Respected sir,
I chandan giri got a new vodafone postpaid connection with the scheme that i have to deposit an amount of Rs 250 which is not redundable if i change it from postpaid to prepaid within 90 days. I activated a 2g data plan of 198 Rs per month with 3Gb of data usage. But as i used it they billed me with 10paise per 10kb. Now my bill amount is 2600Rs. They are saying that it is above my credit limit and i can not use my number any more and i have to pay that much amount to continue using the services. I asked them that i want to convert it to prepaid then they are saying that you cant because it is company's policy that you can not convert the number within 90 days of activation of number.
So sir my complaint is how can i use 3gb of data which cost around 30000Rs in 2500 of credit limit (unbilled maximum usable amount). And why they told me earlier tha i can convert my number(postpaid to prepaid) but not now.

    hello sir,
    i have a Vodafone prepaid connection. as per Vodafone offer i recharged with 4rs n i got 40 mb of internet.
    n i started browsing from 3 30 pm n stopped around 4 45 pm...
    n again started browsing around 10 30 pm n continued it till 12.i js browsed some pages..
    n while browsing i received a msg that u've reached max limit n after this u'l be charged 10/10kb then immediately i disconnected n checked my bal.... it was normal(it was rs135.49)......
    i texted n checked out my balance ther was no deductions.......
    n early morning when i checked my bal i was shocked it was -607.49.......
    immediately i called customer care n asked them they said we'l resolve ur querry in a week.... after 1 week wn i called back they said an extra ordinary answer that i used internet from 4 4am in d next morning(i was in a sound sleep) n also they said that i was even using it when i as talking to them(i dont know how itz possible to connect to internet while we r in a call)........ n again n again i got d same answer.... i went to vf store n inquired they said to meeet the nodal officer... i met him twice n of no use... i went to vf stores n it was just waste of my time.... for a middle classs person whuz -607.49 is very huge amount in a mobile deduction..
    n if i really used that they(vodafone in) should have deducted my bal to rs 0 n then should have disconnected me from internet.......
    n i also put my port requests before 3 weeks this happened bt i didnt get code instead i got this big offer....
    so i request any1 to solve this n recommend others not to go for vodafone products

      It seems Vodafone is doing this with lot of customers which is really bad.
      I saw my Feb bill and it seems they had charged 155 rupess for this m_hungama_renew_5.

      I don't know what it is and how it got activated.
      When I contacted Customer Care they don't have any answer to this.
      They just keep saying this is a service which is active on your phone.

      They asked me to send several messages to get this servive deactivated.
      I was asked to try the below option by different Customer Service Representatives -
      CAN HUNGAMA 111
      CAN FS 111
      CAN ONE 111

      When I sent these messages all of them replied that this servcie is not active on my account.

      Then what the hell I am being charged 5/per day for ???

      This is really very bad and not expected from Vodafone.

      Can someone responsible from Vodafone look into this and get this sorted.
      Otherwise if Vodafone cannot provide genuine and fair service we will move to other service provider.
      I agree it is a scam.
      I don't know who activates these alerts.

        Dear sir,

        I have a vodafone post paid connection but i had surrendred the connection on 2 June 2011 and paid the full & final charges on the same day in vodafone mini store but vodafone company had not closed same connection till now & now company is claiming Three month ( June, July & August 2011) bills, for that I got a call from the vodafone company on 29.08.2011.
        Then i visited the vodafone store at Ahinsa Circle jaipur for the above complain on 01.09.2011 there i settled on talks with Mr. Anand in the Store . Mr.Anand told me that he will provide the waiver of Two months (July & August 2011) Rental Bill only after concerning with Senior Person.
        But he want me to submit the Bill of Month of June but I had already Closed my connection on 2nd June 2011 after paying full and final bill till date.So Now I am not liable of any kind of payments to be made to the company .

        So Please take above case in consideration and help me to get out of this tension .

        Vodafone Essar — Wrongly charging for calls not made

        Dear Sir,

        I am now complled to voice my greivances at Consumer Complaint.
        (Mobile No. [protected])

        In June 2009 VODAFONE had charged Rs. 462/- for 77 minutes (Rs. 6 per minute)saying that I made call to a no. 56789 something related to cricket. I strongly objected to this since I had not made calls to such numbers and also not interested in it.

