request of vodafone mobile services(Bangalore). As per TRAI says sms port to 1900 to get a port number its more than 14 days that I havent received any port number to switch from this Value for No Money mobile network. I always get a message stating its some internal issues contact customer care and the main part is that even after continuos try and waiting on call they couldnt connect me to customer care.Iam using an Iphone and when ever I activate gprs my balance goes in Negative. When other attractive mobile service providers are there in the city with especially 3G activated networks why should we suffer with this vodafone as Iam a high end user of Internet on Phone.Also vodafone do provide unlimited internet for 95rs but is not available for Iphone as the company knows data usage will be high.

                        I Ajay Agarwal resident of siliguri,port my mobile number [protected] from uninor to vodafone at vodafone store at siliguri on dated:4/4/2011,but till now date 22/4/2011 they haven't port it .Now my number shows that" check the number and dial again " by uninor IVR ,and the vodafone store representative does not give any response.
                        I have raised request 2 time for porting from LOOP to Vodafone but my first request have taken more then 15 days so it was of no use because portability is not valid for those many days.Again i have raised another request for number portability from LOOP to Vodafone but nothing is happening it more then 9 days now.My porting number was [protected]

                        When i have called to LOOP customer care they are continuosly telling me that VODAFONE have not send any acknoledgement to us.Below is the email statement provided by them

                        When the above statement have come to me and i called up to Vodafone customer care they told me to visit the store where i have provided the request.I dont know for what reason customer care support is there on call.

                        After visiting Vodafone gallery they told me your card will work after 2 days but nothing happened and the whole circle is going on again and again.Why customer are facing such problem in Number portability.

                        Telecom company should be strictly warned by government to not to do such stuff with customers.Humble request to provide service effectively.

                          I got one simm card post paid from vodafone office, pathankot.
                          the number was some thing XXXXX77119. Mr. Shammi was dealing the matter.
                          Due to address proof problem sim was deactivated within a day or so. I asked Mr. Shammi that let me deposit the fresh address proof as we are tenants and we have to move to different location within city after some time. He said the enquiry people has submitted a negative addrees proof report and your simm will be deactivated. After that you may not get the same number again. I asked him about refund of deposit and cancel the simm from my name. he promised me refund after cancellation of number in my name. I handed over the simm to him at the very moment.

                          Now How can vodafone has raising a bill for a simm which I never used?

                          Hi, I applied for new Vodaphone sim card. I was about to get it within 3-4 days but got it after 2 weeks. Also i got nearly 25 calls from vodaphone regarding address verification which I honestly and completely answered. Then I also I got message on my phone saying "SIM card registration failed". I contacted customer care and it was restored after again verifying the address. Today again I got the same message "SIM card registration failed".

                          I want to register my complaint against vodaphone for poor services and thus causing mental stress.

                          Kindly accept my complaint and help me. Thank You.

                            Myself Mr.Giridhar,i had used a vodafone post paid number since one year and the number is [protected].. for this number bill is in due from 3months.the vodafone customer care person mr.Ravi called me to remind my due bill since then i have replied them please wait upto 1st of augst i will pay your due amount, but he collected a number which i regularly use to make a outgoing calls(from my diled list)/and he called to that number, and said that the person mr.giridhar had given your number as asecurity person number,he has not paid the bill since from 3months,the bill amount is 2400rs.so as he given your number as security person you have to pay the bill before 15:30 hrs on 26/07/2011,actually he called nearly 13:45 hrs.. and he asked the person to give your online banking details to deduct the money.and he blamed the person that he is going to file legal case on me (giridhar) and i am going includ your name in legal case which is going to block your passport like that he made feared the person.actually the person who is not at all legally related to this issue.

                            now my complaint is i have given the security person number as [protected], but he called another number from my dialed list.. how can he use my personal data,he haked my personal data and the vodafone company has failed to protect my personal informaion to others.and vodafone should not disclose my personal information to others without my permission.so the vodafone company has voilated to keep securing my information to others so i am puting my complaint in consumer court on vodafone for disclosing information to others.

