i am a practicing orthodontist in noida and have been taken to ride by big giant voadfone by cheating me and then insulting me
i bought vodafone usb stick worth 2300 from sec 50 noida store on 22nd may and my ordeal began,postpaid connection with no:[protected],sim no [protected]
the activation of the connection took 15 days(promised time was 48hrs) with numerous email complaints at nodal officer level.
the usb device worked just two days but to no avail,they sent executive and he said it will work.
iam professor in a college and intended to use it during day,but for whole month of complaints nothing improved,series of emails are available as record.infact at home i used to use my airtel wifi,they just botched up my whole laptop setting to disabl my airtel usage too.
after a month they send me falsely inflated bill of 3000 worth o[censored]asage,i immediately complained ,deactivated the connection and lodged series of complaints.
i am offered 50% discount on bill and asked to deposit 1500 instead of 3000,i deny its unfare.
now hold and behold today the matter was still unresolved and they played a master stroke: deactivated my other vodafone number [protected]!!!!!criminals didnt even think twice that its a doctors number who is fighting for the wrong commited and they offer this and spend billions claiming they are happy to help.....
mind you they are most callous ,heartless,criminals who dont even see that a customer has been maintaing three mobile connections and when he has been cheated on one of your product try and resolve and not just debar calls on his other phone!!!!
i would fight this corrupt company to my last penny
i wouldnt bow to their unjust demands as their usb device sucks,,,,,another of my collegague also lodged a complaint against them in south delhi and they were kind there to return his device
i demand they return my 2300 of selling faulty device
also restore services on my number [protected]
i will see all my family members now transfer to other service provider.