        I lodged a complaint with them immediately but no one responded positively and my call was never transferred beyond the call center executive. I also sent a mail complaint but still they say it was I who had made calls to his number which is utterly false and unacceptable.

        However, keeping aside this amount I continued to pay balance amounts promptly. They used to call me number of times to pay that amount and every month they also used to add another Rs.100/- over and above and increased the outstanding amount.

        Now they have sent a notice from their advocate asking to pay more than Rs.1000/-.

        VODAFONE - not customer friendly, very expensive and over and above harassing its customers to such heights where customer may have never thought of.

        VODAFONE if you read my complaint (my luck) then let your saying "Happy to Help" be truly in letter and spirit.

        Vodafone Essar Services — wrongly charged by vodafone Essar Services

        Dear Sir,
        I Am Nitin Sisodiya having cell No. [protected] with Vodafone network services
        On dated[protected] Vodafone charged me for SMS charges which r already in SMS PACK….
        Vodafone cut my cell’s all balance without giving me any information by call me or sms me…
        I regularly call to Vodafone customer care from the dated [protected] for giving me back my balance
        customer care executive also not taking any complaint about this complaint they only giving me (reference no.[protected]
        If any cause by me Vodafone can cut my balance I have no complaint
        But customer care executive telling me its fault generated by maintanance of Vodafone system
        And they can not refund my balance…
        Its all mistakes of Vodafone then why customer suffer …
        Please do the needful...