                            the person called me is Mr.ravi as he said while talking with him. and called me and my friend who has paid the bill from [protected].

                            and one more complaint on vodafone that i want put is they hurt my feelings by collecting the bill from un authorised person which interm dicrease my pristage in socity.so i am appilling for hurting me. i dont knw that what it exactly means in law terminology.but i know in telugu language as '' paruvu nastam dhava'' i demand the explanation from vodafone as said earlier.

                            finally i request to vodafone please take it as a serious issue and do the needfull, Because i had never said to the customer care executives i will not pay the money like that, i always requested them to wait for some time in a desent and polite way. but they behaved indesent way, please take a action on Mr.Ravi([protected].) who has done the illegal activity and hurting the human egos, actually my friend is about to leave to abroad.. he mad the person so heasty and feard by saying your passport gonna block.

                            so please consider this as a serious issue.. and should not repeat

                              Yesterday(10/07/2010) Morning one call from Vodafone guy,(Ph.No.[protected]. at 09.54am) That person asking to me, your name is Asokan for irrespective, i asked what you want?, That fellow is i am calling from Vodafone you must give the answer, i asked how many person call for me, that person told, we are asking, you must give the detail for using singular words,
                              i told i can't give the details, that person told challenging for me we blocked in your connection, i told if blocked to my connection i goes to consumer court, but that person told we are (Vodafone) is Big Ocean, you just Biscuit i blocked in your connection with in a day, you can't any thing for ours, he challanged for block the connection, i want the details for you, i giving the all details for Vodafone customer showroom at Ambattur Branch last two months back, last month one guy collected the all details from through phone, i was using the connection for last three years,i thing vodafone are not liking my connection, what i do?

                                Dear Sir,

                                I have mazor concern related to Customer Service provided by the company.

                                Currently I am availing the CUG connection ([protected]) for last one and half month. While availing this facility, the customer representative from Vodafone Call center adviced me to choose Rs. 399 Internet pack.

                                On telephonic conversation with the representative, I was told that the Net Surfing and Browsing are completely free and downloading charges would be there if downloaded from Paid Sites and other freeware products are completely free from downloading charges. And paid sites are those sites where the charges are mentioned for the products on the site. I was not aware of any Technical Specifications neither the Customer Representative told me about that. I was also not given any information about Hidden charges.

                                Now the services have been stopped by them instantly. When I inquired about the same, I got to know that I have been charged 5000 Rs. for using Internet through Vodafone Live. Now they are advising that I should have used Vodafone GPRS Settings instead of Vodafone Live.

                                This has completely shocked me and has troubled me a lot. I have mazor concern with Vodafone Customer Service Department. I have below questions on which I need your immediate response.

                                1. Why I was not given the above information prior availing this facility?

                                2 Also why I have not been informed by them on time about my Billing charges as my Credit limit was only 900 Rs. ?

                                3 Also why they did not stop my services when I crossed the limit of 900 Rs.? They should have immediately informed me about the same and also should have immediately stopped my services.

                                4 Now why they have stopped the services when the bills has crossed more that 5000 Rs. ?

                                I again had a recent conversation with Relationship Manager (Mini Kalra [protected]). She told me that Internet charges would be completely discounted once the bill would be generated. But now I am not being given the discount. So again a question ...

                                5 Why I am not being given the discount ?

                                6 Why can't they stuck with their words ?

                                This is really a mental tourcher to me which I am facing now from last 10 days. I kindly request you to take immediate action on the same and free me of this hassle.

                                I would really be thankful if you look into the matter and resolve it.

