As my friend Mr. Zahid is in trouble, mentally upset due to non working his cellphone because of huge negative balance of (-) Rs.2738 approx. On behalf of him, I have to inform you again that he recharged Rs.26/- for internet use and also he had previous balance of Rs.48, he started downloading on 17th March 2011 night but in the morning he found negative balance of Rs.2738 approx. He has prepaid number then how it comes in huge negative balance. He talked to your customer care and personally went there for clarify but nobody heard to help. Even they people suggested him to broken this sim and take another because this sim’s market value is about Rs.30,000/- due to 786 number in the end. I am sure some people of your company harassing him due to unnecessary shown negative balance. He does not want to broken this sim. Please help him to give his sim card same number.     dear sir,
    prem p pankaj here having vodafone prepaid no.[protected]. i am completely frustrated from vodafone service. it does not suite with the reputation of world class company.
    In the month of june rs.30 deducted from my account without my knowledge, when I asked from customer support they said job search service has been activated on your number and the amount will not be return in any case.then I requested to stop the service but again in july rs 30 deducted, again I called customer care on 111 then the agent said it was our fault and the deducted amount will be credited to your account.
    Still I am waiting for that amount. Now again on 17.08.2011 rs 30 has been deducted in favour of job search but when I called customer care mr.pappu said me you have activated job search by USSD code but I have not activated this service .i requested to connect me to senior officer but the line disconnected. It happened every time means they never transfer my call to their senior. I have spend more than rs 10 to call customer service regarding job search deactivation. Who will pay this amount to me.
    Finally I have decided to quit my Vodafone prepaid no.[protected] because now Vodafone is using monopoly. You can check all the call details on my Vodafone prepain no. [protected].
    I am a mariner getting nice salary and I do not have any need any job search service.
    It is my humble request please do not torture your customer.

    WHEN IT WAS HUTCH SERVICE IS GOOD...NOW IT BECOME WORST AFTER VODAFONE TAKEOVER THE HUTCH...
    Dear Sir,
    I was using the prepaid connection and resently made it to post paid. From the day i submited my documents am facing theproblems from your people as per your executive words the time required was 2 days to change my connection but they did it in 5 days.I trusted your people words and moved to Mumbai hoping it will be done but they took 5 days just b.coz of your delay i had to many problems as there was no commumnication . After returning my outstanding bill is moving like anything even for local calls i am charging very much when i called your people the answer given by your people was to wait till the bill is generated.
    today around 22.30 i called your people and asked for the solution Mr. Hanumnthu responded and was transfering the call to TL and kept on hold and disconnected after few min, when i retried it great gentleman MR. KDV Vijay said he got the permission to transfer the call to TL and kept me on hold for more than 10 min and disconnected the call . This is the service of Vodofone. Awaiting for your reply to .

    Every month i use to go for a recharge voucher worth Rs.45 for which local sms are charged 10 paise for a month.On May the 13 the validity of the voucher expired & without informing me they automatically activited a service for which 2 Rs daily are deducted from my account.On May the 19 i called the customer care centre the 1 CCE put me on a long hold for which i have to call again the 2 CCE could not give a valid reason for the activition of the service.i requested her to give me the procedure for the deactivition of the service.She told me to send a sms sms no to 111 again i asked for the complain no for which she replied the no will come automatically via a sms i thanked her & disconnected.When i sms to my surprise i got the replied as wrong keyword.Again for the 3 time when i tried to call my no is blocked.So i am thinking to file a case in the consumer court.

    on 23 may 2008 i have activated my normal vodafone card with nine month validity to life time card with help of 195 voucher & on 24 may 2008 i activated 59 bonus card sceme on my mobile but 0n 30 may 2008 this bonus card got deactivated automatically so i got so many problem so call to costmer care centre of tamilnadu that time i was in tamil nadu then i spoke to miss geeta who spoke i rude manner then i requested hfr to connect call to her senior officer then i tal to mr.r mrugan who also unable to help me then i requested him to connect to his senior officer then he coonected me to mr. dinesh who also not helped me that i was requesting him for one hour. when on 6 june 2008 i came to kolhapur, maharastra i called to custmer care execative mr.anil he also not helped me then i told him to connec this call to his senior officer but he cut down my call is this service you are giving to us ? so please help me.
    I was using vodafone no [protected] for the last one year and their services are very very bad, customer care is the worst, anytime fail your sim then ask for money.mental harassment i will file a suit against their poor services and mental harassment.

    I would like to bring it to the notice of Vodafone Officials the kind of service provided by the customer care executive is pathetic and unlawful and doubt their monitoring skills as -

    Since last 2 days caller tunes are activated on my cell phone without any request from my side. I was unable to deactivate it through SMS because of low balance as I was charged for the same.