          I HAD CONNECTION (PREPAID) NO. [protected]. I BOUGHT A NEW INSTRUMENT WHICH HAS INTERNET CONNECTIVITY. ION[protected] I VISITED VODAFONE CUSTOMER CENTER LOCATED AT KAMLA NAGAR NEAR SHAKATI NAGAR RED LIGHT. I WANTED TO HAVE INTERNET FACILITY OPERATIVE ON MY HAND SET. ONE MR. MANOJ ATENDED ME AND I EXPLAINED HIM IN DETAIL WHAT KIND OF SERVICE I WANT. HE ADVISED ME TO TAKE POSTPAID MOBILE AND INTERNET SERVICE PLAN OF RS. 149 & 197 RESPECTIVELY. HE ASSURED ME THAT THIS THE BEST PLAN AND MY MONTHLY BILL WILL NOT EXCEED RS. 500 PER MONTH. BUT I SHOCKED TO RECEIVED A BILL OF RS 950 FOR THE FIRST MONTH RS ABOUT 2000 FOR THE SECOND MONTJ AND THE LATEST BILL FOR RS. 1054. I PAID THE FIRST TWO BILLS AND THE DUE DATE FOR THE THIRD BILL IS 9-9-2011 WHICH I VERY MUCH INTENT TO PAY. AS I WAS FEDUP WITH BILLS OF SUCH HUGE AMMOUNT EVERY MONTH, TODAY DATED 2-9-11 , I VISITED THE SAME CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER AND GOT THE TOKEN NO. 62. WHEN MY TERN CAME I REQUESTED MR. AKRAM WHO WAS ATTENDING ME AT COUNTER NO. 5 TO CONVERT MY POSTPAID FACILITY TO THE PREPAID. I EXPLAINED HIM THE REASON FOR THE SAME. I WAS TOLD THAT I SHOULD GO TO COUNTER NO. 6 AND ONE MISS POOJA WILL ATTEND ME I WAS MET TO WAIT FOR ANOTHER HALF AND HOUR AS SOME OTHER CUSTOMER WS ALLREADY SITTING THERE.WHEN MY TREN CAME MISS POOJA STARTED TELLING ME OTHER SCHEME AND TOD ME THAT I HAD TAKEN THE WRONG PLAN. I TOD HER THAT I HAD EXPLAINED ALL MY NEEDS TO MR. MANOJ AND HE HAD OFFER THIS PLAN AND HAD ASSURED ME THAT MY BILL WILL NOT EXCEED RS. 500. I TOD HER I AM NOT INTERSTED AND OTHER PLAN AS I HAVE BEEN FOOLED EARLIER ALSO AND DONT HAVE THE CAPACITY TO PAY HUGE BILLS EVERY MONTH. MY SISTER WAS ALSO WITH ME. MISS POOJA STARTED SHOUTING ON ME AND MY SISTER AND MISBEHAVED. ANOTHER EXECUTIVE BY THE NAME OF NITIN WAS ALSO PRESENT ON COUNTER NO. 6 JE ALSO MISBEHAVED. BOTH POOJA AND NITIN TRIED TO SELL ANOTHER PLAN TO ME WHEN I INSISTED ON STOPPING THE POSTPAID FACILITY THEY TOLD US RS. 2000 TO STOP THE FACILITY. WHEN I TOLD THEM THAT THE BILL IS ONLY FOR 1054 AND I HAD PAID RS. 500 SECURITY I WAS TOLD THAT I SAME BILL WILL NOT RETURN TO ME. WHEN I ASKED TH REASON HE TOLD ME THAT SECURITY IS RETURN AFTER SIX MONTH AND THAT TOO IS I CONTINUE TO AWAIL THIS SERVICE FOR SIX MONTH. I TOLD THEM THAT I WAS NEVER INFORMED OF THSI AND IT DOES NOT HAVE A ANY MENTIONED IN TERMS AND CONDITIONS MENTION ON THE BACK OF CAF NO. 32429470 DATED[protected] THE COPY OF WHICH WAS GIVEN TO ME. HE ASSURED ME OF LIEING. THIS WAS TOO MUCH AS I HAVE BEEN ISULTED IN FULL VIEW AND HEARING OF THE OTHER CUSTOMERS. THE BEHAVING OF STAFF NAME POOJA AND NITIN IS HIGHLY OBJECTIONABLE. I AM LOZING THSI COMPLAINT WITH THE HOPE THAT PROPER ACTION IS TAKEN AGAINT THE STAFF WHO FOOLS THE CUSTOMER BY OFFERING WRONG PLANS, NOT PROPERLY EXPLAINLING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND FOR MISBEHAVING WITH THE CUSTOMER.             Dear Sir/Madam
            I am Yogendra Kumar Kaushik, I am working with IT Software company in NCR, In starting of July 2011. I have purchase 1 vodafone corporate connection (Actually I have ported my Airtel pre-paid connection to vodafone postpaid connection) that was my existing number.
            At the time of selling this corporate connection vodafone guy told me that its Rs. 99 monthly rental plan in which local or STD call rate will be Rs. 0.50 (per call) also I will get 100 minute in a month to any mobile or landline free for each month. My connection with vodafone was activated on 14th/July/2011. I have registered my personal gmail id to receive bill on it, I have receive my first bill on 8th/Aug/2011 on my mail-id and my outgoing service stopped same day 8th/Aug/2011. I have requested to customer-care to activate it but it’s not activated. Once I view my bill I found most of STD call was charged as Rs. 1.50 per call some of them as Rs. 1.31 (per call ) and very few as Rs. 0.50 (per call). My total uses was local call 180 minute and STD call was 499 minute, As per committed plan call rate was Rs. 0.50 per call so my bill should be (180+499)/2 (Call charge)+ 63 (Monthly rent -prodata basis)+10% service tax - 50 minute as per committed plan on prodata basis. Then my bill should not exceed Rs. 400 (Approx). But my bill amount was Rs. 547.18 and its due date was 21st/Aug/2011.
            I have mail to corporatecare.[protected]@vodafone.com and the person from I have purchase this connection. They assured me to analyze my case and revert back after that I have receive 3-4 call from vodafone customer care to deposit my bill as well as I have drop several mail to customer care, corporate care and himanshu ( from which team I have purchase this connection). In some mail I have received revert that my query in processing and vodafone will revert in 48 Hrs. Till dates I have not received any corrected bill. Although I have received a call from vodafone today that either I need to deposit this amount otherwise my incoming also stopped.
            I request to you please take any necessary action so that I can receive my correct bill as well as I want to convert it in prepaid connection so that I can get rid of from this unclear service.