                                  myself arun singla using phone no. [protected]. i had ported this no. on vodafone networks couple of months before from tata cdma.
                                  today morning my no. was not working as vodafone had barred my no. for incoming and outgoing calls, wihtout informing any reason or sending any sms. on enquring the reason from coustmer care i came to know that there is some outstanding on our no. in the previous co. which was not true, as i had given the copy of the receipt and also vodafone executive had checked this out personaly from tata outlet that there is no outstanding balance against this no.
                                  now i had tried vodafone coustmer care to register a complaint that you are harrasing the coustmer without any reason and lauch a complaint in this matter so that higher management should come to know about this issue but they had straight forwardly ignored the matter and said we wouldnt register a complaint in this matter.
                                  according to me my service were hampered without any notice or any fault from our side and companies are taking advantage o[censored]s. if possible sir kindly look into the matter and if possible fine them for discontinuation of serveices without any notice or call. secondly there were no dues pending.
                                  thirdly not registering the complaint. today i called coustmer care aroun 11:30 am and talked to Miss. Pooja, then she forwarded no. to miss Preeti and finally she farworded no. to mr. anuj. but nobody was ready to register a complaint.

                                  Vodafone Mobile Service — Mobile Outgoing barred

                                  Iam using vodafone mobile from last 8 months, every month Rs.2000 paying to vodafone post paid service. If I cross credit limit they will send intimation (ex...you cross 80% credit limit....). But this month they have informing in the last minute. You have crossed 100% credit limit in second saturday evening 6.30pm next day is sunday. After this my line is disconnected. Iam not received any prior intimation from them.

                                  I called requested customer care to activate the line. Because I received intimation in the evening and next day is sunday. Iam able to pay the amount in monday. They have not accepting finally my mobile line got disconnected.

                                  vodafone mobile service providers — Outgoing and Incoming Barred

                                  Hi there,

                                  Hope you are doing good. This is to notify that my outgoing and incoming calls on [protected] has been barred for no reasons and i have been paying bills on time rather due to unsatisfied services and illogical bills every month i asked the company to disconnect my another number i.e [protected] too, but rather than taking necessary actions the company has bared my outgoing and incoming calls. This is my official phone so i get lot of calls and even make lots of calls everyday.

                                  Kindly do the needful as this kind of output is never expected from a brand name Vodafone.

                                  Vodafone mobile — outgoing barred

                                  myself supriya kulkarni i am using sim of vodafone numbered [protected] from about last 1 1/2 month suddenely today my outgoing facility abarded n reason told is document unavailability while i have submitted all the essential documents so plz check for it n restart my service as soon as possible.

                                  Vodafone Mobile Service — Amount Rs. 120 deduction without download

                                  I am user of Vodafone service on Mobile no. [protected]. This is my personal mobile and I am only responsible for use. On Dated 17/09/2011, I shocked to know that I have minus balance in my account.
                                  Without any downloading Rs. 120 have been deducted from my balance account. Then I have contacted vodafone service for the reason they replied that mobile used for video downloading @ Rs.15/-per download and total download was 8 nos.

                                  But I know that I have not downloaded.

                                  Pl. look into the reason and Rs.120 again accounted in my balance.

                                    This is to inform you that I am getting calls from [protected] , the person calling said that he is from Vodafone and my number has won 10 lakhs in lottery and please dial [protected] to get further details.My wife unknowingly that this could be fake number dialled the number.

                                    I have searched about this on internet and found that this fake racket running from pakistan and many people are receiving these kind of calls.

                                    Please take a note of it and take the appropiate action and please suggest in case something needs to be done from our end.

                                      My complaint is that Vodafone number that is used by my family member gets unwanted messages all day long. I had registered the number for do not disturb through their website. Unfortunately I we got a message saying that it will take 45 days (believe me it is 45 days), which is by itself an unusually long time. Even after 45 days my family member complains of receiving unsolicited messages which not only drains the battery, causes serious concern of having to check if something important or relevant has been received only to realise that its the same unsolicited message. This is gross. Any attempt to call the customer care is so painful that we have given up on that.