    I have been calling the customer care from last 2 days on 111 for assistance and for first 5 – 6 times the calls are dropped or diverted to avoid assistance. {Can check audit reports if maintained}

    13th Sep 2008, 1:30 a.m - Spoke customer service executive Avinash who was not at all in a mood to assist and didn’t took the complain for detactivating the caller tune as well as refund of charges for same, as the caller tune was activated and charged without my request. So I requested to escalate the call to senior.
    He transferred the call to the senior who was not even ready to tell his name and was very harsh as well as had a fighting spirit instead of assisting.

    10th Sep 2008, 11:40 p.m – Spoke to Ms. Manisha another ‘GEM’ who disconnected the call while raising the complain.

    As it is ensured to the customer that the calls are recorded for quality purpose.

    I request you the hear the call and justify the rate the customer service quality.

    Further I request you to take a stringent action against the above mentioned executives as they are doing the injustice to customer service profession and Vodafone.

    Hope this will help you in improving the service of Vodafone.

    I have been using vodafone prepaid for past 8 months, from the day one till date i have been facing problems with them. Yesterday without my knowledge a special service has been activated in my mobile, for that they had charged me Rs. 30/- as iam balance is low it went into negative balance. When i called the customer support no one provided proper information and when i requested them to transfer the call to supervisor i have been disconnected 3 times. Really i had bad experience wtih vodafone customer support. Atlast i get in touch with one of the supervisor and requested them to wave off the negative balance and told him i didnt used that service at all and for activation you people charged Rs. 30/- the supervisor said that nothing can be done regd this issue and he asked me to use the service for one month. He also started telling the features and benfits of that service. It was a bad experience for me using vodfone prepaid. Hope this info will help others to be aware of the vodafone prepaid service

    Kindly Reqesting u that, I Had Been Changed My Prepaid No. in postpaid no. (on 20.12.2008) They told me About the plan for a month of 249 rp. per month only. in this plan i would get 350 local calls n after that, I could make calls in 30 paise per. min. my billing that is 10th day of the month.in 20 days.. my bill has been generate of rps.404. I really-really disagree for this service... beacause i did not make call 350 above. eventhat they generated my bill is 404...I m not satisfy with this. plz do something .. then i will disconnect my no. n whole my family's also ...

    Vodafone — worst service in world

    My mobile connection is of rudrapur, uttarakhand. Due to company's work I use to frequently visit Pune . This time I am facing too much problem in finding vodafone network from the day I landed in Pune. Many important calls got missed. Too much time use to get wasted in serching network. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE SEEN AS I HAVE USED THREE MOBILE SERVICES TILL NOW. When is this going to end I dont know. Lastly again a worst service provider. Even worst is a small word 4 that.

    i went to the vodafone outlet for the submission of the bill of a no. which was due because of some reason and for the same they had blocked the other in-use no. well the attendant didnt know how to talk to the person who has come for the service. the kiosk had some problem and i asked to see it , the answer was " yar 2 minute ruko zara" and then the guy went to entertain some of his acquintance . well they dont know what services mean.
    i am using vodafone number from the last three years.but the service is worst that they are giving to the customer.recently i sent a message to the wrong no. that means by mistake i typed 9 numbers insted of 10 no. i received a message from customer care that "message not sent".but they have deducted money from my account.
    And another incident was i had applied for the vodafone postpaid sim. when i went to the vodafone store for the connection they told that our P.R.O will come to your address for verification.after two days one man from that store came and taken 500rs in advance for issuing the connection and went away.But the connection was not given.when i went to the customer for the enquire about that they were not responding properly.

    I have a prepaid vodafone mobile connection. They have activated caller tunes to my cell without intimating me 3 months ago it seems and without any intimation they were detecting Rs 30 per month for last two months it seems.
    only today i received a sms from vodafone for Rs 30 detection.
    When i check with vodafone customer service,I didnt received proper response and also they were not refund my detections.

    Vodafone — Worst Customer Service of Vodafone (Cheating in Sales)

    Dear Sir / Madam,
    With great dissatisfaction I herewith would like to complaint against Vodafone services. This post may help to other customers too to get alerted from fraud / cheat in sales and After-Sales-Service.

    I have purchased a BlackBerry 8310 Smartphone from Vodafone Stores in Ranchi on 21/01/2010. During the purchase, the sales personnel has assured me for GPRS, GPS, BlackBerry & e-mail Services in Pre-Paid connection. They asked 02 - 03 days time for Activation of all the services. But after that they have refused to do the same and started asking to convert the connection in Post-Paid to avail these services.