              anywys we are suffering for bad services from vodafone but now they have done height of irresponsibility..i sufferd for more than 24hrs for my sole no..still this no is not working properly..

                dear sir, i am vodafone customer from last few years.from last week vodafone net connect service is showing rapid and horrible data consumption as @ 1MB/minute which is surprisingly abnormal with regular surfing.CC is dumb and deef about e mail feedback.also speed of net is very low which is boring.this has created new problem of reducing data balance to 0.vodafone is not giving data usage by email after and not checking the data consumption speed.it is just heavy lost of customers.

                  Dear Sir,

                  I am user of Cellphones and was a customer of Vodafone having contact no [protected]. I have applied for MNP due to non satisfactory services from Vodafone. This request was rejected on the grounds that the connection was under contractual agreement (which is not correct). I have informed them that I am not interested in continuing with the connection. There after they have sent me SMS stating that my out going facilities are bared due to crossing of the credit limit. My monthly Bill till this time use to be in the range of about 500 to 700. I was been contacted by Vodafone and informed me about suspension of the facilities due to billing amount exceed Rs. 2500/-, to which I have replied that it is impossible and also requested to check at their end. After this it was confirmed that there was mistake on their end and the outgoing facility was reinstated. There was mail for reinstating O/g facility sent from Vodafone. Again after a week the facility was suspended. This time I have told them that I am not at all interested and also requested them to send full and final correct Bill so that same can be closed. There was no communication to this and they are repeatedly sending me mails for making payment. Now the amount they are mentioning is over Rs. 4,404.10. I am enclosing herewith my set of mails sent to their incoming mails and they have not responded to any of them.
                  I regret to inform you that inspite of my repeated mails to your
                  customer care and devesh harchekar instead of giving the reply you are
                  sending such threatening mails for wrong billing. i am enclosing
                  herewith the set of correspondence made with your office on the
                  subject matter. please reply to the same and clarify before taking any
                  such step.

                  In case i do not receive any feedback and if any such threatening mail
                  is received without response from your end i will proceed to consumer
                  forum and also claim the damages on account of harassment.

                    In my vodafone number, Bonus 98 is in Auto Renewal mode for more than 2 months. But Vodafone charged 10p/10KB (Rs10,000/1GB) instead of Rs98/1GB. Vodafone collected 100 times more money in unfair and illegal way. My balance was consistently over Rs500 in the last 2 months. And also on date when auto renewal has to be done by vodafone the balance was above Rs700. When dialling *121*0# till now it shows Bonus98 is in auto renewal mode. For more than 2 months the Bonus98 is consistently in the auto renewal mode without any interruption. Till now I newer cancelled or deactivated Bonus98 auto renewal. Already 2 times auto renewal has been done by vodafone. The 3 rd time without making auto renewal they have charged 100 times more money even when my vodafone number is still in the Bonus 98 auto renewal mode. I will take this matter to higher authorities but for other Vodafone Customers sake I am putting this information in the internet to the maximum possible extend. I have already taken this matter to Vodafone care 111 with no result.

                    I buy new vodafone simcard on(21/03/2011),the shopkeeper collect 110rs from me,Then 5 days later later I saw Vodafone Website actually simcard rate is 62rs, This is my num([protected]),ple take any action against the shopkeeper.

                      Dear Sir,

                      I am Vasanta Goudar. Dealership owner of Vodafone network in Munavalli. I have complaint of Munavalli Vodafone network to our higher officer of this network. From 6 months ago here network not properly worked. Example- Recharge, Call & Messages. So customer blaming me and this Vodafone network. So my business is also low because of this poor network.

                      Higher officers did not take any action about this poor network. So I kindly request on you PLEASE CORRECT this NETWORK and regulate our business before.

                      I hope you accept my request and correct the NETWORK PROBLEM.

                        On 30th July I recharged my Vodafone number with a bonus recharge for V2V night minutes. After I finished my bonus card balance I recharged again on 16th August.