                                      Vodafone — do not disturb not working

                                      sir i have a connection of vodaphone no. [protected] and had activated do not disturb on 19-nov-2008 at 12:18 p.m.
                                      the same was confirmed by vodaphone via the s.m.s. they sent to me, giVING ME REGISTERATION NUMBER [protected] AND WITH A PROMISE THAT ALL PROMOTIONAL MESSAGES WILL STOP COMING AFTER 2 JAN 09 3.04 P.M.
                                      BUT EVEN TODAY THEY ARE SENDING ME 10 TO 12 MESSAGES PER DAY AND 2 TO 3 CALLS BY VODAPHONE NUMBER GIVING DETAILS OF VARIOUS PROMOTIONAL SCHEMES OF VODAPHONE.
                                      FOR THE LAST 10 DAYS I HAVE CALLED CUSTOMER CARE 8 TIMES AND EVERY TIME THEY CUT THE LINE AFTER LISTENING TO MY COMPLAINT OR JUST SAY THAT MY VOICE IS NOT CLEAR.

                                      IS THIS THE SERVICE OF VODAPHONE CUSTOMER CARE ?

                                      It is not the calls that we are facing problems but the sms' that we receive. Sometimes the frequency of sms' is as high as 1 in 5 mins. please stop all the unwanted sms' now onwards.
                                      Only those messages that are extremely important and beneficial to us must be sent.

                                        I (Debasmita Bhattacharjee) have purchased a Vodafone K3570-Z USB stick from Vodafone Store, c/o Maruthi clothing Co., Plot No.7-D, 1st phase,Doddanekundi industrial area, Whitefield road, Bengaluru-560048, opposite side of Graphite India on 28th June,2011 against my mobile no. [protected]. The Vodafone store guy has convinced me that with Rs1346/- installation charge I will get one month unlimited internet browsing ie. till 28th of July,2011. So after purchaing on the same plan, it was running perfectly till one week. On 5th July 2011, they have suddenly disconnected my connection & also deducted Rs 380/- which was already there in my sim for any other calling purpose. I went to the stall, they told me it will be connected within 24hours. But it hadn't. Again I went there on 8th. The story was same. Again I was convinced & came back with a thought that it will be activated within 24 more hours. But it hadn't. I went to the sore again on 11th July & after a hot conversation with me they told me the same.

                                        I came back & went to the store on 13th again because it was not done & went with a mind set that if it will not be activated, I will return it back. They convinced me that they cant take it back, after an hour they have done it ok for me & also retured my Rs 380/-

                                        Story is not end yet. Again the same problem started (no connectivity & balance was then negative ie deducted all Rs from there) from 24th July & I went to the store to get it done. But they didnt do anything & told me to go back home call after 3 pm to Raghu ([protected]). I called him but he was not picking it up, & then he switched it off. I tried to use the internet & as usual it was not happening. Today I have tried him again & he picked it up & told me "if I will call again & again he will sitch it off" & also ill treat with me. After few minutes he sent me as sms saying that we have requested you not to use internet before 26th, but you have used, that's why your ballance is negative, so we cant do anything, you have to recharge it again to continue.

                                        That means, instead of one month I have got only 18 days unlimited connection, & moreover they have deducted my oringinal call balance. So please let me know how many time I have to visit the store to get it done or what is the procedure of get rid of this thing with full compensation back. I wish to switch over to any other connectivity.

                                        Hi Friend.

                                        I also join you in condemening the Vodafone for its services. The Vodafone center are pretty ... . You wait for hour or so, and you issues has no immediately solution. Next day, you need to visit them again.
                                        i am not writing it just for sake. I had to run atleast three days continously to get my sim activiated. They have taken an Life Time Validation Fees, and disconnect the connection if not used for 90 days. Then the life time validity does not arise.
                                        And documentation. I have submitted my documents on Saturday, til Wednsday, no message nor my phone started working.
                                        On Tuesday morning when i called Call Centre for 12 minutes no one responded. And they charge 50 paise for 3 minutes. In the evening tomy luck got one executive attending my call. Gentlemen gently says me that i need to visit the vodafone center again.

                                        SO, the best option is to change the service.