    Secondly, no other SIM of other Service Provider is supported by the set, stating “Invalid SIM Card” on the display. Thus I cannot switch to any other Service Provider and my investment is totally in vein. While this complaint is made as Customer Complaint, I have been advised to wait for 2-3 days again but till date the problem is not resolved by the Vodafone, neither I am getting any positive response from the Executives. Now they have stopped to pick up my phone calls too.

    Thirdly, Vodafone Customer Care entertains Complaint booking on Chargeable basis only from their IVR system, where it should be through Toll-Free. Toll-Free No. is used for Customer Feedback only.

    I am putting my complaint in this forum for a justice autonomously against Fraud / Cheating in Sales and After-Sales-Service.

    I do not have any written document of their offer, because during selling the product, they the person has somehow influenced me with his polished words. As assured over SMS, the problem will be seen shortly but in the late night of 11/02/2010, another SMS from the stated no has came that – “The Office will be closed for next 03 days and I shall be intimated on Monday, 15th Feb, 2010.”

    Sir, I am really fed up of this type of fraudulent dealings made by Vodafone / their service executives. My investment on this seems to be totally in vein. And moreover, I am feeling too much mentally embarrassed.

    I seek help from suitable authority to deal with above situation.

    I have recharged with Rs.21 recharge for using Internet(GPRS) on my mobile. I have got activation message also. But then also they deducted balance from my main account.

    I say that This Company just want to collect money from India & take it back to UK. what else these Britishers can do.

    Hi I am Hari and using the Mobile number [protected]. This is the worst service from Vodafone.
    These people send the recovery agents one week after the due date. This is the worst service i have ever seen. Though i had the credit limit of 3700 and my bill was 1700, they had sent the recovery agent. Also these Vodafone people send the recovery agent on Sunday to residence address. I ask why do u send to residential address. Do you people do not have any personal life on Sunday .If you don't have your personal life then for gods sake please dont disturb others personal life. Hope its clear for you.

    Vodafone — worst service and refund.

    I am vodafone customer [protected] .i am writting this to you tell about the worst service provided by the vodafone.
    i had a balance of Rs. 64/- in my account and i sed a message to activate the 1 paise billing service which is charged Rs.17. but the balance deducted in my account is 110. now my balance in my card is Rs.-46/-
    When i called the customer care the response was given to me was very bad and my call was repeadtly disconnected by the executives. the names are: sowmya, kennedy, ajay, mahesh. where no docket no was provided to me.
    then when i contact the showroom the same response was provided to me.
    Then i contacted the nodal officer and the response was pethetic. names are: Rajalakshmi & Babu
    and then appleite offices named faithima where she has given me very very bad service being in that designation .
    please help me out to get the refund. My alternative number is [protected]

    Vodafone — torturing me from 8 months

    Some 8 months back i activated south Rs.39 pack on my mobile no.[protected]...and the next month itself the offer was deactivated by the service provided. But still Rs 39 is being deducted. when i complained they are telling that because of some technical problem it being deducted.But from 7 months i am being calling to customercare and they are taking the complaint. After 3 days they are crediting the money back and immediately the next day itself again deducting 39 from my account.I think nearlyt 50 times they are doing the same process. The customercare executives are not at all taking it seriously and even they are quarelling with me. they are torturing me like any thing. They are telling that do watever you want to do.And from my no they are not connecting to customercare executives.

    I am Barathkumar R S and my vodafone no:[protected]. I have come across worst service ever from vodafone...Please dont use "Happy to help you" word here after. 15 days backThe network provider bolcked my no for not submitting documents though I provided the right one at the time of getting my sim card.
    Immediately I submitted all the proof in the nearest (actually far from my location) vodafone shop which is in avinashi load near lakshmi mills in coimbatore and the shop people told me that it will be activated within 3 business working days. It was not reactivated. I again went. then they gave me another sim for the same no and told the no will be activated within two days and all my balance and bonus card amount will be retained.

    But after three days it was still not activated. When I called customer care they said my no was blocked because it was idle for long time and I have to start from the scratch such as top up with life time bonus.
    When I explained them that I already filled the card with 224 RS plan and I have some balance with card they asked me to go to nearest vodafone centre again.

    I am not a fool to roam around all the time to same shop and call customer care just to be like a football going around everywhere. I really want to smash the card and throw to dust pin. Since I have passed this no for my bank account and to some importan work rellated stuff I am pushed to use this. I am vodafone customer who is not at all happy...
    I am also experiencing one of the worst service from Vodafone. Vodafone can't match up with our indian service providers. Their customer care number doesn't have an option to speak with a service representative. When you try to call customer service, it beats the trumpet of great vodafone, the Royal British way of doing. Once in a while, you receive call from on etheir reps and later another. The second one talk as if they don't know anything about the first call. I simply advise to Vodafone 'better close your shop in India'.