                        After that, one day Vodafone sent me a SMS in which they gave me 40 bonus night V2V minutes - valid for 3 days. Those 40 minutes were added into my existing bonus card balance.

                        AT THE END OF ITS VALIDITY OF 3 DAYS, ALL THE BALANCE IN MY BONUS CARD BECAME ZERO. Those 40 minutes were gone, that's okay! But how did Vodafone take away my legitimately purchased bonus card balance too? THE FLAW IN THE SYSTEM: "Validity 3 days" Computer not only took away 40 minutes, but all the existing balance as well.

                        I visited my nearest Vodafone Store at Merlin Manor, Tollygunge, Kolkata. Person I talked to is, "Raju Sahoo". Date: Saturday, 27 August, 2011. He first expressed surprise, he couldn't figure out what happened. Clueless, he proposed to send email to his colleagues, and he composed and sent the email right in front of me. Raju Sahoo told me to wait 2 business days, i.e. Monday (29th) & Tuesday (30th) by which I should hear from officials of Vodafone - before that I should not recharge with bonus card again. NOBODY CALLED. I also lodged a complaint from the Vodafone website, still, no response.

                        THE BAD SITUATION: Now I am afraid to recharge with any bonus card. If Vodafone sends me surprise bonus gift minutes with some days validity, then my legitimately purchased bonus card balance will be gone again! I told "Raju Sahoo" that day that I am less concerned about my lost minutes, I am more concerned about this happening again. Its better if Vodafone stops giving me surprise gift minutes, they should ensure my legitimate balance from being taken away - that's the point!

                        i see scheme of NIGHT BONUS CARD SCHEME on vodaphone website after that i ask about it on vodaphone store, they does not know about that scheme .i stay at kanjurmarg mumbai...where it will get to me ??..please send info. about it

                        my vodaphone to vodaphone 500 min per month is not show and i want my minute as early as possible your custmer staff is poor and no manner my mobile no is [protected]

                          Is totally but I am billed for free services I faced hello last month my calls were
                          Barred thrice I have even sent a request to migrate my service to prepaid but didn't received any response till now u guys have me fraudly please I request you to resolve this issue very soon and migrate my services to prepaid .

                            This is Prasad using vodafone service. I am into corporate CUG plan, in my last month bill, I found that it has been charged for CUG numbers also. I want to know the reason why it has been charged.

                            Every time I make a call to new number in CUG group, I am facing this problem.

                              I am using vodafone no.[protected] last one and half years in advance rental plan,I received a call from vodafone on 26/05/11 for advance rental renual as per our convarsation he commited me same plan with same benifite( 500 min lacal mobile to mobile,300 local sms and local with STD call rate is flat 50 paise per min) advance rent will renue.He also commited the charge of advance rent will be only 699 rupes but when i received my may bill renual charge is 895+service tax.There is no any free call discount available in bill (but before renual i am getting 500 min lacal mobile to mobile,300 local sms and local with STD call rate is flat 50 paise per min,please see bill of 03/11/10 to 03/12/10 discount provide in every bill as per uses.). To resolve this i call many time in customer care (Also email him) but not resolve.Also visit many time your NIT Faridabad vodafone store and meet Vaibhav,Vishal,Gagan and Karan Singh but not resolve.again vigit store than Mr,Gagan commited me we will waived all wronge charge first i need to pay my outstanding amount 1800/-,same day i clear my all outstanding.But issue not resolve i sick of it.Once again i call vodafone nodal team i had a word with Mrs Neha she also commite me she will resolve it and finaly she provide me 300/-rupees wronge advanvance charge waiver.But she totaly refuse to provide me 500min local call discount in my bill for 12 month, According to her no free call available in this current plan.My concern is only that before renual i am getting 500 min lacal mobile to mobile,300 local sms and local with STD call rate is flat 50 paise per min per month and at the time of renual as per our convarsation he commite me that i will get same benifite.So pls provide me 500min local mobile to mobile discount in my bill for 12 mount.My outgoing and incoming deactivated but every month blackberry rental 299/ added in my bill.So pls waived my all wronge call charge and rental of blackberry,Three month already passed pls resolve it now i sick of it and my outgoing and incoming already de-activated.

                                Hi all,
                                I have a Vodafone mobile No.[protected]. The issue is, I have to deactivate Caller-tune everytime and after 24 hours it gets deactivated and however, the next immediate day, it gets activated again without my concern. With this, everytime, i am forcefully charged with Rs.30.00/-.
                                Now comes the main issue, when I called customer care people on 198 (Tollfree) number and put this query, that clearly told me that he cannot help me on this issue and I need to call on 111 which is chargeable @ Rs.0.50 per 3 minutes. Now, My question here is, why do I need to pay to speak to Vodafone customer care from Vodafone itself? In this competitive mobile service world how can these behave like this? Is there anybody in India, who would help me on resolving this issue?
                                Anyways, I have taken 3 connections from Vodafone and because of this behaviour I have decided to terminate all the connections by 29/08/2011 first hour in the morning. I would humbly request and also recommend other not to go for Vodafone.

                                Today morning I gave a call to the customer care and i had a query of why my balance got deducted without any activation or without any calling, but the Customer care person SHAHABUDDIN KHAN was unable to sole it instead of he disconnected the call without even listning to my complete sentenc
                                Is this the way we customers are being treated by the back office staf[censored]

                                Need to take serious action on it or else our quiries will we unsolved and will hav to find some other way out to sort it out..

                                Taking it under consideration that this the back office people should be given proper training to solve and talk to the clients properly.

                                  Vodafone internet service provider unable solve confusion as per telephonic discussion with [protected] number on 27/08/2011 at 02:36PM.
                                  I WAS NOT REQUESTED FOR DISCONTINUE SERVICE MASSAGE CAN VL96 TO 144.
                                  I WAS SEND MASSAGE ACT 3G TO 144 FOR ACTIVATION 3G AND THEN I WAS RECEIVED disconeted DIRECT 2G PACK VL96 IN BETWEEN I WAS NOT RECEIVED any warning massage for losting previous data.
                                  I am given full rupees for 1GB data pack. Its discontinue root should be only one CAN VL96 TO 144 not any other. This is error of vodafone service provider not customers.
                                  So, please reactive or refund it.

                                    Voda fone walo ka chakar me maine 6 bar apne Window bhi change kar li par phir bhi wahi problem hai.

                                    jab bhi maine vodafone c care par complained carta hu to wo yato mera phone disconect kar dete hai ya phir meri call hold par rakh dete hai maine vodafone ke tacnical depttment no.[protected] par bhi call car li hai wobhi yahi karte hai .

                                    Aur maine vodafone store ke bhi 50 chakar kat cuka hu vaha par kahte hai ki c.care wali hi activate karenge.

                                    jab maine inke NODAL OFFICE SUSHMA ko call ki to unhone mera phone hi disconnect kar diya aur abhi tak mera number ka net activet nahi hua hai

                                    Aur abmujhe mere is number ke against bill bharne ke liya paresan kar rahe hai Inka ek admi bhi mere ghar aya tha aur dhamki de kar gaya tha ki agar bill nahi diya to acha nahi hoga Aur mere Other number [protected] , [protected] ko bhi diactivate kardiya jaiga

                                      Dear Sir,
                                      I am Jaswinder Singh Residing at E-54 A, Vishnu Garden, New Delhi-110018, using Vodafone no. [protected] from last 4-5 years. I want to migrate my Postpaid sim to Prepaid sim because of some personal reasons. In this concern, I went to your Vodafone store located in Rajouri Garden on 19-Aug-2011 at 01:45:24 PM. My Token no. was 59 dated 19-Aug-2011. One of your executives Mr. Karan attended me first. I asked him to migrate my Vodafone Postpaid No. to Prepaid sim. He asked the documents which was required for that procedure. I informed him that I have all the necessary documents like Passport Photocopy & Passport size 4 photographs. Then he Said, we can’t do it for today without any reason.

                                      When I asked the reason, he refered me to his Senior Mr. Shashank. Then I explained him everything, then he asked me for the bill & told me that bill will generate on 20th of every month & for that reason your bill will generated on 20-aug-2011. So you will come after 20-Aug-2011.