Till date it has not got activated I visited the store once again she gave me other request number that is SR#[protected] on 10/09/2010 and said it will be done till 5 to 6 pm she gave me writing but it was not done the same day i visited store again a manager there with Tasneem gave me another request number that is SR # 10882601. and said it will be done in an hour.

    Even i used to work there at vodafone call centre and i used to give quality where i was a quality angel for consiqutive 3 months and i had expected the same but no, no service infact that lady tasneem got anxious on me and started murmuring is this an MNC?? Have I taken Vodafone only to take your request number. What am i suppose to do I am facing this problem since 15 days.I have been receiving only request number and when we call your helpline they have only one thing to say visit the vodafone store have you ever tried call your customer care and check what sort of quality are they delevering to customer. I have 1500 Executive working with me and under me at one shot of my request they all will switch to other, but thats not the solution.



    I expect a promt rely from you and that to as soon as possible.

    Hi,
    Just to share that, we took two Vodafone connections ([protected] - Postpaid for me and [protected] - Prepaid for my wife) last year (October,2009) when we got shifted from Delhi to Jaipur and because of worst service I had to close my postpaid relationship (Now I am using Airtel and I am satisfied with their service) with Vodafone though my wife is still continuing with Vodafone prepaid connection. But I think we need to swithover to Airtel.

    Just a month back we have got a call from Vodafone customer for fresh submitting of latest residentatial proof and other documents, we have kept ready with us all the required documents but till today noboday has come to collect all the necessary documents (ID Proof, Residential Proof, One photograph) from my residence and we are also not comfortable to give these sensitive documents to any retailer in Bhiwadi, though they have called atleast 10 times during these month's duration and taken our address but nothing has happened.

    Simply it is harrasement. They have all the related documents but do not understand why do they require once again ?

    Request you to come or we will close this connection and take Airtel.

    MY NAME IS DAVINDER KAUR AND I AM PUTTING AT TILAK NAGAR . I BOUGHT 2 POSTAID SIM CONNECTIONS ON 5-OCT-10 THAT DAY THEY GIVEN ME 1 WRONG SIM AND THEY CHANGED THAT SIM AFTER 1 DAY , THEY COMMITED ME THAT MY NUMBERS WILL GET ACTIVATED IN 2 DAYS BT THEY TOOK 5 DAYS FOR THIS PROCESS. AFTER THAT I GOT TO KNW THAT MY ANOTHER SIM WAS ALSO WRONG . TODAY IS 25-0CT-10 AND I DID NT GET MY RIGHT SIM. I TALKED TO THEM INFINITY TIMES BT DID NT GET ANY RESPONSE THEY ARE HARRESING ME EVERYTIME .

    I am a postpaid customer of vodafone for more than 3 years, I have a problem in network for the last 6 months, I called the customer service several times and informed about network problem but there is no action taken on my complaint as off now, again i called in the month of dec2010 and informed about the network problem they asked me to request in the vodafone store to arrange a booster in my place, I informed the same to the store but they said after jan 14 we are launching 3g, So after jan14 you wont face the network problem, but no use of that still I have a worst connection because of this network problem every time if i make a call its disconnects in two minutes I need to call back again an again and my bill is raising high every month more ever because of this i missed my company cab and i loose my salary for nothing, its show the tower but if some body call me its going in unavailable, and later after 30 mins i get a missed call at this time how ever my mobile its turned on, And the other major problem is if we call the customer service and asked for the reason they will say as will take action, but no action will be taken again i have to call but i wont reach the customer service because they will block the option to reach them, I called last nit to cancel my service, they have a launched the new plan of 199 rental, which as the same one I am paying 249 every month they did not informed about the new plan and charged me 249 which is really cheating the customer.. And also i send a email to vodafone none of them respond to the email which i sent.. its frustrating they don't treat the customer in a proper way, please do the need full thank you in advance...

    2 months back I came in gujrat & i was in roaming & didnt got any sms & call for payment on from approx 19th to 23th april i got 1 sms of rs7000/- approx is my outstanding & i was shocked bec my credit limit is rs3600/- i was helpless bec when i got sms after that i cant recieve & cant make calls & when i came in delhi on i went to vodafone care centre with my problem after that i got call form vodafone (miss nandini 25/4/11-ref no [protected]) strictly written that i should get discount of 3000/- as it is vodafone fault as she told me to pay & i paid rs5400/- after that i went 3times to vodafone centre they said you will get reimbursement on statement date.my phone activated & on statement date disconnected bec the reimbursement amount has not been credited & my limit was 3600/- so i could only use limit of 600/-..after that i went to vodafone centre they assured me that my phone will be activated with in 48hrs {19/5/[protected] miss yogita(,vodafone centre sec 3,rohini,delhi) }

    This is to complain about the really worst credit management system of vodafone.