                                      Then I asked to Mr. shashnak that if I want to discontinue my postpaid services right now & want to make a full & final payment then how much I have to pay?
                                      Then he told me that the total amount is Rs. 2071. If you paid that much amount we can deactivate your sim right now. But when i asked him to migrate my sim to prepaid connection, he refused to do that and very rudely told me that we will not do your work today. So come after 2-3 days.
                                      Then I called at your Vodafone customer Care no. 111, where Your executive Miss Rubika attended my call whose Reference no. is [protected]. I explained everything to her. Then she said, I want to talk to Mr. Shashank but he refused to talk. Then on my request, she called at their Vodafone Store Landline Number, he misguided her & told her that I don’t have the require documents which is absolutely incorrect. Then she informed me to go their again with the all necessary documents & assured me that they will migrate my number soon. I went their store, Rajouri Garden again, (Token No. 80 dated 19-Aug-2011), but Mr. shashank refused to do it very rudely. He misbehaved a lot & talked very badly. I find him very Rude & Irresponsible.
                                      Then again I tried to call at your Vodafone customer Care No. 111, but Mr. Shashank disconnected my call. After that one of your executives, Mr. Karan picked up my call & disconnected. Then Next time, Mr. Ajay Picked up my call & again disconnected by saying that this service is not available (Reference no.[protected].


                                      Then I went to your Vodafone store, Punjabi Bagh, New Delhi at 11:14 AM on 20-aug-2011. My token No. was 26 & dated 20-Aug-2011. Mr. Pankaj attended me. I again explained him my problem. He checked my number details & told me that We have already send the request & we cannot do anything. I was not satisfied with his response then I asked to talked with his Senior. Then Mr. Sunny (Senior Executive) attended me & my problem. Mr. sunny informed me that accordingly my request I want a discount & for that reason he cannot do anything which is not at all true. I never asked any discount.
                                      Then I explained him everything. Then Mr. Sunny told me that we have already send a request, so you have to wait for 2-3 days. I requested him to please let me know about my full & final payment & migrate my number as I am business man & cannot wait for 2-3 days as it effects on my business as well.
                                      Also I informed him about Mr. Shashank’s behavior & asked him to complaint about him. He assured me that I will do that & our IT Department will checked your recording accordingly will definitely take a action on this matter & asked me to came directly to me next time.
                                      Then I went their on 23-Aug-2011 at 5:15 PM at Punjabi Bagh’s store to met him. He asked me to make a full & final payment of Rs. 1973. I deposited Rs. 2000/- (Transaction Id- DPB[protected] & submitted all the required documents along with this. He replaced my Old sim (postpaid connection) into New Sim (Prepaid Connection) Sim No.[protected] HL R1 & said that your number will be activate within 48 hours & also you will get a verification call in between this. But my sim is not activated as yet.
                                      People you hired in your call centre for customer support, disconnected my call every time. Then I again went Vodafone Store, Punjabi Bagh at 11:30 AM on 26-Aug-2011 & met with Mr. sunny. He again asked me to wait for Six hours & you will be surprised to know that its been 80 hours have been passed but my sim is still not activated. Now you please tell me what should I do? Because of your these type of service I have to face a loss in my business as well.
                                      Kindly look into the matter. I & my family members using your 4 vodafone numbers from last 4-5 years. I am very disappointed with your services & your executive’s behavior. Are these services you provided to your customers? Please look into matter as soon as possible otherwise I will go to consumer court & publish this news in Press.

                                        i had a msg 'Vinayagar Slogam-Dial 50003 (Free) Mother Mary Songs -Dial 5670022 (Free), Ramzan spl Tunes - Dial 123786 (Free) listen & actviate @ Rs.15/song.CT Rentals apply' i dialled the no to listen to the song if its good planned to activate it. Once i dialled the number, ivr responded that my caller tune is activated and ill be charged towards the same. Wen i called customer care they said i can deactivate it but ill be charged on pro rata basis. Why should i pay the money for a service which i never requested for?? Listen and activate is the message all about.