    1. After we browse the internet through vodafone, they wont showthe ussd showing the amount of data used and the amount deducted. They deduct the amount whatever they feel like. Sometimes they charge more amount than what they should deduct.This company came to india 2 years back and till now they dont have such facility to show the ussd after the gprs/edge/3g usage. Ithought it might be a network issue for me alone but this facility is not available in any of the circles.THE BEST METHOD FOR CHEATING AND MAKING MONEY.

    2.They doesnt have any proper account management. During the edge/3g usage if the balance below zero also the browsing will go on and atlast gives a heavy minus balance to the subscriber.

    3.In my number i cannot use any service commands more than once. If i Try it more than once it will display "Request not Completed". When i went to the vodafone store i had to face a very bad response from the agent.That person told as the person found that i can make calls and recieve calls and smses he said that there is no need to do anything to solve this issue.

    4.3g wont get activated properly.They asks me to wait for 24hrs but it wont get activated in that time.

    5.Not possible to select other operators while on roaming and also 3g wont work on roaming.

    I had given many complaints to the customercare and to the nodal officer but no one have taken any action till now.

    Vodafone — Customer care personnel unavailable

    The Automated Answering machine doesn't allows me to talk to the customer care personnel by giving no options to tell about my complaints. The same person can be contacted from other number of same network makes me irritated by biased treatment for the customer.
    vodafone doesnt even have the proper information about their own offers. my number is [protected] and my name is anil i went to *111# where i can find the plans and the recharge amount. i took a plan of rc 75 for v2v 10p/min. i recharge it in a retail shop. even after 2 hours its not activated so i called customer service, they informed me that the plan is rc 72 not rc 75. to get conformation i went and double checked it in *111# it says it is rc 75. hence i activated from there and my balance got deducted. here the question is why the same money deducted twice and who gonna pay my money. i raised this complaint twice every time i raise this complaint the supervisor understands that the problem is from their side but complaint that i have given says that it was customer mistake and they cant do anything for this issue. i am tired and helpless all i can say is vodafone is a cheating mobile company where they dont even know what the offers they have and the worst thing is the they dont provide the service ins-ted they will harass the customer.

    I am totally disappointed with vodafone service. i was using vodafone sim for 5 months in bangalore. i have shared my vodafone phone number to bank for sensitive informations. For some personal reasons i have relocated to chennai. I was using the same sim for incoming messages, After 3 months of my relocation my sim got deactivated. I have contacted vodafone regarding this issue, they told me that this is indian government new policy, a sim should be recharged at least twice in a month. we cant activate yours in chennai as it is in bangalore and we are not sure your number is still exist in your name. Because as per the it should be recycled.

    my name is Adinarayana.T, my problem is with vodafone stores bad service. i am staying in bangalore, Actually i lost my andrapradesh sim card few days back, after 5 days i went to indiranagar voafone store and i met vodafone employee Mr. shashi and i complainted the same. I taken the new simcard to same number, fpr that i provided the documents what he asked. He told that this new sim will activate in 24 hours, so i came out from tha store. After 24 hours its not activated, i waited for next 24 hours also. But its not activated. After that i contacted to Mr. Shashi and explined the same, After he taken the old sim and given the new simcard and told me to recharge 30 and told this sim will activate in 24 hours. Again same condition sim was not activated, i recharged 30 for 30 rupees also .i called to customer care many times also but no responce, finally i contacted him over phone, he asked me come again vodafone store. Actually i dont have time to go vodafone store in week days because of my office work. after two weeks i went to the same store and requeted him to activate my sim, because i am missing many important calls to that sim. Again he taken mo document and saying that it will acivate. after 2 days also sim not activated, again i went to same store and i met with SURESH and told the problem. He called to shashi and discussed and both told me next 24 hours sim will activate, But still sim has not activated 6 days are gone. From 1st day to now totally more than 35days are left.

    I don&#039;t know why these people are showin this much of careles with customers... how many will take for one simcard activation. Its showing of Vodafone&#039;s irresponsibility and worst&amp; pathetic service.Its really very bad service. please respond to this complaint

      I HAVE INSERTED SIM IN OTHER MOBILE TOO BUT STILL SAME PROBLEM TILL THERE.

      I ASKED VODAFONE STORE IN BIRHANA ROAD KANPUR TO VISIT MY OFFICE AND SEE BUT THEY BLANTLY REFUSED.

      IF I WILL HAVE THIS PROBLEM CONSISTENTLY MY BUSINESS IS SUFFERING DUE TO THIS.

      PLEASE HELP ELSE I WOULD HAVE NO OPTION THAN TO SWITCH TO ANOTHER MOBILE PROVIDER.

        I wanted to get an add on postpaid number on my current postpaid number that i have with Vodafone. I contacted them on 12th Aug and they sent their Agent home with the SIM card and collected all the necessary documents from me. I was informed that my SIM will be activated in 3 days at the max.

        Since then i am trying to reach Vodafone customer care and there is no response. They have manipulated their IVR in such a way that even if the caller will press the key to gt connected to customer care agent, he will be routed to initial IVR again. Hence we are unable to gt through ay customer care agent to get our queries resolved or atleast heard.

        I tried their Nodal Office & Appellate Authority numbers too, but no one answered. My call was on hold for more than 20 mins.

        I have no clue how would i get my new SIM activated. I needed it urgently and they are delaying it. On the top if it we have no news as to are they facing a technical problem or whatver. All the odafone customers are left stranded and they have no option but to go to a nearest vodafone store.

        Unfortunately i dont have time for that and i needed this to be done on phone only. Which i'm sure wont be possible for next 10-15 days now.
        I gues they are closing the company....Internationaly Vodafone is such a renowned name, but in India they do get struck with the Indainism. What a shame for you Vodafone guys. even your higher authorities dont take the responsibility to keep their valued customers informed. This is a height of taking people for grated who make their business.

        VODAFONE ESSAR PVT LTD — WRONGLY DEDUCTION OF CHARGES

        I am using Prepaid Vodafone Connection with No.[protected] in Delhi. Yesterday (05/12/2010) at around 12pm My balance in phone was Rs 192 odd rupees....at 6pm i saw it was Rs.1.75. When i check this with the Customer Care deptt. Of vodafone, those ppl told me that u made a call to some no. 566.... which was charged Rs 12/min and u called that No. for 14 odd minutes. I never made any call to this num. I dint even know abt it. They have fraduently debited my balance and are not taking a complaint in this regard. Please help me...from fraudulent malpractise of this Stupid company.

        72 working hours is another 3 days...and that too you are saying that rather than activating my SIM or providing me a resolution, you'll take 3 days just to get in touch with me...surprising...but much expected from you guys now. and for god sake pls stop thanking me for nothing...it bugs me even more..

          Now I am holding the Accenture corporate plan (VG-KN-MV-ACC-195) having pulse rate 0.1p/s. But my June month bill got generated at the pulse rate of 1p/s.
          Due to this, I went to Vodafone head office at Varun towers on 8th July and filed this complaint to the person Syed.
          As he told me that he sent a mail to the concern person and I will get a call regarding this.
          But yet I have to receive any call from your end.
          Instead of this, they have barred my outgoing call.
          I have a repeated mail thread communications with Vodafone care, but did not get any proper answer.
          Always I got the same answer which I think a standard for all the questions.

          Please do the needful and if necessary, contact me on the below mobile number as I am not using the above number since the outgoing got barred.

                I cancelled my postpaid number [protected] on 3rd of June 2011 with great difficulty after consulting local vodafone store in daman & customer care on helpline provided. Simcard was submitted by me on date to the local store assistant who scratched it in front of me and said the connection is cancelled.
                IN july first week i received a Ebill with minimum amount, I further took to the local store notice & customer care and again after series of communication somehow managed to get confirmation that the number is cancelled and the bill amount will not be chargeable.

                IN august first week same issue, I got a Ebill with minimum usage charges and pending payment (july bill) details though this time the minimum charges are different then the actual. Local store & the customer care are not so helpful to me in this regards. Hope someone will turn for my help.

                Facing this problem, I would also like to surrender my two more postpaid vodafone number soon in this month to avoid such scrap service provider.

                    After all these harrasement i asked them to cancell my card for which again they have accepted my request at the end i have handed my sim card to Ms Sheefali & mademy payment.

                      Regarding the port out requests of my two vodafone nos. [protected] and one more , starting from 15th July 2011 I have sent many mails , visited four times to vodafone store and also requested multiple times to customer care executives but still I hangs out with my port out request.

                      As per my verbal communication with Mrs. Bhakti and Ms. Nisha from Vodafone Store#2 manpada Thane and Mrs. Versha from retention department Andheri all the restriction regarding port out have been removed for my vodafone nos and no further port out request would be rejected , however My port out requests are being rejected one after another and vodafone people could not give me any reason for this , they just redirecting me to differenet people , sometime telling me to speak to nodal officer and sometime other. In worst I written the mail to their nodal officer also but it has not been responded yet .

                      I am really fed up with vodafone and want to take legal action against it , please suggest.

                        sir, i am having vodafone mobile connections since five years and i have paid every bill in time for the month of july 2011 ihave paid my payment for my no.[protected]-Rs.1001.00,[protected]-Rs300.00,[protected]-Rs355.00. on 18.07.2011 but the cheaque bounced because by mistake the bank's branch stamp was not on the cheaque so after confirming about the branch name vodafone collecting agency again presented the cheaque and it was cleared on 28.07.2011 from my account the cheaque no was 147648 dt.15.07.2011.for Rs.1656.00. my outgoing calls are barred on other networks and i am being harrased from 20 days.i gave the bank statement and zerox copy of the cheaque to the collection agency on 08.08.2011 but my payment was not updated again i gave the same documents to vodafone store ( ms.nidhi batra on 12.08.2011 ) but the payment is not updated till date.in this regard i talked to r.o.office of patiala but of no use and now i am getting messages to pay the total amount.so i request you to look into the matter & do the needful.

                            This is my second complaint for the same reason (earlier being on March 27,2011).

                            This is a regular ordeal for me now every month since it started in March. Every month, when am nearing my GPRS (95 rs.) validity date, Vodafone starts deducting my balance owing to internet services usage (even with validity and data amount in balance). I call them and they apologize and return me back my money. This month again I faced the same problem and called them but instead of returning me back my due money (INR 106), they have filed a refund of INR 88 only. This is because my balance turned more negative while I was informing them of this problem, so they only noted initial negative balance. When I called them again to report the actual deduction, the customer executive tried to fool me by giving the reason of more deduction as my call charge to customer care executive (4 minutes of talk and 18 rs of charge) and shut down the phone without listening to me further when i wanted to point out the same thing to him.

                            Now my question is:
                            1. Why does Vodafone do this every month to me when I am a regular GPRS user ?
                            2. Why do they make false promises every time of not repeating the problem but committing it again?

                            A point for the authorities, "Just because a customer is a single person, doesn't means the inconvenience to him can be adjusted just by replacing him back the money".Return me the money and let me switch to other service provider. Thanks

                            Vodafone — Charged for GPRS used with in validity Date.

                            Vodafone now days is charging for GPRS if it is is validity Date,

                            I was charged for 190 Rs for a day before the validity Date .

                            I register a complaint to call center 111 but not resolved..

                            I try 198 and went twice voda-store but from 15 Days there 24Hr are not finished.

                            And what more? After talking to Customer care and even using 3G plan (unlike 2G plan), my balance is still being deducted.(Till now, I have lost around 250 INR in this problem). Vodafone team, don't you have an answer to my problem or you intend to make me run off to your competition?

                              This is Harsha. I have a problem when i call Vodafone to Vodafone. From 10 th of this month tariff has changed to voda to voda 30 paise. why I don't know. Before that tariff is Voda to voda 20 paise, to other gsm 40 paise. When i was spoken with Vodafone Executive officer( Srinath .M) He said to recharge 41 Rupee, To Reactivate your existing plan. I recharged with 41 rupee. again deducting 30 paise to Vodafone. Again i spoke with another executive he said from 11th it will be same. But Its not happening. I called many time to 198,[protected], 111. did not get solution because, when i call i listen only we are not able to connect, from three days.                                 I have been using Post-Paid Mobile SIM service of 'VODAFONE' since 23/03/2011 by paying a refundable deposit of Rs. 500/-. The post paid service is satisfactory. Recently i.e. on 08/08/2011 I approached Mr. D.Srinivas, the Vodafone Executive at Dr. A.S.Rao Nagar in Your Vodafone Center at about 07:30 P.M. for activation of 3G service for my iPhone, Model No.A1303. He noted down my Vodafone No. i.e.[protected] and informed me that the service would be activated by next day morning. Next day I checked up, but the 3G services were not activated. So again I went to the Center on 10/08/2011 around 03:00 P.M., when Mr. Srinivas was not available. I asked the other gentleman at the 2nd. counter who told me that he had gone out side and was expected shortly. After I waited for 30 Mts. Mr. Srinivas came and went inside unnoticed of my problem. Hence I decided to cancel the cellular cervices of Vodafone in toto and asked the gentleman at the counter to give me a cancellation form. He gave me and asked me to produce a copy of my photo ID to attach the cancellation form. I filled up and tendered the same along with my photo ID. Meanwhile Mr. Srinivas came to me and prevailed on me that he had actually activated the 3G, but he didn't know why they are not featured on my iPhone. He checked up my mobile for another 30 Mts. and told me that the present SIM is not able to support the said service and it had to be replaced with a micro SIM. He gave me another SIM asking me to insert after 2 Hrs. by charging Rs.100/-. I went home and tried to replace the new SIM, but it is of a misfit. I am now neither getting the 3G services nor the new SIM is useful for my mobile calling. In addition they told me that monthly Rs. 650/- extra charges would be levied for the 3G is activated on my phone, which can not be cancelled. This is the quality of service the Vodafone mobile services are providing to their customers. please intervene and do suitable justice to me.

                                  10/08/2011, I have recharged Rs 222.000 through Axis Bank- Net banking. But i didn't get that amount in my mobile. The Transaction Particulars shows, ICONN/31375991/100811/BILLDESK(Vodafone). Again on 11/08/2011, I tried to recharge with 222.00 through Corporation Bank- Net banking and I lost the money. The transaction details is: CN[protected] VodafonerecharMerchant Name: India Ideas OTC: MCRP[protected]. My mobile number is +91-[protected] . I lost the total Amount of Rs 444.00

                                  Vodafone — Lost money from recharge voucher

                                  My name is Sourabh Ekka, vodafone number is [protected]. But suddenly my number got changed automatically to [protected]. At that time, I checked the balance it was zero. So, I recharge my number with Rs. 50 by recharge voucher. I am having that recharge card. I got the balance....I called to my brothers and parents.....They, told me that number has been changed., It was displaying [protected].


                                  I called back to this number [protected], it was actually of Sourabh Sahu. I confimed him.....about the recharge balance. He said......that he had not recharged his number.

                                  I have talked to Customer care 111 and talked to Sourabh Gupta (Operation Branch). He didn't answered or even sort out my problem. Even he said...there is not a chance of any number swapping. Plz sort up my problem. I am not lodging complain for a 50 Rs, but, it's a fact.....it could be of any amount. I want to bring this problem into your notice. I want a detailed report analysis and investigation against this number swapping....and lost recharge balance.

                                  I have got that recharge voucher......which was wrongly credited to someone's number.

                                    I activated the 3g 99 (which according to their website gives me 200 MB) plan on my plan @ August 9 around 2:57 pm by sending ACT MI 100 to 144.
                                    I got a reply your plan will be activated in 2 hours.

                                    So, I started using 3G from around 7 PM at the same day after consulting their customer who said it you can start using 3G after 1 hour. Then next day at around 3 PM I checked my balance and it was -810 from +34 and still when I type *141*9# I see you have 373 MB left in your account (*141*9# is used for checking Data balance).

                                    Now when I called up their customer care they gave me this complaint number [protected] and told me it will be resolved in 24 hours.

                                    I also tweeted to Vodafone India tweeter account and see what they have replied that I have used my 100 MB data usage : (Please check attached image)


                                    100 MB Vodafone are you out of your mind or you are giving false information on your website.

                                    OK So according to Vodafone tweet I have used my 100 MB data usage and used 80 MB extra (as 8 x 10 = 800 which I have been billed) i.e. 180 but in reality I should have 20 MB left ( 200 - 180 = 20 MB).

                                    Still when I dial *141*9# I see I have 373 MB left.

                                    Now Vodafone is tweeting that I have been billed correctly and I cannot call customer care from my phone
                                    to know the status of my complaint.

                                    Vodaphone is cooking a Billing scam.

                                    They are overbilling there customers. I am also the victim of that scam. I was told that while selling 3G dataCard that unlimited connection will cost me 1250 Rs. but they gave me bill of 30, 000 Rs. I have complaint sevral times but with no response. My vodaphone DataCard number is [protected]

                                    I am planning to write letter to TRAI and other legal Authorities to re-check vodaphone billing calculations.

                                      I have been getting calls from a number starting with +9234 about winning a lottery of Rs.25lacs
                                      i picked up the call today and talked to the person for the first time
                                      but now by searching on the internet,i find out that i should have immediately disconnected the call
                                      the call was on for a duration of 1min 21 sec
                                      am i in trouble?

                                      Even i am getting such calls. Telling me that i have won lottery of 25 lakhs. They generally start with 009230..
                                      The caller gives a very short missed call. I have to call back as i dont know who might be calling. The caller generally wastes initial time by responding late or acting as if he is not able to hear, thus eating more time.

                                      i got the latest call from following number : [protected].

                                      I tried called vodafone customer care on 198. But after 15 minutes of menu dialling, hearing promotions and waiting for operator, the service support staff finally told me to call up some other number because i have a mumbai number. I pleaded with the service support staff to take note of my complaint but she seemed to be firm on me calling the other number. Oddly the Vodafone website (even the mumbai) page mentions 198 as customer care number.

                                        last week i bought a usb stick of vodafone for the faster internet in 3g connection, i was keep on trying to connect it and asking to the customer care but in customer they are really irritating, first call took by prepaid handler he said to transfer to the postpaid department, i was online and finally nobdy took the response and cut the call, even i went directly to the vodafone store they made me so much of frustration asked me to wait, wait and wait, their first word is your problem solved and happy to help you, but it never happen
